L'hotel Suzhou Qiyu Pai è fantastico! La posizione è superba, vicino a Shantang Street e alla metropolitana. L'ambiente è elegante, con un cortile privato con sorgenti termali che crea un'atmosfera meravigliosa. Il servizio è attento, le camere sono pulite e confortevoli, la biancheria da letto è morbida e i servizi sono completi. La colazione è abbondante e offre un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Consigliatissimo!

Vivere al cima della montagna è una grande esperienza!Dopo che i turisti della zona sceneggiata si sono dispersi, godono solo della bellezza dell'intera montagna, vedendo il tramonto e l'alba.Il processo di facile lunga durata è molto attento, molto felice, portandoci a visitare il palazzo di notte e fare una spiegazione vivace e interessante. La qualità del sonno è anche molto buona. Non ho dormito così bene per molto tempo.C'è un vantaggio nascosto che vive qui: brucia la testa!E'solo quindici il giorno, e brucia la testa a più di sei del mattino. Una bottiglia di noccioline calde per la colazione, e'stato facile fare caffè, e' molto piacevole bere caffè in cima alla montagna. Una volta è difficile dimenticare un viaggio molto felice e fortemente raccomandato di soggiornare (vivere al cima della montagna ha un vantaggio unico. Se sei amici che cercano lo standard di hotel a cinque stelle, non fare di nuovo:)

💯The lady who checked us in on Day 1 was very good, but the staff did not wear any name tag so I can’t remember her name. We found that she is the only one who was prompt and alert to guests needs. She helped upgrade us to a room that is more handicap friendly, as my husband was on crutches. She also helped us order takeaway using her private mobile phone when the restaurant on site was closed for lunch as we had no china mobile phone number to order take away. 💯The location is great by the lake and near the Tianmu Lake scenic park. 💯Outdoor hot spring staff on duty are attentive and polite. She even instructed the buggy driver to the nearest point to pick us when she noticed that my husband had difficulty walking. However the buggy driver did not pick us from the recommended point as she gave the excuse that her buggy driving skills are not good enough. Therefore we had to walk a longer way to be picked up, which puzzled everyone as there was more than enough space and a road for buggy entry…. ❌ Not enough staff, especially at dinner and breakfast. Food is slow to come at dinner even though we pre-ordered. Waited 30 mins and more. Staff are loud clearing the crockery, and had no sense of regard for those still dinning. ❌tour groups arrive in the evening by the bus load. The hotel did not feel premium with the crowd who were very loud. ❌the private hot spring in the room only had a fixed temperature of more than 40 degrees which made it very uncomfortable when the external temperature is more than 30 degrees. The solution was to mix it with cold water via tap, which was very slow and impractical. The hot water needs to be filled up by the staff, and you have to call them. ❌not suitable for those with difficulty walking or elderly. ideal to have your own car. 🤔Overall, I did not feel that I made a good choice with this booking. There are others private hot spring room near Yu Shui hot spring / Bamboo sea area for a better value and premium feel. 🫥I would also caution against the 100 yuan fish coupon - it is a discount coupon to offset about a third of the price of the dish, not a complimentary coupon for a fish head casserole. I did not receive the welcome gift so I can’t comment. The public hot springs has 4 pools.

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Racha Mankha, and I can’t recommend it enough! This hotel is a hidden gem, offering a secluded and quiet retreat that truly embodies peace and relaxation. The ambiance is simply delightful, making it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. One of the highlights of my stay was the food. I can confidently say that the Thai cuisine here is some of the best I’ve ever had in Nanjing! Each dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. Additionally, I indulged in their Thai massage services, and it was an absolute must-try! The skilled therapists provided a rejuvenating experience that left me feeling refreshed and relaxed. While the area may not have as many tourist attractions as other parts of Nanjing, the tranquility and quality of service at Racha Mankha more than make up for it. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with fantastic food and pampering, this is the place to be!

這已經是我第四次入住太倉輕井澤温泉酒店了，這次端午假期帶着媽媽、先生和兒子一起來度假，依然覺得非常滿意。酒店整體環境安靜舒適，房間靜謐、設施齊全且有品質感，衞生狀況也一直保持得很好，讓人住得很安心。 最喜歡的還是這裏的温泉，温暖、舒適，也很正宗。對我來説，温泉區域的衞生情況尤為重要，而輕井澤在這一點上一如既往地讓人放心。每次泡完都覺得身心都放鬆下來，很適合假期短途休養。 酒店周邊也很適合度假，開車大約15分鐘可以到沙溪古鎮，那裡有很多好吃的；附近還有生態環境很好的金倉湖公園，適合一家人散步、放鬆。我們從上海開車過來大約一個半小時，交通也很方便，所以這兩年一到假期就會想到來這裏住幾天。 這次入住期間，酒店服務也讓人感覺很温暖。工作人員親切周到，餐廳服務尤其細緻，會主動關心和詢問我們的需求。得知我媽媽胃不太好後，還特意加了白粥，真的很貼心。因為這兩年多次入住，這次酒店還贈送了私湯，讓我們感受到滿滿的誠意和賓至如歸的温度。 總之，輕井澤温泉酒店已經成為我們家假期短途度假的固定選擇。無論是房間、温泉、衞生、服務，還是周邊環境，都讓人很滿意。下半年有機會我們還會再來。

È stato un ottimo hotel con facile accesso al parco locale, al museo e al teatro. Il spa privato esterno era grande e la camera interna era grande aveva molte attrezzature. Ci rimarremmo lì.

L'hotel è molto nuovo, le strutture sono buone, l'igiene è buona, e la camera è grande, c'è balcone, la colazione è ricco, il servizio di ricetta è buono, giocare nel giardino, l'hotel può essere trasferito, molto conveniente, la posizione geografica dell'hotel è eccellente, vicino al tredicesimo giardino, il giardino vegetale sotto acqua, la strada è molto vicina, E'anche vicino a mangiare Xiaochuan, prenotato a Trip.com, e'anche il tour, che è il tour permanente all'hotel. Mia madre è particolarmente soddisfatta.L'hotel ha caldo, ci sono piscina, tutti i tipi di attrezzature fitness. La prossima volta deve essere ancora questa casa, il rapporto di prezzo è molto alto

We have stayed one weekend at the banyan tree. Overall we have a very diverse experience with that hotel. All staff was very friendly and this balanced towards the missing 5 star sense of service of some. Some things were a bit chaotic and not aligned. The breakfast was ok, but I had already much better ones in other and cheaper 5 star hotels in China. The western restaurant was closed for lunch and dinner. But the food was available and served in the lobby bar. The quality of the food was good. The Chinese restaurant we haven't tried, it was comparable a bit too expensive for us. The hotel is only about 4 years old, and it seems it was a very huge investment. Amazing architecture! But, the building quality is partially very poor. But still, I would expect from a brand like banyan tree and a professional hotel management to keep the hotel well maintained. This does not cost a fortune. The room was ok. But some details were already wear out. At the hot spring area, some details wear already broken and not cleaned properly. The shower was in a disgusting condition, it looks like this was never cleaned in the last year's. There was even huge mold on the glass doors! The steam sauna was smelling and far to hot set. Little helpful bathroom amenities were missing too. What we liked: the architecture, the quiet and relaxing surrounding. The hot spring water and pools were nice especially to have one at the balcony of our room. A great hotel for me is one which I would always like to come back again. So in this case? Would we come back? I must say, even though we like some things. We would not come back, especially not for the regular room rates. A pity for such a hotel, it has so much potential.

From the moment we arrived, Ella went above and beyond to make our stay memorabl. She was incredibly attentive, warm, and genuinely caring—always ready with helpful recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed. Her personal touch made all the difference. What we loved: • Super kid-friendly – Our children absolutely loved it here! The hotel clearly caters to families, with thoughtful amenities and a welcoming atmosphere that kept the little ones happy throughout our stay. • Beautiful hot springs – The onsen was a highlight. Soaking in the warm, mineral-rich waters while surrounded by nature was pure bliss and the perfect way to unwind. • Breathtaking views – Every glance out the window rewarded us with stunning scenery that made mornings and evenings truly special. • Comfortable, well-appointed rooms – Spacious, clean, and cozy with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The beds were especially comfortable! Whether you're traveling with family or seeking a peaceful retreat, this hotel delivers on every front. Highly recommend, and be sure to ask for Ella—she'll take great care of you! We can't wait to return!

Food: Breakfast was varied, with western，asian and local. We had Dinner at the main buiding using ******* set menu and it was a good deal, as the 2 person deal is enough to feed 4 and tasted quite delicious. Location: it is a resort so you are going to spend most of the time on the resort ground. We booked 3 day 2 night and the time was enough to explore everything. Nice scenery. Amenities: only a few activities were covered in our package so it will depend on your package. The package was confusing and we didnt know exactly all the activities that were free or cost extra. The reception on check in should have explained all of this upon check in, but maybe they are not trained, or maybe because our accomadation at pinecone is considered 4 star so they used lower quality staff. All the free stuff are a bit lame and service was poor except for the craft lady who actually showed us a wechat app for the hotel where free activity voucher can be found. They outsourced the activity area so that is really poor decision as it hurts the brand image due to service levels. For hotel staff, thumbs up to the shuttle ladies, who you call to get from one place to another. They are prompt and speedy. Service: check in staff was professional but not warm. As mentioned, the activity area is outsourced so most staff are cold and seemed rude, except for the craft lady who was actually decent. But considering this resort and the type of guest, i would consider this really bad. Cleaniness: the room is very clean, a bit worn (see pics of wall), but it feels quite clean.
