Il posto è già carino e ci sono molte attività che adulti e bambini possono fare. Principalmente le sorgenti termali e la piccola area di affitto. L'hotel è un grande resort e ha una piscina con sabbia che la rende simile a una spiaggia. La colazione avrebbe potuto essere migliore con più opzioni occidentali

Ci vogliono più di 20 minuti per raggiungere la stazione ferroviaria di Nanchino Sud. Dalla stazione del Tempio di Confucio, passando per l'area panoramica del fiume Qinhuai, ci vogliono circa 10-12 minuti. Il piccolo sentiero che conduce all'hotel è scarsamente illuminato, quindi si consigliano torce elettriche. Anche bambini e anziani dovrebbero fare attenzione nei giorni di pioggia.
L'hotel è situato proprio sulle rive del fiume Qinhuai, offrendo un'atmosfera elegante. Al piano inferiore è presente un braciere per preparare il tè. I bagni privati sono a pagamento, a parte il costo della camera.
Anche la ragazza alla reception è stata molto gentile.
La camera era vicina al fiume e si sentiva un forte odore di acqua. Anche le finestre erano sporche, rendendo difficile godersi il panorama.

酒店的環境確實很好，風光別具一格，衹是當天下雨未能全覽。房間整體不錯，但部分衞生打掃有疏忽，比如熱水壺裡積灰很深、水龍頭上水漬未擦盡，這些問題不應該出現在五星級酒店上。就服務而言我沒有感受到能與其他酒店打出差異化的感受，甚至因為當天辦理入住時可能住店人數較多，我感受到有點被冷落，不過當晚送來的酸奶算是一個小驚喜吧，也算是差足人意。房間裝修還是很有特色的

Questo hotel è davvero grande. Le strutture sono v nuove e splendide. Il decoro ha molti dettagli riempiti di creatività estetica. Ad esempio, mi piace il modo in cui mettono un anello rettangolare di luce dietro la TV che rende la stanza molto deliziosa ed elegante. Il tetto slancio della stanza supportato da radici è un altro miracolo, dando alla stanza un ambiente classico giapponese e cinese misto. Il personale è molto bello e dettagliato, dandomi latte prima del letto e una carta di desiderio scritta a mano. Mi piace l'hotel. Per tali servizi e per l’eccellenza architettonica, il prezzo di 1200hkd è assolutamente un negozio.

Il nuovo Suzhou Garden Design Hotel vanta un ambiente antico ed elegante e una posizione molto comoda. Si trova all'uscita della stazione Shilu sulla linea 2 della metropolitana. Il mercato degli snack si trova al piano inferiore e dista cinque minuti a piedi da Shantang Street. L'atteggiamento del servizio è molto buono, soprattutto il bel ragazzo che serve Liangpi. È una persona calorosa, premurosa e attenta. Un grande pollice in su 👍 Tornerò per una festa durante le vacanze estive.

Questa stanza è così sorprendente che il Wanda Huahua Hotel di Zhuanxiang sia stato soggiornato!La stanza è pulita e pulita, il design della linea di guida è ragionevole, il divano è dotato di specchio di doppia e ventilatore ad alta potenza, i dettagli sono molto intime. Very nice accommodation inside the Wildlife Park in the Tangshan area. The reception staff was very helpful and patient (thank you Wang S.!). The facilities are quite nice, generally modern and tidy. The food options are focused on local cuisine. Plus points for the easy access to the hot spring area and the amenities in the room.

每年年前都會考慮出遊，今年選擇江浙滬包郵區，選擇了御水温泉酒店，很驚喜。
管家周英提前一天會主動電話聯絡蒐集住宿需求，因為帶着小盆友還主動幫我升級了小童親子房，好貼心的根據我預訂的酒店套餐幫我置辦了兩個晚餐。很貼心的提醒早餐時間，及時回覆疑問，非常感謝管家周英貼心的關照與服務。
酒店員工都很nice，早餐吃好，我一般會留在餐廳裏喝一會咖啡，服務人員完全不會打攪，還會貼心的注意開關庭院大門以免着涼。傍晚路過也會及時詢問是否需要喝點免費粥品，非常感謝。
帶孩子去手工區串珠，大堂經理會及時幫我安排聯絡，感謝周佳慧小姐姐對孩子耐心細緻的陪伴。
五天四晚上午南山竹海日行2萬步，充分吸收負氧離子，下午回到温泉泡湯非常解乏。
特務感謝客房服務及時迴應需求，無論是需要浴袍，浴巾還是清水洗衣服務都很快響應。
歡迎水果:每天客房服務都會及時配備水果。孩子非常開心。
住過很多五星，超五星，可以説酒店服務非常到位了，房間清掃也很及時乾淨，各色服務也很齊全。
特別感謝每次去用餐時，餐廳贈送的烤雞，哈哈很好吃，無論是雞湯魚湯都好喝，很放心在酒店餐廳用餐，乾淨，好吃，服務周到。
走前還去SPA館感受了熱石精油SPA也很舒服。
唯一美中不足，網速有點慢，可以考慮優化一下。
下次會希望和閨蜜一起來😄

GGreat Traveller💯The lady who checked us in on Day 1 was very good, but the staff did not wear any name tag so I can’t remember her name. We found that she is the only one who was prompt and alert to guests needs. She helped upgrade us to a room that is more handicap friendly, as my husband was on crutches. She also helped us order takeaway using her private mobile phone when the restaurant on site was closed for lunch as we had no china mobile phone number to order take away.
💯The location is great by the lake and near the Tianmu Lake scenic park.
💯Outdoor hot spring staff on duty are attentive and polite. She even instructed the buggy driver to the nearest point to pick us when she noticed that my husband had difficulty walking. However the buggy driver did not pick us from the recommended point as she gave the excuse that her buggy driving skills are not good enough. Therefore we had to walk a longer way to be picked up, which puzzled everyone as there was more than enough space and a road for buggy entry….
❌ Not enough staff, especially at dinner and breakfast. Food is slow to come at dinner even though we pre-ordered. Waited 30 mins and more. Staff are loud clearing the crockery, and had no sense of regard for those still dinning.
❌tour groups arrive in the evening by the bus load. The hotel did not feel premium with the crowd who were very loud.
❌the private hot spring in the room only had a fixed temperature of more than 40 degrees which made it very uncomfortable when the external temperature is more than 30 degrees. The solution was to mix it with cold water via tap, which was very slow and impractical. The hot water needs to be filled up by the staff, and you have to call them.
❌not suitable for those with difficulty walking or elderly. ideal to have your own car.
🤔Overall, I did not feel that I made a good choice with this booking. There are others private hot spring room near Yu Shui hot spring / Bamboo sea area for a better value and premium feel.
🫥I would also caution against the 100 yuan fish coupon - it is a discount coupon to offset about a third of the price of the dish, not a complimentary coupon for a fish head casserole.
I did not receive the welcome gift so I can’t comment. The public hot springs has 4 pools.

I love the bamboo sea forest the best! I was not aware that the hotel I booked was mainly for family with Children! We have a room with dinosaur blankets!

DdyhxThe hotel has its own onsen area that's open to non-hotel guests. So the entrance starts with the shoe cabinets before reaching the front desk that serves both onsen day-use guests and hotel guests.
The Japanese themed room was luxurious. Very clean and impeccably maintained, good sound proofing I could hear a pin drop in the room. Double basins, Dyson hair dryer, bidet toilet bowl, standing shower and a huge zen sofa couch area by the window, complete with tea and chess set. Pity there's not much of a view out there. There's also no phone here, just a speaker by the bedside table or one can use WeChat to communicate with the front desk and of course robot deliveries.
Bed and pillow was too soft for my liking. Service is excellent and they even provide turn down service. I left the room for onsen and came back to a room where the curtains are drawn, a plate of fruits on the table, floor towel laid out in the shower area with the bath towel, originally under the basin, now hung on the door of the shower.
The stay package came with an Afternoon Tea set of fruits, desserts and crackers. The cheesecakes were meh but the pineapple tart made up for it. Fruits were fresh and yums.
In-house guests were given unlimited access to the Onsen and I took my time to enjoy it fully. It's a full Jap style onsen, meaning going fully naked. A rather small onsen with just 3 pools but the outdoor one was the best, soaking in 43 degrees pool in the cold. There's a chill out area outside including a lounge, meditation room and a movie-cum-reading room (what an irony though). They also have private onsen rooms for rent at additional costs.
Leisurely breakfast the next morning at 930am. Yes, I had to choose a specific hour to be at breakfast as it's a Jap bento set with a partial buffet (of noodles and porridge). Not outstanding for me.
But otherwise, it was 5* experience and I recommend this to anyone planning to come to Taicang to experience the onsen.

MMusaOur stay at the Novotel Suzhou was nothing short of memorable! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service, which set the tone for an amazing experience for our entire family.
The hotel itself is beautiful, with a modern yet inviting ambiance that instantly made us feel at ease. We were particularly impressed by the range of facilities that catered to everyone in the family. The hot springs were a highlight for us, providing a tranquil escape and a perfect way to unwind and rejuvenate. The water was just right, and the surroundings were serene, adding to the overall relaxing atmosphere.
The swimming pool was also a big hit, especially with the kids. Spacious and well-maintained, it offered plenty of room for swimming, splashing, and simply having fun. The kids’ playground was another wonderful feature that our children absolutely loved. It was well-designed, safe, and filled with engaging activities that kept them entertained while we enjoyed a bit of downtime.
Food at the Novotel Suzhou was a true treat! The morning brunch had a diverse selection of delicious items that catered to all tastes. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, making each meal a delightful experience. We looked forward to each dining experience, knowing there was something new to try and savor.
The afternoon brunch was another stand-out feature. It was a luxurious affair with a mix of international and local flavors that kept us coming back for more. The chefs clearly took pride in their craft, and it showed in every dish.
Overall, our stay at the Novotel Suzhou was filled with wonderful moments, from relaxing in the hot springs to enjoying family time at the pool and playground. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to create lasting family memories, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit!

OOshina BrownI was very satisfied with this May Day trip. It doesn't feel crowded on May Day, which is very suitable for vacation. The reservation was made about 2 days before, and I called in advance to confirm the reservation. I was able to communicate with the hotel through WeChat. Throughout my entire stay the staff were very friendly and was a call or text away. If I needed help with anything, within seconds they were at my door to assist.
🐾 As a solo traveler I chose this hotel because it was pet friendly and had public and private hot springs. I booked a private hot spring room. The room was very large. The private hot spring in the room was very good, with a suitable water temperature, especially suitable for relaxation. The log style design is warm and advanced. The floor-to-ceiling glass door face the small lake view. The feeling of being woken up by the sun and birds in the morning is so healing!
🎉 Rich activities: It seems they have activities everyday. But with my short stay I was able to do the cooking class. The aunty is very patient, and took me through step by step until it got it .
✨ I must also mention the great SPA service. The day before I left I got the most amazing full body massage. After which I decided I needed a face massage also. Because they only open at 1;30pm on Monday. I had to wait a little while after my check out to get my face massage. And it was worth the wait. 2 days later I still get compliments about my glowing skin. I strongly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a relaxation, nature embracing, quiet hotel.
Recommendations:
1.Have more variety meal. not much options for vegetarian and people who don't eat pork. Introduce more western meals for your foreign visitors
2. Can provide delicious pet snacks, or send a special breakfast for dogs. Can have a pet play area on the lawn.

UUtente ospiteRecentemente sono rimasto al Radisson Collection Resort e ho avuto un'esperienza eccezionale. Il personale era incredibilmente gentile e ha fornito un servizio eccellente. La mia stanza era terrificante, molto pulita e ben sanitata. Il servizio di autobus complimentare era affidabile e conveniente, con i conducenti amichevoli che hanno reso l'esperienza ancora migliore.
La cena era anche un'evidenza della mia permanenza. La selezione del colazione era perfetta, offrendo una varietà di opzioni deliziose per iniziare il giorno. La cucina cinese servita al resort è stata altrettanto impressionante, mostrando sapori autentici e pranzi preparati con esperienza.
Uno dei punti di attenzione del mio soggiorno è stato il fotografico professionista dell’hotel, che ha fatto delle foto incredibili con un tema cinese unico. La posizione del resort è perfetta, offrendo numerosi punti di fotografia pittoresca. In generale, consiglio al Radisson Collection Resort per la sua ospitalità eccellente, un'ottima cena e un bel posto.

UUtente ospiteBeautiful property surrounded by attractions for families and kids. We traveled as a big family and booked three rooms. My husband loved it so much that we extended our stay for one night.
Pros:
-New and luxurious facilities.
-Top service. Everyone seemed loved their job and good at what they were doing. The front desk, Ms Ivy Chu particularly, coordinated our stay with a great manner of professionalism. The fellow who cleaned our room noticed my daughter crying over a lollipop and comforted her by offering some snacks. I greatly appreciated the hospitality.
- SPA is top notch and a must try.
Cons:
- Depends on your taste. The place is away from the city center and was really quiet at night. I almost felt a bit scary, but my husband loved it.
- Not many choices of restaurants within and nearby the property. The restaurants were unreasonably expensive. However, the breakfast buffet was a highlight, huge selection of food and all delicious.

HHAO GERIl mio intero soggiorno in questa delle migliori che abbia mai soggiornato. Il personale è molto amichevole e vicinissimo. E quasi tutti sono cortesi verso me e la mia famiglia. Uno dei membri del personale, Wan Bin, ha gestito attentamente il mio caso e l'ha gestito professionalemente. In generale, il soggiorno, il cibo e il personale dell'hotel sono molto utili. Questo soggiorno è molto raccomandato.

UUtente ospiteThis was our 2nd anniversary and we chose to have a romantic hot spring stay at this resort. The checkin was smooth and we were initially impressed with our room. Later on to my horror, I noticed that people walking by could see our hot spring which was completely exposed. Luckily, the staff were very understandable and switched us to an upgraded indoor room. The ambience of the room was filled with love and my partner was very happy 😉.
