We stayed at Jiuhuashan Alley Homestay (Huachengsi Branch) with our family, and it was without question one of the most satisfying accommodations we have experienced in recent years. From the very beginning to the moment we checked out, everything felt thoughtful, well-organized, and genuinely welcoming. What really sets this place apart is not just the beautiful property, but the level of care and service provided throughout the entire stay. Even before our arrival, the host proactively contacted us via WeChat to confirm details and assist with planning. Communication was extremely smooth and responsive — no matter what time of day we had questions, we always received quick and helpful replies. For a destination like Jiuhua Mountain, where logistics and routes can feel overwhelming for first-time visitors, this kind of support makes a huge difference and immediately puts you at ease. The room itself exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, bright, and very comfortable, with a layout that worked perfectly for a family stay. Unlike many homestays that feel cramped, this room had plenty of space to relax, unpack, and truly rest. The bedding was clean and soft, and the overall atmosphere was calm and quiet, allowing us to sleep extremely well. Housekeeping standards were excellent — everything felt carefully maintained and spotlessly clean. 這家民宿真的太讓我驚喜了！一直刷到鳩茲古鎮，這次特意帶家人來轉轉。我們選酒店的時候就是看上了他們家這些房間的名字，童心童趣，走進來真的可以説是童趣十足！小朋友愛慘了民宿裏的小兔子和小貓，退房都不想走。。而且這個小貓的名字也很好玩叫打雷😂。房間設施環境衞生都相當不錯，重點是住宿還含門票！！車一停下就看見老闆來接我們，人真的很熱情，想的也很周到，狠狠👍了。古鎮傳統徽派建築，很有味道，煙花，打鐵花各種表演還挺豐富的。老闆還送了我們一個他們自己的打卡冊，小朋友可以去各個點蓋章，很有紀念意義。真的是相當滿意的一次旅行，強烈推薦給後面來旅遊的朋友！

Hotel al fondo di una valle con panorama molto bello. Design contemporaneo e di gusto. Pulitissimo, organizzatissimo. Grande disponibilità dello staff a gestire le nostre esigenze tramite comunicazioni via WeChat e anche nell'organizzazione delle attività e dei trasporti (con auto super confortevoli). Bellissima la stanza, i materiali, gli arredi, l'aria condizionata (indispensabile purtroppo perché faceva caldissimo). Vista rilassante dalle grandi vetrate verso le verdi montagne e il giardino. Due terrazze con arredi e in stanza ogni comfort. Ristorante molto piacevole e cucina ottima e abbordabile a livello di costi (abbiamo cenato). Molto piacevole anche il tè pomeridiano. C'è una sorta di piscina naturale sul torrente che è di pertinenza dell'hotel dove ci si può rinfrescare e fare piccoli giri con barchette di plastica. Poi sopra alla collinetta ci sono 2 vasche con acqua calda dove ci si può rilassare. C'è la palestra (che non abbiamo usato). Uniche 2 note leggermente negative: non abbiamo apprezzato la colazione cinese (non perché volessimo altro ma perché non era delle migliori). Infine la strada che porta all'hotel è davvero brutta panoramicamente e degradata non adeguata anche perché fino a che non si arriva all'hotel non si capisce cosa aspettarsi.

Our stay here was fantastic!! The husband and wife who run this place are so kind and friendly. They went above and beyond to help us such as dropping us off to South Gate to go hike up Huang Shan mountain, giving us hiking sticks and getting us a shared ride back to Huang Shan North Train Station. They offer breakfast and offer lunch at the place! The rooms were super comfortable and really warm. Thank you so much for all your help and wishing you a happy new year 🧧🥰😊

In generale, il servizio era eccellente, il miglior pasto sano con buone porzioni e nutrienti ricchi. Ordinammo il pesce e le costole di maiale, e abbiamo mangiato con noodles. La camera era di due letti come avevamo chiesto e era un'abbigliamento molto bello e moderno. L'unica cosa era la doccia/bagno non in una stanza separata - forse sarebbe meglio per le famiglie, e qualche polvere sulle ombre della lampada, ma altrimenti eravamo molto felici. La luce era anche una lotta, perché alcuni dei soft restavano tutta la notte e il cambio di luce mancava quelli per la lampada di lettura su ogni lato. Apprezzò la grande spazietà e la grande privacy che avevamo, con una visione stradale, le aree comuni avevano un sacco di posti per i gruppi di cena e offrono più aree all'aperto per esplorare. A+ esperienza, sarebbe tornato!

We are very satisfied with our trip! Everything was better than we could ever imagine. Before our arrival, the hotel owner contacted us to help us find the hotel. Because it is located in the Hongcun ancient village (which is a restricted area), taxis and didi cannot access the area but the hotel owner helped us bring the big luggages upstairs and also helped us on our way back. In general, he was very responsive and answered all our questions. We used WeChat for easy translation. The hotel is situated in the heart of Hongcun village,vry close to the entrance and also close to all the scenic spots. It is just mesmerizing, the hotel itself is a work of art. No matter how much we looked, there were always new things to discover. The decor was fantastic, it was representing the Hui style. A pleasant surprise was the view from our bathroom. The amazing wooden windows opened a magic view to the big hall. The view from the window in front of the bed are Hui-style houses and the mountains. Drinking coffee there and getting ready was a bliss. The room itself was also very beautifully decorated and kept clean. If i would come to Hongcun again, I will definitely choose the same hotel. It made our experience purely magical. While visiting the ancient buildings in the village, we were happy to come back to our room, which was as beautiful.
