Vivo con i miei amici, ma la posizione è buona, a circa venti minuti a piedi dal centro di Las Vegas. La pulizia è anche molto pulita. La reception ha anche risposto adeguatamente. Il deposito è $100 in contanti e tasse?Ci servono $3 per il trattamento del soggiorno, quindi è necessario preparare circa $100 prima del trattamento del soggiorno. Quando mi sono lasciato, ho ricevuto correttamente $100. Il bagno è anche molto caldo.Ci sono spazzole e sapone.C'è un ventilatore.Nessun frigo.Non posso usare il contenitore.Posso usare l'aria condizionata.Sono felice che abbia conservato il bagaglio prima di sottoporsi alle procedure di imbarco. Questo è un hotel ideale per risparmiare le spese di alloggio. Se c'è una possibilita', voglio restare di nuovo.

Mi hanno detto di pagare un deposito di 100 dollari, che quando mi ritiro', mi rimborsero e non è stato se finora non mi hanno restituito il deposito di 100 dollari. È una cosa che non piace come cliente.

Il servizio clienti era amichevole. Il posto era pulito. Il colazione era a Econo Lodge lungo la strada. Non c'è nessuna fantasia sul posto, sembra essere rinnovato. Il quartiere è così felice di chiudere la porta, e la luce fuori era molto luminosa, quindi probabilmente ha aiutato a tenere lontano il rifiuto.

The two stars are for the staff… Both the people we encountered at the front desk as well as housekeeping were professional and friendly. Unfortunately they work for an owner and an organization that does not give them the tools they need for their job. The room was not clean… And I don’t mean the sheets, countertops or the basics that a housekeeper can do…but marred walls, dirty carpet, draperies broken and falling off the rack, scuffed paint, moldy showerhead clogged with minerals and a tub mat that desperately needs to be replaced. The sheets and towels were clean although there were only two towels in the room for a two guest, two night stay and they are extremely thin and old. To give you an idea of how much management cares for their facility, the signage throughout was broken, the landscaping rocks were extending onto the street sidewalks were not maintained making it dangerous to walk around the property, their breakfast area is being used for storage, and doorways, walls, and general areas were filthy. We had specifically asked about outdoor pool availability and I’m sure through no fault of staff, there was a problem with the pool. During check-in we were told that it would be open the following day… this we made the decision to stay. It was repaired and filled however in spite of assurances it would be available the day after check-in, staff would not allow us in the pool area and I was told that management would not allow me to even take a plastic chaise lounge and put it on the patio adjacent to the pool area outside the fence to enjoy the sun. This was not a theft risk or general liability issue…. it was simply doing as little as possible to accommodate a guest. This facility is still serving paper bag breakfasts and we were told that they would no longer be serving their hot breakfast as they are hoping to open the restaurant adjacent to the property. That would not be quite so laughable if the actual property had been maintained at all but clearly they can’t afford or unwilling to do the basics to keep up a building much less open something new. There are some darling motels in Boulder City and I highly encourage you to stay anywhere but here. I’ve just put in my second contact to corporate however I have not received a response from either management when we placed our first challenge nor the corporate office.

El hotel se encuentra situado en una punta de la *****, junto al nuevo Resort Wold Las Vegas, tienes una parada del autobus Deuce a 3 minutos andando. La habitación muy amplia, unas camas muy comodas y grandes. Todo estaba limpio. El aire acondicionado funcionaba muy bien. No es un hotel tematizado por lo que es tranquilo y fácil de entrar y salir. Tiene parking gratis. Lo malo que el agua de la piscina estaba un poco sucia y en recepción no fueron muy amables con nuestra dificultad al hablar el ingles

Se puoi continuare a guidare, puoi pagare quasi la metà del prezzo in un'altra città (ad esempio Los Angeles o Salt Lake City).

The only reason this is not a two-star rating is the great customer service provided by an agent names Arlet. The hotel is not great. 5 lights were out when we checked in and other problems. the pool was clean, but the staff is surprisingly friendly. I personally didn't think I would ever be interested in going back, but if they are capable enough to hire wonderful, and professional employees like Arlet, I believe they can improve their general services. I will go back there in a few months when I have to attend some meeting. I belive they will be better.
