A very nice hotel. Our room was spacious enough for two people. The dinner was colorful and probably delicious, although it was difficult to appreciate due to our different taste preferences. The fish and steak were excellent. We only stayed at this place for one day, but it would take several days to fully experience and immerse ourselves in the atmosphere of this place.

Il messaggio di posta che ho ricevuto da Trip.com e le informazioni che ho mostrato la mia prenotazione erano di check-in alle 3:00 e di check-out alle 11:00, ma mi è stato detto dall'hotel che ai ha prenotato un tasso di soggiorno breve, quindi mi è stato permesso solo di check-in alle 5:00 e di check-out alle 9:00 il giorno successivo. Trip.com Ha fatto il profitto di me mentendo?

I arrived early and the staff told us to keep the car at hotel car parking with 300yen per hour, which is cheap and let us hassle free leaving the car and start our sight seeing. When we came back to hotel at night, all the luggage was in the room. Super grateful. Very care to kid with kid amenities. The onsen environment is clean and looks new! Close to JR if you travel by railway. Complimentary noodles with Xmas style and free drinks making kid so happy for the stay!

Questo hotel è stato l'hotel più fantastico in cui abbia mai soggiornato! Prima ancora che l'auto fosse parcheggiata, il personale dell'hotel era già davanti a noi, probabilmente aiutandoci a spostare i bagagli perché c'erano delle scale, per poi consegnargli le chiavi dell'auto per aiutarci a parcheggiare l'auto. Poi siamo saliti delicatamente per fare il check-in, e c'era matcha o sencha tra cui scegliere, con un pasticcino, organizzando la nostra cena e l'orario della colazione, il personale ha introdotto personalmente le strutture e le precauzioni all'interno dell'hotel.  La camera giapponese era fantastica e confortevole, il bagno e la toilette erano un po' piccoli, tuttavia l'hotel aveva una zuppa d'oro e d'argento e praticamente non si poteva usare il bagno. La Zuppa d'Argento è un bagno all'aperto, mentre la Zuppa d'Oro è al chiuso. La cena ha impiegato un'ora per finire, super soddisfatto. Il pasto mattutino è una colazione a base di latte di soia e riso. Nel complesso il prezzo vale davvero i soldi spesi, il servizio è super buono, così buono che sono un po' imbarazzato🙈

La posizione è all'uscita sud della stazione di Himeji, non sul lato del castello di Himeji, quindi è un po' lontano dalle zone trafficate, ma mi è piaciuto perché era un hotel rilassante con sorgenti termali, un bagno gassato e una nebbia sauna anche se era nel centro della città. C'era un bancone accanto alla reception dove si potevano scegliere gli shampoo, il che mi ha emozionato. È stato utile avere un cavo per caricare il mio smartphone.

Hotel service was good. Dinner and breakfast was provided as part of the stay. Food was good for the stay since there are not much options for food at Arima. Most shops are closed by afternoon. Though the hotel is old but it’s renovated (except for the old wooden cupboard) which made the stay more pleasant. Onsen is indoor and small so will need to go at hours with lesser people.

Ho vissuto due notti.Comunque, il traffico è comodo davanti alla stazione.E' vicino all'aeroporto di Idan, puoi raggiungere Meidan (Daddy) in trenta minuti. Oltre al teatro, puoi corrispondere al panorama naturale, con montagne e fiumi. L'hotel ha anche un caldo, quindi ho capito che Bao era originariamente una città calda.Il giardino della birra è aperto anche in estate. La stanza è ben pulita e molto comoda.La colazione può essere scelta tra i tre tipi di stile giapponese, di stile giapponese e di stile occidentale.Ho scelto il stile giapponese.

楽しみにしていた食事は温かいはずの料理が冷めた状態で出てきたのでガッカリしました。 お料理のボリュームはそれほど無いので高齢の方や食の細い方には良いと思います。 21時から提供される担々麺は半麺くらいでしたが美味しくいただけました。 オーシャンビューの部屋でしたが海がすぐ目の前って訳ではないのですが高台にあるので眺めは良かったです。 部屋には加湿器が設置されてて寝る時にONにしたのですが朝には給水ランプが点滅してました。 部屋のトイレは手を洗う小さい洗面があり手を拭く紙が備え付けられてましたがゴミ箱が無かったのは何故なのでしょうか。トイレから出て洗面所にあったゴミ箱に捨てなくてはいけなく不便でした。 大浴場からの眺めも良かったですが、16時30分頃にお風呂から上がり備え付けの化粧水と乳液をお借りしようとしましたが空でした… 朝に露天風呂から上がった時にはちゃんと補充されてました。

What an amazing stay! It exceeded all expectations. The place is super nice with design interior, rooms are warm, spacious and comfortable. The whole place is modern, yet has a very traditional authentic feel and feels serene. The staff is very attentive, caring and fulfills your every need - they make you feel welcome, and explain everything to you very well even if you are a foreigner, there was no problem communicating in english. You are guaranteed 2 private stays in the private onsen spa of your chice - one in the evening and one in the morning, the time slots are more than enough to cover guest capacity and you have choice. The public onsen is pretty awesome too, although i felt so relaxed after private onsen for so long i went there just because of curiosity lol. The dinner and breakfast are HUGE and are SUPER tasty. Excellent products and execution, it was my first time tasting a5 wagyu. I recommend you do not eat lunch before coming to the ryokan for dinner, maybe just breakfast or something small because you will want to eat everything in this amazing meal set. I still feel kind of full 1 day after checking out. The hotel has nice common areas with free beverages, board games, ping pong ans some slot machines for entertainment. You can reserve karaoke room or get massaged in the automatic massage chairs. After we chcecked in at 3pm we did not need to go anywhere away from the hotel and just enjoyed our time there. If you want to book very specific timeslots for the private spa come in at that 3pm, because people queue up 30 min before in the lobby. Although i felt this was not really necessarry because like i said, the capacity is calculated well and you are guaranteed 2 entramces with available time slots. The first time slot starts at 4pm and is in 1hr intervals - with 5 available onsens up until the night. Morning onsen had plenty of free slots. They also offer free shuttle bus and it was always quick, we even called from public telephone in Arima when before checkin and had no problems arranging pickup in english. What i wish is if they were a little bit more flexible with breakfast times, because you also reserve a time slot but it's not like it's a course meal but traditional breakfast + buffet and you have to decide at the check in, which is kind of soon to think about when you want to have morning meal, but it's not too big problem. I guess it is a way to prevent everyone rushing in 5 min before closing time like some people do. The breakfast has plenty of variety and you even get a preheated own grill! Overall, we couldn't pick a better place for our visit in Arima, we are so relaxed and it was oje of the best places we have ever been to!

It was absolutely awesome. We really needed this kind of rest after two busy weeks in Japan. We were so happy to relax body and soul. The room was luxurious and spacious; we chose a traditional one. This was our first hot spring experience, so it's hard to compare, but we loved it. All the hot spring rooms are strictly private, which is why we chose this ryokan. We have very large tattoos, and there are no problems with that. The kaiseki dinner is a real ritual and a show that lasts two hours of clear pleasure, everything was incredibly delicious, beautiful, and nutritious. Breakfast was also excellent. I recommend arriving in Arima village in the morning, rather than staying in Kobe or Osaka, to have time to explore it. It's small but charming, with that perfect anime vibe.
