L'iscrizione era un po' lento, ma era bello di loro lasciarci uscire dopo le 11:00. Molte belle camere e mi aspettavo di scegliere meglio canali TV. Il colazione mattina era ok. Mi sorprendeva quanto fossero piccole le piastre di plastica. Può mettere qualsiasi cosa, ma è stato molto bello.

The king bed room we had was BIG and spacious, with sofa and coffee table, an armchair and hassock. TV is a bit far away from the sofa.
Appreciate free daily breakfast, they even vary the hot protein options each day (scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, bacon, sausage patties, sausage links, omelette) which was good for us since we stayed over a week.
Only downer is that the hotel is right next to the tollway 355, so road noise is quite constant. I would request a room on a quieter side.

The hotel is well maintained and clean. The indoor pool is still available when we stayed. Self laundry is $1.5 per load which is reasonable. The breakfast is simple with scrambled eggs, sausage, yogurt, bagels, bread & fruits daily.
The room with regular every 3 daily cleaning and we only stayed 3 nights so not sure the service. However, we requested the house keeping to clean our dust bin on day 1, there is no issue.
It’s quite and nice environment with 3 eateries around the corner. It’s 10 mins Uber to Orland Square Mall. So we are happy with the stay in our king suites.

Good value. Extended stay. Had do not disturb sign out most of the time. The two times I did change it over to have room cleaned nobody cleaned it. Had to got to desk mgr for extra towels, etc. He also came and changed my trash bags since I had food in them. He was helpful and apologetic. Overall was a good experience.

對這個飯店很滿意👍！這個飯店應該是羅克福德最好的飯店了。2020年由1916年的工廠改造而成，創意設計不錯，飯店的工業風隨手都有。早餐也是美式的，挺好，在美國已強於大部分酒店。服務挺好，比較樸實，房內設施完善，套房內設施齊全，沙發床也不錯。12樓有風景酒吧，雖然這個小城市的景色衹有一條河，但夕陽西下的時候光線也美。這個酒店是這個小城的標誌性建築，15萬人的小城市人口很少，我們在負一層吃的晚餐，牛排和炸魚條，不貴，伊利諾伊州的税衹有8%，小費也合理。總之，對鄉土氣很重的地方，這個酒店是給你暇意的感受，飯店送我們六杯自行選配的酒，感覺很好

YYuanqixintengjunLa posizione è particolarmente vantaggiosa, proprio sul fiume Chicago e nei pressi della zona degli appartamenti di lusso. È estremamente comodo raggiungere il Lago Michigan, il Millennium Park e l'Art Museum. L'approccio al servizio dell'hotel è molto attento. Tornerò la prossima volta se ne avrò l'occasione!

JJamesI always book here even if it’s more expensive because they have the best team of people there who have helped me travel with ease on a regular basis so so much. I was in a wheelchair for a while and they were the only hotel who has staff that went out of their way to accommodate me and treated me like family. Andrea Dina and Joe are the best people I’ve ever had at any hotel stay. My very first stay at this location was because they had larger rooms but I went back over and over because of just how well they treated me during my first stay. I wasn’t treated as a burden and they didn’t leave me alone to figure anything out even before I got through the doorway Dina was there to get me through and my very large luggage as I rotate multiple times a year living in South America 50% of the time. She was so friendly I ended up calling her my Chicago mom. Andrea and Joe at the front desk were just amazingly nice (which isn’t common in a large city at an airport convention hotel) they helped me print out Covid and travel documents I needed and brought them to my room because I forgot them and wouldn’t have been able to fly without those documents. Dina got me up to my room and even helped me unpack what I needed for the night and made sure I securely could get into the bed and she picked me up the next morning without me calling them ahead of time she asked me my flight time and said she would handle it and be there to fetch me on time. She made sure I got my breakfast bag and loaded me up onto their shuttle all in perfect time never making me feel like a burden even though I knew how far out of their way they went for me. Every stay has been the exact same or better as they noticed the progress with my health and walking. I just can’t say enough how much I appreciate that team. This stay a friend came with me and he loved how they remembered me a received me as you would receive family you haven’t seen for while so he was impressed and also my mother was impressed the two times she stayed there also. This stay they had construction on the restaurant which is very good as I tend to order room service a lot they have a happy hour even though I don’t really drink but it’s just a generally friendly warm environment the staff bring to that place that make it a hotel that you return to even if they don’t have the cheapest rates for the airport stays. They have a great team and their management needs to know that. I don’t normally write reviews or go out of my way to write a note to a corporation about staff but I have for this team at this location they are just great and deserve recognition!

UUtente ospiteIniziamo con il check-in. Dato che siamo arrivati presto a Chicago (9:00), abbiamo dovuto aspettare fino alle 14:00 per il check-in. L'hotel è stato così gentile da tenere gratuitamente i nostri bagagli. Tuttavia, dato che avremmo dovuto camminare per il centro per alcune ore, abbiamo dovuto rifare lo zaino. Sfortunatamente, durante il rifacimento, uno dei nostri passaporti è caduto sul pavimento della hall. Dopo un'ora di panico, dato che abbiamo scoperto lo smarrimento solo a pranzo, siamo tornati in hotel per chiedere se fosse stato consegnato. L'addetto al check-in ci ha praticamente liquidati aprendo un paio di cassetti e ha detto di non sapere nulla. Dopo essere entrati nella stanza, abbiamo chiamato al piano di sotto (Servizio clienti) per chiedere delle pantofole (che non avevano) e abbiamo chiesto di nuovo del passaporto e ci hanno detto di nuovo di no. Il nostro ultimo disperato tentativo è stato semplicemente quello di dare al Servizio clienti il numero e il nome della nostra stanza e chiedere loro di chiamare se e quando lo avessero trovato. Entro 5 minuti dalla nostra chiamata, un'altra persona ha chiamato e ha detto che avevano il nostro passaporto smarrito. È un po' strano che a un passaporto trovato venga data molta priorità, soprattutto quando il nome del passaporto corrisponde al nome della nostra prenotazione.
Inoltre, al momento del check-in, ho sentito che un altro ospite sarebbe rimasto 2 notti e gli era stato detto che per 2 notti non ci sarebbe stata la pulizia della stanza, perché puliscono solo ”a giorni alterni”. Per quanto riguarda noi, siamo rimasti 3 notti e non c'è stato alcun tentativo di pulizia. Vorrei che ci avessero informato di questa disposizione in anticipo e l'avremmo inclusa nel nostro calcolo.
Per quanto riguarda la stanza, il tappeto era piuttosto sporco e aveva delle macchie appiccicose e bagnate. Abbiamo dovuto mettere le coperte del letto sul pavimento per non sporcarci i piedi. L'aria condizionata funzionava molto bene, ma non era ben progettata. C'era solo una bocchetta di uscita, era all'altezza della vita e soffiava direttamente su uno dei 2 letti, era molto rumorosa e si accendeva molto periodicamente. Per essere onesti, non abbiamo mai segnalato nessuno di questi problemi in camera, perché non volevamo essere disturbati a cambiare stanza.
Il servizio lavanderia è stato un po' un bonus perché è gratuito. Tuttavia, si trova in una posizione diversa e c'erano solo 1 lavatrice e 1 asciugatrice (per tutti i 2 hotel). Fortunatamente, quando ho voluto fare il bucato, era disponibile. Il lavaggio è andato bene (circa 25 minuti), ma l'asciugatura è durata almeno 90 minuti. Immagino che quando qualcosa è gratuito, non possa essere così buono.
L'ultimo giorno di check-out, ci è stato concesso un check-out posticipato, il che è stato apprezzato.

UUtente ospiteMy wife and I spent a night at the Best Western O’Hare after a long flight. We arrived late so had to wait for a little bit before the shuttle picked us up. The driver of the shuttle was very friendly and Bavana at check in was also very welcoming. Both were just what we needed after traveling for about 20 hours. The check in process was quick. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was standard but great. They had coffee, juice, breads, cereal, waffles, eggs, bacon and sausage. Pleasant stay and would recommend for the price.

I was initially quite hesitant to check into this hotel after reading a number of detailed and lengthy negative reviews, especially those highlighting hidden fees and cleanliness issues. However, upon arrival with my partner, I was pleasantly surprised.
The hotel was clean and well-decorated, with a modern and cohesive style. Our check-in process was fast and efficient, and the receptionist was friendly and happy to answer all of our questions—especially about the fees mentioned on the hotel’s website.
One of the main issues people seem to bring up is the so-called “hidden” fees. In my experience, these fees are not actually hidden—they’re listed on the hotel’s official website. That said, they could definitely be communicated more clearly. It’s important to read the fine print when booking and during check-in. While the fees may not be obvious at first glance, the hotel is legally allowed to include them since they are technically disclosed.
Our room was spacious and comfortable, with enough space to hang clothes. There were multiple hangers, and the locker-style closets matched the hotel’s sporty decor. The floor and bathroom were clean overall, though I did spot a spider in the corner of the shower—but nothing alarming.
The downstairs common area includes an open kitchen with a communal fridge and even a crockpot, which was a nice surprise. There were also several games available, like ping pong and air hockey, which makes this place family- and couple-friendly.
Guests are allowed to enjoy drinks provided in the kitchen. If you’re sensitive to noise, particularly trains, I recommend requesting a room farther down the hall on the first floor. Our room was in a quiet spot—I barely noticed the train, and when I did, it was more like soft white noise. Still, bringing earplugs might help if you’re a light sleeper.
Overall, I recommend this hotel. It’s in a nice area, the decor is visually appealing, and the stay was enjoyable. Just be aware of a $120 refundable deposit (if no damage is done to the room) and an additional $50 guest fee. Knowing that ahead of time helps avoid surprises.
I’m very grateful for the pleasant stay and would return again.

BBaifaxingPer il personale che andrà al centro di conferenze di Chicago, la posizione e l'ambiente dell'hotel (connessione diretta al centro di conferenze) sono molto adatto e sono vicini al porto di Chicago (15 minuti a piedi).Il colazione fornito dall'hotel è anche buono. Ma la regolazione della temperatura dell'acqua nelle strutture di lavaggio della mia stanza è molto sproporzionata. Il maestro di manutenzione non è riuscito a risolvere.Non posso lavarsi un bagno caldo prima di alzarsi al meeting, non ho raccolto il giorno intero, non ho ricevuto alcuna compensazione per comunicare con la ricetta.

JJamesThis place is excellent if you’re a stressed out business traveler, looking for a good rate, and if you’re willing to manage your own transportation from the airport and back, but the amenities after a long late night arrival waking up the next day, sitting in the hot tub having a swim in the pool and a steam and a sauna along with an icy cold shower afterwards just recharges you after a long business trip, especially if you international like me I wouldn’t necessarily call it family friendly, but it’s definitely good for entrepreneur business travel if you can get a good rate otherwise there are other hotels out there if you can’t get a good rate. The rooms are not specifically special compared to the competition, but it’s an a quieter area and the fitness and aquatic amenities are what makes the difference for me as I have back problems and after a long international flight all I wanna do is get in the hot tub or take a steam or sauna. I’m needing an airport shuttle. I would not recommend this hotel and if you aren’t willing to risk having to pay a premium for a car service or Uber then do not book here. I wish I could stay at this hotel long enough to enjoy all of their amenities as they are really good, but as breakfast is not included, it can be a pricey for what you get when you compare it to other hotels in the area and hotels closer to the airport. Yet as long as I can get a good rate on this hotel, I will keep going back as I frequently travel international for work and just having the peace of the secluded area and the steam room and sauna make it a huge selling feature for me as they really assist my rejuvenation after a long day or more of travel.

UUtente ospite1. The person who checked us in was not warm and friendly. In the past we have stayed at this hotel many times and had great service. This was not the case this time. The staff who checked us in gave us average service and didn't listen very well. When we visit a hotel, it's nice to be greeted with a smile and makes it easier to travel. 2. The hot water was not available when we wanted to take a shower. The water tank on the floor that serviced our room had to be turned up in order for us to take a shower. Hot water tank temperatures should be checked routinely as a matter of business operations at a hotel. When we called to ask for help for the hot water, no one came for more than 15 minutes. So we had to call again, and explain that we needed to shower and go to bed ASAP. This was not efficient service. 3. Room supplies: There was 3 decaff and only 1 regular coffee packets in our room. We woke up at 1:30 a.m. to get ready and noticed this problem. There was no way to get this problem fixed before we left at that hour. The cleaning staff should be more careful to put the correct things in the room. 4. The water in the room burned out eyes and skin. We've stayed at this hotel many times and never had this problem. Perhaps there is something wrong with the water now. 5. The fan on the air conditioner / heater doesn't change from low to high. It's always high and too noisy. When we asked about it, we were told that all of the units on the 3rd floor were like this. It was too difficult to sleep with the horrible noise of the high fan. 6. A unhappy start to our trip.

MMark E.Nel complesso è un buon hotel economico in stile suite in cui soggiornare dopo essere scesi da un lungo volo. Tutto è abbastanza standard. Gli interni hanno decorazioni tipiche ma datate di quello stile della fine degli anni '90 e dell'inizio degli anni 2000. Il termostato nella stanza è probabilmente più vecchio di me (millenario) e le sue impostazioni erano limitate senza indicazione della temperatura comandata: solo caldo o freddo. Il personale dell'hotel era estremamente gentile e disponibile anche al momento del check-in alle 22:00 circa. E c'è un'Outback Steakhouse annessa che è stato un vantaggio quando si è effettuato il check-in così tardi e non si voleva uscire a prendere del cibo. Ci tornerei sicuramente.

UUtente ospiteThis hotel seemed a good value but we had a major issue. After several tries, even the staff could not get the key card to work. Another room was provided but unfortunately, we could not access medication, feminine hygiene products, toiletries, food/water. I deducted points from the service score as we were left without updates as to when maintenance would assist us. Trip customer service reported that nobody would answer the phone when they tried to assist us. It was not until I inquired that were were informed were would be locked out until the next morning. As a result, I had to go out and purchase necessities. Despite the cost and inconvenience all Trip.com offered was $5 in coins, which is unacceptable. The hotel said they would refund to our card but since we booked Trip the couldn't do anything.
That said, the staff was courteous and professional, one staff member even loaned us a phone charge cable which was appreciated.
The room itself was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and this was the best part of the stay.
Breakfast: I don't recommend the breakfast. The offerings were very similar to other hotels but preparation seems to be the weak link. For example, the sausage appeared to have just thawed and was colder than room temp. The eggs were watery with brown chunks in them, perhaps from scorching the bottom.
TLDR: Our needs were minimal and without our difficulties with the key cards and breakfast this would have been a good value. It's concerning that a hotel doesn't have a way to access a room in an emergency scenario.
