Hi , YHA Fremantle Prison, Wow! What an amazing experience and im so glad i stayed here, and thankyou so much for being so accommadting and understanding , and well for letting me book with late notice and guided me to after hours checkin, and well the guy who was working after hours on the 31st May Sunday night,...... 💯👌🙏❤️ so welcoming and was down to earth, and made me feel good about the whole.stay and just a very calming presence and over the phone also , very understanding and reassured me to not stress and be safe and to get here when i get here. He was thankful i got there at reasonable hour, cosidering it was after 9pm , was travelling from the city and through the storm so it was 10.30pm maybe a little after 10.45pm,...... and so he was very grateful but very good about me being a late check in , as i rang to make sure i was able to stay without a passport. I.was very happy to find that i could book without passport 🙏🥹💯❤️👌 I had the best night sleep, the best shower before bed, the facilities were amazing and the whole experience was beyond my expectations and exceeded all my thoughts of what was to be. I cant thank you guys enough! I will be back! Im staying longer next time so i can explore the Fremantle Prison as i have wanted to now for many.of years and the canal tour also ive wanted.to always do. The grounds, the care , the information on history , on every wall, evey building, everything was to standard and presentation that was 11/10 👌💯 brillant! I am and was well impressed! And cant wait to stay again and with a little more pre planning and booking earlier on and having a bit more a plan next trip. As my stay at YHA was very last minute , and because i missed my TransWA bus back to Kojonup.....😏 And well my decision to go up to Perth was very last minute and decision made only 2 days prior to going , and so as it was last minute decision and well i had an idea of a plan of where and who to see while up there, as being last minute things always dont go to plan and so when those moments happened i just rolled with the punches and went with the flow of things, and trusted my gut instinct and trusted my journey and the journey in life i am and well was on while in Perth and so all roads had led me to where i was meant to be , and well all fell into plaxe and worked out in the end and so im grateful beyond words! Truely and honestly 🥹🙏❤️💯😊 Thanks again , and wow amazing stay! And highly recommend! Thankyou so much for the feeling of saftey also being a single female traveller on her own. We booked it to catch a complimentary shuttle bus for an early flight next morning. Only afterwards did we find out its not available on the weekend. It was also noisy during the night from revellers but it was a Friday night. Will not come again even for the great location. Also looking in part a but tired but could accept for the convenience to airport.

I’ve stayed in fair few budget and mid-range hostels, and overall, Cable Beach Backpackers has a really good vibe. The Good Stuff: • Its a perfect Location. Literally walking distance to Cable Beach, restaurants, and bars. There’s also a bus stop right outside that heads into town every 20 minutes, which was a lifesaver. • The staff are so welcoming and easy to chat with. The little on-site bar has great prices, and the outdoor area is awesome—heaps of undercover seating and a brilliant hammock zone. The kitchen is also massive with plenty of room to cook and store your food. • Having good Wi-Fi was amazing, especially since mobile network coverage can be pretty patchy around the area. • I felt completely safe the entire time. I never worried about my personal safety or my belongings, which is always a huge relief when backpacking. The Not-So-Good Stuff (Just being honest): • I was in a 4-person dorm. It’s pretty basic (two bunks and a clothes rack) and felt super cramped once everyone brought their bags in. The biggest issue was airflow. The window wouldn’t open, so even with the ceiling fan and two portable fans blasting, it got really stuffy and stinky. The only way to get fresh air was leaving the main door wide open. While I felt safe enough to do this, it’s still not ideal for privacy or keeping the bugs out. Putting flyscreens on the doors could fix this! • I didn't see any lockers in the room for safely locking away small valuables. If they do have them and I just missed them, it would be great to have them highlighted at check-in, otherwise adding some would be a great upgrade. • There are noise restrictions after 10 PM, but people were still talking loudly, playing music and making noise late into the night every evening. Also, a lot of guests didn't clean up after themselves, so the shared tables and bathrooms were pretty messy a lot of the time. People also ignored the designated smoking areas. Overall, the location, Wi-Fi, and staff are top-notch, and it feels like a very safe spot to stay. I know you get what you pay for but it could still do with a little bit of a reno and better upkeep to stop the shared spaces from getting messy.

Terribile servizio! Questo è il primo hotel/motel che ho mai fatto a questo non ha ospitato i suoi clienti. L'Australia non smette mai di sorprendermi, nel peggiore senso della parola. Questa è la situazione. Stavamo pensando di guidare da Norseman a Lucky Bay (vicina a Esperance) per vedere cangurosi e nuotare nell'oceano, e poi controllare l'hotel alle 8:00. Ma il motel mi ha affrontato un fatto compiuto: l'iscrizione è strettamente dalle 3 alle 6:00 !!! Non un'ora dopo! Altrimenti non ti daranno le chiavi, e dormirai in strada. Non ho avuto tempo di guidare così a lungo, fermarsi a Lucky Bay, e controllare il motel prima delle 6:00. Non rispondo! La risposta era la stessa: se non lo faccio, non mi daranno le chiavi. Ho chiamato il direttore e li ho chiesti di accogliermi, lasciare le chiavi nella casella, spiegando che ero un turista, la mia prima volta in Australia, e probabilmente non tornerei mai, che non avrei tempo di vedere i cangurosi a Lucky Bay. La gestione del motel ha rivolto un orecchio sordo alle mie richieste. Purtroppo, non è stato possibile prenotare un altro hotel. Queste persone all'hotel sono completamente incompetenti! Dove mai qualcuno ha visto un motel che permette solo occupazioni per un periodo così breve?! Spero che il supporto trip.com prenda le misure appropriate.

La posizione era facile da trovare e accessibile alla maggior parte dei luoghi. Apprezzo la biancheria da letto e gli asciugamani puliti. La camera era abbastanza spaziosa e aveva sufficienti spazi per riporre i bagagli. C'è un ampio e accogliente spazio di studio/lavoro/soggiorno con tavoli da biliardo e schermo per proiettore. Le aree notte sono abbastanza sicure con tessere magnetiche, quindi si può essere meno preoccupati dell'ingresso esterno. C'è un angolo cottura che consente agli ospiti di conservare il cibo in grandi frigoriferi e sufficienti servizi come microonde e tostapane. È un peccato che alcuni ospiti non siano responsabili del lavaggio dopo l'uso. Il distributore di acqua calda non funzionava nei pochi giorni in cui sono stato lì, quindi molti ospiti hanno riscaldato l'acqua potabile con il microonde. Possibili miglioramenti: vorrei che un ostello con un turnover così elevato potesse prendere in considerazione di fornire shampoo e sapone condivisi nelle docce e avere una macchina che vende capsule di detersivo per bucato. Aiuterebbe sicuramente a ridurre i carichi di rifiuti monouso usa e getta.

Molto bella stanza di dimensioni. La stanza che ho prenotato aveva un doppio più un letto unico e una tavola con 2 sedie. Tostapane microonde e piatti. Per il punto di prezzo posso dire che questa stanza rappresenta un buon valore per i soldi. Ho letto un altro recensione prima di prenotare che non ha alcuna potenza vicino al letto questo è falso perché ci sono 2 uscite doppie sotto le tavole laterali vicino al letto. Situazione è a circa 25 minuti dalla stazione ferroviaria. Ma c'è un servizio di autobus 808 che corre su questa strada per molto poco denaro. Questo servizio di autobus funziona in una loop ogni ora. Per andare a Middleton Beach si può catturare il servizio 803 questo funziona una loop circa 3-4 volte al giorno. C'è un McDonald's Coles e Aldi in prossimità della porta vicino è il trattamento del pollo lungo la strada è un buon affare Shop e sport all'aperto.

Ampi spazi di parcheggio; si può parcheggiare davanti alla vostra unità. Ci è anche un fermo di autobus a piedi a entrambi i lati della strada per accedere al motel. Credo che le camere sono state recentemente ristrutturate, quindi tutto era in buona condizione. ci sono Alcune commestibili a piedi vicino e anche una stazione di benzina vicino. Un breve autobus (2 fermate) vi porterà a Woolworths per le vostre fabbriche. In generale una piacevole soggiorno.

Lovely little motel in Cervantes! Only stayed for a night but would have been happy if I was there longer, lovely and clean, comfortable bed and the restaurant was great!! I had the grilled kangaroo having never tried it before (being from England) and was pleasantly surprised 😊 would recommend this motel to anyone passing through Cervantes.

A nice hostel not too far from Perth city center. Good things I liked: - Comfortable mattress, with a small curtain for a little privacy - Staffs were nice and helpful - common areas, kitchen, and showers/toilets were cleaned daily - Plus point: Breakfast included (simple toasts with peanut butter/Jam/choc spread) - Free coffee and tea (not the best quality but ok) - near bus stop and grocery (Woolworths) Not so good things: - rooms are quite cramped - no signage outside, bit confusing & hard to find for first timers - Most of the furniture and kitchen facilities are quite old - front porch & yard seems messy & unaesthetic - Price-to-quality ratio: ok The free breakfast, nice & helpful staff, kitchen space and social areas make this hostel recommendable. However, needs for hostel signage & revamping of all spaces & furnitures would make it a highly recommended hostel.

Very good location. Cat bus stops very nearby which are free for travel around Perth CBD. There are a few great restaurants within walking distance. The motel is very clean, comfortable bed and lovely service. The room is basic, but you have everything you need. The rooms are also nice and large
