Prefettura di Shiga, Giappone: hotel con sorgenti termali

Ho scelto questo hotel perché è vicino al lago Biwako e la zona dei miei amici. Mi delusione, la mia stanza era alla fine della strada, presumibilmente davanti al lago, ma quando entravo nella mia stanza, non c'era una finestra davanti al lago, invece la mia vista sulla finestra è il parcheggio dell'hotel. La stanza è certamente data, vecchia televisione, ho solo i sacchi di tè, il mio primo giorno e non riempiranno mai finché non mi sono accorto., neanche il caffè. Il telaio è rosso, che sembra così vecchio, ha anche alcuni vecchi segni e il letto è anche vecchio, ma la stanza è pulita. Il personale è molto amichevole, il colazione è stato grande, ma se lo comparo ad un hotel commerciale dove ho soggiornato prima nello stesso area, i letti, le strutture dell'hotel commerciale e il prezzo dell'hotel vale più di questo. Non credo di restare in questo hotel di nuovo. La mia impressione è che è un posto buono, ma non grande. Ho pagato quasi il doppio del prezzo dell'hotel commerciale dove sono rimasto l'anno scorso, che aveva letti moderni e belle attrezzature, ma per il prezzo che questo hotel sta pagando non credo sia valsa la pena. L'hotel ha bisogno di aggiornare molte cose che la mia stanza sembra così vecchia e si sente così vecchia. Pensavo che stare in un hotel come questo sarebbe stato un bel trattamento per me, perché era più costoso del mio normale bilancio, ma è stato una delusione. Mi dispiace di dover dire tutto questo sulla mia recensione, ma la stanza è davvero data.su ogni singolo punto.

Overall experience only so so average……. I don’t expect such a huge hotel giant - Marriott Group has these shortfalls ! Let’s talk about the suggested improvements on facilities provided by hotel:  1) parking facilities - there is no accessible ramps or pavements for customers taking their heavy luggage from the parking areas - the only thing that we can do was to carry these luggages up the staircases to the hotel lobby from the parking area. 2) hotel entrance lay-by - it was raining heavily when I checked out today. I planned to drive my car to the hotel entrance so that my family members can jump into the car and I can load all my luggages to the trunk under the canopy of the hotel entrance. “Luckily”, the canopy is too short and has no such design and finally everybody got into the car and they were ALL WET. I have to load those luggages to the car under the rain…… 3) Onsen (public bath) - nothing to say about this old, obsolete, small public bath without maintanance. 4) staff - I’d say, with the “name” of Marriott, this hotel is really under staff…… Other - nothing to say really

Fantastic 1 night good rest with scenic activities in a large classy hotel! Wonderful sea view from the room. We did the lake cruise (offered with room booking) and visited Enryakuji on the mountain easily with a discount coupon from hotel. Beautiful autumn foliage! Good value with free shuttle and friendly service from Otsu station overall. No good restaurants nearby, better book with dinner options or dine at hotel’s restaurants. Wasn’t crowded in early Dec. A good break from crowded Kyoto.

Non potevo parlare giapponese, ma potevo sentire che trattavano tutti i clienti seriamente. I loro saluti e servizi sinceri mi hanno impressionato. C'era un problema con la mia prenotazione all'inizio, non sicuramente perché non ho ricevuto una spiegazione adeguata dall'hotel e Trip.com, l'hotel non ha menzionato nulla, ma ha organizzato una piccola sorpresa quando sapevano che questo era un viaggio d'anniversario. Ho cercato di aggiornare il mio pasto con crab, perché mia moglie non era come carne e pesce, e dicono che non era disponibile, così mi mantengo all'originale.Alla fine ho avuto crab, pesce e carne che mi sorprende. Mi è stato poi dato un souvenir dall'hotel quando hanno servito il dessert. L'hotel è occupato, ma non vedo molte persone, forse tutti sono in camera. L’esperienza per me era eccezionale quando mi sveglio alle 6:00, testimone del bellissimo sollevamento del sole fuori dalla finestra, e vide un uccello passare attraverso la mia telecamera cercando di catturare quel momento. Poi, quando prendo il bus libero per la stazione ferroviaria vicina, vidi un'aquila scendere di nuovo e salire fuori dalla stazione; non è certo che significhi nulla, ma è certamente un viaggio molto spirituale per me.

1月從比叡山看到琵琶湖，就開始找目的地，從彥根城到大津找了一圈，選了大津的雄琴温泉，酒店從おごと温泉駅不方便步行抵達，但是出站口有一個免費手機可以聯繫酒店五分鐘後酒店車接，很方便。 酒店外部是丘陵地形，走路去琵琶湖邊上需要15分鐘左右，在房間可以看到湖。夜景漂亮極了。酒店周圍沒有大面積的櫻花景色。 酒店內部是美麗的和式風情，小さい細節はか素晴らしいです 設施：一階て二階要乘坐扶梯，3&6層有吸煙點，除了蒼天餐廳還有其他餐廳，一樓大廳有一個大商店和咖啡廳，大浴場はままです 在蒼天連着吃了四天4頓晚飯4頓早飯，每一餐有細微的變化，都是非常健康新鮮的食材，但是下一次我會衹訂兩天宿泊、二天宿不含餐，因為就餐時間要提前確認，遲到早退會影響其他客人，影響了其他行程安排，為了吃飯夜間大津博物館沒去成。 房間贊極了，和式兩間房，兩個電視，露天風呂はジャグジーある、広い。保潔和鋪床完全無接觸，早飯時填好表格，人出去玩的時打掃，晚飯時間有人鋪床，非常非常舒適。如果想體驗千與千尋裏面油屋的風呂、建議步行去湖邊的あがりやんせ、裏面吃喝玩樂理髮按摩，還有免費劇場，圖書館，按摩椅，1600円一人可以玩一天。

從抵達到退房，我對一切都很滿意。由其是服務，所有員工都有良好的工作態度，令我們有賓至如歸的感覺。 進入房間，琵琶湖就在眼前，心情舒暢。房間乾淨、寬敞，並且有足夠的設施。有洗面乳、乳液、乳液、浴巾、面膜等，室內穿著舒適，可以在晚餐或洗澡時穿著。冰箱裡的水很充足，每層樓都有飲水機。 期待頂樓的休息室，我們一邊欣賞琵琶湖的美景，一邊享用迎賓甜點、藍莓派和飲料，度過了輕鬆的時光。飲料包括酒精、咖啡、茶、橙汁，除了飲料之外還有爆米花及堅果。 一樓的公共浴場的水溫恰到好處，一邊眺望眼前的琵琶湖一邊放鬆身心。還有桑拿浴室。公共浴室提供毛巾也很好。洗完澡後，我們喝了醋梅黑豆茶。 晚餐也很棒。尤其是近江牛和近江米的美味給我留下了深刻的印象。這也是我第一次品嚐烤茄子濃湯。 自助早餐無論是品質還是數量都非常好。 炒近江牛肉和大津菠菜、甜肉和馬鈴薯與近江米飯很相配。新鮮蔬菜、鹽曲和蔬菜醬也不錯。 我非常喜歡新鮮出爐的法式吐司，所以我又點了一份。甜點有布丁、鬆餅和餅乾等烘焙食品。飲料包括冰沙和豆奶。 退房時工作人員幫我搬運了行李，並禮貌地與我告別。 這真是幸福的兩天。我想再次訪問。

Camera spaziale con tutte le attrezzature necessarie. Personale molto amichevole con servizio professionale. È perfetto il colazione e la cena. Il manico è perfetto.

It was a great stay at this ryokan! The hotel is able to arrange a car to fetch you from the JR station. You can call them using a dedicated phone at the station which is used to contact the different ryokans. The car arrived in 10mins or so. The ride to the ryokan was also less than 10mins. The hotel also fetched us to the station on the last day of our stay. The ryokan itself is homely and cozy. We were greeted by an english speaking staff who introduced us to the amenities of the ryokan. There was also a nice welcome tea and matcha chocolate. Our bags were brought to our room as well during this time. The room is spacious and cozy. The hotel prepared 2 welcome biscuits in the room which was a nice personal touch. The room has a nice living room and a great view of Lake Biwa. Recommend to catch the sunrise over the lake! There are 2 normal beds as well as futon beds (need to set up yourself). Both are comfortable. The hotel also prepared pretty yukata for both female and male guests which you can wear during the stay. There are 4 different designs for ladies, and one design for the guys. You can request for different size if the one in the room doesn’t fit you. There is also a full length mirror and a mini dressing area at the side of the living room. It was fun dressing up in the yukata! The toilet, basin, shower and hot tub areas are all separate. The toilet is a little small, but the basin and mirror area is very spacious. The shower area is quite small as well and the shower head is rather low so you need to hold the shower head if you wish to wash up while standing. There is a small stool given for you to sit down though. The hot tub area is semi-outdoor and you can see Lake Biwa. But it is quite small (only good for one person). It was too cold so we didn’t use the hot tub. Instead, we booked the private onsen for 50mins. The private onsen has a private toilet and dressing area which is equipped with hairdryer, body lotion etc. There is a water dispenser as well if you need to hydrate yourself. The onsen area has a washing area, and the hot tub area is spacious for 2 person. There are privacy screens around the onsen area but there is a small gap to let in cold air for ventilation. Wish there is a good view from the private onsen but it was still enjoyable! Dinner and breakfast was Kaiseki style, and the meals were one of the highlights for my husband and I. We really enjoyed the courses which are clean tasting yet wholesome, fresh and flavourful. It was such a sumptuous treat! The ryokan also has a souvenir shop if you wish to buy anything back. Overall, my husband and I really enjoyed the stay here and we agreed this was one of the main highlights of our 12 days trip in Japan. Highly recommend!

La posizione dell'hotel è generalmente, anche se non molto conveniente, ma il paesaggio naturale vicino è conveniente per gli ospiti rilassati.L'ambiente è molto pulito, la manutenzione delle camere e delle strutture è ben fatto, mi sento confortevole e tranquillo. Il livello di servizio è ottimo, i dipendenti sono amichevoli e felici di aiutare le persone, lasciandomi sentire come un ospite e un ritorno durante la mia residenza.Le strutture sono perfette, il design del casinò è fantastico, permettendo alle persone di rilassarsi completamente e godere del piacere caldo.
