Amazing Stay — Definitely Worth It! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a pleasant stay at this hotel and honestly, everything was better than I expected. From the moment I arrived, the whole experience felt comfortable, smooth and welcoming. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the staff were really friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location is definitely one of the biggest highlights. It was very convenient to get around, and there were plenty of restaurants, shops and places to visit nearby. I didn’t have to spend too much time travelling around, which made the whole trip much easier, especially when I had a packed itinerary. As for the room, I was really impressed with how clean and comfortable it was. The room was spacious enough for me to move around comfortably, and everything was well arranged. The bed was also really comfortable, which was honestly important after a long day of travelling and walking around. The room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, and I really appreciated how clean the bathroom and sleeping area were. I also have to mention the cleanliness because this was one of the things I noticed immediately. The room felt fresh and properly maintained when I arrived. Towels, bedsheets and the bathroom were all clean, and the overall environment felt very comfortable. It’s always nice when you can come back to your hotel after a tiring day and just relax without worrying about anything. The staff were another highlight of my stay. Everyone I interacted with was polite, friendly and helpful. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, they were happy to help. The service felt professional but still warm, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was also really nice. It felt comfortable and relaxing without being too formal. Whether you’re travelling alone, with friends, as a couple or with family, I think this hotel would be a great choice. It’s the kind of place where you can actually look forward to coming back and resting after a long day outside. For the price, I honestly think the hotel offers great value for money. You get a comfortable room, good service, a convenient location and a pleasant overall experience. Of course, every hotel may have small things that could be improved, but personally, nothing during my stay affected my overall experience. Overall, I’m really happy with my stay here and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip. I would also recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean and convenient place to stay without spending too much. Definitely one of the hotels I’d happily come back to! 9/10 ⭐️

The place it self was great, the cleanliness was very good and the service was excellent. The only downside we had was the neighbours upstairs kept making loud noises through out our stay, however credit to the agents they replied back to us promptly when we brought this up and had notified their landlord. Unfortunately this didn’t still resolve the loud noises. The building it self is nice, the pool is clean and well maintained, however the building does have a lot of regulations in place which we thought was quite excessive. Other than these minor issues we had a great time and the apartment is well kept.

Pros: infinity pool, spacious flat, responsive customer support. Our flat had a sea view but also view on a cemetery, which isn’t mentioned so flagging it as some people may be sensitive to it. They provide towels but would suggest guests to bring their own if they plan to go to the swimming because asking for additional towels is at an additional cost. Cons: A/C in common area is shut off from 5pm to 8/9am the following day, so it feels very stuffy. Whilst I’m pro energy savings and sustainability, I think this is too extreme. Perhaps, worth considering extending A/C operations time to 8/9pm to 7/8am to make it more comfortable for residents and guests. Also the flat we rented was advertised for 9-10 pax, but it only fits 8 max. It didn’t bother us because we were only 6 but making a note here for awareness Note: If you’re a durian lover, this place doesn’t allow you to bring some back to the flat. We found out too late, otherwise we would have gone to a different place

Nemmeno il caffè 😭 Ma avrete il piacere di avere acqua tiepida per tutta la durata del soggiorno. Nonostante tutto, abbiamo trascorso le due peggiori notti da quando siamo arrivati ​​in Malesia. La camera matrimoniale si affaccia sulla strada. Non c'è insonorizzazione ed è soffocante. Non lasciamo mai l'aria condizionata accesa di notte, ma non avevamo scelta. Al piano terra c'è un ristorante con servizi extra. Una volta chiuso, l'aria condizionata viene spenta, rendendo impossibile riaccenderla per rimanere al piano terra la sera o la mattina presto (arrivano intorno alle 9:00). Questo è il principale svantaggio: non c'è uno spazio comune per gli ospiti. È un ristorante con camere al piano superiore. Una playlist jazz viene riprodotta ad alto volume tutto il giorno, accompagnando il personale in uniforme. Quando si scende al piano di sotto, smettono improvvisamente di parlare. È davvero imbarazzante. Passano il tempo al telefono (niente di serio), ma con il volume al massimo, scorrendo contenuti senza senso. Usiamo il termine ”personale” per riferirci ai dipendenti. Sembra che recitino senza sapere cosa fare nel settore dell'ospitalità. Davvero inaudito in Asia. Sembrava una scenetta comica! 🤣😂🤣😂 Il personale non sembra avere alcuna esperienza in hotel o ristoranti. Gentili al tatto, ma molto goffi (una donna con una borsa pesante fa fatica a salire le scale e nessuno le offre aiuto...). Non ho mai visto niente di simile in diversi mesi di viaggio in Malesia (dove sono sempre stato accolto benissimo) e in tutto il Sud-est asiatico. Detto questo, non c'è da stupirsi che quasi nessuno venga a mangiare o dormire qui, nonostante sia un hotel nuovissimo. Ci sono molte pensioni più avanti lungo la strada che sarebbero felici di accogliervi.

Abbiamo deciso di andare a Penang per la notte in un minuto molto tardi, ma siamo riusciti a garantire questa unità e a controllare il 29 dicembre 2025, poiché era impronta, i prezzi non erano economici. È stato difficile trovare un alloggio buono e ragionevolmente costoso appena dopo Natale prima del nuovo anno, ma devo dire che questa unità è stata una buona scoperta. Non è economico, ma è ragionevolmente costoso per la stagione alta, ma devo dire che era facile prenotare, controllare e uscire, tutto andava bene. Comunicazione tramite Whats App e Check in dettagli erano sufficienti, non aveva alcuna difficoltà a trovare il luogo e il parcheggio era buono. Questo posto è a Georgetown, abbiamo fatto GRAB se volevamo andare a posti che erano difficili da trovare il parcheggio e il resto che erano più lontani, abbiamo appena guidato dove dovevamo andare. Per cena, i giovani adulti si sono ritirate dalla zona dell'hotel Citadines (un posto dove si trovano cibo di croccante intorno all'angolo e un centro commerciale) e hanno avuto un bel tempo per scoprire nuove uscite di F & B. Il resto dei cittadini più anziani, ovviamente, prese una macchina GRAB e tornarono rapidamente all'unità per riposare e avevano un bel tè di tazza prima del letto. La mattina seguente, era colazione al mercato Pulau Tikus, anche vicino. I vecchi hawkers sono ancora in giro, quindi cibo è buono. C'è un grande ristorante Nyonya in quella zona anche se non potevamo andare in giro questa volta come abbiamo finito alla Oceano Symphony. Un'altra storia da seguire se siete interessati. La nostra famiglia ha goduto del nostro soggiorno presso l'unità, la decorazione è buona e le strutture sono state mantenute bene, pulite e sufficienti. Inoltre, avete 2 negozi convenienti in basso, se dovete prendere un sandwich o bere.

Everything is beautifully designed. It was truly aesthetically pleasing being in the room, and even in the common areas. Whenever I step out of the lift and into the common area of my floor, I will be greeted with a pleasant scent from the diffuser. I actually look forward to that every time I return to my room from outside 😂 In-house guests also get complimentary access to the gym downstairs which we really liked, because it’s a fully equipped gym with many machines and even for Hyrox training! Some suggestions for improvement: - Provide extra toilet rolls for the bathroom - More hangers/hooks near the shower area so that it’s more convenient to reach for clothes/towels - Reserved parking spaces for hotel guests. At the moment, maybe there is no need for it but there are a lot of people who visit the Sports Centre next to the hotel/the gym/pickleball courts. I get a bit nervous sometimes wondering if I can get parking when I return to the hotel. - Place a sign with the customer service contact numbers (work hours and after work hours) in all rooms. There was a power outage on one of the nights I stayed for over an hour. I messaged the main customer service number but there was no reply. It was only until the next day when I explored the kitchen that I saw the sign with the contact numbers. There was another contact number provided for after work hours. To be clear, the power outage affected the entire area, not just the hotel, so it was not the hotel with electricity issues. It would still have been nice to have a sign in the room and receive a reply from someone since the power outage happened close to 3am. Otherwise, I really enjoyed my stay and will recommend this place for anyone visiting Penang mainland!

Great location with bus stop right out front, excellent coffee shop/ Cafe next door. 5 minutes walk to nice quiet beach, 10 minutes walk to floating mosque. 45 minutes bus ride into town 10 minutes bus ride to main Beach area with night markets and entertainment. Good small pool, big room.

Hi. Thank you for hosting us. It was really a wonderful stay. I am especially surprised and warmed by your hospitality. I traveled with 4 young kids (all boys), my elderly mother and my wife. We don't commonly travel because it's always a concern to us, how to make time and space for everybody. But. This time, things are alright and it turned out to be a very smooth and comfortable stay. The place is spacious and just nice for all the 4 kids to roam. The view outside is astonishing and the unit is directly facing east. In the morning, I could actually catch a glimpse of the sunrise. It really makes me understand by sudden, why Penang is named as the jewel of the east. Ya. It was a perfect morning for me then. The room upstairs is specially designed for the kids with warm colours, clean bedsheets, blankets and soft pillows. It's so comfortable, and my kids refuse to leave the room. To my surprise, inside the drawer besides the bed, there are very nice story books for the young minds. Not to mention, the huge TV screen in front of the bed and an even bigger one, downstairs in the living hall.. Ya, there is always something for every different age.. btw, I brought along 2 young minds who are 3 and 5 years old, they had wonderful nights and sound sleep. Ya, it's for those traveling with very young ones, or even the old ones. Ya, the old speaker works really well (with the high ceiling of the living room), when playing a nice morning piano music in the early morning, it's so calm, clear and crisp, and looking out of the window and the vast blue sea. You can temporarily forget about the hassles of life. Thank you again. 👍 Thumbs up
