Il personale della reception è professionale e cordiale, sempre disponibile e pronto a rispondere a ogni richiesta. Le camere sono pulite e ben tenute, con il bagno diviso tra zona doccia e zona servizi igienici, e una disposizione intelligente. Ci sono un parcheggio sotterraneo gratuito, un tè pomeridiano gratuito e una piscina termale; i bambini si sono divertiti un mondo. L'hotel si trova a poche centinaia di metri dal Tempio Baoguo e non lontano dal centro visitatori. Nelle vicinanze si trova una via con vari ristoranti e servizi di ristorazione.

This resort is nothing short of amazing and I would definitely rate this resort 10/10! I have a young toddler aged 18MO & elderly parents above 70YO during this stay and we absolutely loved our stay here. Value-for-money (we stayed during off-peak season, weekday, about RMB1000/night for our original room type), relatively new, clean & big rooms. Some noteworthy details: - Service is top-notched. Staff were friendly & very helpful. We could see that they really put in their heart into the work they do. They even gave our little one a panda toy & she loves it - a really nice gesture by the resort. - The resort is located at Jintang, a hot spring precinct. With Trip.com, we booked the hotel bundle/package and it was fantastic. The key items in the package include: (a) A free strawberry picking experience at a nearby humble farm called 许姐草莓采摘. Each booking entitles you to 500g worth of strawberries (transport at own expense, only about RMB10 by Didi). The strawberries were big and juicy, we were lucky cos they are in season now! (b) 40-min Himalayan Salt Therapy/Bath for 1 pax/room (c) Outdoor hot spring experience for the whole family (my 18MO loves it too!). There are many pools to choose from & we could find one which was not too hot for our baby. This is otherwise chargeable from RMB228/pax to RMB468/family of 2A1C. (d) Bicycle rental, but we didn’t try it as it was too cold. - Resort looks amazing, both indoors & outdoors! There were a number of activities for children to enjoy too but our naughty one is too young to appreciate it. Older kids will love them. - We also loved the hotel’s concept of having complimentary bottles of distilled water etc. which is really important to us as we needed a lot of water for our baby’s food. This meant that that we did not have to go to the trouble of finding a supermarket, which is quite a distance away. - We managed to snag a free upgrade to a Spring 2-Bedroom Villa due to our Accor Gold membership & it’s low peak season. All villas come with private pool - ours was available both on L1 & L2. - Hotel uses quality furnishing & Toto toilet, definitely a plus. Water pressure is great too. - We had all our meals at L’Orange as there are no nearby eateries & our time is limited due to our baby. The steamboat set is pricey but highly recommended! The fish & lamb meat (can be changed to beef at diner’s request) were fresh & really good. We liked all the other meat dishes too except for the dumplings. If you have Accor Plus membership, the usual discounts are available too. The hotel breakfast is also at the same restaurant. Breakfast selection was good even though there were not many guests. Areas of improvement: - Resort was able to provide a baby cot for our 18MO. However, the mattress was a little hard & the cot was creaky, it kept our baby awake. - The air-con ventilation vents are directly above the baby cot and it became too cold for our baby in the middle of the night. Couldn’t adjust the temperature no matter what. The staff managed to made it warmer the following night but it resulted in some loud noises, probably issues with the damper. - Rooms can be a little cleaner (e.g we saw dust balls on the floor). Recensione inglese (pollito e naturale): ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Se ci fossero dieci stelle, darei certamente a questo hotel tutte dieci. Francamente, non so nemmeno dove iniziare, perché tutto era semplicemente incredibile. La posizione è molto conveniente, vicino alla valle di Shuangqiao. L'hotel stesso è bella e moderna. Il sistema di riscaldamento funziona rapidamente ed efficiente, mantenendo la camera molto calda, che è estremamente importante in questa zona. L'ossigeno è fornito anche quando abbiamo avuto problemi di salute a causa dell'altezza non c'era davvero niente mancante. Durante il nostro viaggio da Chengdu fino a arrivare qui, questa è la prima volta che abbiamo incontrato un ospite che parlava eccellente inglese. Era incredibilmente gentile, paziente e carino. Il marito ci ha anche guidato dopo la nostra prenotazione originale era già completata. Il giorno dopo avevo prenotato un altro hotel, ma anche se il prezzo era più alto, le condizioni erano ingiustificate e negarono di fornire un trasporto. We chose this hotel mainly for a skiing trip, with the added bonus of having hot spring facilities on-site. We stayed from 28–30 December 2025. Unfortunately, while there was a small amount of snow at the top of the mountain, there wasn’t enough snow for skiing, which is worth keeping in mind as snow conditions are very weather-dependent. The hotel itself has good facilities, including hot springs, sauna, and a swimming pool. The hot spring experience felt private and relaxing, as there are multiple smaller tubs designed for individuals or family groups, rather than one large communal pool. There is also a dedicated changing area with showers, plenty of towels, and hair dryers, which is well-organised and convenient after soaking. The surrounding area is quite deserted, with only a few old shops across the road selling BBQ skewers and basic convenience store snacks. The police station is immediately next door, which adds a sense of security. Dining options nearby are very limited, so the hotel restaurant is the most decent and reliable place to eat. We particularly enjoyed their non-spicy chicken and mushroom hotpot, priced at 368 yuan, which was generous enough for a family of 3–4 people. The breakfast was also yummy and a highlight of our stay. One nice extra was the complimentary photo session with a professional photographer. You receive 3 photos for free, and if you choose to purchase all the digital photos taken, it costs around 400 yuan for approximately 43 photos. Transportation was one downside. We didn’t enjoy using Didi in this area. On the way to Xiling Snow Mountain, the Didi fare was 40 yuan, but the driver asked for an additional 30 yuan to cover his return trip. For the return journey, the driver didn’t accept the fixed price, used the meter instead, and requested an extra 20 yuan for parking fees at the mountain. For reference, the cable car prices at Xiling Snow Mountain are 320 yuan per person per day to the top, or 250 yuan per person per day to the halfway point. If you stay at hotels near the cable car, you only pay for the ride once. Since Xingye Snow Mountain Manor is farther away, you have to pay the same cable car rate every day, which adds up. Overall, Xingye Snow Mountain Manor is a comfortable hotel with good hot spring facilities and decent food, but it’s best suited for travellers who value relaxation over convenience. If skiing is your main goal, staying closer to the cable car may be more cost-effective and practical.

Overall, I was quite disappointed with my stay. The hotel’s location is very convenient, but there are quite a few areas where the service and facilities could be improved. First of all, the front desk was seriously understaffed. During peak hours, there were only two staff members handling check-ins, resulting in very slow service and long waiting times. Unfortunately, the staff were also not particularly friendly or patient. There was also a discrepancy between the room description and the actual room. When booking, the room description indicated that three double beds would be combined to form one large bed. However, in reality, only two double beds were pushed together to make one large bed. We were a group of three, but only two sets of toiletries were provided in the room. I called the front desk to request an additional set and waited for about 30 minutes, but nothing was delivered. I called again and was told that a robot would deliver the items shortly. However, the delivery was incomplete — the towel and bottled water were missing. After calling the front desk for the third time, I was told that they were very busy and that I would have to wait a long time. I explained that I needed to go out and could not wait for too long, but the staff simply asked me to come downstairs and pick up the items myself. For a hotel, I found this level of service quite disappointing. Another issue is the elevator situation at night. There were often many people waiting for the elevators, as some guests were going to the 19th floor to enjoy the night view of Dujiangyan, while others were heading to the hot springs. The waiting time could be quite long. Also, only a very limited number of rooms actually have a view of the “Blue Tears” phenomenon. Even at the restaurant on the 19th floor, there are only about three seats with a good view, and they are often occupied. It can be quite difficult to get one of those seats. The hair dryer in the room was also very disappointing. The airflow was extremely weak and there was no cool-air setting, which is particularly inconvenient for women. The biggest advantage of this hotel is definitely its location. It is very close to the train station and Yangtianwo Square, making it very convenient for transportation and sightseeing. Overall, while the location is excellent, the service efficiency, front desk service, room description, and some of the facilities did not meet my expectations. If you value good service and a comfortable stay, I would recommend considering these issues carefully before booking.

Il B&B appena aperto a Emeishan🏨La camera è coerente con l'immagine! Mi piace molto lo stile della decorazione! Anche vari servizi sono ben organizzati ~ Ci sono servizi igienici intelligenti e condizionatori d'aria nelle camere ~ Ambiente: Sono rimasto sorpreso appena arrivato alla porta Sia l'esterno che l'interno del B&B sono molto puliti! La cosa più importante quando si viaggia è la pulizia~ Servizio: anche il capo è molto entusiasta ~ C'è un servizio in stile maggiordomo che risponde alle esigenze 24 ore su 24. Se hai bisogno di qualcosa, invia un messaggio al maggiordomo e la risposta sarà molto veloce! Qualcuno ci ha aiutato a portare i bagagli al piano di sopra ~ Ci hanno anche dato spiegazioni gratuite sulle strategie di viaggio e sul cibo ~ Erano super pazienti. This hotel is fantastic, it will definitely be my top choice when i visit Bipenggou again. The hotel surrounding & room is very beautiful. Room & bathroom are spacious, modern & nicely decorated, it offerred a super comfortable & relaxing stay. A dip in their indoor hotspring pool definitely enhanced the overall experience. Staffs are friendly and helpful, the hotel even peovide transfer service to & from the Bipenggou park entrance.

L'hotel è molto soddisfacente. Il servizio offerto dalla governante Xiao Zhang e dagli altri è stato molto puntuale e premuroso. I bambini hanno fatto un bagno termale e sono stati accompagnati al Jiuzhaigou Hotel. La guida turistica è molto preparata. Il punto forte è che il cibo nella hall al primo piano è delizioso ed economico, cosa difficile da trovare in molti hotel in cui ho soggiornato!

Uno dei più incredibili hotel che abbiamo soggiornato! Respirazione e ottima vista sulle montagne di Siguniang e un fiume dal momento in cui si è entrato nel lobby. Le camere sono esattamente come pubblicizzate, con zero ostacoli alle montagne neve - vista spettacolare dalle finestre della stanza! Eravamo preoccupati che le immagini dalla pagina di prenotazione differisse, ma era esattamente lo stesso. L'ospitalità dell'hotel era di prima vista, estremamente bella al comfort di uno e allo stesso tempo molto domestico e caldo. Abbiamo anche ottenuto un aggiornamento gratuito alle migliori camere della proprietà e hanno anche compiuto uno sforzo per celebrare uno dei nostri compleanno che è successo coincidente con il nostro soggiorno. I due proprietari dell'hotel (Zhangko e Kaliang), così come il personale ci ha trattato come una famiglia, con bellissime pasti all'hotel (le loro noodles di colazione erano stupefacenti!), raccomandazioni su come fare il meglio per visitare i valli di Siguniang e anche portarci al locale Non esitate a raggiungere i proprietari per organizzare un cavallo da portare alla proprietà per un fotoshot - le foto di un cavallo con le montagne nel retro sono stupende! In generale, questo è uno dei migliori hotel che abbiamo soggiornato e saremo sicuramente tornati! Molto consigliato per chiunque vuole un relax andare via con la vista del calo del ginocchio sulle montagne di Siguniang e la miglior ospite che Sichuan può offrire!

La cosa più soddisfatta di questa visita è la casa. Forse è anche il momento giusto per venire. Non pulire, la pulizia e l'igiene sono molto calde. La piscina è come un pacchiere. Sono giorni che abbiamo giocato noi stessi dentro. È anche più sorprendente. Il cibo della famiglia è delizioso, Ho mangiato uova da tre giorni. Mi piace davvero. La carne di salsa è fatta da solo dal capo e dalla casa. Il champagne è delizioso!Il capo è super buono e entusiasta e pensa ai clienti. Fa sentire la gente molto calda. La prossima volta che avremo amici per giocare a bacino, consiglio fortemente!
