The hotel was centrally located in the city. However, the hotel really need major renovations as it looked so worn out and like abandoned place. The walkway to my room looked like it hasn’t been cleaned and maintained properly especially the carpets (refer attached photo below). Inside the room, the toilet was not really clean. There were many black stains on the toilet bowl and the room’s floor had many dusts. The breakfast provided was not a buffet but just a very simple a la carte mea. The receptionist wasn’t there all the time and you need to wait for some time (more than 5 minutes) after press the bell before they entertain you. Overall, this is gonna be the first and last I am staying at this hotel. Not recommended.

Il personale è stato molto utile e amichevole, mi hanno aiutato a prenotare una moto. L'hotel era pulito. Dopo aver controllato, il personale mi ha consentito di immagazzinare il mio bagaglio alla ricezione, che mi ha dato l’opportunità di esplorare Banda Aceh prima della mia navetta programmata a Sabang alle 4:00. In generale, l'hotel era grande .

We’ve chosen deluxe room and it’s fine. Asked for additional bed, they gave us a mattress with bed linen. The deluxe rooms a little small for family of four, so it’s better to choose a suit or double bed suits which may be little expensive, but convenient

Prima di questo, Freddie era rimasto nella classe superiore rispetto a lui. Prenotato il cottage, soprattutto lode. Il posto è bellissimo, tedesco, pulito. Bed una grande, comoda, gigante sauna con tutto quello che dovrebbe essere. Personale al livello, mangiare eccellente e diversa. La pizza, le patate fritte, ecc., più i piatti locali per qualsiasi gusto.L'amministratore ha risolto tutte le questioni come cambiare i dollari quando gli scambiatori non lavoravano (anno nuovo cinese), organizzare un taxi di traghetto, acquistare biglietti per esso, noleggiare un scooter, ecc. Uno è che il mare non è molto nuoto, piccolo e basso per se stesso, ma la bellezza del luogo eclissa tutto e lo scooter risolve tutti i problemi.

Air panas untuk minum tak berfungsi. Sarapan ga sesuai jam dtgnya. Kamar mandi banyak sangkut rambut dilobang pembuangan air.

Excellent trip! food,room,staff,guests and so on…Everything is so nice. We had a big problem but the owner Wiwi solved smart and gently. She is such a good owner. We definitely will come again here. Thank you.
