Prefettura di Hyōgo, Giappone: hotel con sorgenti termali

Il servizio era un po' scarso. Ho letto recensioni che sono molto amichevoli, ma non mi sono sentito come questo. Ho sentito che erano molto corti nel modo in cui parlano e sembrano stanchi. Tuttavia, la posizione era buona. Juste al lato della Cinatown. L'hotel è molto budget non corrisponde al suo prezzo, considerando che sono stato a 4 hotel durante il mio soggiorno. Le luci si scioglie rapidamente al foyer. Il flusso d'acqua era piccolo. Ma va bene, è ecologico, immagino. La sopa di miso al colazione era la più diffusa, il parcheggio era costoso e vi faranno pagare se arrivate presto o lasciate la macchina al parcheggio, secondo quanto previsto dopo l'orario di check-in e di check-out. Questo è comprensibile, ma qui l'hotel ha perso un po' di senso di toccamento.

500 m dalla torre Kobe. Sceglieremo questo hotel perché ci sono camere di stile giapponese con pubblico Onsen disponibile. Grande camera per i membri 4-6 può essere adatta. Raccomando al team di hotel di pulire il con con l'aria come tante polveri, ma c'è anche un'umidificatrice di aria installata all'interno della stanza. Grazie e ci piace.☺️

Just a few mins away from both Sannomiya station and Motomachi area. Equipped with a public bath facility and the coin laundry. (There was a queue after 9pm. Go for it earlier!) Staff were attentive and helpful. Only drawback- the view of my room was like completely blocked by other buildings, and we were not able to get enough natural lights. It was even darker than the average at night.

We had a very spacious corner twin room for 2 of us! So generous! Also the onsen was very clean and we loved it! Parking was full when we arrived but they directed us to a nearby parking lot with fixed parking rate. Love this place!

The room was spacious and comfortable, providing a serene atmosphere for relaxation. The onsen facilities, along with the provided Japanese bath suits and slippers, added a delightful touch to the experience. The breakfast buffet featured a variety of healthy Japanese options, which I found both satisfying and nourishing. Additionally, the view of Kobe Tower from my room was a charming highlight. The hotel's design reflects a refined minimalistic luxury, creating an elegant and calming environment. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a blend of comfort and traditional Japanese hospitality.

My non-smoking room smelled of smoke. Fortunately the staff were exceptional, and I soon received another room. One staff told me that because the room was ”Japanese Style”, and that I had to take the bedding from the closet, move the low table and make up my own futon. I live in Japan and I know what a ”Japanese Style” room is. Ryokans of a good grade will have staff make up the futons. When a hotel is too large, the work of making up the futons for all rooms becomes onerous, however, one wonders why ”five star hotel” if one has to make up one's own futon AND receive education on what a ”Japanese Style” room entails [ I am in the hotel business]. The lobby is bleak and looks cheap. No style, no charm. The seating is ugly and cheap. There are real plants here and there but no cut flowers. Cut flowers are very expensive in Japan. Too expensive for this hotel. The final point is that I booked this specific hotel in order to take a swim. Although the weather was fine, the pool had closed the day before I arrived. The pool was still full of water, perfect and peaceful, but ”closed”. No doubt, this saves on staff and other expenses, in the same way that making up one's own futon does . . . all this is fine for a hostel, but not for a luxury hotel. I have been generous with my star-giving because I like to be kind, and because several of the staff were truly exceptional in their kindness and service, however, we hope that the management will note our comments. Please pay for more staff and please keep your pool open as long as the weather permits. Global warming means pools can stay open longer. :-)

Lovely small hotel with most amenities one might need. We missed having a laundry, as it seems to be common for hotels in Japan, but it's a very small drawback. Lounge area was lovely to relax and have a snack after the Onsen, we had the public Onsen to ourselves in the early morning and the private ones were a breeze to reserve and were always available. Great value for money compared to other places we looked at in Arima Onsen. Staff were upbeat and friendly. We loved it.
