Mon séjour dans cet hôtel a été tout simplement exceptionnel. Dès mon arrivée, le personnel a été attentif, offrant un service personnalisé et me faisant me sentir chaleureusement accueilli. La chambre était spacieuse, décorée avec élégance et dotée de grandes fenêtres offrant une belle vue sur la ville. Le lit était incroyablement confortable, garantissant une nuit de sommeil reposante. Les options de restauration étaient fantastiques, avec une variété de cuisines internationales et locales. Le petit-déjeuner a été un véritable point fort, avec des options fraîches et délicieuses pour tous les goûts. Les équipements de l’hôtel étaient de haute qualité, y compris une salle de fitness bien équipée et un spa relaxant. L’emplacement était également parfait, avec des attractions à proximité. Dans l’ensemble, j’ai eu une expérience inoubliable et je recommande vivement cet hôtel à ceux qui recherchent un séjour luxueux.

An outstanding hotel experience. The hotel is genuinely excellent, with a prime and highly convenient location. The level of service is exceptionally refined and professional, reflecting genuine attention to detail and guest comfort. Overall, everything was excellent. However, the staff handover/communication needs improvement. When I visited the fitness center at night, there was no staff member at the counter, and I waited over 10 minutes for a towel—even though I had already informed the fitness staff earlier that morning.

Disappointing experience with serious service issues, partially salvaged by the duty manager. My stay at JW Marriott Riyadh started off very poorly. I arrived at 3 a.m., and check-in was disappointing — no welcome drink, no upgrade, and none of my pre-arrival requests were met. My room was small, not on a high floor, and the “genius suite” was misleading: the bathtub’s view is blocked by fixed blinds. On top of that, someone was smoking on a non-smoking floor, which made me feel unwell, and reception offered no real solution. Concierge service was equally frustrating. I had arranged a driver for a trip to the Edge of the World, but I received conflicting information and was quoted a price three times the market rate. When I raised the issue with the concierge, he promised to resolve it and never got back to me. Complaints at reception and with concierge went completely unaddressed, forcing me to escalate directly to the duty manager. Thankfully, the duty manager intervened and salvaged my stay — upgrading me to a penthouse suite for a few hours and offering a complimentary dinner. While his support was excellent, it shouldn’t have taken escalating multiple complaints to get any resolution. Overall, the hotel itself is luxurious, but inconsistent service at reception and concierge, misleading room descriptions, and poor handling of complaints make this a risky experience.

Durante il nostro soggiorno, sia Butler Kim che Butler Hani erano incredibilmente gentili, professionali e attenti, e si sentono tutti facili e confortevoli dal momento in cui siamo arrivati. Era felice, calda e molto pensativa, e prese l'iniziativa di aiutare mio marito e me a prendere belle foto, che ci hanno significato tanto. La sua vera attenzione e l'energia positiva hanno fatto sentire la nostra esperienza personale piuttosto che di routine. 

It was located in the mid city.So,expectation with traffic should be there. Luxurius design. Moderate service. We encounter with toilet flush mulfunctional multiple times and need to ask for maintanence to fix it. Other than that,the valet parking was available,for the guest to park their vehicle during the stay.

I stayed for two nights at Nova Rotana Hotel in Riyadh, and overall, it was an excellent experience. The King room was clean and comfortable. Reception staff were very professional and fast, and they kindly gave us the room earlier than the official check-in time. The location is outstanding — in the quiet and convenient Al Olaya area. Services like cleanliness, internet, and hospitality were excellent. Breakfast was good and standard. A couple of minor notes: the A/C was a bit loud even at the lowest fan setting, and the gym/spa/pool hours for women were limited (morning 8–10 AM, and evening 8–10 PM). A bit more flexibility would be appreciated. Overall, I highly recommend the hotel for its great value and prime location.

Stavamo solo per rimanere per la notte, perché avevamo un lungo periodo di tempo per il nostro volo, ma l'alloggio era perfetto per le nostre esigenze. Inizialmente avevamo pianificato di sfruttare la palestra e la piscina, ma alla fine eravamo troppo stanchi per non guardarli nemmeno. Il ricevitore ha ordinato la nostra stanza rapidamente e ci ha sorpreso piacevolmente dalla dimensione della stanza - più una piccola suite, con una cucina-dinner-sala, e una doccia separata e una grande camera da letto. Sono state fornite due piccole bottiglie d’acqua, così potevo fare il tè senza toccare l’acqua marrone nelle tazze.Abbiamo ordinato cibo da Deliveroo, che ci ha voluto un po’ di tempo per arrivare, ma ha riempito il buco. E io potevo accedere alla mia Netflix sulla grande TV nel soggiorno per vedere un film prima del letto. Il letto era molto comodo e anche con l'aria condizionata fuori dalla stanza era una piacevole temperatura tutta la notte. Ci svegliamo alle 4:00 dalla chiamata alla preghiera, che era molto musicale, se piuttosto prima di quanto intendevamo svegliarci. La doccia e il colazione ordinati, che è stato consegnato alla stanza.La colazione era grande, e molto sostanziale solo mancava un caffè fresco (è stato fornito tè), ma mi aspetto che fosse stato incluso se avessi pensato di chiederlo. Tutto in grande valore per un soggiorno confortevole.

Abbiamo goduto molto il nostro soggiorno, la stanza era comoda e ben dimensionata.Abbiamo prenotato una stanza con un jacuzzi, ma a causa dei nostri giorni di lavoro non abbiamo avuto la possibilità di provare. Non abbiamo avuto problemi a trovare parcheggio. Il personale del desk front era amichevole e utile. Resterà qui quando visiteremo Riad di nuovo, volendo Dio.
