L'hotel è molto pulito, il personale è alloggiato, la posizione è molto accessibile al pubblico transpo.. A soli 2 minuti a piedi a metro di Riyadh.con meno di 5 minuti a piedi a parcheggio e King Fahad library.it è stata una grande esperienza di soggiorno a Mira Buss.Hotel.grazie.

Il rapporto prezzo/prestazioni è davvero ottimo, consigliatissimo. Altri negozi sono vecchi, puzzolenti e molto costosi.
Igiene: la stanza è molto pulita e l'igiene è a posto
Servizi: articoli da toeletta completi, fantastici
Ambiente: più nuovo di Kuaishou, non c'è odore, l'hotel è tutto profumato
Servizio: la gestione dei bagagli è molto comoda

Ho fatto un errore e ho prenotato una camera deluxe per 142 yuan quando c'era un bug nel sistema. Normalmente dovrebbe costare circa 1.000 yuan. Come previsto, il duro lavoro non è paragonabile alla fortuna. L'ambiente dell'hotel è al di sopra della media a Riyadh. La stanza è abbastanza grande ed è molto comodo sedersi e bere il tè sul tetto. La prossima volta che verrò, spero che tu possa concedermi altri cento giorni.

La stanza non è grande, ma le strutture sono complete, ma il tetto del tetto del bagno è caduto a mezzanotte.
Ci sono un sacco di case in costruzione vicino, più la porta è la principale strada, e ci saranno dei giochi.
La vista del mattino al tetto è buona.
Accanto a questo è il luogo di casa dei giovani di Riyad.

Hotel decente, molto accogliente e mi hanno anche dato un check-in precoce. Camere decente, buon per un viaggio di 2 giorni se non vuoi pagare il top a Riyadh!

It was good hotel but only things they should focus on the customer service like receipts, if you try to reached them at night it's difficult to get them, they ignore customers calls without getting back to the customer while calling. Also while checking out I've requested them to check.the minibars if there's anything missing there were very slow to check it and I was waiting for more then 5 minutes. I think they should train them professionally so that hotel standard increases more.

酒店地理位置出眾 位於利雅得的中心地段.
房間設施齊全 就是雙床房的床有點小. 剛好夠一個1.8米的成人. 好像利雅得的酒店雙床房的床都這麼大. 酒店後面步行5分鐘有個很大的lulu supermarket 生活便利.

I giovani in ricezione hanno un vertice in letteratura, moralità e trattamento, e in sé un giovane della famiglia Malki, tutto meglio di uno, Khaled, l'altro, Osama o Sami, e il terzo, Nasi, ma il vertice in cooperazione è ... per i prezzi ogni giorno, non sui siti, non in. Il ottolo consigliò di prenotare prima che fosse sufficiente per ottenere un buon prezzo, il mio errore era che ogni sudorazione unica ampliasse le condizioni di lavoro il giorno in cui l’ho presa con 500 sudorazioni, poi con 500 sudorazioni, e poi il prezzo è salito su 500, tutti colazione piena.

Fantastico
JJINGMon séjour dans cet hôtel a été tout simplement exceptionnel. Dès mon arrivée, le personnel a été attentif, offrant un service personnalisé et me faisant me sentir chaleureusement accueilli. La chambre était spacieuse, décorée avec élégance et dotée de grandes fenêtres offrant une belle vue sur la ville. Le lit était incroyablement confortable, garantissant une nuit de sommeil reposante. Les options de restauration étaient fantastiques, avec une variété de cuisines internationales et locales. Le petit-déjeuner a été un véritable point fort, avec des options fraîches et délicieuses pour tous les goûts. Les équipements de l’hôtel étaient de haute qualité, y compris une salle de fitness bien équipée et un spa relaxant. L’emplacement était également parfait, avec des attractions à proximité. Dans l’ensemble, j’ai eu une expérience inoubliable et je recommande vivement cet hôtel à ceux qui recherchent un séjour luxueux.

MMsMelissaDisappointing experience with serious service issues, partially salvaged by the duty manager.
My stay at JW Marriott Riyadh started off very poorly. I arrived at 3 a.m., and check-in was disappointing — no welcome drink, no upgrade, and none of my pre-arrival requests were met. My room was small, not on a high floor, and the “genius suite” was misleading: the bathtub’s view is blocked by fixed blinds. On top of that, someone was smoking on a non-smoking floor, which made me feel unwell, and reception offered no real solution.
Concierge service was equally frustrating. I had arranged a driver for a trip to the Edge of the World, but I received conflicting information and was quoted a price three times the market rate. When I raised the issue with the concierge, he promised to resolve it and never got back to me. Complaints at reception and with concierge went completely unaddressed, forcing me to escalate directly to the duty manager.
Thankfully, the duty manager intervened and salvaged my stay — upgrading me to a penthouse suite for a few hours and offering a complimentary dinner. While his support was excellent, it shouldn’t have taken escalating multiple complaints to get any resolution.
Overall, the hotel itself is luxurious, but inconsistent service at reception and concierge, misleading room descriptions, and poor handling of complaints make this a risky experience.

The bell service was welcoming and aided us in taking our luggage
Upon my check in the receptionist was very respectful , welcoming , addressed our issues regarding the room with ease
Once we reached our room faisal sulaiman from the bell service helped in delivering the bags , he was fun and made our night. During the breakfast time, an Arab lady that always stand infront of the dining room , I appreciated her that she remembered us and the table that we used to have our breakfast on , I was happy that the waiters pay attention to the details . Moreover , all the waiters were very helpful in aiding us with getting the food that we want , welcoming and smiling . I liked the atmosphere of the dining room , as if you are living in a palace !, Mr,Faizan was always asking about our health and how was our stay , he always made sure that our experience during the breakfast time was fantastic and to the upper limit . We received a hospitality by Mr.Turki from the reception , thank you for your generosity . While we checked out we asked the concierge for a golf car to drop us to via Riyadh they made sure that it arrives early , special thank to them . And during our last moment from our stay , the bell service were always that received us with a smile and farewell us with a smile . Thank you ritz Carlton for the experience

UUtente ospiteWe were just staying overnight as we had a long layover for our flight but the accommodation was perfect for our needs. We'd initially planned to take advantage of the gym and pool but in the end we were too tired so didn't even look at them. The receptionist sorted out our room quickly and we were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room - more a small suite, with a kitchen-diner-lounge, and separate shower room and large bedroom.
Two small bottles of water were provided, so I could make tea without touching the brown water in the taps. We ordered food from Deliveroo - which took ages to arrive but filled the hole. And I was able to log on to my Netflix on the large TV in the lounge to watch a film before bed. The bed was very comfortable and even with the air con switched off the room was a pleasant temperature all night. We were woken at 4am by the call to prayer, which was a very musical if rather earlier than we intended to wake up.
Good shower and ordered breakfast, which was delivered to the room. Breakfast was great, and very substantial only thing missing was some fresh coffee (tea was provided) but I expect that would have been included if I'd thought to ask for it.
All in all great value for a comfortable stay.

The check-in and check-out process was very fast, making it a hassle-free experience.
Room:
The room was nice and big, providing plenty of space. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom was nice, though it was a bit inconvenient that a toothbrush was prepared for only one person. Additionally, the room card stopped functioning after one night, requiring a trip to the reception to fix it.
Room Service Food:
The room service food was quite good. The grilled chicken was delicious, but the chicken biryani was just nice, nothing extraordinary.
Breakfast:
Breakfast was excellent! A special mention to Nour, who was very helpful, polite, and friendly. The service provided by Nour was top-notch.
Spa:
The spa is available only for males. We had to go to another place for a female spa, which was inconvenient.
Getting Around:
Getting around was very easy using Uber, making transportation convenient and stress-free.
Overall Experience:
A very satisfying stay with excellent service and comfortable accommodations. Would recommend for a pleasant stay, though the spa facilities could be more inclusive, and the room card issue needs to be addressed.
