Prefettura di Saitama, Giappone: hotel con terme

L'hotel è molto carino, situato a 3 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria diretta a Shinjuku. Il personale è gentile. La colazione offre molte opzioni, l'onsen è pulito e non era affollato la sera. L'unico problema è che la nostra camera era così piccola che non potevamo muoverci.

Booked this place for a night, and was pleasantly surprise with the facilities and the hospitality given to us from the moment we checked in till when we left. I love how even just a stay at this place, really made me feel relaxed and somewhat detox from its onsen bath to the breakfast they provided us. We were also given a choice to select 'pillows' each night we were to stay here; and extra amenities for onsen soak as well. On the night of our stay, we were also offered the 'welcome bar'; where we could mix & choose the selections of the alcohol they had set out (but only for a cup). However, the only downside was that there wasn't much to offer when we went there as i think the previous guests had poured most of the alcohol; so when we reached there were only empty bottles and 2 choices left to pick from. It'll be nice if the staff were able to top them up and allow all guests to have an equal choice of selection next time. Nevertheless, I really look forward to staying here again the next time i visit japan.

Mi piace molto parlare, ma qui non capisco molto il servizio del personale, e mi sento sempre più entusiasta per altri passeggeri che per me.Per esempio, aiutare due ospiti a portare la borsa nella stanza.Spero sia la mia illusione. Ha passato un giorno nel paese di Wu Tibet! Vivo all'hotel Mei Mountain perche' voglio venire a godermi la dolcezza di mio zio. La mia stanza è una stanza chiamata ”kikyo”, molto spaziosa 々. Ma mi dispiace che il lago di lavaggio aperto non sia caldo, ma caldo comune.Solo grandi lago pubblici usano lavaggio caldo. Mi sento un po'insoddisfacente.Forse perché il contea di Liu è un contea senza mare, quindi i frutti del mare non sono buoni, e ho l'impressione che Konyaku abbia uscito la pesce di pesce, e ho guadagnato un po'di soldi ...... Spero che i piatti di carne abbiano più! Per quanto riguarda il servizio del personale, mi dispiace un po'. Di solito mi piace Oshi e Buri, ma non sento troppe interazioni qui.Mi preoccupa anche che la risposta di altri clienti sembra più educata.Ad esempio, sembra che due ospiti abbiano portato il bagaglio nella stanza ...... Sono sicuro che è colpa mia!

Araki Kousen Ryokan was absolutely lovely and felt very welcoming for our family. This was our first stay at a ryokan in Japan, and while we were initially a little worried it might feel old or uncomfortable, it was actually very clean, cozy, and full of charm. The staff were incredibly kind and made us feel right at home, even helping us secure a dinner reservation at a local restaurant. The onsen was relaxing and the water temperature was just right. Breakfast was a highlight as well—delicious, thoughtfully prepared, and a wonderful way to start the day together. We truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return with our family again.

Ho avuto un ottimo soggiorno a Yuno Yado Wadoh con un amico, il paesaggio là fuori è assolutamente bellissimo, il personale è stato così utile e attento, il cibo è stato così delizioso! Il personale è stato così gentile e andato sopra e oltre per aiutare con qualsiasi problema che abbiamo avuto. Il bagno aperto pubblico e privato era celeste, e ci sono anche alcune divertenti tracce di cammino a piedi dalla Ryokan. Raccomando vivamente che questo Ryokan sia un divertimento per uscire dalla città per vedere e vivere il paesaggio del Giappone senza dover viaggiare finora.

출장으로 방문했습니다만 주차장도 잘되어 있고 온천도 즐길 수 있어서 좋네요. 저녁을 관내에 있는 마구로야에서 했습니다만 만족합니다. 일찍 체크아웃을 해서 조식을 이용못한게 아쉽네요.

Booked this hotel for overnite stay while on the way to Nikko. The are is quiet at night time. The room is just a standard Japan hotel room, though size is bigger compared to those in Tokyo downtown area. The hotel spa (or onsen) is actually few mins walk away (and need to go up to footbridge to cross the road). We drove to the spa mainly because there is a restaurant that we could have dinner. As we arrived late, we didn't try the onsen there. The spa looks good and staff there is very nice.

Clean hotel and very convenient. There’s a mall with restaurants and supermarket just across the street.

foreigners beware.  the bald headed guy with glasses at the reception is a terrible host. he declined to offer to show us to our rooms and help us with our luggage.  he also did not help with the luggage when we asked for help with our luggage out when we checked out. when we checked out he was also not friendly to help with taqbin. luckily familymart was kind enough to help us with our taqbin luggage

Anche se l'hotel non è nuovo, è ancora pulito e ben mantenuto. Il colazione è abbondante e offre una buona varietà. L'area di parcheggio è spaziosa e gratuita. Il prezzo è molto ragionevole e offre un grande valore per i soldi. Il personale offre un servizio eccellente
