Rooms were so dirty and stinky. Pillows had stain marks. There was intolerable smell of spray coming through out the stay. Couldn’t sleep properly due to the noise. Rates were high compared to other same category Hotels. Breakfast was so so.

My stay at this hotel was truly remarkable, with every aspect exceeding my expectations. The luxurious accommodations, exceptional service, and stunning views all contributed to an unforgettable experience. I can confidently say that this was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had.

1）卡拉奇垃圾防彈車政策 ，非要去當地警察局報備，不讓我們獨自出去 ，非要報告警察跟我們出去 2）早餐一般般 ，中國人吃不中 3）主要這個地方位置太亂太吵鬧，不知道攜程怎麼和他們合作的

Good hotel and clean but is three star. Staff are very friendly and breakfast is ok. Towels need to be changed as we're hard Rock. Bedding needs updating and needs to make it smoke free. Stayed night and experience was ok as beds were ok. Good location as in the centre of sadak. Rooms are good size but needs some modernisation. Could not stay for long the rooms were not smoke free and could smell in the bedding.

Staff are lovely, hotel is in good location with Atrium mall around the corner. Rickshaws available and many close by amenities. However felt cheated by the prices as we were over charged compared to online price. We could not book online due to requiring over 12 rooms. However we were assured we would pay the online price, not true. Advise that all guests book via online as you will be charged more and also pay tax on top so price works out more if you pay direct. Plus no invoice or explanation of charges which was frustrating. Won’t be booking again. Thank you
