So far this is the most expansive room I booked, come with front view of Mt Fuji, room 412. However the Mt Fuji view did not command the price tag because unless you stay in for the whole day to enjoy the view of Mt Fuji. View of Mt Fuji can enjoy from all angle. Best of the hotel is the coffee serve which is the best so far, among dozen of hotels. The welcome drink of soft drink also last till 7pm, which is shorter that most of other hotel. May be I am biased, where the hotel have multiple accolades from Rakuten Travel, catering to a lot of local Japanese clients. The public bath also not great, where I have experience much better and real onsen at Ariman Onsen area. Area of improvement: 1. In the level one inner bath, there is a cover for the exhaust fan and is not mounted back after maintenance. 2. At the fifth level bath, there is one washing cubicle just besides the bath with no cover to prevent the person showering water into the bath.

Il parco autobus è molto conveniente, con autobus espresso da Tokyo, e il personale frontale amichevole che parlava inglese, controllata in rapido processo, super bella posizione con una bella strada con negozi addiacenti. La colazione era standard, fantastica vista sul Fuji dal ristorante e dalla stanza. Bello ristorante italiano sul pavimento, aperto per ore lunghe. La stanza era comoda e aveva tutto quello che doveva. Se ti piaceva la costa del rotolo, allora il parco Fuji-Q sarà una buona visita. Shuttle gratuito al villaggio con i laghi e la macchina via cavo per vedere il monte Fuji, anche se è a breve distanza di 30 minuti. Molto piacevole soggiorno di una notte.

Love this hotel! Mt Fuji view is totally worth it for that sunrise moment! Also, with the onsen is just perfect! Nearby Hotel is Fuji Q highland station (6 mins walk) so it is convenient to explore around. Just check google map for the next upcoming train and you’ll be able to plan your schedule. Highly recommended even if you didnt rent a car here.

Walking distance (around 400m?) has 24hrs convenient store. The room is very spacious. Sadly I didn't manage to see Mt.Fuji from the room the day I went, but they do provide a Mountain View Room. No issue with all the services. No issue for those who cant speak Japanese, they can communicate in both English and Mandarin here. For the bicycle rental price, it is 1000yen for 2hrs. But do note that they didn't provide a private bathroom, it is a public bathroom (Not a concern for me, but for those who prefer a better privacy do note about this) A lot of plugs in the room. Didn't face any issue with this stay. Can earn my 5-stars rating.

È un resort ubriacato lontano dalla zona occupata della stazione Kawaguchiko, ma conveniente per andare alla stazione per gli autobus turistici grazie all'autobus di navetta dell'hotel. Abbiamo davvero goduto il bellissimo giardino hotel e le tracce dal lago fuori dall'hotel. Puoi anche noleggiare biciclette dall'hotel con tariffe minime e andare in giro per il lago. Il buffet breakfast ha una varietà di opzioni sia giapponesi che occidentali. Anche noi abbiamo cenato in hotel, perché non ci sono ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Il cibo è buono ma prezioso. Il cibo è bello. Non sono sicuro che sia acqua calda, tuttavia. In generale è un hotel molto bello e abbiamo avuto un giorno di relax qui.

La colazione è un semi-buffet, una combinazione di pasti fissi e pasti selezionati, che ha un buon sapore. La cena è stata molto sontuosa e altamente raccomandata. Si consiglia di ordinare la colazione e la cena. Lo scenario è fantastico, di fronte al Monte Fuji. C'è un parcheggio gratuito e sorgenti termali interne ed esterne. Il soggiorno è stato fantastico e il personale è molto gentile e utile, fornendo informazioni molto chiare a tutti i servizi e le attività che possiamo fare. Abbiamo ricevuto un complimento di snack, bevande e persino vino dopo il check-in, e ci sono anche un pranzo di brancone complimentare disponibile, che ci alimenta il stomaco vuoto dopo un giorno intero. Il caffè e il cioccolato caldo sono disponibili anche 24 ore di complimentazione. Vi sono anche diversi temi di onsen disponibili, privati e pubblici che abbiamo provato tutti. Nota alcune delle regole quando si utilizzano onsen. Il colazione è molto buono e delizioso.Abbiamo avuto il nostro primo colazione di stile giapponese e abbiamo provato anche la local Hotou e Nazan. La posizione è leggermente lontana dalla stazione di Fujikawaguchiko, ma c'è un autobus disponibile per il trasferimento. Tuttavia, abbiamo guidato ma non abbiamo avuto la possibilità di prendere l'autobus. Parcheggio intelligente molti spazi disponibili, quindi non preoccupatevi. Infine, il migliore è il gioiello del Monte Fuji dal nostro balcone e ci sono anche le ghiacciate disponibili nella stanza. We choose a room with mountain view and soooo glad that the sky was clear during our stay, we able to catch the beautiful mt fuji from our room! the hotel beautifully located at lake yamanko and near to many restaurants & konbini. It also near to halal food (for muslim traveller). love that they also have onsen and provide yukata for us to use. Theres also famous cafe located nearby overlooking the mt fuji!
