This resort is nothing short of amazing and I would definitely rate this resort 10/10! I have a young toddler aged 18MO & elderly parents above 70YO during this stay and we absolutely loved our stay here. Value-for-money (we stayed during off-peak season, weekday, about RMB1000/night for our original room type), relatively new, clean & big rooms. Some noteworthy details: - Service is top-notched. Staff were friendly & very helpful. We could see that they really put in their heart into the work they do. They even gave our little one a panda toy & she loves it - a really nice gesture by the resort. - The resort is located at Jintang, a hot spring precinct. With Trip.com, we booked the hotel bundle/package and it was fantastic. The key items in the package include: (a) A free strawberry picking experience at a nearby humble farm called 许姐草莓采摘. Each booking entitles you to 500g worth of strawberries (transport at own expense, only about RMB10 by Didi). The strawberries were big and juicy, we were lucky cos they are in season now! (b) 40-min Himalayan Salt Therapy/Bath for 1 pax/room (c) Outdoor hot spring experience for the whole family (my 18MO loves it too!). There are many pools to choose from & we could find one which was not too hot for our baby. This is otherwise chargeable from RMB228/pax to RMB468/family of 2A1C. (d) Bicycle rental, but we didn’t try it as it was too cold. - Resort looks amazing, both indoors & outdoors! There were a number of activities for children to enjoy too but our naughty one is too young to appreciate it. Older kids will love them. - We also loved the hotel’s concept of having complimentary bottles of distilled water etc. which is really important to us as we needed a lot of water for our baby’s food. This meant that that we did not have to go to the trouble of finding a supermarket, which is quite a distance away. - We managed to snag a free upgrade to a Spring 2-Bedroom Villa due to our Accor Gold membership & it’s low peak season. All villas come with private pool - ours was available both on L1 & L2. - Hotel uses quality furnishing & Toto toilet, definitely a plus. Water pressure is great too. - We had all our meals at L’Orange as there are no nearby eateries & our time is limited due to our baby. The steamboat set is pricey but highly recommended! The fish & lamb meat (can be changed to beef at diner’s request) were fresh & really good. We liked all the other meat dishes too except for the dumplings. If you have Accor Plus membership, the usual discounts are available too. The hotel breakfast is also at the same restaurant. Breakfast selection was good even though there were not many guests. Areas of improvement: - Resort was able to provide a baby cot for our 18MO. However, the mattress was a little hard & the cot was creaky, it kept our baby awake. - The air-con ventilation vents are directly above the baby cot and it became too cold for our baby in the middle of the night. Couldn’t adjust the temperature no matter what. The staff managed to made it warmer the following night but it resulted in some loud noises, probably issues with the damper. - Rooms can be a little cleaner (e.g we saw dust balls on the floor). Recensione inglese (pollito e naturale): ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Se ci fossero dieci stelle, darei certamente a questo hotel tutte dieci. Francamente, non so nemmeno dove iniziare, perché tutto era semplicemente incredibile. La posizione è molto conveniente, vicino alla valle di Shuangqiao. L'hotel stesso è bella e moderna. Il sistema di riscaldamento funziona rapidamente ed efficiente, mantenendo la camera molto calda, che è estremamente importante in questa zona. L'ossigeno è fornito anche quando abbiamo avuto problemi di salute a causa dell'altezza non c'era davvero niente mancante. Durante il nostro viaggio da Chengdu fino a arrivare qui, questa è la prima volta che abbiamo incontrato un ospite che parlava eccellente inglese. Era incredibilmente gentile, paziente e carino. Il marito ci ha anche guidato dopo la nostra prenotazione originale era già completata. Il giorno dopo avevo prenotato un altro hotel, ma anche se il prezzo era più alto, le condizioni erano ingiustificate e negarono di fornire un trasporto. Poiché non siamo familiari con la lingua locale, il proprietario dell'Hotel ShanShangShan e suo marito sono usciti dalla loro strada per aiutarci e comunicare per noi. We chose this hotel mainly for a skiing trip, with the added bonus of having hot spring facilities on-site. We stayed from 28–30 December 2025. Unfortunately, while there was a small amount of snow at the top of the mountain, there wasn’t enough snow for skiing, which is worth keeping in mind as snow conditions are very weather-dependent. The hotel itself has good facilities, including hot springs, sauna, and a swimming pool. The hot spring experience felt private and relaxing, as there are multiple smaller tubs designed for individuals or family groups, rather than one large communal pool. There is also a dedicated changing area with showers, plenty of towels, and hair dryers, which is well-organised and convenient after soaking. The surrounding area is quite deserted, with only a few old shops across the road selling BBQ skewers and basic convenience store snacks. The police station is immediately next door, which adds a sense of security. Dining options nearby are very limited, so the hotel restaurant is the most decent and reliable place to eat. We particularly enjoyed their non-spicy chicken and mushroom hotpot, priced at 368 yuan, which was generous enough for a family of 3–4 people. The breakfast was also yummy and a highlight of our stay. One nice extra was the complimentary photo session with a professional photographer. You receive 3 photos for free, and if you choose to purchase all the digital photos taken, it costs around 400 yuan for approximately 43 photos. Transportation was one downside. We didn’t enjoy using Didi in this area. On the way to Xiling Snow Mountain, the Didi fare was 40 yuan, but the driver asked for an additional 30 yuan to cover his return trip. For the return journey, the driver didn’t accept the fixed price, used the meter instead, and requested an extra 20 yuan for parking fees at the mountain. For reference, the cable car prices at Xiling Snow Mountain are 320 yuan per person per day to the top, or 250 yuan per person per day to the halfway point. If you stay at hotels near the cable car, you only pay for the ride once. Since Xingye Snow Mountain Manor is farther away, you have to pay the same cable car rate every day, which adds up. Overall, Xingye Snow Mountain Manor is a comfortable hotel with good hot spring facilities and decent food, but it’s best suited for travellers who value relaxation over convenience. Il B&B appena aperto a Emeishan🏨La camera è coerente con l'immagine! Mi piace molto lo stile della decorazione! Anche vari servizi sono ben organizzati ~ Ci sono servizi igienici intelligenti e condizionatori d'aria nelle camere ~ Ambiente: Sono rimasto sorpreso appena arrivato alla porta Sia l'esterno che l'interno del B&B sono molto puliti! La cosa più importante quando si viaggia è la pulizia~ Servizio: anche il capo è molto entusiasta ~ C'è un servizio in stile maggiordomo che risponde alle esigenze 24 ore su 24. Se hai bisogno di qualcosa, invia un messaggio al maggiordomo e la risposta sarà molto veloce! Qualcuno ci ha aiutato a portare i bagagli al piano di sopra ~ Ci hanno anche dato spiegazioni gratuite sulle strategie di viaggio e sul cibo ~ Erano super pazienti. Ho soggiornato nell'edificio principale, che era piuttosto buono~ L'hotel in cui ho soggiornato dopo aver lasciato Jiuzhaigou~ Posizione: A circa 10 minuti di auto dall'ingresso della zona panoramica di Jiuzhaigou, non troppo vicino Servizio: Buono~ La signora che mi ha accolto mi ha aiutato con i bagagli e ha chiacchierato con me~ Cordiale Ci sono lavatrici e asciugatrici in hotel~ Camera: La camera è abbastanza confortevole~ Il letto e la trapunta sono in linea con le mie esigenze~ E ha un tatami in stile giapponese, il che è buono~ Colazione: Nella media, solo i noodles in brodo con le uova sono accettabili~

L'hotel vanta un ambiente meraviglioso, offrendo esperienze di Hanfu (abiti tradizionali Han), un parco giochi per bambini e sorgenti termali. È vicino alla stazione ferroviaria ad alta velocità del monte Qingcheng e c'è un tram unico nelle vicinanze: chi non l'ha mai preso prima dovrebbe assolutamente provarlo; è piuttosto comodo. È anche vicino alla stazione sciistica, quindi potete portare i vostri bambini a sciare. Il ristorante dell'hotel serve cibo delizioso e le camere sono dotate di riscaldamento a pavimento, il che le rende molto confortevoli. Il personale della reception è professionale e cordiale. L'ingresso dell'hotel è proprio accanto alla fermata dell'autobus turistico, il che lo rende molto comodo per salire in montagna!

L'accento del nostro soggiorno era certamente il comodo letto, il legno era incredibilmente morbido. Tuttavia, abbiamo avuto qualche problema, e la maggior preoccupazione era il riscaldatore/condizionatore d’aria nella stanza, che non sembrava funzionare correttamente. La stanza si sentiva molto calda, e anche dopo averla impostata “raffreddata”, non si è potuta migliorare e ha fatto strani rumore, che lo hanno reso incomodo per tutta la notte. Abbiamo anche ricevuto un set di letti gemelli, considerando che siamo due scopi nella nostra prenotazione. Sarebbe stato bello se fosse stato confermato con noi in anticipo attraverso l'app. Inoltre, l'elenco delle appartamenti di primavera calda pubblicizzate Trip.com è disponibile tutto l'anno. Best boutique hotel in Jiuzhaigou! 1/ Ambience: This hotel opened last July 2025 and has a very nice Muji aesthetic. Wooden finishes with a spacious room. We got the 3-sleeper room which has 1 king bed and 1 single bed, including a mini living room and a very cozy toilet. Shower and toilet have separate doors. 2/ Amenities: Hotel has the usual hot water, hot seat smart toilet, floor heating for winter and aircon for summer. We arrived in mid May - weather around 15-25 degree celsius, not in need of heater but they wont allow opening the airconditioner yet. It was manageable and the staff was very accommodating in explaining this to us. 3/ Other amenities- Hot jacuzzi-like pools to swim or soak in: the staff were very attentive and reheated the water whenever we needed! There is a coffee shop to hang around in, and the breakfast is also really good. They allow options to choose from. There is a Yak meat hotpot available to order for lunch or dinner and the serving is generous; food is good. There’s also a common clothes washing machine and dryer with free detergent. There are also ******* costumes free for borrowing. 3/ Free ride going to Jiuzhagou Park- the staff brought us to the park using the hotel van in the 2 days we are here. Once, the driver was out, and the hotel manager drove us instead. As for the ride home, we just called Didi for a 15min drive, costing only around 20RMB and almost no waiting time needed. 4/ Why service is top notch: - As we had an early train ride on our last day and the breakfast is not open yet, the staff prepared a bag of bread and milk for us instead. - the Hotel Manager helped my mom buy lunch through ******* when she was alone in the hotel for the day. He even paid for the food first and we paid him upon coming back. Foreigners can have a good stay especially if you have Wechat issues. Thank you! Wish we could stay longer. The place is relaxing and aesthetic and the staff are top notch!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — just across the road, you can see the famous Blue Tears Dujiangyan. It is also very close to popular attractions such as Panda Selfie and Guanxian Ancient Town, making sightseeing very convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Guests also receive a complimentary tea voucher to enjoy drinks while admiring the Blue Tears view from the 19th floor. The best seats are limited, so make sure to arrive early if you want to enjoy the most stunning view😉 There are also a few halal restaurants located behind the hotel, which is very convenient for Muslim travelers. The only drawback is that the toilet does not have a bidet. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location, beautiful views, and outstanding service.

All'interno della stanza della reception ho prenotato le camere da letto a due posti di lavoro di montagna in anticipo. Ero riempito di aspettative. La prima impressione dopo essere arrivata al negozio è davvero fantastica e molto integrata nella natura, e mi sono sentito particolarmente comodo. La zona della reception è spaziale, pulita e pulita, il servizio del personale della reception è molto entusiasta, aiutaci a prendere il bagaglio e fornire attentamente i beni necessari, particolarmente intimidi.
