UUtente anonimoThe hotel weirdly gave us an “upgrade” to the apartment which is not that nice, modern and clean (there were bugs in the bath tub and hair in the drawers) as you can see in the first 2 pics but of a higher price. When we asked to change back to the room we booked, we staff wouldn’t just help us changed the room and had acted very weird as if we are not entitled to the room… This one particular staff (senior manager I believe) gave us “one final chance” as she said, and made us go up and down to check the room to make sure we “will not regret it” which makes no sense to us at all.

UUtente ospiteThe location , hotel , spa and hotel are all excellent. The hotel is possibly a four star and the villas are 5* the only gripe was the check in. Wow that was a painful experience. Arrive an hour early to ensure you don’t waste time stood waiting for very slow and incompetent staff. The shop at the hotel is expensive , see photos for October 2024 prices.

Trotz Superiorzimmer ungemütlich und wenig ansprechend  Da gibt es an dem Strandabschnitt erheblich bessere Hotel die sogar preiswerter sind  Ich werde das Hotel nicht mehr buchen  Frühstück war sehr gut

EEna BBeautiful family resort. Service are top. My kids love the mini disco and other kids activities! Lots of food choices for the half board. Unfortunately drinks are nit included. Room are spacious and beds are comfortable. I would go here again with my family.

XXiangnaizhiUn po' lontano dalla città, ma davvero pulito, ho una grande esperienza.Il sole che vedo dalla parte superiore dell'hotel è molto bello e diventa un ricordo per tutta la vita! Ci sono bagni da bagno con sauna, quindi ti consiglio di portare il costume da bagno.

UUtente ospiteOttimo hotel, ottime strutture, non ne ho mai abbastanza. A circa dieci minuti dalla spiaggia c'è un grande supermercato davanti alla porta. Ci sono alcuni piccoli inconvenienti, abbiamo dormito sopra il ristorante ed era un po' rumoroso durante la colazione del mattino. Inoltre mi è stata data solo una bottiglia d'acqua durante i miei due giorni di permanenza, se volevo chiedere una bottiglia in più non mi è stata data. Per quanto riguarda la colazione, i cinesi non sono abituati, quindi si consiglia di non spendere questi soldi. Probabilmente ci tornerò la prossima volta che verrò.

UUtente ospiteSehr ruhige Anlage ohne Animation, Entspannung pur. Nicht überlaufen, eigentlich immer Liegestühle frei. Angenehm auch die Bereiche ohne Kinder. Wir hatten Halbpension, und sowohl Frühstück als auch Dinner ausgezeichnet. Es besteht die Möglichkeit beinahe ständig und überall á la carte zu essen. Die Speisen mit durchaus großer Auswahl und guter Qualität trotzdem für meinen Geschmack etwas überteuert. Wasser auch ziemlich teuer. Trotzdem, auch der Service ist unschlagbar. Alles wird schnell und unkompliziert erledigt. Super Personal vor allem auch was die Organisation betrifft. Lift in alle Zimmer und Pooletagen (Ausnahme infinite-pool auf dem Dach, da muss man Treppen steigen), Restaurants barrierefrei erreichbar. Frühstück und Abendessen im Freien mit atemberaubendem Blick auf die Bucht. Auch der Ausblick von unserem Hotelzimmer - Balkon ein Traum. Zimmer sehr geräumig und sauber, großer beleuchteter Schrank mit viel Stauraum. Es waren relativ viel Gäste da, aber man hatte nie das Gefühl von Enge. Autovermietung von der Rezeption organisiert, total stressfrei. Von der Rezeption aus werden auch Bootsausflüge zu bezahlbaren Tarifen angeboten. Das Personal ist äußerst hilfsbereit und freundlich. Strand ist eher klein, aber sehr hübsch. Nachteil: wenn man kein Auto hat, ist man schon etwas abgelegen, da in direkter Umgebung z.B. keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit besteht. Die findet man im nächsten größeren Ort. Dafür bietet das Hotel einen kostenfreien Shuttle-Dienst 3xtäglich hin und zurück an. Über Spa und fitness kann ich nichts sagen, da wir´s nicht genutzt haben. Jedenfalls waren wir bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal da.

Jjk_j9想像してたよりもはるかにいいホテルでとてもいい気分を味わえて休暇を過ごせました。 雰囲気もとてもよく、大衆ホテルではないので、すごく良かったです！ 立地はパルマから遠いので、行くのは大変でしたが、行った甲斐はありました！また自転車も貸してくれたので良かったです！またいつか行きたいです！
