The location is beautiful and the views from the car park assured us we had chosen well. Check in was helpful and all facilities were fully explained at this time, allowing us to book our dining time. The room was comfortable and traditional; the view, amazing! With an afternoon of sunshine, time was taken to enjoy the view in a temperature controlled setting. There was a beautiful tea set and tea provided along with some complementary snacks and water. The toiletries provided were lovely and I shall certainly be looking to purchase these for my home. Dinner was a Chinese style buffet, with an excellent selection of dishes. Barbecues for the table and delicious sashimi and hand prepared sushi. Soups, stews, salad and more! To follow was an assortment of cakes and ice creams. Staff were very helpful and polite and the food was filling and delicious. We then retired to the hotel bar where we were again greeted by a lovely member of staff. Upon return to our room, futons had been prepared and the room made ready for sleep. These were surprisingly comfortable. Breakfast was also delicious with a huge array of dishes to choose from. Check out was simple and staff were helpful and polite. I will definitely be returning! I

L'hotel era situato più in profondità tra le montagne di quanto mi aspettassi. Ho preso un autobus da Morioka verso le 19:30, un viaggio di un'ora e mezza; la maggior parte dei passeggeri è scesa dopo 20 minuti e l'autobus si è immesso in una strada isolata quasi completamente buia. Era praticamente impossibile uscire a mangiare la sera.

We had a pleasant stay in general. However, room ceaning service needs to be improved. Our group of people have a few bad experiences. 1) after returning to room after the day, there was a used mask left in the bathroom. There’s also a day without providing onsen towels and we had to bring over the mid size ones 2) the door of my friend’s room remained open after the cleaning service (a 3M sticker with なすし2 sticked on wall). Glad there’s no missing items 3) another room, there was blood and urine stint left on the toilet cover! I hope the hotel can take it seriously as it indeed ruins the brand of IHG and bad customer experience.

Nell'ambiente naturale circondato da montagne e boschi, il limpido ruscello dietro la locanda scorre gorgogliante, curando il corpo e la mente. È divertente godersi ognuna delle quattro sorgenti termali che sgorgano direttamente dalla sorgente, ma consigliamo in particolare la sorgente termale più profonda del Giappone. Questo è un bagno di roccia naturale semovente ”Shirasaru no Yu”. Questa è una sorgente termale molto rara. A causa della sua profondità, puoi alzarti in piedi per entrare, ma è distribuito uniformemente in tutto il tuo corpo. Si dice che l'applicazione della pressione dell'acqua calda possa promuovere efficacemente la circolazione sanguigna. La sala ha anche un'atmosfera nostalgica, come se si viaggiasse nel passato. 1。酒店位置 酒店位於つなぎ温泉較入的位置 而且路途要經過斜坡和馬路 巴士班次較為疏落 非自駕人士前往會較為不便 在盛岡駅前乘坐計程車到溫泉的車資為固定5000 Yen 車程亦需要20多分鐘 2。鄰近配套 酒店位於溫泉區的較入位置 與最近的便利店步行距離超過15分鐘 附近基本沒有其他商店 進入酒店後只能待在酒店內 即使想走到附近的河邊散步 步行距離亦超過十分鐘 建議前往酒店之前先在市區購買一些日用品例如零食等等 3。酒店設施 酒店是非常傳統的溫泉旅館 建築有三層 大約有21間房間 浴池是男女分開 一個室內一個室外 但室外的露天風呂太過靠近草叢 晚上蚊蟲較多 室內浴池寬敞 而且由於入住人數不多 有機會可以獨自享用浴池 至於房間內的設施較為老舊 wi-fi速度正常但電視不能連接平板電腦或Youtube等等 房間的窗戶可以望到地下大堂旁邊的造景 如喜歡日式傳統旅館的話會能夠享受這間酒店的設施 4。酒店服務人員 酒店服務人員態度非常親切 會主動提供幫助 不過有一點我認為可改善的地方 就是晚餐和早餐的上菜速度略快

Sono un viaggiatore americano di affari. Ho visitato Kashoen prima e sulla base delle mie esperienze è l'unico hotel che potrò mai soggiornare a Hanamaki. Il personale dell'hotel è la persona più gentile, più cura e più passionata che abbia incontrato in un hotel. Le strutture sono fantastiche, il cibo dell'hotel è fenomenale, e il mio soggiorno è sempre rilassante. Le camere sono molto pulite e confortevoli. C'è un bel percorso naturale vicino a un fiume che è anche bellissimo. Se siete a Hanamaki o stai cercando un posto per godere di un fine settimana tranquillo, suggerisco Kashoen.

The hotel nestled in the middle of Iwate and Akita Japan with an amazing sceneries of mountain. The accomodati on is super comfortable with an amazing view of trees and mountains covered in snow. The other highlight of this place is the culinary experience this place got to offer the course dinner and breakfast that uses locally sourced ingredients from both Akita and Iwate prefecture and the presentation of the cuisine that brings out the quality and the stories of the place. Overall an extraordinary experience and worth a trip of its own.

Il posto è spazioso e grande. Ottimo personale Spazio spazioso Il pranzo è molto lussuoso e delizioso. Il ciliegio è molto buono, ci sono acqua calda, acqua fredda e sauna. la colazione è anche molto buona
