Paesi Bassi: hotel con palestra nella provincia di Olanda Meridionale

Ottimo hotel, bellissima stanza, pulita e accogliente. ottima piscina e servizio spa, è stato un piacere soggiornare in questa struttura, consiglio e ci ritornerò sicuramente!!

Il receptionist allo sportello è stato gentile e mi ha fornito informazioni sulla tipologia di camera e sulla scelta del piano. La camera, appena ristrutturata, era pulita e ordinata, il letto era comodo e invitante. Situato all'uscita della stazione della metropolitana, tranquillo nel centro della città, comodo per i trasporti, il cibo dell'hotel è pulito e delizioso😋

L'atteggiamento del personale alla reception era mediocre e il personale era estremamente incompetente nel suo lavoro. Quando è arrivata la casa che avevo prenotato sulla piattaforma, mi hanno comunque chiesto di pagare. Più tardi, dopo la nostra insistenza, scoprirono che si era trattato di un errore e che non avrei dovuto pagare. Non siamo stati informati in tempo per pagare la tassa di soggiorno (6 euro in totale) e la nostra carta è stata bloccata, quindi abbiamo dovuto recarci alla reception per procedere. La camera doppia deluxe che abbiamo prenotato era abbastanza spaziosa e pulita, ma l'asciugacapelli era un po' sporco. Le vetrate che danno sulla strada non sono a doppio strato e le auto che passano di notte sono molto rumorose, ma l'isolamento acustico della stanza è buono e non ci sono interferenze.

The location: superb 15 mins on foot from the Rotterdam Centraal Station / 8 mins by Tram The metro station Eendrachtsplein is just right next to the hotel, and it’s just one stop away from the World Trade Centre. Walkable distance to the supermarket Albert Heijn or Dirk and the famous shopping areas called Lijnbaan 🛌Room: spacious and nice sound proof, my room is located on the 10th floor, can’t hear any sounds from the street / tram 🫠However improvement is needed for the hygiene, stains are found on the couch and the tv remote control is quite dirty. Can tell either the previous hotel guests had very oily hands/ like to eat chips/ popcorns/ biscuits while using the remote. I had to use the alcohol wipe to clean it before using it🤢 🛀Bathroom: hygiene is acceptable, shower gel, conditioner, shampoo, dryers are provided but not the tooth brush / paste. I brought my own so I didn’t ask for it. 🚿Sufficient water pressure from the shower and the bathtub did help me a lot after a long day. 🥋Bath rope and slippers are provided. There’re a mini fridge, coffee machine, and an electric water broiler. 🤢however I found there’re some sediments in the broiler so I just brought the bottle water from the supermarket instead. 🍞🥖🥐Breakfast: average to good, a wide selection of pastry, and cheese. With salmon, ham, sausages, scrambled eggs, hard/ soft boiled eggs, yogurts and some grannolas 💁🏻♀️Staff: attentive and kind - i didn’t wait for too long for check in, waiting time was just around 5 mins, since I arrived at around 12 and I just asked whether my room was ready and the reception was kind to help me to see whether early check in was possible! Lucky me, I could get my room earlier. - The reception also helped me to receive my delivery and stored it for me until I returned to the hotel. Thank you so much for helping me out. 🫤The day before the last day, I checked with the counter at the breakfast receptionist that she said she didn’t find my record for the breakfast on my last day (the check out day), she advised me to purchase for the extra breakfast, if I wanted. However, when I looked at my hotel booking that it’s included. so if you are also booked with the breakfast, make sure you double check with them.

Leuk hotel op een goede locatie. Je steekt de weg over en je bent op het strand en boulevard. Goede en schone kamers en ontbijt was ook goed. Dus zeker een aanrader!!

La posizione è esattamente nella città. Tram è a soli 1 min, 2 tram fermano lontano dalla stazione centrale. Perfetta posizione! Il colazione è grande, ma senza funghi e abbastanza frutta fresca. Sono state fornite solo banane e frutta tagliata per iogurt. Mi piace avere colazione nel den. L'ambiente che sta affrontando il fiume e la strada, e la musica di fondo del jazz sono così rilassanti. Non mi piace avere il mio colazione nella mia stanza o nell'abitacolo. Il personale è molto amichevole e utile per offrire aiuto personale su come usare le lavastoviglie e i secchi. La sala fitness è piccola. Le palle di cavolo aumentano di 2 kg da 4 kg. Il sedile della macchina per il tiro di labbra non è sicuro, quindi non l'ho usato. In conclusione, il servizio è eccellente, la stanza è spaziosa e nuova. Vorrei tornare la prossima volta.

The hotel location was very nice beacause it was not far from the public transports and it was near spar. Very clean but 3 stars for the amenities because we have seen a fridge in the hotel room photos but there was no fridge in the actual room!

Servizi: la stanza è allungata e scomoda da usare. L'illuminazione del bagno è molto scarsa, rendendo impossibile applicare correttamente il trucco. Igiene: molto buona. Ambiente: buona posizione. Servizio: il servizio della reception è buono. Dopo aver prenotato con due mesi di anticipo, il prezzo ha continuato a scendere fino a scendere del 20%.

All things considered we had a great experience, but the hotel has some rough edges. We had a 2 night stay traveling with our 1 year old daughter. Check-in was flawless and staff was very helpful and friendly. We noticed the mini fridge wasn't working and we wanted to use it. Got downstairs , they were aware of the broken mini fridge, and were assigned a different room. Fast forward 1 day and we noticed the 'secondary' lights in the bathroom were not working. Lights around the bathroom mirror and around the smaller make up mirror. Not ideal, but we were not about to switch a second time in 2 days. My partner also found a small lotion handpump from a previous residant that seemed to be sitting there for quiet some time by now. At the breakfast area there were electrical cables hanging from the ceiling and sticking out the walls and we found some small bugs (we think they were ants) in our multivitamin juice. We did not test the others. Other than that, staff was, again, very friendly and helpful, room was great, great bed, great location and great choice of food during breakfast.

Dal momento in cui abbiamo varcato la porta principale fino a quando siamo andati via due giorni dopo, tutto è stato perfetto. Il personale è stato molto felice e disponibile. La camera era molto bella e ben arredata. Abbiamo scelto questo hotel perché è collegato al terminal crociere di Rotterdam. È vicino a molti ristoranti. Se torneremo in futuro, prenoteremo di nuovo. Questo è un hotel a cinque stelle. Grazie a tutti.
