御水温泉森酒店，其實和御水温泉度假酒店是一家的，衹是建造時間稍晚，更新一些。回房間需要在度假酒店二樓通過一個長廊，唯一缺點就是：有點遠，機器人無法送餐，不過也不礙事。 訂的綠野仙蹤LOFT大床房，上下兩層，二層也有洗手枱、廁所和衣櫃，非常方便。而且榻榻米特別大，還有小朋友愛玩的積木，小朋友很開心。 房間贈送南山竹海大門票。酒店有南山竹海接駁車，到南山竹海古街，再走到大門口，比自己走過去更近一些。刷身份證可以無限次進入。我們住了三天，每天都去南山竹海玩，溯溪音樂會那邊是每天必玩。 特地訂的是送御水温泉門票的，每天都去游泳，泡温泉，可以穿着泳衣，披浴袍過去。結果發現，我們房間就是在泳池的樓上誒，衹是要繞個路過去。泳池二樓有個非常小型的小童樂園。（如圖） 酒店的早餐還是不錯的，中式西式，很豐富。早餐廳門口就是酒店的小童樂園，但這幾天時不時下雨，就比較臟，早上有人員沖水清理。酒店贈送的旅拍不錯，就是在這邊，流夏老師拍的。送三張，修一張。就是夏天蚊子蠻多的。。。被咬了好幾個包。。。 酒店可以免費做一個小手工，其餘付費項目。 酒店的中餐廳實在不敢恭維…菜品的品質，到人員的培訓，都需要加強。五星級酒店的中餐廳這水準確實有點低了，可能衹有價格是匹配的吧。 前台人員態度很一般，建議加強培訓，畢竟現在訂酒店大家都比較注重服務這塊。倒是有位男的經理，人很好，之前看了評論，可能就是呂經理？還有門口的小夥子也挺好的，幫拿行李，還有打車時信號不好，幫問是不是我們叫的車，腦子蠻靈活的（看來酒店還是有認真看大家點評的）。管家鍾冬連態度蠻好的，每天都詢問入住體驗，連最後一天還詢問我們是否到家。入住期間，也是及時且耐心回覆我的問題。 最後一天去了天目湖山水園裡的海底世界（就在遊船門口右手邊）。山水園的票子也是酒店送的，但距離南山竹海這邊還是有30分鐘左右車程，而且天氣炎熱，就安排最後一天來看看了。酒店好像也是有接駁車的。 總體還是很滿意的，下次來溧陽，還會考慮入住。
