Great location, easy check in / check out, amazing views from very high floor of a 50-story condominium. I was able to check in at 3PM and the place was very clean. 24 hour security at the lobby and 24 hour concierge on 5th floor. There is a large public parking lot right across the street that is safe and easy to use. Starbucks & Tim Horton’s is right downstairs, and Dundas Square is literally a 6 minute walk away. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to others!

I stayed at this hotel for one night, and honestly, it turned out to be one of the best short stays I’ve had in a long time. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The host was absolutely amazing — extremely helpful, responsive, and professional throughout the entire stay. They answered all of my questions quickly, even after I had already checked in, which made the whole experience feel very smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find that level of attentiveness and genuine care. The view was simply stunning. I loved the beautiful water view — waking up and seeing the water right outside was such a peaceful and memorable experience. It truly elevated the entire stay. The unit itself was spotless and exceptionally clean. You can tell that a lot of care goes into maintaining the space. Everything felt fresh, organized, and very well taken care of. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, which made it so convenient to prepare our own dinner. Having a proper kitchen setup really makes a difference, especially for a comfortable and relaxed night in. The location is another huge plus. The area is fantastic — so many restaurants and bars within walking distance, and even grocery stores nearby. Being able to walk everywhere made the stay even more enjoyable and convenient. Overall, this place is a solid 10/10. I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, well-located place to stay downtown. Truly a five-star experience!

Ho apprezzato moltissimo il mio soggiorno qui! Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo: posizione fantastica, proprietari gentilissimi, silenzio assoluto, camera privata (con tanto di chiave per chiuderla a chiave!), riscaldamento/ventilatore indipendenti per poter regolare la temperatura della stanza e persino accesso a una cucina condivisa se si desidera cucinare durante il soggiorno! L'unico inconveniente è che tutta la famiglia parla cinese, quindi usano traduttori o gesti per comunicare con chi parla solo inglese. Tuttavia, il proprietario Jason parla un inglese perfetto, quindi c'è sempre qualcuno a cui rivolgersi in caso di necessità. Inoltre, durante il soggiorno vengono offerti gratuitamente noodles istantanei, frutta e acqua, quindi non c'è da preoccuparsi di rimanere a stomaco vuoto! Caffè, tè e porridge di riso sono gratuiti, a patto che si riesca a prepararlo. Sorprendentemente, c'è anche un menù con prezzi estremamente ragionevoli: 2 dollari per il porridge di riso al mattino, 8 dollari per una zuppa di pomodoro e uova fatta in casa, entrambe davvero ottime! La posizione è ottima: proprio accanto a Queen Street, quindi si ha accesso diretto al tram, ma si trova in una strada laterale, quindi non c'è rumore, è facile parcheggiare, non c'è vento, ecc. La camera in sé è grande, pulita e spaziosa. C'era pochissimo rumore, il che ha garantito un sonno davvero ottimo. Il bagno era in comune, ma veniva usato il 90% delle volte, quindi nessun problema neanche da quel punto di vista. Per quanto riguarda i servizi: il Wi-Fi era veloce, l'acqua del rubinetto e della doccia era calda, c'erano a disposizione microonde, tostapane e bollitore, e mi hanno persino offerto del burro gratis per il toast! Nel complesso, un soggiorno fantastico, ci tornerò sicuramente la prossima volta che sarò a Toronto!

L'hotel è ben situato e molto pulito, che è apprezzato. Tuttavia, ho avuto una cattiva esperienza durante il mio soggiorno. A 4:20 AM, alcune persone sospette hanno colpito la mia porta, mi svegliarono. Ho anche sentito che hanno colpito altre porte nella hall. Era disturbante e rovinato parte della mia esperienza. This place we affectionately call Nana's. We felt right at home and suitably looked after. The accommodation was immaculate. Each morning started with a hearty breakfast. 10 mins walk from the OLG stage venue and 20 minutes walk from the falls (don't believe the timings on the maps apps). Made to feel very welcome at the local bar too. Won't hesitate to stay at Anna's in the future.

WOW, above all expectations. Motorcycle trip, it was raining all day, so we were soaking wet. Our host took extra care of us and helped with damp clothes. Every detail is square and clean, comfy and warmth. What a great moment this evening in the living room, everybody sharing our day like a family. Then this king breakfast the next morning. Felt like home. I will certainly keep this place in mind and come back in purpose. Owner is so kind & lovely!

The motel is a budget option, and for the price it does what it is supposed to do. If you are simply looking for a cheap place to sleep for the night, it serves its purpose. The room was basic but functional, and overall it matched what you would expect at this price point. However, one of the furniture in the room was broken and should simply be removed. Leaving broken furniture in the room is a matter of improper maintenance.
