Il check-in era regolare e veloce. Mi sono scortato nella mia stanza. La stanza era ben progettata, pulita e la manutenzione della casa ha fatto un buon lavoro. L'hotel ha preso cura di una questione con le guanciate leggermente difettose. In generale, un buon soggiorno.

È un hotel flottante che non ho capito. Molto conveniente e bellissimo hotel Tutti i dipendenti erano così amichevoli Per gli Instagramer, sarebbe il cielo Il colazione era brillante con curry, nan, zapati e così via! È fluttuante ma molto comodo Solo 1 emissione l, nessuno carta da toletta o tessuto, nemmeno all'interno di una stanza Sarebbe un problema in India, ma non un problema alberghiero. Adoro questo hotel!! Certamente consiglierà anche i miei amici

We booked a night here at the Holiday Inn Kolkata hotel. I have stayed in Holiday Inn chennai as well. However, the standards of cleanliness and amenities and the room, the bathroom fittings and floor were low and some areas felt unsanitized as well. The floor in the room also lacked cleanliness. They also had a torn bedsheet on our bed which I asked them to remove and they very quickly and diligently changed it. However, I was disappointed since the finishing checks if the room is in good condition for the next guest needs improvement. The walls lacked lustre. And we paid approximately 62 EUR. Maybe they need to check the standards of other Holiday Inns like in Chennai. Food that we ordered was nice. 10/10 on that. But somehow the brand that Holiday Inn is and that we experienced in Kolkata was a huge mismatch. I hope they look into all this.

The hotel room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was pretty good. The best part of the hotel was the staff. They were very friendly and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend for anyone who wants to rest before / after a flight.

The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep. The bathroom was modern and equipped with all the necessary amenities.Overall, my stay at Taj City Centre New Town was excellent and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kolkata.
