The staffs are very helpful. Their security is good too. The view is amazing. Location is super. They have 711, Bank & ATM on the ground floor. On the second floor there is a Mini Chinese Supermarket, Pool, Gym, kids play area, a small shop which sells some clothing, a Cafe/Restaurant and a Malatang hhh. Quite a combo, you can get what you need. They also offer free rides to some places nearby. The only downside is that we found 2 rubbish bags under the cupboard that is not ours and the sink is not very clean. Others are acceptable. I’ll still consider it for my future stays. Hope they can improve the cleaning and make it smell fresher.

Feedback and Complaint Regarding Recent Hotel Stay I would like to provide feedback and raise a concern regarding my recent booking experience. I booked a stay for 15 guests at a specific hotel ( Lux Penhouse), and the booking went through successfully without any issues. However, just a few hours before our scheduled check-in, I was informed that we would be moved to a different hotel ( bayshore phase 2), with the reason being that the original hotel “could not accommodate 15 pax.” This was extremely disappointing, especially since the booking was clearly made for 15 people and was confirmed. The replacement accommodation provided did not meet expectations: • The utensils were incomplete, and basic amenities such as toothbrushes and towels were not ready upon our arrival. • The swimming pool was closed for maintenance, which was not communicated in advance. This was one of the main reasons we chose the property. • Overall, the place felt unprepared for a group of our size. On a positive note, I would like to acknowledge that the few staff who assisted us and the lobby personnel were helpful and courteous, and we appreciate their efforts. While we understand that unforeseen changes can occur, proper notice and preparation are expected, especially for confirmed group bookings. Sono rimasto a Propriedad Residences diverse volte ora, e continuo a prolungare il mio soggiorno ogni volta che lavoro lontanamente, perché ho sempre una grande esperienza qui. Quello che è davvero in gioco è il personale, sono veramente amichevoli, attraenti e molto attenti, ricordandomi di aver bisogno di una sala tranquilla per lavorare e di assicurarmi di avere una, che apprezzo davvero. Sono queste piccole cose che fanno una grande differenza. Le camere sono confortevoli, l'atmosfera è tranquilla, e è un posto grande se dovete lavorare da casa senza distrazioni. We strongly recommend this place. Location is perfect. We find all we need Around. They have very easy check in policy. Friendly guard and reception. Gordon and his assistant Ms Mary are very responsive and welcoming. Parking is just in front of the reception. The room and design is very lovely and modern. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would consider staying again. The location was excellent, especially with direct mall access, and the staff were always prompt in responding to our requests. The one-bedroom apartment was spacious, comfortable, and reasonably priced for the area. The biggest areas for improvement would be the kitchen facilities and housekeeping. The kitchen is quite large, which initially gave us the impression that it would be well-equipped for longer stays, but it lacked several basic items needed for preparing meals, such as kitchen knives, scissors, serving plates andutensils, and other practical cooking tools. For guests staying multiple nights and planning to cook, this can be limiting. We also noticed that the floors were dusty upon arrival, our feet/socks became visibly dirty after walking around the apartment. Housekeeping did respond quickly when we requested additional cleaning, which we appreciated. Overall, the strengths of this property are its location, spacious accommodations, reasonable pricing, and responsive service. With a more fully equipped kitchen and improved attention to cleanliness before check-in, the experience would be even better for long-stay guests.

È un hotel economico, quindi ottieni ciò per cui paghi, il check-in è facile, le camere come molti hotel RD sono spaziose ma non hanno un bollitore, un frigorifero e alcune non hanno finestre, questa aveva una finestra a 6 pollici da un altro muro. Ci vogliono circa 15 minuti in taxi dall'aeroporto, a seconda del traffico. La zona circostante è molto filippina, il che è bello, molte persone amichevoli. L'hotel è comunque buono ed economico e un po' vicino all'aeroporto di Ninoy. Ci tornerei.

Siamo arrivati alla posizione appena dopo mezzanotte. Inizialmente il nostro conducente aveva problemi a trovarla perché ha detto che ci sono molte porte rosse vicino a Pasay. Tuttavia, quando gli ho informato che era situato proprio accanto a un negozio 7/11, è riuscito a trovarla. Quando arrivammo, ci colpimmo alla porta, e un giovane chiese il nome della prenotazione; io mi consegue il nome, e ci aiutava a portare il nostro bagaglio in alto; poi ci consegne un libro di registrazione e ci diede la chiave della nostra stanza. Una volta entrati nella stanza, la troviamo bella e pulita, con aria condizionata, tavola, sedie, due set di piastre e tazze, un bastone e una doccia calda e fredda. Mentre il posto è comodo, ha un senso di appartamento, quindi spero ci sia un po'di silenzio tra le camere. In generale, penso che il posto sia buono, e si trova convenientemente vicino al Terminal 2, solo per circa 13-14 minuti per arrivare lì. Se mai, avremo un altro volo di notte tardi, prenoterò di nuovo qui. Grazie! P.S - fuori, c'è 7/11 accanto all'edificio e sa harap meron mga nagtitinda ng soppe, e altri pasti di bilancio po.

For instance, I requested access to the Wi-Fi, which was available, but they refused to share the password. Instead, one staff member suggested I purchase mobile data, which I found extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. In terms of location, the hotel is conveniently situated near malls and shops, which is a positive aspect. However, the building itself raises serious safety concerns. There were numerous gas tanks stored near the staircase, and the constant smell of overused oil permeated the area. These conditions are hazardous, and I strongly urge a fire inspector to assess the premises immediately. Overall, my experience was far from satisfactory. I was deeply disappointed with my stay and would not recommend this hotel to my friends or family. Red Doors needs to raise its standards and conduct thorough reviews of its partners to ensure guest satisfaction, enjoyment, and—most importantly—safety.

Very good hotel! The place is clean, cozy, and very relaxing, especially for travelers looking for a convenient stay near the airport. One of the best parts of staying here is definitely the spectacular view of NAIA. If you love planes and aviation, this place is perfect for you. Watching aircraft take off and land from the rooftop or window view feels so calming and exciting at the same time, especially during sunset and nighttime when the runway lights look beautiful. Another highlight is the cat around the property — super cute and mabait! It honestly added warmth and charm to the experience and made the stay feel even more welcoming. Here's a review based on your experience: --- We stayed at this Airbnb for 8 nights and had a mixed experience. The location is fantastic, just across from Okada Hotel, which is a major plus. However, our check-in was quite disappointing. We arrived around 5 PM, two hours after the official check-in time of 3 PM, only to find the unit was not clean. It was very dusty, and there were no cleaning tools provided. The staff arrived around 5:30 PM to bring us towels and one bed cover, we requested utensils, We ended up purchasing our own cleaning supplies to tidy up the place before we could settle in. This was frustrating, especially after traveling from another country, as we had hoped to relax upon arrival. While the unit itself has potential, the lack of cleanliness and preparation before our check-in was a significant issue. We had to clean the unit ourselves before we could even think about resting. Overall, I would recommend this place for its location, but improvements in cleanliness and guest readiness are necessary.
