Bel posto, molto buono valore. Bella posizione in batu ferringi, grande comodo letto, nessun problema di check-in. Solo un piccolo problema era ottenere il doccia d'acqua calda che lavorava al primo, ma molto buon valore per soldi.

Amo la stanza con vista sugli oceani. Il rom è pulito ma c’era un odore nella stanza. Non so cosa fosse. Anche il mio cuscino aveva un odore, l’odore era piuttosto forte! quindi ho avuto un momento difficile per dormire.   Il profumo è stato ottenuto dai predecessori che usavano un certo tipo di olio !!!! Tuttavia, amate la vista della stanza e il personale dell'hotel, le guardie dell'hotel, sono tutti molto carini. amate la piscina infinita anche se non l'ho usato, ma sembra molto carino.

Hotel is super clean and modern. Came with kitchen and microwave and dining table. Shower pressure was good and had hot water. The pool on the 36th floor whilst not huge, is very nice and refreshing and offers incredible views. It can get a tad crowded at times but its plenty big to enjoy. Check in was smooth, but the staff that check you in are not the staff that will help you with things you need. Your key card will have a phone number that you call when you need something. A bit confusing. Theres a shop for snacks and drinks in the lobby and the hotel is in a fantastic location near many hawkers, shops and sights. Theres free parking as well. Its one of the tallest buildings in the city so its easy to find. I’d definitely stay here again next time i’m in Penang.

Il posto è davvero carino e accogliente. E anche relativamente economico. Ben tenuto e pulito. Perfetto per un soggiorno economico. Il bagno è un po' scomodo ma comunque abbastanza buono, le camere erano pulite, check-in e check-out automatici, le pareti sono un po' sottili, ma hanno a disposizione la lavanderia e la colazione gratuita. Mi è piaciuto tantissimo!

cosy and quiet environment. rooms for a single are ample enough and good air cond. appears gone tro some upgrade to spruce up the old bulding. also within walking distance to at least 2 or 3 coffee shops that serves Penang's famous hawker food and with the famous CRC Restaurant. could walk a bit ard 3km to the heart of town, Komtar and surrounding Penang Road so consider strategic located. All in very satisfied with the room and facilities offered.

Service: 24h frontdesk. No late check out after 12pm. Room: Smelly toilet (huge shame). Loud outdoor music at 722am-8am. Staff claim this is uncontrollable/cant be helped. Clean. Great bed and pillow. Noise from other rooms depend on luck (our stay did not have noisy neighbours). Has water dispenser. Location: Average. Hotel lobby for drop off and pick up point is a long one-way loop and not very convenient. My advise is to alight at the heritage block to save time and taxi money. Pool: Excellent roof top pool with excellent views of three sides of Penang. Downside is there are limited lounge chairs and usually packed with families and toddlers. No sauna/steam room. No outside food and drinks allowed. Gym: Great but didnt use. Price: Good. Lift: Crazy stupid position of buttons and order.

Full of Tourists from China. The bus-stop is just across the hotel going to Komtar (town) and beside the hotel back from komtar. When I checked in the Hotel, the staff was very efficient, and informative. But not all, because when I want to go out the next day, the receptionist on duty doesn't even know where the bus stop location is (which is just across the street). I guess this is a no-frills apartment. We stayed in a 2 room unit. Yes, the small room with no window. And basically the door cannot close because of the bed. I expected that. It’s ok for me. The unit is clean, comfortable. The pantry is great. Cutlery provided. Long wait for lift during peak hour. Noon time & morning because guests are checking out and in. To stay here again for the next trip? Only if I am willing to tolerate the PRC. Since I do not utilise the facilities, I was fine during this stay.

Resta qui solo per una notte, ma tutto è di prim'ordine. Anche vicino all'aeroporto di Penang. Ho ottenuto un upgrade gratuito alla suite familiare. La posizione è perfetta, vicino a molti ristoranti, al ristorante nasi kandar aperto 24 ore su 24 (delizioso ma piuttosto costoso) e ho ottenuto il parcheggio gratuito se il check-in avviene prima delle 20:00. Lo ripeterò sicuramente la prossima volta

Questo è un edificio in legno, un'atmosfera. Sono vegetariano, ma non c'è un negozio di vegetariani lontano da piedi ３, quindi il mio cibo non ha problemi. La pulizia è sempre molto pulita, la cucina condivisa ＆ è molto bella. Non è nel mezzo delle attrazioni turistiche, il traffico è pochi.Forse perche'è il nuovo anno di calendario, ho sentito il rumore di Karaoke fino a mezzanotte, ma è molto caldo e buono. Vivo in una stanza privata, ma perché è collegato a una camera da letto condivisa, a volte sento tutte le voci della camera da letto condivisa.
