I was there at Jan 2024, and only stayed there for 2 days. The staff there can speak English, and were nice. The second day I stayed there, the staff offered me to have hotpot with all the other people living in Fujiya, an unforgettable experience I treasured and will forever remembered. Even though it is a proxy of a Japanese family, it did feel like I have experienced the Japanese hospitality and friendliness. There were some interesting characters, who may or may not frequented Fujiya, whom I had the pleasure to have this hotpot together. The facilities are not the best, but the basics necessities were there and no complaining from me, they have an AC there, comfortable enough for me. The staff did explain that there is only one shower, so we might have to wait for the person to finish. However, since the location is so close to Dogo Onsen, they did recommend to go there instead, and after all, it was why i chose this location in the first place. Location is really close to the Dogo Onsen and the Yuzuki-Castle ruin, which was a lifesaver for me I would say that all other sight-seeing locations are within walking distance as well since I did walk to all those interesting places. However, I do realize not all people like to walk like I do. To counter that, Fujiya is practically next to the tram station, which you can use it to go to many places in the city. tldr, would recommend

We really enjoyed the full Japanese Inn experience at Ebisuya Ryokan. This means you have a private room for sleeping but shared facilities for toilet and bathing. There are also very comfortable, relaxed shared lounge and reading areas. The whole Ryokan was beautifully appointed with traditional Japanese furniture. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, and despite our limited Japanese we managed to communicate effectively. The room was large and beautifully appointed. The traditional bedding was laid out for us during dinner, which was served downstairs in the restaurant/dining area. The dinner was filling and delicious with an emphasis on seafood. The onsite onsens were glorious after a day travelling and they are not segregated by sex and can be locked so you can have a private onsen with your partner or family. Breakfast was also sumptuous and very traditional Japanese. If you would like to visit a less travelled part of Japan I would recommend this ryokan. Great access to the beautiful Sadamisaki Peninsula. The local town also has some great cafes!

It was very clean and comfortable, the host was very kind! Totally worth it after the cycling route it’s 10min away from the station.

Questo grazioso ryokan ha gestito un'azienda per 150 anni, situata in una piccola città tranquilla. Forse è fuori stagione. Mi sentivo in mezzo a nulla preoccupandomi di cosa fare con il mio tempo. Tuttavia, l'ospite Izumi San mi ha aiutato sopra e oltre cercando di rendermi benvenuto. Mi ha escoltato ogni notte, puntualmente, verso e fuori dal naso. Lei ha avuto tutte le informazioni per me per noleggiare una bicicletta e per me la tabella dell'orario di autobus pronto per me per viaggere a Hiroshima. Anche se abbiamo comunicato principalmente attraverso Google tradurre e alcuni dei miei giapponesi rotti. Abbiamo avuto un buon sorriso. Chaume mi ha offerto un paio di notti tranquilli. A Izumi San, arigato gozaimasu. 💝

2024.7 Questo è il secondo uso da questo mese. Tada 々 Da BS di Trinity Island sotto il ponte di Roo all'altro lato dell'isola, ma sono andato in autobus.A pochi passi dalla stazione di autobus. C'è il signor Mare Grassia Omishima vicino, l'ho messo in un caldo, e mi piace che il signor Omishima Brewery sia vicino. Posso camminare al santuario Oyamagi e visitare l'aria tranquilla e solenne del mattino. Ci sono lavanderia e cucina, quindi penso che sia una scelta ideale per soggiorni a lungo termine e ciclismo. Anche il proprietario del negozio e sua moglie sono amichevoli, voglio usarlo di nuovo quando vado a Grandi Isole.

We had a super warm welcome by the owner couples.They are the nicest and inspiring people I ever met!The house is clean and you can find skillful crafts everywhere in it.We had everything we needed.There are manga books in English and Japanese gimmick toys for leisure.Three types of bedrooms all is spacious and cozy.Location is perfect,beautiful sea view from the kitchen window. Beach is steps away.Neighborhood is quiet and nice.

Situato in centro al cima della vecchia città storica di Uchiko. Puli ed elegante, molto spazio e belle viste sul giardino dall'interno della casa. Parcheggio gratuito. Solo che abbiamo avuto qualche problema a trovare la ricezione che è all'angolo del parco automobilistico.

Nice home comfortable to stay, good location by the seaside with supermarket ready at the back of the house! Sauna and ice bath available too! The only thing is the kitchen is very small to cook. Would recommend for group travelling but not too much cooking! Or otherwise the BBQ grill is available. 

Good location, feel comfortable convenient environment futon is so warm , very good n nice !

Sorpresa inaspettata, la combinazione è calda e buona, l'ambiente circostante è bello, c'è un piccolo ristorante vicino. La stanza non è piccola, il prezzo è ragionevole, il personale è anche molto entusiasta
