When checking out there was 1 guest who was checking in who took so long when we we’re about 4 waiting with only 1 receptionist Plse don’t be mean add others when I was checking in it was the same

我是從國內來坦桑尼亞考察市場，順帶旅遊一下。聽説達累市有個華助中心，那邊有很多華人和市場的訊息。剛好這家酒店離華助中心很近，而且旁邊是中鐵諾德大廈，裏面有很多華人的企業，周邊生活着很多中國人。酒店的老闆很熱情也客氣，本來衹是訂了送早餐的，晚上碰到他和老婆在餐廳吃飯，還邀請了我和他們一起，感覺他們中國菜做得太好了，哈哈！下樓還有公交站，樓下不遠處有很多摩的和的士在等客。雖然海邊離我們看起來還有兩三公里，到了晚上，還是能感覺到海風吹來的涼爽和愜意。

È un soggiorno confortevole nel cuore di Dar es salaam ! Vai a Joshua in front desk che ti farà sentire molto benvenuto e anche offrire aggiornamenti, e benvenuto gratis vino e frutta Tanzania!
Grita anche a Khadijah il nostro cibo di custodia che ha fatto tutto sicuramente è in ordine all'arrivo.

La camera è classica, pulita e agile! L'hotel è in buona posizione a pochi passi dal terminale della ferrata. Il personale è estremamente amichevole! Per favore rimane qui.

We meet the manager when we check out.he is so nice and thoughtful to tell us we can get into the reception room to wait our taxi and even get us a drink. Even though the hotel is not that good as we excepted, but the service is amazing make us feel at home.

JJNB_82To be fair, this hotel scores average because it is not a family friendly place Apart from having a swimming pool, there is absolutely nothing and nowhere for children. I was travelling with mine, so it was not the most comfortable experience.
We travelled and stayed over new year's eve, so perhaps that was the reason for much of the discomfort, but without going into too much unnecessary detail, it was noisy, extremely hot in the corridors, lots of mosquitoes ( my 6YO was bitten ), no nets, outdated bathroom, weak plumbing, shower takes a little while to heat up in the evening, just generally poor, and not what I expected from a 4 star rated hotel.
Staff were generally really pleasant, except for the one lady at breakfast who seemed totally unimpressed to have to engage with guests, but still insisted on doing so, then incorrectly served a dish to our table and proceeded to get snappy with us over HER mistake. Unprofessional and distasteful.
Gym is small, outdated, equipment well used and not fully functional.
Restaurant curry very tasty, huge dessert portions, breakfast spread sufficient, but coffee not hot, and had to wait for a chef from the kitchen to make scrambled eggs that took a good 20mins!
This hotel is not a place to expect luxury or exceptional comfort, but if a bed and a place to be close to banking and service centres is what you require, this place will serve it's purpose. Pool is a good size, very clean, and night view from the pool deck is pretty.

JJNB_82The resort was definitely much smaller than it appeared in the pictures, but it was very nice indeed. Beautiful clean white sand, a lovely relaxing vibe, and generally pleasant surroundings.
There is not much to do apart from swimming for my six-year-old, but that in itself was enjoyable. It was peak season, therefore it was a little bit crowded, however not to the point of total discomfort. The staff were pleasant and accommodating, and the restaurant food was mostly very tasty. Our one suggestion was well received, and likely to be rectified soonest.
Nice breakfast spread - included all the stations, but the hot food selection could be a little more exciting.
It would be great if the hotel itself could organize one or two activities. There was a volleyball and an attempt at a game the guests tried to pioneer which never quite happened. The rooms size is sufficient, nice big bed, my only complaint would be the fact that the fridge can be difficult to locate as it is very strangely positioned and hidden behind some panels.
The central air conditioning seemed to be off in certain places, so it was hot in the corridors, fortunately the room air conditioning works very well.
There isn't really anything in the way of fast food places and restaurants in close proximity, so only the hotel restaurant. This is fine for a few nights, but would probably get tedious for a longer stay. We enjoyed our stay overall, and would recommend and visit again!

UUtente ospiteHo prenotato questo hotel per due motivi: ora è un Marriott e il molo sulla spiaggia che ho visto nelle foto. Purtroppo il molo è chiuso e non c'è accesso diretto alla spiaggia. È stata una grande delusione. L'altro problema è che non c'è un campanello di chiamata fuori dalla camera. Quindi il personale deve bussare!! Se dormite o la TV è accesa, quasi non lo sentirete. Un po' strano, nonostante sia un Marriott.
Pro: Il check-in e il check-out sono stati impeccabili. La reception è molto ben gestita e il personale è molto gentile e ospitale. La colazione a buffet era buona, con ottime opzioni vegetariane (che avevo richiesto e l'hotel è stato così gentile da accontentarmi). La camera deluxe con vista sull'oceano era piuttosto ampia e aveva un bel balcone. Anche se non direttamente sul lungomare, si vedeva l'oceano... andrebbe rinominata ”vista parziale sull'oceano”. Il cibo servito in camera era piuttosto buono. Inoltre, la posizione è in una bella zona della città.
