Okada Manila è un luogo eccellente, lontano dal rumore e dal traffico della zona metropolitana Manila. È in una comunità incastrata che è una strada morta, quindi solo le consegne e i residenti passano attraverso la strada. La residenza ha kioschi, ristoranti e supermercati aperti 24/7 mentre l'uso della piscina e dello sportello è gratuito e illimitato. Sicuramente verrà visitato di nuovo presto. Le viste sono anche spettacolari durante il sole e l'ora d'oro.

Feedback and Complaint Regarding Recent Hotel Stay I would like to provide feedback and raise a concern regarding my recent booking experience. I booked a stay for 15 guests at a specific hotel ( Lux Penhouse), and the booking went through successfully without any issues. However, just a few hours before our scheduled check-in, I was informed that we would be moved to a different hotel ( bayshore phase 2), with the reason being that the original hotel “could not accommodate 15 pax.” This was extremely disappointing, especially since the booking was clearly made for 15 people and was confirmed. The replacement accommodation provided did not meet expectations: • The utensils were incomplete, and basic amenities such as toothbrushes and towels were not ready upon our arrival. • The swimming pool was closed for maintenance, which was not communicated in advance. This was one of the main reasons we chose the property. • Overall, the place felt unprepared for a group of our size. On a positive note, I would like to acknowledge that the few staff who assisted us and the lobby personnel were helpful and courteous, and we appreciate their efforts. While we understand that unforeseen changes can occur, proper notice and preparation are expected, especially for confirmed group bookings. Great location, staff are friendly and helpful, the room is clean and spacious allowing us to move around freely without feeling cramped

We strongly recommend this place. Location is perfect. We find all we need Around. They have very easy check in policy. Friendly guard and reception. Gordon and his assistant Ms Mary are very responsive and welcoming. Parking is just in front of the reception. The room and design is very lovely and modern. Its spacious enough for us to have a great stay Thank you

In generale, abbiamo avuto un piacevole soggiorno e ci sarebbe stato di nuovo di soggiorno. La posizione era eccellente, soprattutto con accesso diretto al centro commerciale, e il personale era sempre pronta a rispondere alle nostre richieste. L'appartamento a camera da letto è spazioso, confortevole e convenientemente costoso per la zona. I principali settori per il miglioramento saranno le strutture di cucina e la manutenzione. La cucina è molto grande, che inizialmente ci ha dato l'impressione che sarebbe ben attrezzata per un soggiorno più lungo, ma mancava diversi elementi di base necessari per preparare i pasti, come coltelli da cucina, sciarpe, Servire piatti e utensili, e altri strumenti pratici di cucina. Per gli ospiti che soggiornano per più notti e pianificare la cucina, questo può essere limitativo. Abbiamo notato anche che i pavimenti erano polverosi al momento dell'arrivo, i nostri piedi/soffi si sono resi visibile sporchi dopo aver camminato intorno all'appartamento. In generale, le forze di questa proprietà sono la sua posizione, alloggi spaziali, tariffazione ragionevole e servizio responsabile. Con una cucina piu' attrezzata e una migliore attenzione alla pulizia prima dell'ingresso, l'esperienza sarebbe ancora migliore per gli ospiti di lunga durata.

È un hotel economico, quindi ottieni ciò per cui paghi, il check-in è facile, le camere come molti hotel RD sono spaziose ma non hanno un bollitore, un frigorifero e alcune non hanno finestre, questa aveva una finestra a 6 pollici da un altro muro. Ci vogliono circa 15 minuti in taxi dall'aeroporto, a seconda del traffico. La zona circostante è molto filippina, il che è bello, molte persone amichevoli. L'hotel è comunque buono ed economico e un po' vicino all'aeroporto di Ninoy. Ci tornerei.

The neighborhood is not a 10/10. During the day you can go outside and walk along the road, as long as you don't go into the narrow streets. At night there is a lot of noise from the street and the rooster which doesn't seem to sleep. The host is very friendly and helpful. A bigger blanket would be have been better for us. For one or two nights this homestay is ok.

Initially, the staff were accommodating, helping me settle in and providing the essentials I needed. However, within an hour, their responsiveness declined significantly. For instance, I requested access to the Wi-Fi, which was available, but they refused to share the password. Instead, one staff member suggested I purchase mobile data, which I found extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. In terms of location, the hotel is conveniently situated near malls and shops, which is a positive aspect. However, the building itself raises serious safety concerns. There were numerous gas tanks stored near the staircase, and the constant smell of overused oil permeated the area. These conditions are hazardous, and I strongly urge a fire inspector to assess the premises immediately. Overall, my experience was far from satisfactory. I was deeply disappointed with my stay and would not recommend this hotel to my friends or family. Red Doors needs to raise its standards and conduct thorough reviews of its partners to ensure guest satisfaction, enjoyment, and—most importantly—safety.

The room I stayed in was comforting. The staff were as usual very friendly and accommodating. This was my 3rd stay and mostly foreigners usually book this place. Very near to the airport and all. It was cozy and very nice. What they just need to the is to fix some small fixtures and little bit of cleanup. The theme of the rooms depends on the country you stayed in. I’ve been to Greece, Japan and now Mexico. Overall, the stay was nice and a group of cats is always present to greet you. The rooftop and terrace are worth the visit to chill.

Here's a review based on your experience: --- We stayed at this Airbnb for 8 nights and had a mixed experience. The location is fantastic, just across from Okada Hotel, which is a major plus. However, our check-in was quite disappointing. We arrived around 5 PM, two hours after the official check-in time of 3 PM, only to find the unit was not clean. It was very dusty, and there were no cleaning tools provided. The staff arrived around 5:30 PM to bring us towels and one bed cover, we requested utensils, We ended up purchasing our own cleaning supplies to tidy up the place before we could settle in. This was frustrating, especially after traveling from another country, as we had hoped to relax upon arrival. While the unit itself has potential, the lack of cleanliness and preparation before our check-in was a significant issue. We had to clean the unit ourselves before we could even think about resting. Overall, I would recommend this place for its location, but improvements in cleanliness and guest readiness are necessary.
