I stayed with my family for two days, and really enjoyed! Location wise it’s within walking distance from outlet, and there are also shuttle bus options every 30 mins. Room is spacious in Japan standard, nothing fancy but all practical. The highlight is waking up in the morning, open the curtain and see birds jumping around the trees. There is also a nice lake and plenty of grass for my daughter to walk around. Sakura trees are the silver lining. Overall, a good escape from hustle bustle

在白馬滑雪的旅程中，雖然不是自駕，交通稍顯不便（班次較少的接駁巴士有時無法完全配合需求），但酒店的前台服務讓我感受到了無比的溫暖與貼心。在此，我衷心感謝幾位前台服務人員的熱情協助與專業服務。 這次是一人首次前往白馬滑雪，對當地環境不熟悉，且沒有自駕，加上需要將行李寄回機場，過程中遇到了不少挑戰。首先特別感謝一位較年長的男服務員，他親切有禮，幫我辦理了宅急便速遞服務，過程十分細心，讓我倍感安心。 其次，感謝一位身材較矮、稍胖但滿面笑容的男服務員。他在得知我因接駁巴士未按時到達而在大堂苦等兩小時後，盡力協助我召喚計程車前往雪場，雖然最終未能成功，但他對我的堅持表示理解，並始終熱心幫助。當我回到酒店後，由於時間緊迫，他主動向上司請示，迅速協助安排酒店車送我到車站，以便我能趕上巴士和JR列車前往東京。同時，他還幫我提取寄存的行李並協助搬運，全程比我本人還焦急，讓我深受感動。由於事發當時過於匆忙，我未能當面表達感謝或給予小費，實在深感抱歉。 另外，還想表揚一位年輕的女服務員。她雖然經驗尚淺，但仍然細心負責，盡力解決我的問題，讓我感受到她的用心與專業。 在這次旅途中，這幾位服務人員的真誠與熱忱為我提供了極大的幫助。即使面對突發狀況，他們始終設身處地為住客著想，展現了卓越的服務態度。下次再訪白馬，我一定會再次選擇入住這家酒店，因為他們的服務讓人感到賓至如歸。再次感謝！ 另外，整理房間嘅員工們亦都很專業，禮貌盡責。至於酒店設備、整潔、裝修及餐廳食物質素及款式，都很讚。

È un vecchio hotel classico. La camera è grande, ma il letto è piccolo (＜1m). A volte è difficile trovare un personale che possa parlare fluentemente inglese. La colazione è buona, ma il pranzo è troppo costoso. È un hotel sci-in-ski-out per Cortina, quindi è conveniente se si soggiorna in hotel per tutto il giorno. Ma la condizione stradale può essere terribile in giorni di neve. Molte auto non possono raggiungere le tracce dell'hotel da strada principale anche dotate di pneumatici di neve.

A wonderful stay here. Refreshed and modern. We had the family room with two futons which was pretty spacious. The only downside was that the basin was located inside the bathroom, making it inconvenient for others to use it. The location was brilliant as it was only walking distance to Echoland with plenty of dining options. The breakfast buffet had a pretty good range though if some of the dishes could be different each day that would be even better. One thing to note that is that the car park is unsheltered. We stayed for the ski season in January and on one night there was heavy snow, so the next morning we had to spend some time shovelling the snow around our car before we could drive it out. I suspect this is pretty typical in Hakuba though. Overall we were very satisfied and would highly recommend this for a family ski trip.

I very recommend for this hotel best of all, free parking, wide room and the breakfast is the best of what I have before, i would forget and will come back to stay again.

Ho avuto un ottimo soggiorno in questo hotel. La stanza era pulita e temperata, offrendo un ambiente confortevole. La doccia era eccellente, che era particolarmente importante durante la stagione invernale. Il personale del check-in è stato estremamente utile e amichevole.Anche se non ho partecipato allo sci, sono stato impressionato dalla vasta gamma di attività del resort che ha consentito agli ospiti di esplorare la zona. In generale, è stata una fantastica esperienza, e consiglierei molto questo hotel ad altri.

Hotel eccellente. La posizione è magnifica, a soli 1 minuto dall'arresto dell'autobus alla stazione alpina Oguzawa n 2min alla stazione ferroviaria di Shinano-Omachi. Il supermercato è a pochi minuti a piedi mentre i pasti non sono lontani. Attenzione che i negozi chiusi presto nella città. La stanza è pulita. Ci è un bagno caldo sul pavimento. La colazione è buffet. Non male. Ci sono budget BnB vicino ma vale la pena di avere un buon soggiorno di notte in un bel hotel.

The hotel is nestled in the mountains, and the morning views from our rooms were absolutely breathtaking. On a few mornings with light drizzle, a mist swirled around the mountains, making it feel like we were living among the clouds. There was just one minor issue: the hotel initially wanted to charge 300 yen per person per day simply because it offers a public bath. As I’m not comfortable using such facilities, I didn’t visit the bath at all. However, at checkout, I was surprised to see an additional charge of over 1,000 yen for my family on the invoice. Although the amount was small, it didn’t seem fair to be charged for a facility we didn’t use. After I raised this concern, the front desk manager stepped in and kindly waived the fee. Aside from this slight issue, my stay was wonderful and thoroughly enjoyable.

We stayed in the hotel for one week. We like the hotel a lot. - Staff are nice and helpful, especially a passionate guy at the front desk. They helped us book restaurants and deal with toll payment. - Breakfast is great. We haven’t felt bored after one week given many varieties. Especially they have “today’s special”, different omelette every day. We like the wasabi cheese omelette. On the other hand, dinner buffet was ordinary. Food became cold. With the same price, we had a nice 7-course French dinner in a nearby restaurant. - Room is nice and clean, although a bit small. Bed is comfortable with different pillows. We have some difficulty to allocate our big suitcase in the room without block the way. However, we noticed poor management for laundry room and emergency cases. - There are only two washing machines. Some people put clothes on washing machines or nearby for queuing. We waited in-person for 15min several times, but someone claimed they came earlier, or said they need to add additional time for dry. We had to wait until midnight to do laundry. - Nice onsen, but poor emergency handling. One day I heard voices from speaker for ＞15min during shower, and then realized it was from a cell phone when I was in indoor bath pool. A lady with black glasses was using the phone in the pool (not sure if taking photos or videos)! I felt very uncomfortable and went to the outdoor onsen. But she came to outdoor onsen shortly. I went back to indoor onsen, and saw the phone on a chair beside the indoor onsen. Another guest also expressed her concern to me. I called emergency phone in changing room, said three times “someone is using cell phone in bathing area, please send a female staff asap”. Unfortunately the guy who answered the call does not understand English. 5mins later he came to the door of changing room, asking who called SOS. I told him again, and he finally understood, but did nothing except asked my room number. After we checked out the next day, the guy saw me and told me in Japanese that “sorry,but we will improve in future” (showed English translation to me). I was very disappointed. 1) Why did the hotel ask a guy who doesn’t understand English to take care of female onsen? What if someone fainted? 2) No actions were taken after I reported issue. No one came to stop the issue, no one checked whether inappropriate photos/videos were taken. Whole staff are nice, the hotel is poorly managed in some places.

L'ambiente: la scena della neve è così bella, e la scena della neve sarà ancora più grande Impianti: le strutture sono molto adatte per le vacanze con i familiari e gli amici. È molto buona per guardare la neve e parlare con lui. Salute: la stanza è pulita nel suo complesso, ma ha un sapore di ciambelle, in modo che vuole sempre aprire la finestra Servizio: c'è un servizio di trasporto alla stazione di cavallo bianco, il tempo di lavoro è buono, ma la stanza è data alla porta delle scale, ci sono depositi, sensori generali.Ma l'atteggiamento della ricetta è buono e dolce sorella. Bevande: la cena è davvero generale, specialmente il bicchiere della piattaforma principale, è aggiornato con il bestiame, ma sembra che mangiare carne rossa bruciata o il sapore di carne grassa è troppo dolce.Ma l'ambiente di cena è davvero bello, devi sedersi vicino alla finestra.
