Appreciate: 1) Customer support WhatsApp replies very quickly and politely :). 2) Many food establishments nearby. Search “claypot restaurant” we ate there 4 days in a row even after shifting away from this hotel. 3) Swimming pool was nice and clean. 4) Antique decorations in the hotel looks amazing. 5) had 2 private carpark lots in the compound, there are parking spots outside of the compound as well, just unsure if it is legal. We were lucky to have at least 1 lot in the hotel during our stay. Can be improved: 1) Hotel has no reception, make sure customers gets their check in details before they arrive the hotel or at least just before 3pm. 2) Wifi speed can be faster. It failed a few times during my 3d2n stay there. The Mrs and I couldn’t even load google maps. Quite frustrating. Had to use my data. 3) Sound proofing maybe? We had a room facing the Main Street and in our room there’s a door that used to be able to open and go to the balcony but it’s blocked by a large wardrobe. This allowed the sound to travel through the door gaps. 4) toilet can be cleaner, check the floor traps and the make sure it’s clean, cleaner left a ball of hair stuck at the floor traps. 5) toilet floor can have anti slip strips. Really slippery. Had to ban my toddler from going into the toilet. 6) too many mosquitoes at the hotel. Fortunately we didn’t have it in our room.

Location is easy access. Room is spacious. Just 30 second walking to beach..check in is very convenience but need to contact owner before arrival for check in process. We had very pleasant stay ☺️

Non la prima volta che mi fermo a The Frame Guesthouse, e penso di fare una tradizione ogni volta che visito Penang. La posizione è ideale perché è vicino all'arte della strada, cibo della strada, jet e altro ancora. Il personale è tutto super amichevole e molto utile. Come un solo bagagliero, ho trovato molto comodo e ho incontrato molte persone fisse. Fortunatamente li consiglio a chiunque venga a Penang!

🏨🏨🏨🏨🏨 HDB Homestay, ha 1 parcheggio, edificio esterno ha poco manutenzione, nuovo ascensore, pulito. La casa è semplicemente bella.Buona per un breve soggiorno. Windy al decimo piano. Solo un vecchio aereo è rumoroso

The guesthouse was clean. Location is excellent. Very near to Gurney Driver. Jalan kaki je dah sampai tempat makan. Boleh try pasemboq, nasi lemak, cendol semua ada. There’s also 7-Eleven close by. Overall, easy to check in. Ada parking depan guesthouse dan tempat bersih.

Overall stay is pleasant. Staff are nice, and helpful. The interior decor is special and classy. Price is lower comparatively , and near to beach. Free parking, juz that it was location inside a mall , no security for the hotel as well.

Se vuoi fare il bagno condiviso pls assicurati di pulire perché tutte le persone usano il bagno. La stanza era buona, ma puoi sentire le persone camminare da quando è fatto di legno. Ha pochi spazzolini sul tetto e la stanza è abbastanza piccola per il prezzo. Se vuoi un breve soggiorno, forse va bene, ma se vuoi un lungo soggiorno, potresti trovare un altro posto che ha bagno privato e spaziosa camera per camminare. Il posto è in ordine, ma per favore riempi e ripara mobili per aiutare il cliente a stare bene al tuo hotel TQ
