We live three hours away and just needed a decent room for the night prior to an early morning medical procedure. We chose this hotel for its location fairly close to the Medical Center and for the reasonable rate. I was concerned by the heavy smell of cigarette smoke just outside the entrance, but there was no trace of smoky smell once we went inside. The lobby and our room appeared fresh and clean. It looks to have received new floor coverings in the lobby and a fresh coat of paint throughout. The staff was welcoming, pleasant and helpful. Although this is an older hotel and shows some wear, the recent face lift has given it new life. Our room and bed were clean and comfortable. This Sleep Inn is located on a busy intersection yet no street noise penetrated to our room. I made a couple trips to the convenience store across from the hotel entrance and was pleased with the staff there as well. I felt perfectly safe. I cannot comment on the pool or exercise room as we did not use them. Both areas appeared clean, but I did notice a sign reporting that the hot tub was out of order. The breakfast fare offered a nice selection and is pretty typical. We were pleased with our stay and would recommend the Sleep Inn for a pleasant stay at a reasonable rate.

Ho trovato due capelli ***** nel bacino e dopo aver camminato sulla nuova LVP, ho notato i piedi sporchi dopo il bagno, anche la zona comune fuori dal buffet del colazione era molto sporco e il pavimento era timido. L'odore nella sala è cattivo a causa del vecchio tappeto, che deve andare. Inoltre, considerate la sostituzione dei segni di numero della porta (aggiornamento) e la bianchezza della cortina di doccia. In generale, semplici riparazioni per renderlo valere un $80 camera con le tasse incluse. Mi sentivo come se avessi superato un po' la qualità di TH. Dicendo che tutto il resto era buono e soprattutto il proprietario/gestore. Grazie per il soggiorno.

L'hotel era bello. Non molto attrezzatura. Il personale del desk front era molto amichevole e accogliente. Sconti presso i piatti locali con carta da camera. Distanze da camminare al Lounge Gateway.

Hotel is connected to a massive Waterpark which is great for kids but not so fun for a good night's sleep. Walls are SUPER thin. Family next door had a screaming kid for a long time and then the hotel sent an unfamiliar man to our room (two girls) at 10pm to knock and ask us to be quiet. He could have called. It's massive and very busy so be prepared for a lot of amenities to already be full. Room is clean but with that many people breakfast was filthy. Staff are never at the counter so you have to wait for them to come out of the back. Breakfast was limited and not enough for the people there. I've had better options at other Fairfield's anyway. All the details are cheap -beds and worn / over soft, toilet paper is scratchy, towels are thin and very rough. . . For the cost and significance of this hotel, it's just meh. It seems big but isn't very nice in the details.

Very nice hotel in a convenient location. Easy access to the mall and several dining establishments. The room was spotless and nice; however, the dining space during morning breakfast could have used some attention. It was a very busy weekend and I believe the hotel was at capacity, but we didn't see any employees wiping down tables. There were a lot of dead gnats near the garbage can that needed wiped. The front desk staff was friendly and check-in went well. This hotel has the potential to be 5 stars across the board if there were a few more staff members keeping the dining areas clean.

La maggior parte delle cose erano eccellenti, tranne le pozzi d'acqua intorno a diverse località, come il pavimento dell'ascensore e il soda nel primo piano.Penso che fossero da bambini che si sono nuotate e quando sono usciti, non si sono asciugati fuori dalla piscina. Erano solo gocciando acqua in tutto il luogo. Questo era un pericolo per altri clienti. Io ne ho reso conto al personale. Dovresti avere una regola per la regola della nuoto. Avrebbero dovuto asciugarsi prima fuori dalla zona della piscina. Inoltre i bambini correvano n sulla strada e facevano molto rumore. We were warmly greeted on our arrival by by a young lady named OMI. When she learned of my Elite Bonvoy status we were all given a complementary bottle of water. Our rooms were clean and odor free. Before settling down for the night, one of our young grandsons had an issue which ultimately meant they had to change rooms. OMI was great, first supplying clean bedding, but when there were no clean mattress pads, she started a load in the laundry. Realizing that we needed to get the kids to bed quicker OMI offered to move them to an empty room. OMI deserves a 150% for her effort.

Upon arrival infprmed entire cleaning staff resigned so had to wait. Well, during sturgis rally I took higher road and refused room cleaning. I didnt want to pile on. Bed was like a sandwich -bad backs beware. Slept few hours a nite but, bed orevent avrestful bight sagged at every possible angle tried. Room was very clean except grout a tile near tub. Breakfast was muffin make your own waffle eggs skin milk ceral bacon toast bagels muffin. Eat elsewhere coffee was good. Rest of hotel I woukdnt judge they wrre adaptung best they could
