Portogallo: hotel con palestra nella provincia di Distretto di Setúbal

The hotel is very comfortable and nice, give a resort feel! But it’s a bit rundown, for example the back of the building looking towards the pool could use a paint because it looks old and needing it badly! I also requested an iron and there isn’t one neither in the rooms not in the whole hotel! The rest is great! Indoors pool and sauna, room looks like 80s but comfortable, views and birds around are great, next to the beach. Breakfast was good

Se avete un SUV, potrebbe essere difficile per voi parcheggiare lì. ▪️ La posizione dell'hotel è ... ok. Un po' lontano dalla spiaggia più vicina e dai ristoranti che eravamo interessanti.

Ottimo hotel sulla spiaggia di Sesimbra. Letteralmente nel centro della città. Tutte le camere davano vista sul mare.

The spa is quite basic with a steam room and sauna, indoor swimming pool is not heated which a bit of a shame for this weather. Feel like the spa area and the pool should be separated with different tempera. Food from the restaurant is great, just feel like it’ll be more amazing if they do room service not take away. It’s great it’s nearby a beach although the view wasn’t that amazing, but maybe it’s not the season ( February) Will be great to have a kettle in the room.

È comunque un ambiente molto carino. L'hotel è suggestivo e il ristorante è carino. L'atteggiamento del servizio è buono Abbiamo prenotato qui da un amico per andare in vacanza con la nostra famiglia .

Boas instalações. Funcionários simpáticos . Tudo muito limpo . Café da manhã excelente. Recomendo.

La stanza è abbastanza grande e la spiaggia è dall'altra parte. Apri la finestra e puoi sentire il rumore delle onde. Piuttosto buono. Sono uscito troppo presto la mattina e non ho fatto colazione, mi chiedo come fosse la colazione.

My room included a pleasant balcony overlooking the golf course, adding to the relaxed ambiance. Areas for Improvement: • Housekeeping: Room cleanliness could be significantly improved. Upon arrival, I noticed dust, hair, and a dirty carpet that became apparent with closer inspection. The bathroom could use more thorough cleaning, especially in removing any buildup on fixtures and seals. Addressing these details would make a noticeable difference. • Maintenance: Some minor repairs are needed. For instance, one of the door hangers was broken, and while the shower had great water pressure, the seals could benefit from a refresh. These small updates would enhance the overall quality of the rooms. • Amenities: The hotel provides two bottles of water daily, but there was one day it was missed. When I asked about it, I was simply directed to drink tap water, which was surprising. A more consistent approach to these amenities would be appreciated. • Breakfast Experience: While the breakfast selection was generally good, the pastries could be of higher quality. Additionally, some items, like the omelet station and honey, were placed at a distance from the main breakfast area. It would be helpful for staff to inform guests about these stations to improve accessibility. • Attention to Details in Public Areas: I also noticed that the water dispenser in the lobby bar could use more frequent cleaning, as it showed signs of buildup. Overall Recommendation: The Crowne Plaza Caparica Lisboa has a lot to offer with its beautiful setting, comfortable rooms, and peaceful atmosphere. With improvements in housekeeping, maintenance, and attention to guest needs, it has the potential to deliver a truly memorable experience. I hope the management will take these suggestions into account to ensure the hotel lives up to its full potential.

Penso che la torta di uova sia l'hotel più delizioso di Setubal. Ci sono molti ristoranti vicino e ci è un parco davanti all'hotel, quindi è bello andare a piedi!
