I stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites Boston Crosstown Center for four nights during a business trip, and had a great experience. The location is convenient, with easy access to downtown and public transportation. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable—perfect for getting work done and resting after long days. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus. Overall, a reliable and comfortable stay for business travelers. I’d definitely return on future trips to Boston.

Convenient location to airport and car rental but highly overpriced. The hotel could use an update.  Worst part of this stay was waiting 45 mins for a shuttle at midnight. Called the hotel 5 times and kept getting the same answer, “ I’ll check on the driver” and then hung up on with no answer as to when the shuttle would arrive.  When we finally got to the hotel, being judged by the front desk man about me and my husband sleeping in the same bed and being given a room with 2 queen beds.  VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE. We’ll be staying at another hotel next time, even if it’s further from airport & rental car location.

It was a generally good stay, with nice amenities and a spacious room. There was one issue that came up: the Trip.com website stated that the room would be on the 27th floor. However, when checking in, the reception at the Encore hotel said the highest they could give me was the 17th floor, 10 floors below what was promised, even though I showed them my reservation detailing that reserved room was on the 27th floor. A second issue to be aware: this establishment that calls itself a ”resort hotel” does not have a mini-fridge in the room. One can rent one for $40/night, which is a bit mind-boggling. The only fridge in the room is dedicated for the mini-bar. However, one cannot use that fridge because any movement of items in it would incur a charge since the sensor system, which tracks each bottle, would trigger a charge to the room. This meant I could not place my perishable item in the mini-bar fridge by shifting the alcoholic bottles to make space for my perishable items. Otherwise, this was overall a pleasant stay.

We spent a long weekend at this hotel. First, a free local shuttle express bus takes you from Logan Airport to Back Bay Station, which is just a four-minute walk from the hotel entrance. Check-in was smooth, friendly and efficient, and we were given our requested room. Our room was spacious and well-equipped, with a fantastic view over Boston Bay. It had a spacious seating area, a large flat-screen TV, a full size in-room fridge, a spacious rain shower, and ice stations on each floor. The bed and bedding were of high quality, and there was a selection of pillows to choose from. One of the most impressive features of this hotel is the in-room security safe, which is rare in many US hotels. There are also excellent food and beverage facilities on-site, and an extensive room service menu. The housekeeping was of a high standard, and complimentary water was provided each day. If you haven’t already, I highly recommend signing up for the Marriott Bonvoy awards programme in advance of your stay. This will give you free WiFi for your entire stay. The hotel is located in downtown Boston, with easy access to Back Bay and Copley Square metros, the Boston Public Library, Prudential Centre, and many other facilities such as supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes. I would highly recommend this hotel.  

Davvero non è un granché per il prezzo, è un edificio molto vecchio nel centro della città, quindi è un po' piccolo e sembra anche vecchio. La posizione è fantastica, il servizio è decente e nel complesso pulito. La tariffa del resort è piuttosto costosa e include un piccolo buono giornaliero non cumulabile da utilizzare al ristorante, il che non è molto utile.

Location was perfect, quincy food market next door. Plenty of good restaurants around. Walking distance to little Italy and state house to follow freedom trail. In terms of the Hotel, gym is small, only few machines in so you need to time it well to use it if you don't want go share it with others. Room was big, dated. Our room smelt, we could not establish why. Also we could not open our balcony door to get fresh air. We spoke to the reception and they offered to sent someone but nobody showed up. We pulled up with the smell by using AC. However without fresh air we struggled to sleep as was either got to hot or to cold. Bed was big and comfortable. Room was cleaned every day, bed was done, fresh towels and toiletries change every day. Fridge in our room was broken so we could not use it to store cold water. Staff overall was very nice. They have suitcase storage which made things easy. We had our flight in the evening and full day go still enjoy Boston. Check out is at 12 which leaves you with plenty of time in the morning if you wish go have slow morning.

La posizione dell'hotel è migliore: a 100 metri a piedi è una linea d'argento per il centro e l'aeroporto molto conveniente, e il punto di locazione di Avis è anche vicino.Ci sono molti hotel vicino a scegliere.Il personale dell'hotel è molto amichevole e il servizio è entusiasta.Le strutture dell'hotel sono complete E'comfortabile.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno fantastico. È vicinissimo a Fenway e ci sono ottimi ristoranti nelle vicinanze. La colazione era ottima. Il servizio è stato fantastico. Ho lasciato alcuni vestiti in camera e mi hanno aiutato a rispedirli in tempo.

Le camere dell'hotel sono state eccellenti e il controllo frontale è stato professionale, utile e amichevole.  L'unica domanda che ho avuto è la vostra zona di colazione, dove c'è bisogno di una persona dedicata al servizio nella zona di finering per aiutare gli ospiti che hanno avuto problemi di funzionamento di alcune delle attrezzature.  Inoltre, sul sito in zona finlandese per riprodurre le scorte vuote, poiché alcune aree erano lente a riempire.
