Had a nice stay at the hotel. I was in transit so only needed the hotel for a few hours to catch a nap and shower. The place is new, you can smell the new shower. You get a nice large space with 2 ceiling fans and an AC that works really well. It seems like a home converted into a hotel where you leave shoes off and kept in a locker before you enter the property. They have cold, warm and hot water machine. My only issue is that throughout the night there were some machine noises going on. So be aware if you are sensitive to sound whilst sleeping. Oh, although they have no lift, the front desk kindly offered to carry my bags to the 2nd floor which was a pleasant touch to my experience.

Di fronte a Chenqiao, la posizione è abbastanza buona. Puoi raggiungere a piedi il vivace quartiere dell'arte e della pittura di George. Ci sono anche mercati notturni e ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Il bagno dell'hotel richiede un bagno in comune nella doccia , potresti dover andare altrove per vedere se ce n'è uno. C'è una toilette vuota da usare. È meglio portare la propria carta igienica, detergente per il viso e rasoio. La stanza è dotata di asciugamani, spazzolini da denti, gel doccia e shampoo .

L'ospite era amichevole per fornire un check-in a mezzanotte e la stanza era pulita e temperata con un buon aria condizionata.

I booked the 4-bed dorm thinking that only 4 guests would use the shower & toilet. But apparently, the 2 shower-toilet combined were used by all the other rooms & dorms. It was getting awkward with many females frequently entering the washroom area. A room no.205 has access directly through the washroom.. Weird! (picture attached). I could hear some odd conversations between 2 boys & a girl from that room while brushing teeth in the morning. The dorm which was sufficient only for one single bed is filled with 2 bunk beds, so there is no space at all in the dorm room. You have to directly jump onto the bed. My dorm room was on second floor with no elevator. The only 3 good points about this hostel are that they provide a towel for hostel beds, is located on a main street in Georgetown, and has complementary breakfast for everyone (bread-butter-jam, tea-coffee, and watermelon). Wifi & AC were good.

L'hotel è un ostello affidabile con personale amichevole e un'atmosfera fredda. Consigliato a viaggiatori soli che vogliono una miscela di camere tranquille e una festa fredda vibe. Il letto è comodo e la camera è pulita. Le aree comuni sono anche belle per rilassarsi e incontrare altri viaggiatori. In generale, è stato un grande soggiorno

1. La posizione è buona. Nell'ambito della distanza di cammino si possono raggiungere alcuni dei luoghi famosi. 2. Per la prima volta l'ospite troverà difficile entrare nella zona di accoglienza dell'ostello. L'orologio non funziona così dovrà trovare l'ingresso laterale per entrare (necessità di esplorare come nessun indicatore). 3. Non ha fornito una tovagliola. Una base di affitto che ho trovato che “alloggio” dovrebbe almeno fornire uno e se poi rinnovare il prezzo. Per il soggiorno a breve termine non si aspetta che porterà una tovagliola. 4. Ho visto il loro avviso sul costo di deposito dei bagagli e il check-in tardi dopo le 10:00. Quindi significa che i voli tardi non dovrebbero prenotare questo ostello. 5. Quando l'ostello è vicino alla strada, è chiaro sentire il suono del conducente e del veicolo; molto chiaro come se non riduce il rumore del tutto.

The staff at the hotel is so friendly and welcoming. Excellent service. The room is spacious, clean and bed very comfortable.  Walking distance to Gurney drive and Gurney promenade. Early morning watch sun rises over the horizon. The promenade is big and clean. People jogging.  Food court nearby.  Hotel 22 is the most colourful hotel in the area and can be seen from a distance.  Would recommend anyone to stay in Hotel 22 if they are on the budget.

Abbiamo prenotato la stanza per un deposito bagagli temporaneo di un giorno. Il check-in e il check-out sono stati rapidi e senza intoppi. La stanza si trova nel centro di Georgetown, in una posizione ottima e comoda.

The hotel management is good they do the room cleaning service on time and overall the room are spacious and air condition with free wifi and hot and cold water is also there

I really enjoyed my stay at Gather Inn. Newly built accommodation with all new facilities and excellent service, reasonable price. The owner is super friendly and open-minded, quick to respond, and fulfils any request for a good stay for the guests. Will definitely be my first choice for accommodation whenever I come to Penang.
