Hotel with hot spring and others facilities like swimming pool and gym room. Room are big enough for 3-4 persons. Location a bit far from town if with car no issue at all. Hotel do provide bus but time limited till 6pm. All staffs could not speak English so communication was an issue if you request something.

Our stay at Yukinohana Ryokan was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality that made us feel at home. Every staff member was attentive, kind, and eager to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made a lasting impression. Yukinohana’s location is also excellent, just a short walk from Echigo-Yuzawa Station, making it convenient for travelers. We can’t wait to return!

Se si opta per una stanza tatami tradizionale giapponese o una moderna suite occidentale, Naspa Otani garantisce che ogni alloggio sia progettato per conforto. Le camere sono spaziose, pulite e ben mantenute, con decorazioni elegante che integrano la bellezza naturale dell'ambiente.Molte camere offrono balconi con vista panoramica del Monte Fuji, rendendo il soggiorno ancora più speciale.

Il servizio è attento e il prezzo è vero.Ci sono servizi di trasporto alla stazione di Tang Tang e alla neve di Pittsburgh, che possono anche affittare utensili di neve, camere comode e pulite, calde e molto comode. In seguito, mi prenotero'di sci ogni anno.

This is our 3rd week of 4 weeks exploring Japan and so far Yuzawa Grand is the best Ryokan Onsen experience we have had. We could have spent several days there it was sublime. We arrived in the morning and the staff were extremely welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. We had been told by the tourist centre at the train station that the gondola wasn’t operational for 3 days; however the Yuzawa Receptionist assured us that it was operating and showed us that they were even able to sell us tickets at a discount. She gave us a map and bus timetable, showing us where everything was. They stored our backpacks for us and off we went exploring and had a marvellous time. We soaked our feet in the foot baths while having a treat before catching the bus to the mountains. We came back to our gorgeous room which had a coffee pod machine in it. Was so nice having a coffee in the morning looking out the window. We enjoyed relaxing in the beautiful Onsens before dinner. The buffet at both dinner and breakfast was incredible, everything so beautifully presented and incredibly delicious. Highly recommend this gorgeous hotel. The staff are fantastic and the ambiance very peaceful.

In general I like this hot spring hotel which was built on the venue containing 16 houses dated back to the 17th century. The hotel itself, its garden and room all look not bad. However the AC at the boutique shop was broken yesterday and it was super hot to shop there. Not sure if it’s repaired today. An opened brush bag without toothpaste was kept in the bathroom- they expected me to use or what? The service and food can both be better - but do not take it wrong - they are already good - it’s just I have a very high standard in particular when we talk about foods. I like the two free liquor - one sale the other plum wine- provided every evening 17:00-19:30 though. :) The Hotel can organise many experiencing and traveling activities and you need to book online ahead. Free shuttle service between the hotel and ECHIGO YUZAWA STATION is provided and you also need to book in advance - very generous gesture.

Property is set in a very quiet and peaceful environment. Very clean and modern. Well maintained after its renovation. There are plenty of free parking space. Room is big but unfortunately without shower/bath - a big negative for the property. There are two common showers for the whole hotel which must be busy during peak seasons. I recommend the hotel especially during off peak season when you can use the public showers. Otherwise you have to use the bathing facilities in the onsen.

Molto bel posto per soggiornare! Calma durante il periodo primavera/estate, perché la zona è più popolare in inverno. Molto vicino alla stazione Echigo Yuzawa entro 5 minuti a piedi. È stato benvenuto all'hotel con la complimentare matcha e snack. Quando si accendeva, c'era anche un bel gioco di Gachapon in cui si poteva vincere una delle loro speciali cose Niigata/Yuzawa! La camera era pulita e spaziosa con un comodo letto futon. I bagni pubblici erano così bello e ben mantenuto! Il personale qui è molto amichevole e attento. Se non avete prenotato la loro specializzata cena/Colazione, potete ancora fare la vostra ordinazione con 2 giorni di ordine avanzato sul desk front. Mi piace anche che forniscono la navetta gratuita alla stazione di check-out su richiesta! Sicuramente restare qui di nuovo se mai tornato nella zona 🫶🏼
