Our stay was actually nice. The only frustrating part is we had to come a day early for our stay due to bad weather coming Saturday night where we live & we had to be sure we could get home by Sunday. I spoke with the Trip.com gentleman and with me on the line he called the Delta hotel because I wanted to switch Saturday night to Thursday night due to bad weather coming. We were there to meet our new born granddaughter. After he spoke with Crystal, a customer service representative at Delta, he said everything will be fine, but I will need to make Thursday’s reservation directly with Delta reservations so he transferred me. Before he transferred me, I asked him if Saturday will be canceled and we will not have to pay. He said Delta Customerservice will take care of that so as I spoke to Crystal about it, she said you need to talk to Trip.com to get that taken care of because Trip.com does not refund, I told her I did talk to Trip.com and they told me that Delta will take care of it. And she said she would look into it so she transferred me to the reservation line and I made the reservation for Thursday, March 12. As we checked in, I brought this situation up and the gentleman at the front desk said to ask about it Friday morning because I had to check out then check back in. So Friday morning I went to the desk to discuss the situation and to check in again because this booking was through Trip.com. The manager was there and she explained to me that they don’t give a refund, but I explained to her that I talked to Trip.com and Crystal, from Delta and she said she would take care of it. To me taking care of it was canceling, and we would not have to pay for that extra day so the manager stated she would look into it. Saturday morning, as I checked out, Crystal was at the front desk and I went through the hole discussion again, and she did have something written down that she looked at, and she said we need to cancel through Trip.com the third-party reservation and that Delta will not refund us for Saturday night. I do understand the rules, but also as customer service from both Trip.com and Delta I would think because we’ve stayed Thursday night that we should not have to pay for Saturday night being that it was the same amount of nights. In the end we paid for a night that we did not stay therefore I feel either Delta or Trip.com got paid twice for that night cause I’m sure that room was taken by another customer, my hope is that we can be refunded for the Saturday night we were charged for and did not stay on top of this. We ended up paying more which I was fine to do being that we had to book through Delta for Thursday night, which I will always book directly with a hotel, and no longer a third-party since they do not consider blizzard weather a reason to get home. Please consider a refund for Saturday night. Thank you, Mindy Kottke.

Great location downtown across from the Baird Center. The bed was comfy which I've come to expect from Marriott and they even had feather pillows - another plus. Nice bathroom and shower. Breakfast was good with multiple choices. That's where the pluses end! We had a conference to attend at 3 so we wanted to check in at 2; one hour before 'check in' technically begins. We were told our room was ready and she took our cc information, etc. but then we were told we would be charged $15 for early check in - seriously?! Don't tell me my room is ready and then charge me to use it! They offered to store our luggage but was afraid what that charge would be so we left it in our car. She did not like that we self parked right across the street either- in the same parking facility the valet uses. When we returned from our conference at 7:00 pm, our reserved king suite was no longer available and we would have to settle for 2 queen beds. In addition, the information the front desk person had taken earlier was no where to be found. Now the gentleman had trouble completing the reservation and had to start over several times. He finally gave us a queen suite which was the weirdest configuration I've ever seen. And there was no alarm clock, no lotion, and the TV resolution was terrible. I was told Marriott was tired of people leaving alarms set for the next people occupying the room so they no longer put them in rooms. (Really! The first thing I do in a hotel is check the alarm clock to make sure it isn't set!) Lotion is available but you have to ask for it at the front desk - but they don't tell you that until you check out! We will not be staying at this Springhill Suites again when in Milwaukee.

This is my second time to stay here. I have a service dog who is an ESA, which I had informed the hotel of when I made the booking. I had stayed there the previous weekend and when I checked in, there weren’t any issues with any of the staff with my having an ESA staying there. I only had an incident with the night manager who complained about the dog being in the hotel. This is when I was on the way to eat at the restaurant. The host & the server had no issues with the dog being there and they commented that she was actually more behaved than many small children that come the food was amazing btw. I twice had the dog near me as well in the pool area tethered while I was swimming & while I was in the hot tub & there were no issues with the staff then. However, the next time I stayed, they would not let me have the dog with me in the pool area tethered. They then ended up kicking me out of the hotel as I would not leave the pool as I felt this to be unjust as the dog wasn’t bothering anyone. Also, she cannot be in the room by herself as she will cry & bark which would bother our neighbors. I also will not leave her in the car. Basically because of my ESA dog-a Pomski of 14lbs, I was kicked out of the hotel at 10:30 at night escorted by 3 policemen on a Saturday with nowhere to stay. I had to sleep on my friends couch for a few hours, and find another place to stay the next day which excepted my ESA dog without any issues. I will not be staying at this resort again because of this horrific experience.

Breakfast: A basic breakfast buffet is served each morning, with a limited selection of items. Rooms: The rooms are clean and simple, with basic furnishings. The mattresses and pillows are a bit uncomfortable, so you may want to bring your own if you are a light sleeper. Overall: The Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Madison West, WI is a good budget option for travelers looking for a clean and convenient place to stay, just 25 minutes drive to Downtown Madison. The location is excellent, the breakfast is okay, and the rooms are clean. However, the mattresses and pillows are a bit uncomfortable, so you may want to bring your own pillow if you are a light sleeper. Here are some additional details that I would want to share with potential guests: The hotel is located right off a major highway with easy access to Downtown area, airport and interstate to other major cities. The rooms are big, but they are functional and have everything you need for a short or long stay. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel has a fitness center and a indoor pool. Overall, I would recommend The Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Madison West, WI to budget-minded travelers who are looking for a clean and convenient place to stay. Il nostro soggiorno era breve perché eravamo in città per un matrimonio, ma si ottiene quello che paga. Specialmente per solo $ 62 per notte. Era decente pulizia, ho segnato principalmente perché abbiamo trovato e ucciso 3 bug, che sono come il mio peggiore nemico. Abbiamo controllato i bug del letto, non c'erano. lo abbiamo anche segnalato a causa del piccolo odore che non era abbastanza giusto e su una delle foglie c'era una tintura marrone. un consiglio per il personale se lo leggeno, Il piatto in parete scent cosa deve andare in alto, si mette in alto e si è svuotato tutto il giardino! Anche per forse anche il proprietario, bug trappole sono così economico, solo alcuni sticky dietro il frigo e vestiti ti sorprenderebbero. Eviterà che i vostri clienti debbano vedere i bug e ucciderli. Le strutture sono marcate in basso perché la piscina è stata chiusa, e il ristorante che è allegato non sembra essere in azienda. Non ci sono segni che potessimo vedere che l’azienda è stata chiusa, ma sembrava così. La posizione è buona, a 10 minuti dal centro! è un po 'di zona rurale, ma ha funzionato bene per noi, poiché il luogo di nozze era a soli 10 minuti. Quindi qualsiasi cliente futuro, se si aspetta un ostaggio vacanze o meglio, non lo riceverà! Questo si sente più come un mix tra motel 6 e un super 8. Quanto meno le vostre aspettative se si arriva qui. è un bel posto per un soggiorno economico.

I wasn’t told at checkout that I needed to change color of our  wristband bands and we were in the pools for 4 hours before it was noticed. I had a 5 year old I was watching in the lazy river when life guard watching lazy river told me I needed to leave. I’m trying to explain I was told I could stay as long as I wanted, plus yell for the 5 year old and I told the guy I would go up to front desk. On my way up I ran into Jackson manager of the lifeguards.  Very nice young man. He heard me tease my niece we were rule breakers. I early thanked him and his staff for all their hard work. He asked if he could help. I explained I had no idea I had to change color of wrist band and it’s my first time here. I had already checked out and I hoped it wasn’t too late. He assured me there would be no issues.  I went to front desk and stood in a long line. Jackson came upstairs for something saw me in line and got my wrist bands so I didn’t have to wait. What a wonderful experience! Jackson is awesome! He truly cares about the customer experience! Thanks Jackson!       Earlier I took my niece to gift shop, she found a little Ty beanie purse. The strap had metal links on it but it was broken. The manager actually offered to replace it with something else but my niece had her heart set on that and it was last one. This manager fixed it good as new!! Top notch service  by these two men!

The staff was very friendly when I arrived, and checkout was quick and easy, which I really appreciated. I also requested a 6am wake-up call, and they followed through right on time, which was very helpful. My room was clean, the heater worked well, and overall I was happy with the comfort and cleanliness of the space. A couple of downsides: there’s no elevator, so I had to carry a heavy suitcase up the stairs to my room. Breakfast was okay, but there weren’t many options to choose from. The only other issue was the atmosphere in the common areas. While this isn’t entirely the hotel’s fault, there were a a few guests who made things feel a bit uncomfortable. One person was loudly arguing and swearing in the hallway and at the front desk, and another guest appeared to be staying long-term, scolding her kids and a baby running around the breakfast area in just a diaper. It gave the public spaces a slightly uneasy vibe, even though the staff handled things as best they could and were consistently kind and professional. Overall, I had a clean and comfortable stay, and I’d consider staying again if I needed a place in a pinch — I’d just keep expectations modest regarding amenities and the general lobby/hallway environment.

The hotel has a swimming pool, but I didn't use it, which is why I cannot comment on it in more detail. However, I have seen some people using it. There was breakfast served every morning, but the selection was basic. I wish they had regular corn flakes for cereals in addition to the three other types. However, bagels, muffins, sausages and fried egg discs plus different juices are enough to give you strength for the start of the day. Here are the positives and negatives of this hotel: ++ Conveniently located near the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, CVTC and Marshfield Clinic. There are many restaurants and fast-food places around, and there is a bus stop close by, as well as a Kwik Trip gas station. + The room was cozy and clean. + The room had a futon and a good desk. - Wifi did not always work reliably; sometimes, I had to enter the credentials repeatedly after some time went by. -- Poor sound insulation: When someone walked above my room, it felt like that person was tramping. Fortunately, the guest above me moved out, but if you want silence, insist on a room on the second floor. Overall, I had a good time at the hotel, and the staff was friendly. I feel like it provides good value for money.

La posizione, il rapporto qualità-prezzo e le strutture erano fantastici, ma purtroppo le cose sono andate un po' in discesa dopo il check-in. Il processo di check-in è stato veloce e la camera era pulita e accogliente. Tuttavia, il giorno successivo, quando tornavo nel pomeriggio, la cameriera avrebbe aperto le stanze con cui stava lavorando con il catenaccio che bloccava la chiusura delle porte. Avrebbe aperto le porte anche se si trovava dall'altra parte del corridoio. Questo fa oscillare e sbattere forte la porta della stanza accanto alla mia. Costantemente, il che è stato difficile dato che ero in una chiamata zoom al mattino e cercavo di riposare dopo perché il mio evento serale. Poi, la mattina del check-out, sono andato alla mia macchina per mettere via i miei bagagli prima del check-out e l'autista della navetta mi ha quasi colpito mentre stavo camminando verso l'atrio perché stava andando molto veloce e stava cercando di entrare in un parcheggio posto davanti alle porte dell'atrio. Mi ha urlato da dov'era seduto e gesticolava selvaggiamente con le mani, non ne ero sicuro ma pensavo mi avesse fatto il dito. Infine, la donna al momento del check-out è stata molto laconica e scortese mentre cercavo di fare domande perché avevo un costo aggiuntivo sul mio conto - che ha detto che era la sospensione per i giorni di permanenza, ma mi è stato addebitato 3 volte per 2 giorni restare. Solo quando ho chiamato più tardi la sera (dato che non sembrava avere la pazienza di rispondere alle mie domande) ho scoperto che hanno erroneamente addebitato la mia carta per un'altra stanza (la fattura dice anche ”carta sbagliata”). Tutto è stato fantastico fino al secondo giorno. Probabilmente ci tornerei per la comodità e il valore, ma cerca di limitare al minimo le mie interazioni con il personale.
