What an amazing experience to stay in a Trullo at this property! My husband and I booked our stay in mid-Nov., which is the beginning of the off-season in Puglia. When we arrived, the concierge/manager, Ugo, graciously upgraded us to a loft/superior accommodation. It was fantastic! He personally walked us to our charming, Trullo, which was not only impeccably clean, but also completely modernized despite being an historic, antiquated structure. We arrived on a chilly day to find that the marble floors are heated and very toasty! The queen bed was comfy, and the updated bathroom was enormous, with a huge shower. The little dwelling even had a very well-equipped, modern kitchen if one were to stay for a longer period. Finally, I left my small jewelry box in bathroom when we checked out. We took a 20 minute taxi ride to a train station, and apparently, during the ride Ugo tried to contact the driver to inform us that they'd found the box. Ultimately, when I discovered my oversight at the next hotel and contacted Ugo, he kindly express-shipped my jewelry back to my home in the U.S. I can't praise this property or its management highly enough. Don't hesitate to stay here!

La struttura è un condominio dove sono state realizzate delle stanze con bagno privato. La stanza è carina anche se inizia a vedersi qualche segno di usura. Però è molto pulita e ha il suo bagno privato La doccia è adeguata. Manca purtroppo il bidet e il lavandino è minuscolo. Ma per qualche sera è più che sufficiente. L'accesso è tramite app (primo acceso), poi tramite chiave magnetica per la stanzs e normale per il portone. Molto comodo. Posizione ottimale. 200 300 metri dalla stazione di pullman e treno. Quindi comodissimo per chi arriva dall'aeroporto. 600 700 metro da Bari Vecchia. Motlo centrale e vicino a tantissimi servizi. Noi siamo rimasti il weekend e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Non c'è reception ma il personale al telefono è stato molto gentile.

Grande e spaziosa camera e bagno. Area molto ben tenuta e pulita. Il manager/persona responsabile era molto cortese e attento, ci ha consentito di entrare più tardi e ci ha aiutato durante tutto il processo con chat e video. Era sempre un messaggio/telefono e ha risposto piuttosto rapidamente. Situato perfettamente e solo a piedi di supermercato, farmacia, caffè, negozi e posti da mangiare. Inoltre, solo un breve viaggio da luoghi sorprendenti per visitare. Vorrei certamente raccomandare e considerare la prenotazione di nuovo quando torno in zona.

The location on Main street with palm trees ist best and very cliose to the port with many restaurants. The building is historic but the rooms are new and well designed and big. There is AC. It is a 10 min. walk from the train station where the bus feom the airport arrives. The breakfast has a good choice and egg dishes and freshly squeezed orange juice can be paid extra. Veey comfortable bed and quiet room with bakcony. They will send you the code fir the entrance door by email after the reservation. Would atay there again

The location is perfect, right in the middle of the old town. Beautifully decorated and the breakfast is amazing (tea/coffee, milk, yogurth, croissant, mermelade, cereals and cake). On Sunday breakfast is served in a cafeteria 300mts but is just coffee and ham and cheese sandwich. Spotless clean, great and very hot shower. It has a fridge. Our room was the smallest one, the others are much bigger, but for us it was perfect. Easy to check in and Julia was very kind. Highly recommended!!!

Sorprendente servizio, host flessibile con buone competenze di lingua inglese che è raro per questa regione! Shuttle all'aeroporto 24 ore, euro 10 per viaggio (non per persona) durante il giorno, euro 15 durante la notte. Il hotel è pulito, ben tenuto e include tutto quello che volevamo. Wi-Fi gratuito, aria condizionata e un semplice colazione continentale al mattino quando lo volevamo. L'ospite non avrebbe potuto fare di più per noi, molto soddisfatto del nostro soggiorno, sicuramente tornerà

Would be nicer if they have some support to the guests, like snacks, refreshments and booze, especially around the pool, since the hotel is in the middle of nowhere . The AC is tooooo weak. Practically doesn't work. Our rooms were very hot and the Air conditioner not dimensioned for the amount of heat and size of the room. The facility is beautiful, swimming pool very nice, the place is super cleaned, nice architecture, easy access.

I was met by the host on arrival and shown my room and the amenities and how to work the tv and blinds.Nicolo was extremely helpful, served me a delightful breakfast and even ordered my taxi at the exact time I needed it. The room was lovely, the bed comfortable. Would certainly stay there again.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Il luogo era minimo, ma aveva tutto quello che avete bisogno. La colazione mattina era dire poveri almeno (pre-preparato da pacchetti) senza ham/cheese.. solo pacchetti di pacchetti con tosta. Idealmente vicino al piccolo porto con ristoranti locali, ma nessun parcheggio è consentito sul posto. Pensavo che il posto fosse completamente personale, ma molto ricco nella piccola camera da letto.
