Wowee!! What a hidden gem. This hotel was small but punched a knockout!! Pricey but you get what you’ve paid for and more! Hidden in Omachi this hotel offers those wanting to go to the ski parks of all with a complimentary shuttle bus. The staff were super friendly and service was so good!! The food was to die for as I recommend the buffet style for breakaways and dinner as it had everything! Private onsen with a private onsen for females which showed their privacy. Gym, kids play room and also indoor pool. The list goes on! Thank you so much!!

Definitely the best hotel in Karuizawa! Exceptional service and beautiful accommodations that have made our experience truly memorable! The professional and caring nature of your staff has been remarkable, ensuring that every aspect of our stay feels personalized and welcoming. The hotel's design and upkeep are also commendable. The elegant decor and well-maintained facilities have set a perfect backdrop for our romantic getaway, enhancing our overall enjoyment and comfort.

I very recommend for this hotel best of all, free parking, wide room and the breakfast is the best of what I have before, i would forget and will come back to stay again.

A wonderful stay here. Refreshed and modern. We had the family room with two futons which was pretty spacious. The only downside was that the basin was located inside the bathroom, making it inconvenient for others to use it. The location was brilliant as it was only walking distance to Echoland with plenty of dining options. The breakfast buffet had a pretty good range though if some of the dishes could be different each day that would be even better. One thing to note that is that the car park is unsheltered. We stayed for the ski season in January and on one night there was heavy snow, so the next morning we had to spend some time shovelling the snow around our car before we could drive it out. I suspect this is pretty typical in Hakuba though. Overall we were very satisfied and would highly recommend this for a family ski trip.

Good hotel at a really decent price point, the only thing is the location there is nothing much to do in Nakano itself but it is very close to the train station, and I think a lot of people staying there had cars. They have different style rooms, the first room I stayed in had a coffee table which I couldn't use for computer work, but then moved to a different room later which had a proper work table which was much better. Also has an onsen which was also nice. Breakfast buffet quite decent, would just request that more vegan options be available.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the outlet. And the shuttle bus service is quite frequent. The downside is the shuttle bus is a bit small. Also, the hot bath location is too far away from our room in B side. It took us like 8 minutes to go to the hot bath. Especially for family with a child, it’s too far away. Also, the last in time was said to be 1030pm, which is too early for us. The room itself is normal. I can’t say that it is worth the money I spent.

Siamo stati all'Hotel Kisoji solo per una notte, per fare escursioni tra Magome e Tsumago sul sentiero Nakasendo. La camera in stile giapponese era molto spaziosa e pulita. Mio marito ha apprezzato l'onsen dopo l'escursione. Abbiamo apprezzato anche la cena e la colazione a buffet, entrambe offrono un'ottima scelta di cibi gustosi. Per quanto riguarda l'ubicazione, abbiamo dovuto prendere un taxi da Tsumago all'hotel perché il servizio di autobus non è molto regolare e la strada per l'hotel non è molto sicura per i pedoni, per non parlare della pendenza in salita. Abbiamo anche preso un taxi fino alla stazione di Nagiso. Il personale è stato utile nel chiamare il taxi per noi e le tariffe dei taxi sono abbastanza ragionevoli. Nel complesso, un buon soggiorno in un buon hotel.

La cibo è buona, la cibo calda è più semplice

Hotel Tangram provides a unforgettable experience with its exotic location next to a ski/snowboard facility, to have supreme services and the thing. I remember most except the skiing part is the onsen, the onsen provides a lovely arrange of tubs various sizes which consume of eg: cold bath tubs indoor warm tubs and an outdoor tub especially if you are lucky there might be snow raining in to the tub and you can witness a special surpirse. overall I believe coming here is a good choice and can guaranteer you a good stay.
