L'iscrizione era un po' lento, ma era bello di loro lasciarci uscire dopo le 11:00. Molte belle camere e mi aspettavo di scegliere meglio canali TV. Il colazione mattina era ok. Mi sorprendeva quanto fossero piccole le piastre di plastica. Può mettere qualsiasi cosa, ma è stato molto bello.

The king bed room we had was BIG and spacious, with sofa and coffee table, an armchair and hassock. TV is a bit far away from the sofa.
Appreciate free daily breakfast, they even vary the hot protein options each day (scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, bacon, sausage patties, sausage links, omelette) which was good for us since we stayed over a week.
Only downer is that the hotel is right next to the tollway 355, so road noise is quite constant. I would request a room on a quieter side.

The hotel is well maintained and clean. The indoor pool is still available when we stayed. Self laundry is $1.5 per load which is reasonable. The breakfast is simple with scrambled eggs, sausage, yogurt, bagels, bread & fruits daily.
The room with regular every 3 daily cleaning and we only stayed 3 nights so not sure the service. However, we requested the house keeping to clean our dust bin on day 1, there is no issue.
It’s quite and nice environment with 3 eateries around the corner. It’s 10 mins Uber to Orland Square Mall. So we are happy with the stay in our king suites.

Good value. Extended stay. Had do not disturb sign out most of the time. The two times I did change it over to have room cleaned nobody cleaned it. Had to got to desk mgr for extra towels, etc. He also came and changed my trash bags since I had food in them. He was helpful and apologetic. Overall was a good experience.

對這個飯店很滿意👍！這個飯店應該是羅克福德最好的飯店了。2020年由1916年的工廠改造而成，創意設計不錯，飯店的工業風隨手都有。早餐也是美式的，挺好，在美國已強於大部分酒店。服務挺好，比較樸實，房內設施完善，套房內設施齊全，沙發床也不錯。12樓有風景酒吧，雖然這個小城市的景色衹有一條河，但夕陽西下的時候光線也美。這個酒店是這個小城的標誌性建築，15萬人的小城市人口很少，我們在負一層吃的晚餐，牛排和炸魚條，不貴，伊利諾伊州的税衹有8%，小費也合理。總之，對鄉土氣很重的地方，這個酒店是給你暇意的感受，飯店送我們六杯自行選配的酒，感覺很好

È estremamente comodo raggiungere il Lago Michigan, il Millennium Park e l'Art Museum. L'approccio al servizio dell'hotel è molto attento. Tornerò la prossima volta se ne avrò l'occasione!

JJamesI always book here even if it’s more expensive because they have the best team of people there who have helped me travel with ease on a regular basis so so much. I was in a wheelchair for a while and they were the only hotel who has staff that went out of their way to accommodate me and treated me like family. Andrea Dina and Joe are the best people I’ve ever had at any hotel stay. My very first stay at this location was because they had larger rooms but I went back over and over because of just how well they treated me during my first stay. I wasn’t treated as a burden and they didn’t leave me alone to figure anything out even before I got through the doorway Dina was there to get me through and my very large luggage as I rotate multiple times a year living in South America 50% of the time. She was so friendly I ended up calling her my Chicago mom. Andrea and Joe at the front desk were just amazingly nice (which isn’t common in a large city at an airport convention hotel) they helped me print out Covid and travel documents I needed and brought them to my room because I forgot them and wouldn’t have been able to fly without those documents. Dina got me up to my room and even helped me unpack what I needed for the night and made sure I securely could get into the bed and she picked me up the next morning without me calling them ahead of time she asked me my flight time and said she would handle it and be there to fetch me on time. She made sure I got my breakfast bag and loaded me up onto their shuttle all in perfect time never making me feel like a burden even though I knew how far out of their way they went for me. Every stay has been the exact same or better as they noticed the progress with my health and walking. I just can’t say enough how much I appreciate that team. This stay a friend came with me and he loved how they remembered me a received me as you would receive family you haven’t seen for while so he was impressed and also my mother was impressed the two times she stayed there also. This stay they had construction on the restaurant which is very good as I tend to order room service a lot they have a happy hour even though I don’t really drink but it’s just a generally friendly warm environment the staff bring to that place that make it a hotel that you return to even if they don’t have the cheapest rates for the airport stays. They have a great team and their management needs to know that. I don’t normally write reviews or go out of my way to write a note to a corporation about staff but I have for this team at this location they are just great and deserve recognition!

Il nostro soggiorno presso il vostro hotel è stato piuttosto deludente e scomodo, con esperienze che vanno da eccellenti a pessime.
Il lato positivo è che la posizione dell'hotel è imbattibile, a pochi passi dal Magnificent Mile e proprio accanto alla stazione della metropolitana Red Line. Questo ha reso molto comodo lo shopping, la ristorazione e l'esplorazione delle attrazioni della città. La camera in sé era spaziosa, eccezionalmente pulita e il letto era molto comodo, assicurando una buona notte di sonno. Abbiamo apprezzato i comfort in camera come il mini-frigo, il microonde e la macchina per il caffè, che hanno aggiunto comodità.
Tuttavia, la direzione dell'hotel ha lasciato molto a desiderare. Al nostro arrivo verso le 16:00 dell'11 luglio, il personale della reception ha ripetutamente chiesto il mio cognome mentre teneva in mano il mio passaporto canadese, cercando di ottenere informazioni personali dal mio visto cinese. Questo errore ha portato un altro dipendente della reception a chiamarci alle 9:00 del terzo mattino per verificare di nuovo la mia identità con il mio passaporto/carta d'identità.
La cosa più frustrante è che durante il nostro soggiorno di quattro notti, la nostra camera non è mai stata pulita. C'era un cartello sulla porta con la scritta ”NO Grazie” stampata su entrambi i lati, il che era fonte di confusione. Inoltre, siamo rimasti senza shampoo. Nonostante avessimo informato la reception la mattina, non era stato rifornito quando siamo tornati la sera. Questo mi ha costretto ad aspettare nella hall per molto tempo per risolvere il problema dopo una giornata stancante di visite turistiche.
La sera prima della nostra partenza, sono andato alla reception per condividere le nostre esperienze con due membri dello staff. Ci hanno offerto la colazione come risarcimento, ma di solito non facciamo colazione.
Nel complesso, la nostra esperienza in hotel è stata molto negativa. Uno dei motivi principali per cui abbiamo scelto questo hotel è stato il marchio Hilton e questa esperienza mi ha portato a mettere in discussione la reputazione del marchio.

UUtente ospiteMy wife and I spent a night at the Best Western O’Hare after a long flight. We arrived late so had to wait for a little bit before the shuttle picked us up. The driver of the shuttle was very friendly and Bavana at check in was also very welcoming. Both were just what we needed after traveling for about 20 hours. The check in process was quick. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was standard but great. They had coffee, juice, breads, cereal, waffles, eggs, bacon and sausage. Pleasant stay and would recommend for the price.

I was initially quite hesitant to check into this hotel after reading a number of detailed and lengthy negative reviews, especially those highlighting hidden fees and cleanliness issues. However, upon arrival with my partner, I was pleasantly surprised.
The hotel was clean and well-decorated, with a modern and cohesive style. Our check-in process was fast and efficient, and the receptionist was friendly and happy to answer all of our questions—especially about the fees mentioned on the hotel’s website.
One of the main issues people seem to bring up is the so-called “hidden” fees. In my experience, these fees are not actually hidden—they’re listed on the hotel’s official website. That said, they could definitely be communicated more clearly. It’s important to read the fine print when booking and during check-in. While the fees may not be obvious at first glance, the hotel is legally allowed to include them since they are technically disclosed.
Our room was spacious and comfortable, with enough space to hang clothes. There were multiple hangers, and the locker-style closets matched the hotel’s sporty decor. The floor and bathroom were clean overall, though I did spot a spider in the corner of the shower—but nothing alarming.
The downstairs common area includes an open kitchen with a communal fridge and even a crockpot, which was a nice surprise. There were also several games available, like ping pong and air hockey, which makes this place family- and couple-friendly.
Guests are allowed to enjoy drinks provided in the kitchen. If you’re sensitive to noise, particularly trains, I recommend requesting a room farther down the hall on the first floor. Our room was in a quiet spot—I barely noticed the train, and when I did, it was more like soft white noise. Still, bringing earplugs might help if you’re a light sleeper.
Overall, I recommend this hotel. It’s in a nice area, the decor is visually appealing, and the stay was enjoyable. Just be aware of a $120 refundable deposit (if no damage is done to the room) and an additional $50 guest fee. Knowing that ahead of time helps avoid surprises.
I’m very grateful for the pleasant stay and would return again.

SsknoseyThe free breakfast is not a full buffet but a choice of egg and then usually fried potato and beefburger patty or slices of sausage. the rest was tiny yoghurt and bread for toast, or make your own waffles. there is tea coffee and hot chocolate. There was cereal and porridge but sometimes it is made so thin that its not worth eating.
There is no tea in the room, just coffee. The machine had a disposable tray but they ran out so I used the same one for 9 days for tea and coffee (i got teabags from the breakfast room). Housekeeping never supplied what you asked for first time, or even second. If you want something and ask at 2pm, you will get it if you chase a couple of times afterwards by 9-10pm.
There was also alot of messing about with respect to check out time. I am a member of the loyalty programme which is meant to give you an automatic late checkout. The manager gave it to me but then when I went back to ask about extending it further for a fee, it was clear the other guy behind the counter was on a power trip and the day before started saying I shouldnt have got it and as it was the manager, he wouldnt withdraw it but he could and I should only get an hour and be charged $25/hr after that etc. He was just a mean spiteful man who saw an opportunity to cause worry and distress and he did it. I had luggage to store and it was a late flight so I had to know whether to pack to store it to check out at midday, or 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 (they were messing me about with all times) but this is why I gave a 1 star for service. It is not at all professional but childish and spiteful. I had arranged the extended checkout days before and the day before they were messing me about when I had to pack and had a schedule of things to do? The worst service in any hotel I have ever been in. Hilton is no longer a 5 star experience it seems. 1 star for service.

JJamesThis place is excellent if you’re a stressed out business traveler, looking for a good rate, and if you’re willing to manage your own transportation from the airport and back, but the amenities after a long late night arrival waking up the next day, sitting in the hot tub having a swim in the pool and a steam and a sauna along with an icy cold shower afterwards just recharges you after a long business trip, especially if you international like me I wouldn’t necessarily call it family friendly, but it’s definitely good for entrepreneur business travel if you can get a good rate otherwise there are other hotels out there if you can’t get a good rate. The rooms are not specifically special compared to the competition, but it’s an a quieter area and the fitness and aquatic amenities are what makes the difference for me as I have back problems and after a long international flight all I wanna do is get in the hot tub or take a steam or sauna. I’m needing an airport shuttle. I would not recommend this hotel and if you aren’t willing to risk having to pay a premium for a car service or Uber then do not book here. I wish I could stay at this hotel long enough to enjoy all of their amenities as they are really good, but as breakfast is not included, it can be a pricey for what you get when you compare it to other hotels in the area and hotels closer to the airport. Yet as long as I can get a good rate on this hotel, I will keep going back as I frequently travel international for work and just having the peace of the secluded area and the steam room and sauna make it a huge selling feature for me as they really assist my rejuvenation after a long day or more of travel.

UUtente ospiteAttenzione ai diritti di parcheggio quando prenota questo hotel. Sono costretti circa $33.00 per notte per parcheggio. Questo è stato una sorpresa per noi quando siamo arrivati all'hotel dal momento che il parcheggio era solito gratuito. Ci siamo fermati per 3 notti, quindi sarebbe un costo aggiuntivo di $100. Il manager è stato in grado di darci un codice promozionale, ma è necessario dare le informazioni a un venditore di terza partita per ottenere questo. Il parcheggio era stato infetto da grandi ratti, e venerdì sera abbiamo dovuto parcheggiare più lontano dall'ingresso dell'hotel perché il parcheggio era abbastanza pieno e i ratti correvano intorno al parcheggio, vicino al dumpster. UUtente ospiteThis hotel seemed a good value but we had a major issue. After several tries, even the staff could not get the key card to work. Another room was provided but unfortunately, we could not access medication, feminine hygiene products, toiletries, food/water. I deducted points from the service score as we were left without updates as to when maintenance would assist us. Trip customer service reported that nobody would answer the phone when they tried to assist us. It was not until I inquired that were were informed were would be locked out until the next morning. As a result, I had to go out and purchase necessities. Despite the cost and inconvenience all Trip.com offered was $5 in coins, which is unacceptable. The hotel said they would refund to our card but since we booked Trip the couldn't do anything.
That said, the staff was courteous and professional, one staff member even loaned us a phone charge cable which was appreciated.
The room itself was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and this was the best part of the stay.
Breakfast: I don't recommend the breakfast. The offerings were very similar to other hotels but preparation seems to be the weak link. For example, the sausage appeared to have just thawed and was colder than room temp. The eggs were watery with brown chunks in them, perhaps from scorching the bottom.
TLDR: Our needs were minimal and without our difficulties with the key cards and breakfast this would have been a good value. It's concerning that a hotel doesn't have a way to access a room in an emergency scenario.
