Very nice hotel to stay at if you are visiting emeishan. It is very close to the tourist center to hop on the bus up to Leidongping Station. It is also close to many restaurants and the Emeishan train station. The front desk staff are extremely helpful and kind. They helped me plan my route and time it to make sure I catch my train in time. They helped me navigate the app to buy the tickets for the entrance, bus, and cable car. You can order food delivery to your hotel room. The breakfast buffet was delicious and filling. There is a hot tub, parking lot, backyard hang out, laundry room, free ice cream, luggage storage, etc. as well.

This hotel is fantastic, it will definitely be my top choice when i visit Bipenggou again. The hotel surrounding & room is very beautiful. Room & bathroom are spacious, modern & nicely decorated, it offerred a super comfortable & relaxing stay. A dip in their indoor hotspring pool definitely enhanced the overall experience. Staffs are friendly and helpful, the hotel even peovide transfer service to & from the Bipenggou park entrance.

Francamente, non so nemmeno dove iniziare, perché tutto era semplicemente incredibile. La posizione è molto conveniente, vicino alla valle di Shuangqiao. L'hotel stesso è bella e moderna. Il sistema di riscaldamento funziona rapidamente ed efficiente, mantenendo la camera molto calda, che è estremamente importante in questa zona. L'ossigeno è fornito anche quando abbiamo avuto problemi di salute a causa dell'altezza non c'era davvero niente mancante. Durante il nostro viaggio da Chengdu fino a arrivare qui, questa è la prima volta che abbiamo incontrato un ospite che parlava eccellente inglese. Era incredibilmente gentile, paziente e carino. We chose this hotel mainly for a skiing trip, with the added bonus of having hot spring facilities on-site. We stayed from 28–30 December 2025. Unfortunately, while there was a small amount of snow at the top of the mountain, there wasn’t enough snow for skiing, which is worth keeping in mind as snow conditions are very weather-dependent. The hotel itself has good facilities, including hot springs, sauna, and a swimming pool. The hot spring experience felt private and relaxing, as there are multiple smaller tubs designed for individuals or family groups, rather than one large communal pool. There is also a dedicated changing area with showers, plenty of towels, and hair dryers, which is well-organised and convenient after soaking. The surrounding area is quite deserted, with only a few old shops across the road selling BBQ skewers and basic convenience store snacks. The police station is immediately next door, which adds a sense of security. Dining options nearby are very limited, so the hotel restaurant is the most decent and reliable place to eat. We particularly enjoyed their non-spicy chicken and mushroom hotpot, priced at 368 yuan, which was generous enough for a family of 3–4 people. The breakfast was also yummy and a highlight of our stay. One nice extra was the complimentary photo session with a professional photographer. You receive 3 photos for free, and if you choose to purchase all the digital photos taken, it costs around 400 yuan for approximately 43 photos. Transportation was one downside. We didn’t enjoy using Didi in this area. On the way to Xiling Snow Mountain, the Didi fare was 40 yuan, but the driver asked for an additional 30 yuan to cover his return trip. For the return journey, the driver didn’t accept the fixed price, used the meter instead, and requested an extra 20 yuan for parking fees at the mountain. For reference, the cable car prices at Xiling Snow Mountain are 320 yuan per person per day to the top, or 250 yuan per person per day to the halfway point. If you stay at hotels near the cable car, you only pay for the ride once. Since Xingye Snow Mountain Manor is farther away, you have to pay the same cable car rate every day, which adds up. Overall, Xingye Snow Mountain Manor is a comfortable hotel with good hot spring facilities and decent food, but it’s best suited for travellers who value relaxation over convenience. If skiing is your main goal, staying closer to the cable car may be more cost-effective and practical.

Overall, I was quite disappointed with my stay. The hotel’s location is very convenient, but there are quite a few areas where the service and facilities could be improved. First of all, the front desk was seriously understaffed. During peak hours, there were only two staff members handling check-ins, resulting in very slow service and long waiting times. Unfortunately, the staff were also not particularly friendly or patient. There was also a discrepancy between the room description and the actual room. When booking, the room description indicated that three double beds would be combined to form one large bed. However, in reality, only two double beds were pushed together to make one large bed. We were a group of three, but only two sets of toiletries were provided in the room. I called the front desk to request an additional set and waited for about 30 minutes, but nothing was delivered. I called again and was told that a robot would deliver the items shortly. However, the delivery was incomplete — the towel and bottled water were missing. After calling the front desk for the third time, I was told that they were very busy and that I would have to wait a long time. I explained that I needed to go out and could not wait for too long, but the staff simply asked me to come downstairs and pick up the items myself. For a hotel, I found this level of service quite disappointing. Another issue is the elevator situation at night. There were often many people waiting for the elevators, as some guests were going to the 19th floor to enjoy the night view of Dujiangyan, while others were heading to the hot springs. The waiting time could be quite long. Also, only a very limited number of rooms actually have a view of the “Blue Tears” phenomenon. Even at the restaurant on the 19th floor, there are only about three seats with a good view, and they are often occupied. It can be quite difficult to get one of those seats. The hair dryer in the room was also very disappointing. The airflow was extremely weak and there was no cool-air setting, which is particularly inconvenient for women. The biggest advantage of this hotel is definitely its location. It is very close to the train station and Yangtianwo Square, making it very convenient for transportation and sightseeing. Overall, while the location is excellent, the service efficiency, front desk service, room description, and some of the facilities did not meet my expectations. If you value good service and a comfortable stay, I would recommend considering these issues carefully before booking.

Ho preso la decisione improvvisata di portare mia figlia a Emeishan e ho prenotato questo B&B. La decisione improvvisata ha fatto sì che io e mia figlia avessimo una buona esperienza di viaggio. Il B&B aveva un autista che veniva a prenderci alla stazione dei treni ad alta velocità perché non c'erano molti ospiti quel giorno, forse a causa della pioggia, quindi la reception ci ha spostato gratuitamente in una stanza con una sorgente termale e aveva anche un ampio balcone panoramico. Ho chiesto espressamente alla governante quale fosse l'acqua della sorgente termale. e gli fu detto che era acqua di sorgente del Monte Emei. L'hotel è in realtà nella strada antica del contea di Guanxian. Tutto era in arrivo e conveniente. La camera stessa era spaziosa, pulita e confortevole. Lavanderia è disponibile anche sul terzo piano. Grande valore per soldi!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Qinghe Courtyard in Jiuzhaigou. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, with a peaceful ambience that made our stay feel relaxing from the moment we arrived. The room was great, well maintained, and the hot spring was also a lovely highlight after a long day of travelling and sightseeing. What made this stay truly special was the staff. Every staff member we met had such a positive attitude and was genuinely kind, patient, and helpful. Although we spoke English and they mainly understood Chinese, they still took the time to use translation tools and communicate with us clearly. Their effort and hospitality made us feel very welcomed and taken care of. Breakfast was provided, and the hotel also offered a shuttle van service from the hotel to the Jiuzhaigou park entrance, which was extremely convenient. They also kindly allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel before we went to the park. At the end of our visit, we asked if they could help arrange transportation back, and they offered to call a carpooling service for us at 60 yuan per person. Since we were a group of three, this was very reasonable for a 90 km ride. The staff even picked up our bags and dropped them off at the park entrance for us, then waited until our carpool ride arrived. This level of service was far beyond what we expected and made our trip so much smoother. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay. Qinghe Courtyard provided excellent service, great facilities, a clean and comfortable room, and a warm atmosphere. Most importantly, the staff were amazing. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jiuzhaigou.
