Ottima posizione, proprio sulla Shilu Pedestrian Street, vicino alla stazione della metropolitana e alle fermate degli autobus. Anche Shāngtáng Street è vicinissima, è comodissimo tornarci a piedi dopo una passeggiata serale! Il servizio alla reception è stato eccellente, il personale è molto proattivo nell'aiutare a risolvere qualsiasi problema e ci hanno persino dato un piccolo regalo al momento del check-out.

Questa volta tre famiglie che camminano con i loro amici sono stati alloggiati nel palazzo di Yuan Mountain, tutti aggiornati e l'esperienza è piena!Il popolo è nel palazzo di Yuan Yuan, dove si trova la giornata di Yuan. La finestra è la vista e la vista di Yuan Mountain. La mattina può vedere il sole e la notte, il cielo stellare può essere visto e la vista è sfinita. 💯The lady who checked us in on Day 1 was very good, but the staff did not wear any name tag so I can’t remember her name. We found that she is the only one who was prompt and alert to guests needs. She helped upgrade us to a room that is more handicap friendly, as my husband was on crutches. She also helped us order takeaway using her private mobile phone when the restaurant on site was closed for lunch as we had no china mobile phone number to order take away. 💯The location is great by the lake and near the Tianmu Lake scenic park. 💯Outdoor hot spring staff on duty are attentive and polite. She even instructed the buggy driver to the nearest point to pick us when she noticed that my husband had difficulty walking. However the buggy driver did not pick us from the recommended point as she gave the excuse that her buggy driving skills are not good enough. Therefore we had to walk a longer way to be picked up, which puzzled everyone as there was more than enough space and a road for buggy entry…. ❌ Not enough staff, especially at dinner and breakfast. Food is slow to come at dinner even though we pre-ordered. Waited 30 mins and more. Staff are loud clearing the crockery, and had no sense of regard for those still dinning. ❌tour groups arrive in the evening by the bus load. The hotel did not feel premium with the crowd who were very loud. ❌the private hot spring in the room only had a fixed temperature of more than 40 degrees which made it very uncomfortable when the external temperature is more than 30 degrees. The solution was to mix it with cold water via tap, which was very slow and impractical. The hot water needs to be filled up by the staff, and you have to call them. ❌not suitable for those with difficulty walking or elderly. ideal to have your own car. 🤔Overall, I did not feel that I made a good choice with this booking. There are others private hot spring room near Yu Shui hot spring / Bamboo sea area for a better value and premium feel. 🫥I would also caution against the 100 yuan fish coupon - it is a discount coupon to offset about a third of the price of the dish, not a complimentary coupon for a fish head casserole. I did not receive the welcome gift so I can’t comment. The public hot springs has 4 pools.

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Racha Mankha, and I can’t recommend it enough! This hotel is a hidden gem, offering a secluded and quiet retreat that truly embodies peace and relaxation. The ambiance is simply delightful, making it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. One of the highlights of my stay was the food. I can confidently say that the Thai cuisine here is some of the best I’ve ever had in Nanjing! Each dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. Additionally, I indulged in their Thai massage services, and it was an absolute must-try! The skilled therapists provided a rejuvenating experience that left me feeling refreshed and relaxed. While the area may not have as many tourist attractions as other parts of Nanjing, the tranquility and quality of service at Racha Mankha more than make up for it. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with fantastic food and pampering, this is the place to be!

這已經是我第四次入住太倉輕井澤温泉酒店了，這次端午假期帶着媽媽、先生和兒子一起來度假，依然覺得非常滿意。酒店整體環境安靜舒適，房間靜謐、設施齊全且有品質感，衞生狀況也一直保持得很好，讓人住得很安心。 最喜歡的還是這裏的温泉，温暖、舒適，也很正宗。對我來説，温泉區域的衞生情況尤為重要，而輕井澤在這一點上一如既往地讓人放心。每次泡完都覺得身心都放鬆下來，很適合假期短途休養。 酒店周邊也很適合度假，開車大約15分鐘可以到沙溪古鎮，那裡有很多好吃的；附近還有生態環境很好的金倉湖公園，適合一家人散步、放鬆。我們從上海開車過來大約一個半小時，交通也很方便，所以這兩年一到假期就會想到來這裏住幾天。 這次入住期間，酒店服務也讓人感覺很温暖。工作人員親切周到，餐廳服務尤其細緻，會主動關心和詢問我們的需求。得知我媽媽胃不太好後，還特意加了白粥，真的很貼心。因為這兩年多次入住，這次酒店還贈送了私湯，讓我們感受到滿滿的誠意和賓至如歸的温度。 總之，輕井澤温泉酒店已經成為我們家假期短途度假的固定選擇。無論是房間、温泉、衞生、服務，還是周邊環境，都讓人很滿意。下半年有機會我們還會再來。

Il nostro soggiorno nel Novotel Suzhou non era di meno di ricordare! Dalla nostra arrivo, ci sono stati accolti con un sorriso caldo e un servizio eccezionale, che hanno posto il tono per una fantastica esperienza per tutta la nostra famiglia. L'hotel è bellissimo, con un ambiente moderno, ma invitante, che ci ha resi immediatamente confortevole. Le sorgenti calde erano un'enfasi per noi, un'escape tranquilla e un modo per rilassarsi e rigionare; l'acqua era giusta, e l'ambiente era tranquillo, aggiungendo all'atmosfera generale rilassante. La piscina era anche un grande colpo, soprattutto con i bambini. Spazioso e ben mantenuto, offre molte camere per nuotare, splashing e semplicemente divertirsi. Il campo da gioco dei bambini era un'altra caratteristica meravigliosa che i nostri figli amavano assolutamente. Era ben progettato, sicuro, e pieno di attività impegnative che li hanno tenuti divertiti mentre noi godevamo un po' di tempo indeterminato. Il pranzo mattinale del Novotel Suzhou era un vero trattamento! Il brunch mattina aveva una varietà di oggetti deliziosi che si occupavano di tutti i gusti. Tutto era fresco, aromatico, e bellissimo, rendendo ogni pasto una bella esperienza. Ci aspettavamo ogni esperienza di mangiare, sapendo che c'era qualcosa di nuovo da provare e gustare. Il pranzo pomeriggio era un'altra caratteristica di stand-out, un affare di lusso con una miscela di gusti internazionali e locali che ci ha tenuti a tornare per più. I cuochi si sono manifestati orgogliosi della loro arte, e si sono mostrati in ogni piatto. In generale, il nostro soggiorno al Novotel Suzhou è stato riempito di momenti meravigliosi, da rilassarsi nelle calde primavera a godere di tempo familiare nella piscina e nel parco. Non potevamo chiedere un posto migliore per creare ricordi familiari duraturi, e siamo già in attesa della nostra prossima visita!

L'hotel è molto nuovo, le strutture sono buone, l'igiene è buona, e la camera è grande, c'è balcone, la colazione è ricco, il servizio di ricetta è buono, giocare nel giardino, l'hotel può essere trasferito, molto conveniente, la posizione geografica dell'hotel è eccellente, vicino al tredicesimo giardino, il giardino vegetale sotto acqua, la strada è molto vicina, E'anche vicino a mangiare Xiaochuan, prenotato a Trip.com, e'anche il tour, che è il tour permanente all'hotel. Mia madre è particolarmente soddisfatta.L'hotel ha caldo, ci sono piscina, tutti i tipi di attrezzature fitness. La prossima volta deve essere ancora questa casa, il rapporto di prezzo è molto alto

We have stayed one weekend at the banyan tree. Overall we have a very diverse experience with that hotel. All staff was very friendly and this balanced towards the missing 5 star sense of service of some. Some things were a bit chaotic and not aligned. The breakfast was ok, but I had already much better ones in other and cheaper 5 star hotels in China. The western restaurant was closed for lunch and dinner. But the food was available and served in the lobby bar. The quality of the food was good. The Chinese restaurant we haven't tried, it was comparable a bit too expensive for us. The hotel is only about 4 years old, and it seems it was a very huge investment. Amazing architecture! But, the building quality is partially very poor. But still, I would expect from a brand like banyan tree and a professional hotel management to keep the hotel well maintained. This does not cost a fortune. The room was ok. But some details were already wear out. At the hot spring area, some details wear already broken and not cleaned properly. The shower was in a disgusting condition, it looks like this was never cleaned in the last year's. There was even huge mold on the glass doors! The steam sauna was smelling and far to hot set. Little helpful bathroom amenities were missing too. What we liked: the architecture, the quiet and relaxing surrounding. The hot spring water and pools were nice especially to have one at the balcony of our room. A great hotel for me is one which I would always like to come back again. So in this case? Would we come back? I must say, even though we like some things. We would not come back, especially not for the regular room rates. A pity for such a hotel, it has so much potential.

The surroundings around the hotel is very serene and close to most tourist places though you still need a car to go round tianmu lake on Liyang No 1 road. I love the bamboo sea forest the best! I was not aware that the hotel I booked was mainly for family with Children! We have a room with dinosaur blankets!

Beautiful hot springs and nature, but come prepared! We stayed in a luxury cabin in the Donghai Hot Spring Resort. Overall, we had a nice experience, but there are a few important things international travelers should know. The Positives: Hot Springs & Nature: The hot springs were wonderful and very relaxing. The nature surrounding the resort is beautiful and peaceful. Great BBQ: We really enjoyed the barbecue area and even grilled some delicious shashlik (skewers) there. Helpful Staff: The girls at the reception were very kind. They helped us book a taxi to Donghai Railway Station for 100 RMB. Upon check-out, they also gave us a lovely Lianyungang souvenir magnet, which was a very sweet touch. Things to Consider: Room Outlets: There are no European-style power outlets in the cabins. We asked the reception for an adapter, but they didn’t have any. Luckily, we had our own power banks, otherwise we wouldn't have been able to charge our devices. Bring your own Chinese plug adapter! There is a possibility to rent a power bank in main building though for 5 RMB/hour. Breakfast: The breakfast is purely Chinese style. Do not expect Western options. We had noodles, seaweed, eggs, fruit, and Coca-Cola. It was fine for us, but good to keep in mind. Location: The resort is quite isolated. If you do not have a car, it is very difficult to leave the property or get around on your own. We enjoyed the hot springs and the peaceful vibe, but the resort could improve by providing international adapters for foreign guests.
