È meglio prenotare una tazza di seconda cena, perché non c'è niente da mangiare vicino. Il posto di notte/ colazione è buono nel ristorante.Ci sono ventilatori e zuppa di massa in camera, strutture standard e comuni.

We stayed just a quick night so we wanted something cheap. We got the renovated room and it exceeded our expectations. Staff can speak English very well. The room is quite big for Japanese standards and has everything you need. The big plus is the public onsen available, that’s was great ! The hotel and onsen are a bit old fashioned but the room was updated and really cosy ! It’s 15 minutes walk from the « downtown » Kawaguchiko and the famous Lawson. It’s on the border of the lake with a bike rental just next door. The breakfast is a set menu , Japanese style and was very good and fulfilling. Great value for money !

Ho apprezzato molto il soggiorno in hotel. Il personale è stato cordiale e disponibile. Era il compleanno della mia ragazza e durante la cena le hanno preparato un dolce speciale. La cena è stata fantastica, la colazione ancora meglio! Abbiamo dimenticato accidentalmente le nostre cose in hotel e il personale è stato veloce a intervenire e ce le ha persino consegnate alla stazione degli autobus. 10/10, ci tornerei volentieri ☺️☺️

Magical experience. Staff were very accommodating and helpful despite multiple delays during my trip. They went out of their way to fetch me to the hotel from the bus station, despite my arrival time being way outside of the shuttle bus' working hours. Really appreciated it. Breakfast and dinner was part of the package. It was always a surprise to see what you were going to get. It was delicious each time without a doubt. Would definitely go back!

Excellent stay at Highland Resort Hotel & Spa. The room view was amazing, with a clear and breathtaking view of Mount Fuji. The location is perfect for exploring Kawaguchiko and nearby attractions. Highly recommended — renting a car makes traveling around much more convenient and affordable. Would definitely stay here again.

Этот рекан я выбирал исходя из фото и отзывов. Территория у отеля красивая но на фото он красивее. Мы были во время золотой недели и думали что будет очень много людей, к счастью это не так. Номер понравился, онсен тоже. Мы брали и завтрак и ужин , чтобы попробовать местную кухню. Еды было очень много , но тут мы поняли что не вся японская еда нам нравится. Но вкусного тоже было много.в целом, отель неплохой. Не понравилось как организован трансфер от автобусной остановки к отелю

Splendida vista sul monte Fuji ogni giorno. La stanza è enorme con ampio spazio per camminare. Il bagno e la toilette sono separati C'è un grande onsen che puoi usare ogni giorno, con yukata fornito. La posizione è lungo un tratto di strada, facilmente raggiungibile in auto. Nota che il parcheggio può riempirsi rapidamente.

Trasporti: Se venite da Tokyo, ad esempio da Shinjuku, scendete all'ingresso Fujiyama Yamanakako (138), lato B. Tuttavia, questa fermata non è indicata sul sito web dell'autostrada, quindi ho acquistato un biglietto per la stazione di Asahigaoka. Il prezzo è lo stesso e l'autobus si fermerà a questa stazione (premendo il campanello), senza problemi. Chiamate l'hotel alla fermata e la navetta arriverà tra pochi minuti. Ricordatevi di prenotare l'orario della navetta di ritorno al vostro arrivo in hotel. Ambiente: L'hotel si trova in cima a una montagna, da cui si può vedere il Monte Fuji molto chiaramente. Tuttavia, un problema è che la sorgente termale non fornisce asciugamani, quindi assicuratevi di portare i vostri! Ma quando abbiamo fatto il check-in, nessuno ci ha ricordato che dovevamo portare gli asciugamani in camera per fare il bagno, e non c'era alcun promemoria in camera. (Ho visto però che altri ospiti portavano gli asciugamani, non so dove ho visto il messaggio, o me lo sono perso 🤔). In breve, questo è un buon hotel, molto adatto a viaggi lenti e vacanze di piacere, la prossima volta potrete rimanere qualche giorno in più 😊

it was just renew and reopened, the whole management and sense are quite morden and good. especially the kids play ground was great! and by the way the afternoon snack was also great! i definitely recommend my friend to visit here again.

Non è facile raggiungere. Il personale alla reception non può parlare bene in inglese. Il secondo piano può vedere il Monte Fuji ma anche con molti fili. Non chiaro vista Fuji - se vuole avere una chiara vista - prenda il settimo piano. La cena vale molto. La diffusione è buona e la qualità è buona. Si consiglia fortemente di ottenere la cena
