Il primo soggiorno a La Festa è stato molto confortevole e confortevole. L'isola di Phu Quoc è stata divisa in due hotel per quattro giorni. Ho scelto il Novotel a sud perché era convenientemente vicino alla funivia di Xianghai. Questa funivia dovrebbe essere considerata l'esperienza più utile dell'isola di Phu Quoc biglietto della funivia e parco acquatico in totale 180, il che è molto conveniente Sulla via del ritorno Sono andato alla prigione dell'isola di Phu Quoc e ho fatto un giro. L'hotel è abbastanza grande, ci si può divertire nelle due piscine davanti e dietro e il tramonto è bellissimo. La sera abbiamo prenotato una pesca notturna alle seppie in mare, il che è davvero unico~

Prima di tutto il cibo in servizio in camera è molto cattiva e troppo costoso. Sono malato e dovevamo usarlo, ma preferivo rimanere fame allora. Non abbastanza letti solari sulla spiaggia: dovresti andare alla spiaggia non più tardi otto ore per ottenere un divano. Solo una persona parla buona lingua alla reception e è davvero utile e bello con il nome Felix. Gli altri ti danno informazioni sbagliate e il loro inglese è difficile da capire. Durante la mattina, si docciano l'erba e si odora con un bagno septico.
La colazione è buona e la posizione è perfetta.La spiaggia stessa è probabilmente la migliore a Phu Qu Ok

Il bracciolo del divano nella stanza è crollato, ma nel complesso era comunque ok. Ho prenotato una stanza a prezzi scontati, quindi non avevo esigenze così elevate. Non ho chiesto di cambiare stanza quando ho visto la stanza all'angolo della villa. Se sono più di 2.000, la vista qui non vale comunque la pena. Il ristorante ha un sapore mediocre. Non ordinate il maiale brasato. Sembra delizioso nella foto. Non ha un sapore molto buono. Ma la colazione è piuttosto deliziosa. Ci sono troppi coreani.

I enjoyed my time in Mövenpick hotel. Beautiful territory, amazing beach and clean seawater.
I like chicken liver on breakfast and coffee which they made was good.
Also was nice to have some yoga classes at morning, really gave more power for the day.
But also I want to mention some disadvantages which I hope management can change in future.
The place for bread in the breakfast didn’t have towel for carting bread, so if guests wanted to cut bread they used there hands to touch the bread!!!! It’s totally not normal for any hotel, and can bring more bacteria!!!!!
Moreover I think should add salmon for breakfast. Kitchen makes Benedict eggs only with bacon , and no choice for people who doesn’t eat pork. Was a kinda sad about that.
We was living in the second building, to go to beach need to wait for the car and something need to spend 5-10 min on waiting, could be nice to manage it better to not make guest wait for a long time.
In conclusion, I would like to come back again but to the first building not second building!

La camera è pulita, grande e silenziosa. Quando sono andato, non ho potuto usare la piscina sul lato Oasis perché era in riparazione. Anche nella stessa serie Vinpearl, è difficile usare un passeggino tra i resort, quindi dovresti sempre controllare l'orario del bus navetta prima di spostarti. A parte questo, il resto è stato soddisfacente. La colazione non era gustosa come previsto. Tuttavia, sono disposto a visitare di nuovo la prossima volta che visito.

UUtente ospiteL'hotel più soddisfacente di questo viaggio è la Golden Week del Primo Maggio. Il prezzo di una camera doppia non è aumentato di molto (più di 500 yuan). Puoi inviare un'e-mail all'hotel in anticipo per fissare un appuntamento per il ritiro. Appena scesi dall'aereo potrete vedere il marchio delle conchiglie. Dopo il check-in la reception vi ricorderà di registrarvi. Il trasferimento del volo di ritorno è gratuito. La piscina ha una buona qualità dell'acqua e non c'è molta gente a pochi minuti a piedi dal mercato notturno Ci sono molti buoni centri benessere e ristoranti nella zona circostante La cosa migliore è lasciare l'hotel al bus navetta il giorno prima della partenza. L'ordine ti verrà inviato all'orario previsto Poiché il volo era di mattina presto, la camera forniva anche un servizio di sveglia e veniva fornita una colazione gratuita (una grande quantità di pane, sandwich, acqua e frutta). La colazione in camera viene solitamente pagata fino alle 5 del mattino. anche se hai voglia di uno spuntino a tarda notte. Tutto sommato è stato un viaggio soddisfacente.

CConradLOur families with young children stayed for 5 nights at this resort. The road outside the resort was flooded (probably due to poor drainage) so our taxi refused to drop us at the entrance and we had to walk through the bushes carrying our heavy suitcases to get into the hotel ourselves- terrible experience. But I suppose it wasn’t the hotel’s fault except that the flooding problem seems to be persistent throughout our stay.
Other than the above incident, the stay at this hotel was pleasant and staff was helpful and polite. However there were quite some ants inside our room and we had to keep the place very clean to avoid getting more ants. The renovation was nice and comfy and amenities quite new. Massage was good. Recommended overall.

UUtente ospiteThe resort has alot of potential with an exclusive beach, swimming pool and eloquent rooms (some with great views). Breakfasts are great. The manager was good and takes pride in the resort, however when he was not around in the afternoons and evenings service was rare and hard to find. You have to actively go look for restaurant staff to place an order or pay. The restaurant could be alot more profitable if staff actively removed plates and asked clients if they could get them anything e.g dessert, drinks. They charge a service fee, but with little service.
It advertises a gym, but equipment is in disrepair, they should not advertise facilities which are not functional.
There is not much around the resort in terms of restaurants, bars and shops. It is also not an easy location to get to, but yet we found the reception unhelpful in getting transport.
All in all the resort could be great, but service needs to be improved.

There are two and both are good. there are always some staff cleaning the pool, so i am not worried about the water quality. Beach is right next to the hotel and water activities are there for you to choose
breakfast is good, with lots of choices. we were asked to have breakfast in the function room as they said the restaurant was full. i could imagine the hotel was fully booked that weekend
Hotel provides airport pickup and the staff is friendly and helpful.
The price is higher than other local brands, and you can see the difference from the service quality.
One more thing, the night market is just opposite to the hotel and this one is clean and tidy.
Definitely i will stay in this hotel again

CCurious Ape1. Missing amenity: NOT all rooms have washing machine inside, even though it is clearly stated that this is included in the room amenities. The host/reception staff did NOT specify this information before OR after check in. Even if the machine is there, the host/reception staff does not provide any token amount of laundry detergent. So remember to “Bring your own detergent”
2. Vague communications: Questions emailed to the host via Trip.com are not always answered by the host (ie either no response at all or very late reply). Trip.com was helpful in advising me to email directly to the host (**************************) when the host failed to respond to some of my emails. However, it seems like the host does not check it’s own email box so I never get any response from that mailbox
3. Tedious check in process: There isn’t any clear information about the exact location of their office. Check in information is given ONLY via Chatting apps (eg Zalo, Kakao, Line or Whatsapp) at exactly the check in time, 2 pm (rooms are highly unlikely to be ready before that). I went directly to their physical office for assistance. Their office (with blue signage “Rosie”) is shabby and dubious-looking and totally incongruous with the given “Luxury Hillside Apartment” name). You MUST have mobile data roaming at that point to receive the room access code. The security guards based at each building’s beautiful reception floor have nothing to do with the rooms managed by this tiny “Rosie” office
4. Minimal staff: Cleaning staff hired by this Rosie agency seems unable to cope with the large number of room cleaning prior to guests’ check in. In the end, I think the limited manpower could only manage very basic, superficial cleaning of rooms. Ants seem to have built a colony in hidden crevices in some of the units as there’re always some crawling around the kitchenette/clothes-hanging cabinet every now and then
5. It’s a 50/50 chance of whether you are assigned a fairly new and really nice apartment or a worn-out one with some broken down/missing fixtures. You just have to risk it, in return for a stunning view of the fireworks (in rooms facing the Kiss Bridge)
6. The agency staff are okay and they do try to help. Unfortunately, I find them somewhat inexperienced and their services and expertise are a mismatch for this fine category of apartments. The Rosie agency staff have a tendency to give routine, generic answers when dealing with feedback and complaints. They probably can do well in operating guest houses or backpackers’ lodge where expectations from guests are much lower

JJune Yoon YiI visited here for the second time. Although the transportation is uncomfortable, I wanted to relax in a spacious villa in a quiet area. In particular, the staff were friendly, and they seem to be carefully selected, educated, and treated. In particular, the desk staff was friendly, and it was easy to communicate in English. (Many of the five-star hotels in Phu Quoc have difficulty in communicating with desk staff in English) This is not a fancy and noisy place. Rather, it is a place of quiet peace that is practical and classy. Everything is going accordingly. There are not many types of dishes at breakfast, but the quality is good. Both of the spa and restaurant service are cost-effective. The beach and pool are small but practical, cozy, elagant, and well managed. The resort buildings and interiors are also small and old, but I could feel the soul of the architect.

The swimming pool is one for the best one. We also like the high quality services provided by all the staff that always welcome us and make us feel home at Phu Quoc.
We were celebrating birthday for our mother and the hotel provided us with decoration and cake which surprised my mother.
One of the drawback is the hotel location doesn't have public transport. However, the grab is always available.
Really recommended for those who are planning to relax and get away from all the stress.

UUticaI was impressed by the infinity pool when I arrived at the hotel. We have booked a ocean view room which faced the ocean with a great view, the room is spacious. The staff at reception counters and restaurant were polite and pleasant. Food at restaurants were good. However, all our good impression was ruined by the arrangement on airport transfer. I did booked the airport transfer for my return flight before this trip, and confirmed to have 4 people via email. Unluckily, they had made a wrong estimation on the number of people for airport transfer, the shuttle bus was overbooked. My husband need to sit on a wooden chair though the transfer time was 15 mins only. I was wonder that such kind of mistake was made by a famous & luxury hotel group.
