Non ci sono molti ristoranti nelle vicinanze, quindi dovresti prendere un taxi. Un taxi per Penang Hill costerebbe oltre 40 MYR! Consiglio a tutti di soggiornare in altri appartamenti; dato che dovrete comunque prendere un taxi, alloggiare un po' più lontano non ha molta importanza!

Questo hotel superava le mie aspettative. La stanza era spaziosa, tranquilla, e aveva tutto quello che mi serviva per un soggiorno confortevole. Il servizio era eccellente, e la squadra era attenta e benvenuta durante la mia visita. Mi è piaciuto anche il colazione, che ha offerto una bella selezione e è stato delizioso. Tutto sul soggiorno è stato piacevole, e non esitarei a prenotare questo hotel di nuovo in futuro.

We decided on our overnight trip to Penang at the very last minute but still managed to secure this unit and check in on 29th Dec 2025, since it was impromptu, prices were not cheap. It was difficult to find good and reasonably priced accommodation just after Christmas before New Year. However, I must say this unit was a good find. Not cheap but reasonably priced due to high season but I must say that it was easy to book, check in and out, everything went smoothly. Communication via Whats App and Check in details were sufficient, did not have any difficulties in finding the place and parking was good. Location is excellent. This place is in Georgetown, we did do GRAB if we wanted to go to places which were difficult to find parking and the rest which were further we just drove to where we need to go. For dinner, the young adults walked back from Citadines Hotel area (happening place with hawker food round the corner and a shopping mall) and had a great time discovering new F & B outlets. The rest of the senior citizens of course, took a GRAB car and quickly got back to the unit to rest and had a nice cuppa tea before bedtime. The following morning, it was breakfast at Pulau Tikus market, nearby as well. Old hawkers are still around there, so food is good. There is a great Nyonya restaurant in that area as well though we could not go this time round as we ended up at Oceano Symphony. Another story to follow up if you are interested. Our family enjoyed our stay at the unit, decor was good and facilities were well-kept, clean and sufficient. The view is lovely (high floor) - do have a good seaview, stretches from Living room all the way to the Master Bedroom. Also you have 2 convenient shops downstairs in case you need to grab a sandwich or drinks.

In generale siamo soddisfatti di questo hotel, ma c'è una cosa che voglio sottolineare. Dopo aver controllato la signora con cui mi sono collegata quando mi sono iscritto, mi ha detto che c'era un marchio bruciato sul letto e anche un protettore di materassi e lei cancellerà il mio deposito di RM50. Poi ho chiesto a mia nipote che dormiva su quel letto e lei ha detto che il marchio era all'inizio lì, ma non sa che deve informarci. Ho cercato di spiegarle molte volte che mia nipote di 11 anni dormiva su quel letto e nessuno di noi in quella stanza fumava o utilizzava qualsiasi apparecchio elettrico come il ferro per capelli o il ferro curling o che non abbiamo con noi in modo da poter bruciare il marchio Si è rivolta a dire che era un nuovo marchio di bruciare e non avrebbe lasciato che i suoi ospiti dormissero con un letto di bruciare. Questo è un peccato per noi, mentre viaggi con mia madre, mio marito, mia nipote (11 anni) e mio nipote (10 anni) potrebbe causare il danno come affermato. Non ho scelte, ma solo accettarlo come la signora continua a dire che il mio deposito non è nemmeno sufficiente per coprire. Non sono sicuro perché si siano attaccate a una famiglia con bambini e non ho mai avuto questo problema in tutta la mia prenotazione con Trip.com. È stato nostro errore non controllare la condizione della camera dell'hotel, come controllati a tardi - 8:26 pm e tutti siamo davvero stanchi di viaggiare lungo. Direi che è stato causato dal loro personale, due ragazzi del Bangladesh che si occupano di custodia domestica, ma l'hanno accusato della mia famiglia. Naturalmente non lo ammettereanno come la signora continua a dire che non forniranno letti da letto bruciati. Non è del tutto giusto per me e uno dei miei dipendenti continua a insistere sul pagamento del deposito quando sono arrivato.

La struttura è stata attrezzata con appartamenti (televisione intelligente, pulizia dell'aria), e con cibo e negozio di comodità nelle vicinanze. Inoltre, l'ospite (Yeoh) è stato estremamente utile nel fornire raccomandazioni per andare o mangiare all'interno di Penang e ha risposto rapidamente alle domande relative all'appartamento. In sintesi, questo è un gemello nascosto che vale la pena di rimanere .
