Best hotel in Jonesboro that i have stayed in. The WiFi is great and connects to all devices. The staff are friendly and the breakfast is GREAT. I definitely will be staying again.

Great experience. Hotel room was clean and the staff was friendly. Warm breakfast could be better and more accommodating for everyone. Only offered pork sausage or ham which we do not eat. Please consider adding a chicken or turkey product to warm breakfast. Overall, hotel is great!

Shower tiles damage it, shower rod bend, waiting for hot water about 15 min. Paint peel off by the shower. That is worse room ever.

Need new shower head and GFI kept shutting down the heat and air. A little disappointed. Phone did not work. Room 208.

We were VERY disappointed that we were charged for a night we didn't stay. We reserved the room on Wednesday and called to cancel two nights on Wednesday. That is RIDICULOUS. We found hair on the bedspread. There was toothpaste in the sink. This was one of the worst, if not THE worst accommodation I've ever stayed.

This was a nice hotel. The room was clean and looked upscale. Breakfast bar was plentiful with many options to choose from. We would stay here again.

We have stayed here several times and have always been very pleased. Clean, convenient to restaurants and shopping and just off the interstate.

it was exceptionally clean, people at desk were very nice. Only problem ppl will have with this place is the outside noise from traffic.
