Situato in centro. Un nuovo appartamento di servizio situato a McAllister Road. Piscina sul piano superiore era buono e scenico, con una bella forte sezione Jacuzzi. Settore di ginnastica era molto buono. Camere semplicemente bellissime per tre persone. I servizi di cucina di base disponibili proprietario del desk front responsible for check-in, check-out and validation of the parking facility. Qualsiasi problema di servizio in camera dovrà contattare la gestione dell'hotel in un numero diverso.

Era il mio primo viaggio a Penang con i miei amici ed è stato un soggiorno fantastico. Il servizio era impeccabile e il sistema di self check-in è stato comodissimo. La camera era un po' piccola e il soffitto basso, ma molto accogliente. Ci siamo chiusi fuori dalla camera e abbiamo lasciato la chiave dentro. Hanno risposto molto velocemente e sono intervenuti immediatamente, quasi a mezzanotte. Siamo stati davvero grati.

La disposizione è bella e comoda. I bambini la amano. Mi piacciono i trattori forniti sotto i letti. Inizialmente ero preoccupato per la mancanza di un cabinetto per vestiti. Il distributore d'acqua è molto bene usato da noi. Molte socce di potenza vicino al letto. La piscina aveva una grande vista, ma il gusto della cloro era pazzesco, e i bambini pensavano che l'acqua fosse salda. Il più grande grippo è che questo posto è troppo popolare. 4 ascensori che servono i livelli di 30+ di pattini non sono sufficienti. Durante periodi di picco come pranzo, orari di arrivo o checkout, abbiamo aspettato più di 15 minuti per entrare nell'ascensore. In generale, soggiorno molto piacevole.

Easy to reach from jetty and from airport . Room was clean and big enough to accommodate 4 ppl. There water purifier in the room, so there’s no need to buy water outside. AC was cool , refrigerator also good. Even if this is apartment, but they hav 24hr reception 👍🏻.

Although we only needed a one bedroom apartment, we booked a two bedroom as that was all that was available at the time. We were really looking forward to having some space after spending the last couple of weeks in hotel rooms, so we were pleasantly surprised when we were offered a 3 bedroom apartment as none of the two bedrooms were ready. It was fabulous, lots of space and way up on the 32nd floor which makes for quite the view. Great place, the pool was fantastic and it's in a great location with a small beach out front (note this is not walkable at high tide). Thing that could be better is a few more supplies/furnishings. Although we had a balcony, there were no tables or chairs for outside (we did ask but nothing was available) and although we had dishes and cutlery for 6 people there was only one medium sized frying pan and one medium sized saucepan, which made for some creative cooking. But we would go back again especially for a longer stay.

The unit was clean, spacious, and suitable for family, with enough space for everyone to relax. The host was very responsive and helpful, making the check-in process smooth and answering our questions quickly. Location is convenient with easy access to Georgetown and nearby food places. Parking was provided, which is a big plus for those driving. The infinity pool and rooftop view were the highlight – the kids enjoyed it very much and the night view was nice. Dopo aver controllato la signora con cui mi sono collegata quando mi sono iscritto, mi ha detto che c'era un marchio bruciato sul letto e anche un protettore di materassi e lei cancellerà il mio deposito di RM50. Poi ho chiesto a mia nipote che dormiva su quel letto e lei ha detto che il marchio era all'inizio lì, ma non sa che deve informarci. Ho cercato di spiegarle molte volte che mia nipote di 11 anni dormiva su quel letto e nessuno di noi in quella stanza fumava o utilizzava qualsiasi apparecchio elettrico come il ferro per capelli o il ferro curling o che non abbiamo con noi in modo da poter bruciare il marchio Si è rivolta a dire che era un nuovo marchio di bruciare e non avrebbe lasciato che i suoi ospiti dormissero con un letto di bruciare. Questo è un peccato per noi, mentre viaggi con mia madre, mio marito, mia nipote (11 anni) e mio nipote (10 anni) potrebbe causare il danno come affermato. Non ho scelte, ma solo accettarlo come la signora continua a dire che il mio deposito non è nemmeno sufficiente per coprire. Non sono sicuro perché si siano attaccate a una famiglia con bambini e non ho mai avuto questo problema in tutta la mia prenotazione con Trip.com. AAlfredo KA nice capsule bed. i had a quiet night and very pleasant stay here for the 3D2N. The Location, cleanliness, and service are all excellent. Another thing is that we were able to enjoy and experience the breathtaking New Year's countdown fireworks from the historic skyline of Georgetown City at the hotel's common area terrace. See the photo taken during that time below. First of all, the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. The Malaysian Chinese lady owner was incredibly kind and always willing to help, which made my stay feel even more welcoming and personal. As soon as you step outside the hotel, many major tourist attractions are within walking distance, so the location is very convenient. Aside from that, the room was very clean, cozy, and charming, perfectly capturing the old Penang vibe. Overall, it’s a simple, compact, and lovely hotel that I truly enjoyed and would happily recommend. Overall, the experience at the hotel was really fun, there are many good features about it, such as the location, and the facilities. And the price is affordable too. Thanks for a wonderful time. Housekeeping change towel every day. Is a Great location, lots of restaurants, great staff, the bathroom is downstairs but it's OK. I would definitely recommend it Basic but all you need for a short stay! Great wifi and aircon, and such a convenient location.
