It's close to all the key areas, with popular attractions just 15 to 20 minutes away. The room was incredibly comfortable and cozy, spotless, and fresh. From the moment we entered the hotel until we reached our room, everything was perfect, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that truly made us feel at home. We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights, and we already miss the hotel! I was especially impressed by the cleanliness and overall maintenance of the property. The housekeeping team did an excellent job of keeping the rooms inviting and fresh throughout our stay. It was clear that the hotel takes great pride in providing a clean, comfortable environment for its guests. The common areas were also well-maintained, contributing to the hotel’s welcoming vibe. The attention to detail in cleanliness really enhanced our stay, making it even more enjoyable and relaxing. Service: The service at this hotel was outstanding and exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any request. I was particularly impressed by the professionalism and warmth of the Front Desk team, including Mr. Riduan, Ms. Aida, Ms. Ain, Ms. Aishah, Ms. Aimi, Ms. Syafikah, Mr. Adam, and Ms. Syafiqah. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, offering helpful suggestions and regularly checking in to ensure our comfort. Their kindness and genuine care truly made a difference in our experience, and their positive attitude significantly enhanced our stay. It's clear that the hotel truly values its guests, and their exceptional service was one of the highlights of our visit. The check in process was smooth but the staff not really friendly. The room is nice with outdated furniture but i have good view. The breakfast spread is just okay, hope the chef can improve the taste of the food.

Check in was a breeze with the app. Clean and nice room. Wi-fi available in room. TV comes with many channels. As it was the Chinese New Year weekend I am happy to have booked together with breakfast as many shops were closed. Breakfast spread is also good. Free parking available on the 6th floor for hotel guests. My only gripe is the writing table not having a smooth top.

Recentemente sono rimasto a DJ Citi Plaza Hotel & Suites per un viaggio d'affari e in generale, è stata una grande esperienza. Il check-in è stato facile e veloce. Il personale del desk front era amichevole e accogliente. Il personale è stato eccellente per tutta la mia permanenza. Tutti dalla custodia alla F&B erano gentili, attenti e disposti ad assistere. Specialmente a en. Rohaizan. Era molto bravo a aiutarmi e al resto. Grazie ancora.

Il processo di check-in era tranquillo, e il personale era amichevole e accogliente. La stanza era pulita, spaziosa e ben attrezzata con le moderne strutture. Il letto era incredibilmente comodo, assicurando un riposo notturno. La posizione centrale dell'hotel mi ha fatto piacere, rendendo facile esplorare le attrazioni vicine. La diffusione del colazione è stata varie e deliziosa, offrendo sia opzioni calde che fredde. In generale, un fantastico soggiorno con un ottimo valore per il prezzo. Molto consigliata!

Resort Stay Review— My overall stay at this resort was great, and I would definitely consider returning with my extended family. Arrival & Ferry Service— The complimentary ferry service from Fairfield Kuala Besut to Perhentian Island and back was a nice touch. We were provided with free drinks, and the waiting area at the restaurant or lobby was comfortable and convenient. Birthday Surprise— This was a birthday trip for my husband, and I truly appreciated the effort put into decorating our room and providing a complimentary birthday cake. It made our stay extra special! Room & Privacy— The room itself was spacious and comfortable, but it lacked privacy as it was clearly visible from the pool opposite (Room No. 2048). I requested a room change to a more private space but, unfortunately, received no response. Cleanliness & Housekeeping Issue— On the second day, I found a dead animal stuck on the daybed’s blind. Since I wasn’t using the blind, I left it there as we were checking out the next day. However, I was disappointed with the front desk’s response when I reported it upon checkout. The receptionist simply said, “Oh, we will ask them to see and remove it,” without offering an apology or even a simple thank you for informing them. For a five-star hotel, I expected better hospitality and professionalism. Dining Experience— • Breakfast Buffet: The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I especially loved the nasi lemak—the sambal was just right, not watery or overly sweet. There were also plenty of desserts and even ice cream, which was a nice surprise! • In-Room Dining: The food was delicious and well-presented, but it wasn’t very warm upon arrival. It would be great if they could serve it hotter or use a warmer. • Restaurant Dinner: I ordered grilled beef, grilled prawns, and fish, and all were absolutely delicious! Facilities & Environment— The resort’s facilities were excellent—top-notch in every aspect. I especially loved the romantic beach area, though the climb to reach it was a bit tiring. Still, the view and experience were worth it! Late Checkout & Departure— A big plus was the complimentary late checkout at 4 PM, which aligned perfectly with the ferry departure time. This was really convenient and appreciated. Final Thoughts— Despite a few minor issues, I truly enjoyed my stay. The resort offers a wonderful experience, great food, and excellent facilities. I would definitely return with my extended family for another trip!

Comfortable stay. The buggy drivers could’ve been more friendly and accommodating. Housekeepers are very friendly (they better suited to be at the counter/buggy as the social skills are better) We need to follow the buggy to our hotel by car. The first buggy driver we need to follow — he’s okay but as he need to usher another family, he passed it to another buggy driver in the middle of the journey. But no 2 ways communication I guess, we didn’t even know that we should follow another buggy until we missed a junction and noticed this second driver only then was signalling us to follow him. And once we arrive at the place which is not a single unit (got multiple units at one area) he quickly tries to leave. I need to call him back before he was away to reconfirm which one is the building we are staying in. He looked annoyed when I asked, but he didn’t even explain properly… I should be the one who is annoyed tbh. The hotel is okay. It would be better if the staff are a little bit more accommodating and brush up on their social skills. It will significantly improve the staying experience.

Bilik lama, how can you expect more. But the toilet was a refurbished one. Carpet tak selesa, perlu ditukar. If tak pakai selipar mmg gatal2 tapak kaki. Overall, an acceptable hotel utk rehat with this price. Looking forward for a renewal of felda hotel💪🏼💪🏼🤲🏻🤲🏻

This hotel is newly furnished, and the rooms was great, 3 super single bed fits family of 4 (2adult 2 kids), we love the breakfast so much and I suggest you guys book with breakfast as surrounding seems not easy to get food. Outdoor car park available and we enjoyed our stay overall. The hotel reception and restaurant staff serve you with friendly attitude, this is amazing experience. Good job.

L'hotel è situato proprio sulla spiaggia, con il proprio molo. Puoi camminare fino a Pier Beach e da lì c'è un sentiero attraverso la giungla fino all'altro lato dell'isola. La camera aveva l'aria condizionata, un ventilatore, una cassaforte e un frigorifero. L'acqua è calda, il condizionatore veniva periodicamente spento, ma puoi riavviarlo direttamente in camera con un pulsante. Il bar sulla spiaggia serviva un buon tom yum, non tradizionale (aveva carote e cavolfiore), ma nel complesso buono. Non abbiamo visto la birra in vendita in altri bar dell'isola, ma qui ce n'è e di diversi tipi. Varani e scoiattoli camminano sul territorio. La sera dal bar c'è una bellissima vista sull'isola vicina.

Il resort è ubicato in una spiaggia molto lunga e tranquilla e, anche se inizialmente spiazza un po’, risulta il luogo ideale per chi desidera trascorrere dei giorni nel relax totale. Il complesso si sviluppa in una zona abbastanza ampia e offre diverse sistemazioni in riva al mare. Noi abbiamo prenotato una di queste e davvero ne è valsa la pena. La stanza ha una bellissima vetrata che dà verso la spiaggia e, al mattino, svegliarsi con il rumore del mare in sottofondo è impagabile. La stanza è abbastanza comoda, un piccolo salottino con divano e poltrona, un bagno e una stanza da letto. Esternamente, un piccolo patio con due sedie e tavolino. Il letto è confortevole, abbastanza grande, le prese della corrente sono comode. Alcune cose, però, non ci sono piaciute: iniziando dal bagno che emanava un cattivissimo odore di acqua stagnante e anche persistente. Dovevamo tenere la porta chiusa altrimenti il cattivo odore si propagava nel resto della stanza. In generale in tutto il bagno c’era una forte umidità, tanto che i vari accessori di alluminio presentavano diversi punti arrugginiti. La doccia erogava pochissima acqua, inoltre per avere l’acqua calda di doveva accendere un secondo soffione. Esternamente, una delle due sedie era rotta. Infine c’era il generatore proprio dietro la stanza e quindi il rumore era molto forte anche dentro, a porte chiuse. I servizi proposti dal resort sono abbastanza ampi. Il ristorante risulta mediocre, nella scelta e nella qualità del cibo. Molte delle bevande non sono disponibili, molti piatti sul menu sono “out of stock”… ma è comprensibile considerando che ci si trova su un’isola. La piscina è molto grande e bella anche se non pulitissima. Le sdraio sono poche e anche rotte. In conclusione, il vero punto di forza del resort è il personale e l’ubicazione. Il resto è migliorabile, c’è tanto potenziale e se solo lo curassero di più, non ci sarebbe nulla da invidiare a resort di brand più rinomati.

Hotel situato in Long Beach sulla spiaggia e a due passi dai servizi. Ricezione e attenzione al cliente un po' freddina ma cortese. Pulizia ok ma fatta in orari a noi scomodi: con la stanza libera dalle 9.30 alle 15 l'abbiamo trovata spesso ancora da rifare; per averla pulita a rientro l'abbiamo dovuto chiedere ogni giorno. La colazione un po' risicata per gli italiani che non mangiano salato: pochi dolci e non freschi; anche volendo andare all'essenziale spesso non abbiamo trovato il pane oppure una marmellata. Al bar servivano espresso e cappuccino a pagamento, ma non ne abbiamo usufruito. Pochi ombrelloni e due sdraio per la piscina (ma l'ambiente è piccolo). Long beach non è da relax, essendo quasi un porticciolo; vanno presi i water taxi per stare tranquilli in qualsiasi spiaggia nei dintorni (e sono tutte bellissime). Comunque rispetto ad esperienze riportate da connazionali di altre strutture è un validissimo hotel e lo consiglio.

Il ristorante è molto vecchio e mal mantenuto, e il cambiamento è già stato fatto in una nuova stanza, poiché la prima stanza non era pulita e sembra che qualcuno lì sia rimasto.

Chambre assez propre malheureusement trop d’insecte dans la chambre. L’emplacement n’était absolument pas dérangeant bien que dans la jungle et à même pas 5 minutes de plage principale. Il caldo è molto nelle camere e il ventilatore del alto non era abbastanza. Ma nel complesso il soggiorno era molto corretto tenuto conto del prezzo

L'hotel è situato su una bellissima spiaggia. La camera è semplice, ha un bollitore, un frigorifero, una cassaforte e un ferro da stiro. Puoi pagare le fatture al momento della partenza. La colazione è nella media, la scelta del cibo europeo non è molto ampia, l'assortimento non è cambiato in 5 giorni. Non mi piaceva il fatto che non esistesse una fontana d'acqua gratuita; prendevamo l'acqua dagli hotel vicini. La piscina non è ancora funzionante; i lavori di riparazione sono iniziati a febbraio e difficilmente verranno completati prima di settembre.

Il miglior resort di sempre. Dal molo il servizio è stato fantastico. Se scegli il trasferimento in barca da Bubu, non è necessario condividere con altri passeggeri del resort, solo ospiti Bubu. I bagagli saranno organizzati da loro. Porta solo le tue cose. Quindi quando torni indietro, non hai bisogno di q come gli altri. Aspetta nella hall, aspetta che arrivi la barca! Dal check-in fino al check-out, il loro staff è così allegro! La colazione era eccezionale con la vista sulla spiaggia! Sicuramente lo ripeterò dopo questo.

Molto bello luogo con molte possibilità di escursioni. La selezione dei cibi potrebbe essere migliore, ad esempio il ristorante solare offre solo cibo italiano.

Nice interior, clean and tidy room. Excellent service. Easy to locate location. Keep it up good work. Reception is friendly and nice. If you face any problem, there have 24 hour on call standby. Environment quite good. Recommended!

È normale, ma non c'è problema di riposare il letto per un po'. Ma non aspettare nulla per trovare un bel posto.. L'hotel di bilancio è davvero vecchio stile, ma è buono, c'è la cova.. Promettete che il letto non è duro. L'acqua da bagno è veloce.

Comfortabile per soggiornare, buona esperienza, spaziosa e pulita. Devo spesso lavorare per il viaggio a Kemaman e questa è la mia scelta di hotel per il soggiorno di notte. Il personale è amichevole e le strutture fornite sono sufficienti.

La stanza è ok, ma le foglie, i biancheria e le tole devono essere cambiate perché sembra essere stata una lunga durata. Un po'di capelli. Il biancheria è troppo piccolo. Adatto per un breve soggiorno di notte, due tipi di perché è economico.
