I like this hotel. I've stayed here for 2 times. They provide a free transfer from and to Railway station and a city centre. Very good onsen with a scenic view on Sakurajima. You can also rent a bike here in the hotel for a reasonable price. Convenience store is right by the hotel.

Everything from the room, the spa, breakfast and the surrounding area was good. The city view and sakurajima view were stunning. There’s a shuttle going to and from downtown. The checkin experience was no good - long queue and not clear to foreigners.

Our Third Visit to Ibusuki Royal Hotel – A Perfect Family Getaway This was our third stay at the Ibusuki Royal Hotel. On our previous family trips, we stayed next door at the Iwasaki Hotel, which is now unfortunately closed. The Royal Hotel is beautifully situated right by the seaside, offering stunning views of Mount Kaimon from the side — the scenery is simply breathtaking. Although the facilities are a bit dated, everything is immaculately clean, and the staff are exceptionally kind and attentive, making our stay truly enjoyable. The spacious guest rooms and relaxing atmosphere reflect the charm of a seaside resort. The hot spring baths, including the open-air onsen, were the perfect way to unwind at the end of the day. The breakfast buffet was also impressive — the quality and variety exceeded our expectations, and our whole family was delighted. Another plus is the hotel’s convenient location — within a 10-minute walk you’ll find the Daiei Shopping Mall, where you can easily pick up local foods and souvenirs. If you rise early, I highly recommend taking a morning stroll along the beach in front of the hotel. It feels like stepping into a scene from a movie — a peaceful and beautiful start to the day. If you’re planning a family trip, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. We visited by rental car from Kagoshima, but it seems that a shuttle service from JR Ibusuki Station is also available. A truly wonderful stay — we look forward to returning again!

Average hotel. Room too hot can’t control temperature even aircon turned down to minimum. Irritating motion sensor light in the hall keeps coming on if you move at night. Average small onsen. Quite a soul less hotel.

La posizione è adatta alla gente che guida. La cena è bbq. Ci sono cinque minuti di auto-conduzione in vicinanza con un supermercato che può aggiungere da sola, cibo fresco e ambiente bello!Il lobby ha più gioco di tavolo che può prendere in prestito 👍

I love the three private onsen. They are on first come first serve basis without reservation needed. People mostly will finish their session within 45mins basically so I have the chance to try all three private rooms. They all have good views and allow group of 2-5 people basically. The interior design is magnificent and gorgeous. One of the room even can gaze stars directly from the onsen tub. My stay here is comfortable. Didn't have the chance to try the onsen in room. The breakfast is Japanese and Western style. Taste good and look very appetizing. The view from the restaurant is beautiful either. Will definitely recommend adding the breakfast buffet but note that the time for breakfast is 07:00-09:30 (L.O. 09:00) if you're not an early bird.

밝고 기분 좋은 접객과 맛있는 식사가 있고, 알칼리 온천의 품질이 매우 좋습니다. 무거운 캐리어를 들고 계단을 오르는 일은 쉽지는 않지만 기꺼이 감수할 만한 곳입니다. 또 방문하고 싶습니다.

Non solo la stanza e i grandi bagni pubblici sono ben puliti e molto comodi.Ciò che conta è che è difficile trovare un ospite entusiasta nell'alloggio più vicino. Reception, ristorante, negozio, pulizia del personale che lavora nella sala 々, non solo per il servizio di tutti gli hotel, ma anche per un piacevole periodo di vacanza con un buon benvenuto. E'un viaggio felice con una madre malata, e la mia famiglia è piena di gratitudine.Voglio tornare a casa 😊

Hotel confortevole.Anche se sabato ,Trip.com può ancora essere utilizzato allo stesso prezzo del giorno lavorativo.”Antenna, edificio principale e impianti termali” è un po'difficile tornare al luogo del colazione, ma sono molto soddisfatto.E'anche una sala di matrimonio, con spazio generale ampio e confortevole. La stanza è anche molto tranquilla.Il gruppo di clienti è buono.Ho usato ２ per qualche giorno senza ospiti di gruppo.

La stanza è mais, non ho mai avuto esperienza, ma la stanza in cui vivo è molto pesante, la stanza è abbastanza grande, il peggio è che il bagno è troppo sottile.Dovrebbe essere il sapore della lavastoviglie fuori.
