La camera era eccellente, tutto era nuovo e il prezzo era molto più economico rispetto ad hotel più costosi. La capo donna non è solo bella, ma anche gentile e disposta ad aiutare gli altri, facendoti sentire come se avessi dei parenti all'estero. La capo donna ha una grande attività e non le importa affatto dei soldi che guadagna dal negozio. È una donna molto generosa e allegra. Pertanto, le strutture abitative e l'ambiente circostante sono i più convenienti in questo caso. Lo consiglierò ai miei amici e spero che anche voi possiate provare la stessa esperienza.

I had a really great stay at this Airbnb. The place was exactly as described clean, cozy, and very well organized. Everything I needed was provided, and it felt comfortable from the moment I arrived. The location was convenient and quiet, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The host was also very responsive, friendly, and helpful whenever I had questions. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience, and I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable stay.

We were in Vancouver to accompany our daughter as she is going to UBC for her freshman year. Being unfamiliar with the city, we were looking for a place that would be accessible to both UBC and downtown. Boy, did we hit the jackpot. The location of this place is unbelievable, its both a bus ride away from UBC (#25 bus) and downtown (#7) as we were able ro shuttle both to UBC on the weekdays to help her move in and allowed us to enjoy the sights of downtown dyring the weekend when we had a free time. As for the property itself, the place was clean, accessible, quiet and had almost all basic amenities. Had a kitchen with complete items like a kettle, microwave, cups, utenisils, etc. The hosts, particularly Carol, was sooo accomodating and responsive. When we needed fresh towels, she provided them even with a full laundry area available. Bag storage was very useful too as our flight wasnt till midnight but Carol allowed us to store our luggage with as much time as we needed after the noon checkout. As for the area, there's a supermarket about 2 blocks away, a bank, a few drugstores/ convenient stores and a few eateries nearby. Overall, this was an 11 of 10 for us and would both recommemd this to others and will consider coming back here if we visit our daughter in Vancouver again. Just an amazing stay😀👍

Warm home is the highlight of our trip in Vancouver! It was very clean, tidy and well organized and I can get info from the host whenever I need it, we felt like home when I stepped into the house! Me and my friend stayed in two separate rooms in the guest house and we shared bath together, for our convenience the host even arranged us to share same bath together and we were the only two guests in the house!!! Thanks for the flexibility kindness:) the kitchen is also very cozy and they have basically everything we need to have a simple breakfast at home and even we can also make something fancy too bc the set up is pretty good. Other than that, the host did our a big favor to let us storage our 3 giant suitcase in the house for almost a month bc we had a trip to another city, what a lovely stay there, I miss everything already. I highly recommend everyone to stay in the warm home! It is close to everything and easy to take bus to visit the city:) also we enjoyed privacy and quietness in a very nice neighborhood:) I didn’t take many pictures but it’s the one of my room in the loft, cozyyyyy, I love it a lot:) I will definitely choose here for my next trip to Vancouver:)

Sono rimasto qui per una notte mentre ero a BC su un viaggio Biz prima di prendere il mio volo a casa. La posizione era molto conveniente solo circa un 10-minute guida all'aeroporto e il parcheggio era facile grazie alla grande cortina di fronte. Il posto stesso era bellissimo: pulito, concepito con attenzione, e potresti dire che gli ospiti avevano fatto un sforzo molto per renderlo confortevole e accogliente. Uno dei miei punti di vista era il combo lavatrice/siccatore. Era eccezionalmente pulito e funzionava perfettamente, il che era un enorme aumento dopo aver affrontato alcune strutture di lavaggio meno pulite altrove durante il mio viaggio. Non ho avuto la possibilità di usare il bagno, ma sembrava fantastico e aveva un design davvero unico. E devo menzionare anche i piccoli dettagli il carta igienica era di grande qualità, che mi ha davvero fatto andare 👌🏽👍🏼lol Anche se non c’era aria condizionata, il ventilatore fornito era più che sufficiente - soffia il vento glaciale. In generale, ho avuto un soggiorno molto confortevole e non esitarei a raccomandare questo posto, soprattutto se stai cercando un posto con un prezzo ragionevole, pulito, conveniente e vicino all'aeroporto.

The house is very well maintained with beautiful quiet surroundings. The room itself is thoughtfully well kept with comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen amenities. There is a washing machine and dryer in the place but no coffee provided though it has a coffee maker and kettle. A pleasant surprise of complimentary snacks and bottled water were also provided. It is little far to go downtown but the bus stop is just 5 mins away that takes you there directly. 10 mins walk away are some Asian restaurants and a Chinese supermarket and fruit n vegetable shop. Overall, the suite is a very nice and new place to stay at and the owner is very welcoming and responsive. I like to suggest the direction to the apartment can be made more clearer with instruction that says it is at the basement and not just entrance via the back of the house with those lovely wordy signs that we obviously not looking for. Another point to note is the cleaning fee charge that was not mention in the write up which may affect client's decision in renting the place.

Normalmente non lascio spesso recensioni, ma in questo caso ho semplicemente dovuto la ospite lo merita davvero. La posizione e l'ambiente sono assolutamente meravigliosi. Da l'alloggio si possono raggiungere la maggior parte delle attrazioni in circa 30 minuti in auto. L'area è sicura, Pacifico e molto piacevole. La suite stessa ha superato tutte le nostre aspettative! È dotata di una cucina completamente attrezzata, un bagno con lavastoviglie e asciugacapelli, due camere da letto e un alloggio con una vista fantastica. E poi c'è l'ospite, che si occupa senza esitazione di ogni desiderio che avete, che crea un'atmosfera calda e familiare che rende il vostro soggiorno una esperienza memorabile. Una piccola nota: non abbiamo ricevuto un colazione tradizionale come si poteva aspettare, ma invece ci sono stati sorpresi da molti piccoli trattamenti pensati che ci sono stati molto piacere una bottiglia di vino, caffè, un set di sei birre, cola, e altro ancora. Conclusione: posso dire solo una cosa, assolutamente raccomandata. Grazie mille, Madame Evelyn!❣️

Albergo carino, pulito e accogliente. Ben mantenuto. Camere spaziose. Molto vicino all'aeroporto. Cici e Daniel hanno preso le miglia in più fornendo Oats, cereali, caffè, tè e noodles istantanei. Molto apprezzato per tutti i dettagli piccoli come alcuni dolci, asciugacapelli, coperte di sedile igienico-sanitaria, cluci, acqua in bottiglia e scarpe da bagno. La mappa del mondo sul muro è sorprendente. Lavatrice e asciugatrice. Abbiamo goduto la TV intelligente con Netflix. La fermata dell'autobus è solo davanti alla proprietà. Molto raccomandato per la sua posizione, affidabilità, pulizia e attenzione ai dettagli.

Inizialmente ci eccitavamo di rimanere qui mentre entravamo perché sembrava pulito e avevano servizi come sapone e shampoo per la doccia. Ma quel senso si svanì rapidamente, quando abbiamo scoperto che il letto non era pulito, la cucina aveva pile di piatti sporchi ovunque, e il peggio di tutti i popoli entravano e uscivano e parlavano davanti alla nostra suite fino alle 23:30. Abbiamo avuto una ferrata mattina che dovevamo svegliarci alle 4:30 il giorno seguente e non potevamo dormire a causa del rumore. Ci sono stati anche molti cani che sbavavano ogni volta che qualcuno entrava. Uno dei cani era un pudle anziano. Non credo che sbava. Era molto amichevole, ma, in gran parte, i problemi più gravi erano la pulizia del letto e l’incapacità di dormire a causa del rumore.

La suite di Liu Xiang è situata nel centro della città, senza prevedibili comfort e conforto, e il primo spazio luminoso è pulito.Il luogo è comodo per viaggiare, le attrezzature sono pronte, la comunicazione è pulita, viva tranquilla, viaggia a Vancouver per la casa ideale, e la prossima volta la scelta sarà nuova.
