Hotel con parcheggio a Ortahisar

We have stayed in Pelit Park hotel for 2 nights. Hotel it self not big, have few floors, from our room we had beautiful side sea view. Room was spacious, wifi was good, always had hot water in shower. We like breakfasts, they was so tasty. Hotel staff are friendly, they have parking space at hotel. Only I don't like cleaning, on arrival I have found some plastic parts from bottle on carpet, and second day, when was made room cleaning, one towel was with holes, and also I saw small hole on bed sheet. My opinion, they need to take more attention for cleaning service. Anyway we like our stay there and satisfied 👍🏼

Отель расположен очень удачно: напротив автовокзала, куда мы вечером приезжали из Эрзурума поэтому нам достаточно было только перейти дорогу по переходу. Когда в начале поездки проходили мимо этого отеля, видели там активное дорожное движение и волновались, что в номерах шумно, но нас поселили на 4 этаже и там было нешумно, а ночью я сплю в берушах. В день выезда пешком прошли до аэропорта около 40 минут. До центра города около 40 минут пешком, местами в горку. Ближайший супермаркет примерно в 10 минутах пешком. Номер просторный, новехонький, им очень довольны. Есть чайник с чаем и кофе, вода. Уборку за три дня не делали, но, думаю, если бы попросили, то номер бы убрали. Завтраки с 7.30 и тут выяснился минус отеля - поскольку отель напротив автовокзала, куда прибывает много автобусов из Батуми, на завтраке грузинские группы, которые ведут себя на завтраке, вплоть до того, что кричат и поют, все это крайне шумно, очень мешали есть. Правда, уже в будни они пропали, видимо, если и приезжают, то на выходные. В последний день пришли на завтрак вовремя, но не обнаружили ни еды, ни персонала. Уже хотели уйти, как прибежала проспавшая сотрудница кухни, которая стала извиняться и обещать, что сейчас все будет. Слава богу, у нас было время ее ждать. Очень приветливый ресепшен.

Very nice and conveniently located to the centre of markets and shopping. I was very disappointed in the breakfast - unimaginative and very limiting. Instant coffee - no Turkish or decent coffee. In the restaurant a family was having a loud Skype session with their young child. No other patrons were considered and the waiter did nothing to quiten this intrusive communication. Staff is very friendly and supportive. Rooms have a few bad knocks from travellers coming and going.

Мы остановились в блоке В, шум от пилорамы не подойдет семьям с детьми , но компании друзей - без проблем! Очень вкусный и сытный завтрак, супер расположение для тех, кто путешествует на машине и надо выезжать на шоссе в Сюмелу или Узунгель, прибрежное шоссе прямо за углом. Отель новый , все чистое и удобное. Работник помог на карте найти и проложить дорогу к вкусному рыбному ресторану.

The Comfort House Hotel is an exceptionally well managed, family run Hotel with very large, clean and comfortable rooms. My room was surprisingly big with a king size double bed, two comfortable lounge chairs, a table and a separate desk with chair by the wall. The room included a good sized private bathroom. Trabzon is all hills. There is a large cluster of a variety of good restaurants and cafes about five minute or so easy walk across the hill from the Comfort House Hotel. Don't walk up the hill or down, walk across, easy. Best of all is the wonderful family that manages the Hotel.

Overall, the hotel is good. We faced an issue with the beds; although our booking was for three beds, the third bed was not provided at first, but the problem was eventually resolved. The lighting in the rooms is very poor, which made it difficult to properly assess the cleanliness. As for the bathrooms, the surface cleanliness was acceptable, though we noticed a small spider web. However, deep cleaning needs improvement since there were signs of mold between the tiles. The air conditioning was weak and took a long time before we could feel a noticeable drop in room temperature.

Il servizio e la pulizia sono straordinari. Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno molto piacevole e possiamo raccomandarlo assolutamente. Se stai cercando un posto tranquillo nelle montagne, ma con il comfort di un hotel spazioso, allora questo è il posto giusto. Il personale è stato molto utile e servito, e il colazione è stato buono con una vasta gamma di formaggi, pane, frutta e dolci.

Personale amichevole. Camera pulita e spaziosa con comodo letto e aria condizionata. Bella doccia calda. Buon colazione. L'importante è che l'hotel è circondato da meccanici e può essere rumoroso quando si lavora su veicoli, lontano dalla città, ma a piedi dalla stazione di autobus e dal centro commerciale. Le pareti sono di carta sottile e possono sentire tutto.

La stanza è molto pulita. I custodi sono utili e cortesi. Tuttavia, l’ufficio del fronte si rifiutò di collaborare con noi quando gli abbiamo fatto notare che abbiamo prenotato una stanza più grande. Lo abbiamo dimostrato mostrando loro i dettagli della prenotazione online, ma ci hanno continuato a farci credere che eravamo in una stanza di 22m2 quando era chiaramente una stanza di 15m2. Non essere nel settore ospite se non ti piace aiutare i tuoi ospiti.

The stay was wonderful, Located in the middle of the city away from the traffic We investigated all the reviews before booking, we had some worries mostly by the noise of the nearby airport.. It came out that it was part of the fun The noises are not that horrible especially if you close the sound proof windows.. However the air traffic wasn't that heavy and the kids enjoyed the observation of the planes, The hotel was perfectly clean, breakfast was very rich and variant and reflect the Turkish heritage with Int'l components.. Staff were very nice and supportive, with very polite approach, the whole atmosphere in trabzon was very amicable and welcoming Definitely will stay there again
