Il posto è molto carino, la pulizia è ottima, le signore che lo gestiscono sono gentilissime e disponibili , l'unica pecca è che non c'è una stanza per fare colazione e a gennaio fare colazione sotto un' arcata non è proprio il massimo, con sciarpa e cappotto, si dovrebbe pensare ad una soluzione. Sicuramente nella bella stagione e molto gradevole stare fuori ma d'inverno o con il brutto tempo certamente no. Per il resto tutto ok. Anche il rapporto prezzo qualità.

What an amazing experience to stay in a Trullo at this property! My husband and I booked our stay in mid-Nov., which is the beginning of the off-season in Puglia. When we arrived, the concierge/manager, Ugo, graciously upgraded us to a loft/superior accommodation. It was fantastic! He personally walked us to our charming, Trullo, which was not only impeccably clean, but also completely modernized despite being an historic, antiquated structure. We arrived on a chilly day to find that the marble floors are heated and very toasty! The queen bed was comfy, and the updated bathroom was enormous, with a huge shower. The little dwelling even had a very well-equipped, modern kitchen if one were to stay for a longer period.
Finally, I left my small jewelry box in bathroom when we checked out. We took a 20 minute taxi ride to a train station, and apparently, during the ride Ugo tried to contact the driver to inform us that they'd found the box. Ultimately, when I discovered my oversight at the next hotel and contacted Ugo, he kindly express-shipped my jewelry back to my home in the U.S. I can't praise this property or its management highly enough. Don't hesitate to stay here!

로마에서 한인민박 지내다가 가서 진짜 전 모든게 만족 스러웠습니다. 너무 친철한 호스트와 깔끔한 숙소, 테라스까지 만족 그 자체....라마모나칠레해변까지는 걸어서 10-15분 정도로 전 걸어다니는데 큰 불편함이 없었고 하루에도 몇번씩 숙소를 왔다갔다 했습니다. 역도 가까워서 접근성이 좋았습니다. 다음에 또 방문하게 되면 다시 만나요 사장님! Ciao!!

Un posto favoloso, una storia fantastica.
La camera era fantastica.
Qualche problema con la porta e la doccia, ma a parte questo, abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso. La reception è stata molto accogliente, ci ha aiutato a prenotare un ristorante per cena e la piscina è fantastica.

Il soggiorno a Villa Meridiana è stato un’esperienza incantevole, sospesa nel tempo. Se ci si adatta all'assenza della TV o di altre comodità elettroniche gli arredi originali raccontano storie di un’altra epoca. La villa ha solo quattro camere – ognuna dedicata a una grande figura della cultura salentina – e ti fa sentire come un ospite in una residenza privata. Dalla terrazza che circonda la villa si ammira l’azzurro del mare dove si mescolano ionio e adriatico, mentre il parco profuma di pini e di fiori mediterranei. ideale per chi vuole ascoltare il silenzio e il mare.

UUtente ospiteUnfortunately this was a stay of two halves, and I wish I'd heeded other people's low reviews about the host's attitude before booking.
The place itself was lovely. A cute, clean little room that seemed authentic and had some nice finishing touches. The area around was beautiful and it's a great location.
I was excited to see the room description, stating a spa, billiards room and other amenities that would account for the higher cost of this place.
I saw the warning that the booking was non-refundable but took a punt.... I was wrong for doing this. Soon after booking, I received the first of many messages stating the jacuzzi in the photo was an extra 209 euros, which was apparently written in very small print, the large fridge in the photos was just for show and alongside this were given a set of house rules including not being allowed to eat in the room!
I didn't like the attitude from the messages and I tried to cancel, over 2 weeks before our stay, but was refused.
Cut to the day of stay I was sent another set of rules, this time warning us that if we change the temperature of the air conditioner or any other settings then ”the consequences will be on us”, it also told us to re-read the rules carefully and reminded us we couldn't eat or drink in the room. Self-check in was simple, although on the website it states there's a front desk and luggage storage on site... There isn't. It was 39 degrees outside and 27 inside.
I messaged saying that in the heat setting, 24 degrees, was too warm and asked if we could lower the temperature, she refused, I asked for a fan, she pretty much accused me of lying, saying it WASN'T too warm, and after a long and draining conversation she ”allowed” us to change it to 18 degrees.
After this, I tried to be civil and she responded with some suggestions of places to eat and visit. We ”respected the people who work for you” as she demanded in the messages.
The apartment was equipped with basics but for the price, would have expected extras like small toiletries or glasses for water.
It all went well until the last day on check out, I suggested some things to make the stay better such as a friendlier manner, trash cans in the room and more toiletries, as this was quite an expensive stay. I suggested she revisit the description of the hotel and that she didn't send ”the rules.”
She didn't like this. In all honesty, the woman, I believe, is a narcissist, and can't take responsibility for her mistakes. She wouldn't accept there were areas for improvement and when it came to asking for help that linked to her apartment, she took it as a criticism on her part and went on the attack. She sent a final message which was copied from one previously sent, so this suggests she's had similar issues before. I had to block her because she wouldn't stop messaging me!
I have all the messages saved and complained to trip.com who have been extremely helpful.
If you want to stay in a nice place, this is lovely, but there are similar ones out there with nicer hosts.
Don't give this rude lady business.
I never did get to play a game of billiards.

UUtente ospiteNel complesso, l'hotel ha lasciato una buona impressione: recentemente ristrutturato, pulito e in una posizione molto comoda tra la stazione ferroviaria centrale e il centro storico, vicino a uno degli ingressi principali del centro storico. Materasso, cuscini, lenzuola e asciugamani erano di buona qualità e il comfort del sonno era eccellente.
Tuttavia, ci sono alcuni svantaggi significativi.
In primo luogo, è previsto un supplemento per le pulizie di 53 € per due notti (26,5 € al giorno), che rappresenta circa il 40% del costo del soggiorno. Le pulizie si sono limitate al rifacimento del letto; il minibar non è stato rifornito e gli asciugamani non sono stati cambiati. Questo supplemento non era chiaramente incluso nel prezzo totale al momento della prenotazione.
In secondo luogo, la camera non è illuminata da luce naturale. La mia camera, come la maggior parte delle camere dell'hotel, non ha finestre che si affacciano sull'esterno: tutte le finestre (una porta a vetri, una finestra grande e una finestra piccola) si affacciano sulla hall interna e sulla reception. Di conseguenza, la luce del giorno non entra in camera e le tende devono rimanere chiuse per garantire la privacy.
In terzo luogo, non viene fornita acqua gratuita. Sebbene le tre bottiglie d'acqua del minibar non siano state addebitate al momento del check-out, cosa che ho apprezzato, l'assenza di acqua in bottiglia gratuita come servizio standard è stata sorprendente.
Il check-in è possibile solo tra le 18:00 e le 20:00, mentre il check-out è dalle 8:00 alle 10:00, un orario molto più limitato rispetto alla prassi internazionale standard. La camera era anche piuttosto fredda e il sistema di riscaldamento non era intuitivo da usare. Inoltre, poiché l'hotel si trova in un edificio residenziale, i rumori provenienti dai piani superiori (passi, conversazioni) erano chiaramente udibili, anche a tarda notte.
L'hotel è buono in termini di qualità e posizione, ma i costi aggiuntivi e gli aspetti organizzativi incidono significativamente sull'esperienza complessiva.

ММарияМатковичIt is a room on the 3rd floor in the flat with 6 rooms and two shared bathrooms. I missed informatiin about shared bathrooms and please pay attention on it. I occupied room number 3 .It was not big, but clean and convenient. It consists of air conditioner, which works very good, tv, small fridge and shellfs for clothes, table, kettle and small coffee machines with few tea bags and coffee capsuled. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Window were opened in the inner yard, not to the outside. Bathrooms were clean, they were cleaned by cleaner on daily basis. I got pack of towels-3 pieces. I stayed in this flat for 7 nights, towels were changed once per the whole period, for free. They have reception on the other Street, not far from property, if you want to pay for something by cash. I came late at night, in the entrance day I got link, by which I opened entrance door and also door to the flat. Near my room there was a black bok with keyd from my room and also from entrance door and door to the flat. Helpdesk is avaulable from 9 to 21 every day, they are answering questions fast and friendly. I asked for late check out, but it is possible to order it only till 1.30 PM, if you need to leave later, need to purchase the full night. Thanks a lot for owner and staff, all was perfect! Shared bathroom for me is not the best choice, but it was my mistake that I missed it in deception ... Location is very convenient, near old town and centrun. 10 mins on foot to reach Basilica of St Nicola. Many thanks 🙏

LLucio PareStruttura veramente ben posizionata a pochi minuti (4 a piedi) dalla stazione centrale.
Check in effettuato online e comodao sistema di apertura di portone di ingresso e due porte direttamente dal cellulare (questo può diventare ovviamente un problema non piccolo qualora il cellulare sia scarico e non si abbia modo di accedere ad internet).
Pulizia da rivedere: c'erano vari resti di imballaggio di shampoo e sapone sopra il soffione della doccia.
Il condizionatore della camera 1 in cui abbiamo soggiornato funzionava ma praticamente non faceva freddo: impostato su rafreddamento, a 18° e con ventola al massimo la camera era appena fresca: fortunatamente abbiamo soggironato in un giorno in cui la temperatura esterna non era eccessiva.
Mobilia poco curata e vecchiotta.
Consigliato per chi ha bisogno di una camera per una notte vicino alla stazione come nel nostro caso, ma il prezzo andrebbe ridimensionato considerata la situazione complessiva della camera.

The room was very clean and modern and also had a balcony , the location was also good just a bit out of the city centre of Bari .
I did struggle to find it and the codes for the outer door and inner doors did get annoying, but again the host answered me straight away and helped, he also gave me information on local restaurants and bars as well as directions to the Ferry Port and local taxis, I thought he was excellent and went out of his way to help me and insure I had a great stay! Thank you!!
I do understand the door codes are for security purposes and wasn’t a big deal it was just a slight quibble.
I would definitely stay here again💯 if I was in Bari and needed accommodation! Great value for money considering I found Bari expensive for hotels and accommodation.

UUtente ospiteI really enjoyed my stay at this B&B. Everything is thoughtfully designed, and you can feel the attention to detail and high standards throughout. It’s very clean, comfortable, and cozy. The property is new and clearly very well maintained.
The host is friendly and attentive. I especially appreciated the quality of the bedding and the mattress — it was truly comfortable to sleep on. The shampoos and toiletries were good quality, not the cheap kind.
The location is convenient. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, and the coffee was excellent.
As for the downsides: there were no slippers in the room. Also, instead of a proper duvet cover, there were two separate sheets, which was slightly inconvenient.
Overall, a very positive experience — I would definitely recommend it.

CChristutiGrande e spaziosa camera e bagno. Area molto ben tenuta e pulita. Il manager/persona responsabile era molto cortese e attento, ci ha consentito di entrare più tardi e ci ha aiutato durante tutto il processo con chat e video. Era sempre un messaggio/telefono e ha risposto piuttosto rapidamente. Situato perfettamente e solo a piedi di supermercato, farmacia, caffè, negozi e posti da mangiare. Inoltre, solo un breve viaggio da luoghi sorprendenti per visitare. Vorrei certamente raccomandare e considerare la prenotazione di nuovo quando torno in zona.

LLittle Prince 小王子The location on Main street with palm trees ist best and very cliose to the port with many restaurants. The building is historic but the rooms are new and well designed and big. There is AC. It is a 10 min. walk from the train station where the bus feom the airport arrives. The breakfast has a good choice and egg dishes and freshly squeezed orange juice can be paid extra.
Veey comfortable bed and quiet room with bakcony.
They will send you the code fir the entrance door by email after the reservation.
