Sehr gute Lage direkt am Hauptbahnhof Rosenheim, vor allem als Zwischenstopp. Unkomplizierter CheckIn und CheckOut. Zimmer nicht sehr groß, aber sauber und ordentlich ausgestattet. Auch als 3er- oder 4er Familinezimmer buchbar. Preise gehen in Ordnung. Nichts Außergewöhnliches, aber sehr guter Standard, vor Allem für einen Kurzaufenthalt.

Buon hotel urbano che è relativamente centrale. La camera doppia per uso singolo è stata grande e moderna. Il lobby offre bevande e piccoli snack. La colazione è stata molto buona, non ci sono probabilità di rimanere aperti qui (quasi) i desideri. Ovunque un buon hotel urbano, ma la situazione di parcheggio è stata molto modesta per i motociclisti. Abbiamo dovuto fermare le moto sulla strada (fortunatamente c'era un parcheggio gratuito vicino), perché i parcheggi situati direttamente davanti all'hotel sono affittati a persone esterne e non c'è nessun motore e nessun parcheggio all'hotel. Le biciclette sono consentite. Pienamente banane e non l'ho mai vista in questa forma. Anche se l'hotel era buono e probabilmente, non ci attenderemo una visita supplementare...

My partner and my 2 friends chose the holiday inn at Rosenheim as an overnight stop for our road trip across Europe. I enjoy staying at IHG hotels being a Platinum Elite member, as the service is always great and rooms are always comfortable. Hotel is easy to find and parking is confusing, but you just stay in the parking garage. We paid around 6 € for being there for 13 hours. Alot of space and easy to access. During our stay, we had Jenny Medrano, at the front desk, assist us with the issues the hotel was giving us. She was so friendly, helpful, and did so much for us. She was truly the highlight of our stay and I hope IHG hotels rewards her for such excellent customer service. Our room had no Air Conditioning, and it was absolutely brutal trying to sleep. It was one of my worst sleeps at an IHG hotel. Room was quite small, but we had a big shower. The gym was okay. 3 cardio machines and free weights that went to 10kg. There was no water and only 3 towels, but there being a lack of staff members makes sense. The breakfast was mediocre, as it's a limited selection of what you can grab at the buffet. Overall, I was not happy with the my stay at this hotel, besides the good customer service. I won't be visiting this hotel again, unless the owner/hotel manager fixes these issues.

Das Hotel ist sowohl von außen als auch von der Einrichtung her sehr modern und schön. Parkplätze unter und neben dem Hotel sind kostenlos. Direkt angrenzend gibt es auch eine Ladestation von Tesla. Während unseres Besuchs haben wir leider nur 2 mal Personal gesehen. Am Abreisetag hat das Zimmermädchen um 8.45 geklopft um das Zimmer zu reinigen - eigentlich hatten wir Zeit bis 11.00 Uhr zur Abreise - und beim Frühstück gab es eine Kraft für den Service rund ums Frühstück. Wir haben zwar nicht gefrühstückt aber Freunde von uns, die mit uns dort waren haben berichtet, dass die Kraft heillos überfordert war und das Nachlegen von ausgegangenen Buffetbestandteilen mehr als eine halbe Stunde gedauert hat. Auch nicht ok war die Tatsache, dass sowohl Restaurant als auch Dachbar während unseres Aufenthalts komplett geschlossen war. War auch bei der Buchung nicht sichtbar, sondern wurde uns nach der erfolgten Buchung mitgeteilt. Der Selbst-Checkin ist für Vielreisende kein Problem aber alleine während unseres Aufenthaltes mußten wir 2 Familien helfen, die nicht verstanden hatten, dass sie ihre Zimmerkarten selber erstellen mußten. Aber auch sonst ist fehlendes Personal ein Problem. Unsere Klimaanlage im Zimmer ließ sich nicht starten - ohne Personal keine Abhilfe. Insgesamt würde ich das Hotel weiterempfehlen, aber nur an den Tagen, wo auch Personal vor Ort ist.
