Mi è piaciuto stare in questo posto, anche se l'appartamento era un po' difficile da trovare, assicuratevi di collegare con il padrone prima :)

Decent location if you have rented your personal transport; not really good of a location if you didn't. Basically It's a gated small village with a security, but inside a city. The whole place is relatively small 7-8 rooms hotel, with a shared yard where the restaurant (having non-guest clients as well though not much due to a secluded placement) and effectively the hall are; most of the workers are young girls; so the overall atmosphere is a relaxed camaraderie. As for the Davao City, the kitchen here is both tasty and competitively priced so basically most of the time you don't even have to leave the place to just live. Most of the guests are older male caucasians.

Dissapointing to say the least,place wise. The pictures in their website are old ones,must be taken when the hotel just starts to operate. And no way near the present condition of the building. Placed is not up to my standard of cleanliness. Building is old, and I killed like 2 cockroaches during our stay. Cable was not working,wifi is very poor signal. No microwave and no fridge. On the bright side,staff were nice and accomodating. And location is good. Lots of stores around. Sorry not sorry,but not until they renovate and do something about above issues,most likely won't recommend this place.

Esso è molto basilare ma a prezzi accessibili C'è anche una piscina che puoi usare La colazione è anche molto buona Abbiamo prenotato per rimanere lì due volte ora e ci prenoteremo di nuovo L'unico punto in basso è che chiudono le porte alle 9:00, quindi se ti piace la vita notturna, sarai chiuso fuori per pensare a qualcosa quando prenotare

Sia un hotel che un ristorante 🍴 La posizione è buona. È vicino a un principale percorso di trasporto, e è molto conveniente prendere l'auto dove andare. L'hotel ha un piccolo giardino molto bello, l'antico arancione interno, e ci sono diversi set di colazione opzionali. Il colazione è molto bello seduto al tavolo del giardino di mattina 😊 L'igiene è pulita e l'atteggiamento del personale di servizio è anche buono. Perché il mio volo di partenza è la sera, chiedere un ritardo nella partenza, più 500 peso. Viaggiare a Davo, consiglio molto la casa di una grande casa hotel 🏨

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. It just felt like home. Considering it was very cheap, the fact that they did not have a free bathroom tissue is understandable. Its expansion is still ongoing, and it's very promising. I'd recommend the place.
