Stay was good , but the dinner was not that good. Mini bar was locked and was not accessible. Good breakfast. In general staffs were ok, Gatekeeper Sardarji was helpful and welcoming guests with a warm smile. Really appreciated. While checking out, the receptionist was asking me about the minibar. It seems the minibar would be opened to according to guests profiles!

We had a wonderful stay at the Taj Mahal Hotel, Mumbai. The staff service was exceptional, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The team was always checking if we needed anything or if housekeeping was required, which made us feel truly well looked after. The breakfast buffet staff were extremely attentive and helpful. They went out of their way to assist us and provide items we requested, even when they were not listed on the menu. Their goal was clearly to ensure that guests enjoy their meal and leave happy. A special mention goes to their unique Food Spa service, where hot water is provided for soaking the feet for relaxation. This service can be requested and is delivered to the room within around 20 minutes, which was a very thoughtful and relaxing experience. Thank you to the entire team for a memorable and pleasant stay.

Ho soggiornato in molti hotel 5 stelle e anche 6 stelle, ma questo hotel merita 7 stelle in termini di servizio, attrezzatura, gestione, layout della camera e interiore tutto è più che perfetto. In ogni hotel si può trovare almeno un errore, ma qui, no, non daranno alcuna possibilità di delusione. Sono tutti molto professionali e mi sono davvero divertito il mio soggiorno qui. E consiglio a tutti di andare a questo hotel senza un secondo pensiero. Grazie per aver fatto tutto molto speciale

Right in the middle of Koregaon park with amazing roof top pool and brilliant rooms with a nice bath tub. highly recommended

Mi è piaciuto davvero il mio soggiorno qui! L'equipaggio era caldo e benvenuto dal momento che sono arrivato. La stanza era accogliente e pulita, con un letto confortevole che mi ha dato un grande sonno notturno. L'hotel è in una posizione molto conveniente, e mi è piaciuto l'atmosfera tranquilla. Alcuni piccoli miglioramenti potrebbero renderlo ancora migliore, ma in generale, rimarrei certamente qui di nuovo.

Abbiamo soggiornato per una breve notte quando siamo arrivati tardi e abbiamo dovuto partire presto al mattino. La posizione è buona vicino all'aeroporto, ma tutto il resto è così. E'un buon prezzo, quindi non si può lamentare molto

We enjoyed our brief stay at the Spree Hotel. Rooms were clean, spacious. Staff were helpful and cordial. Only thing is that the restaurant closes off at 10:30pm in the night, which might make it difficult for guests checking in late at night to procure dinner. Breakfast spread was nice, there were a lot of options and food quality was maintained at a good standard.

WiFi signal in room 626 cannot use for whole my staying even duty manager tried to fix second times, including phone signal still not using when I am in the room but I am outside the hotel everything is normal. Then I moved to other room 669, WiFi and phone signal are better but not stable. All staff are very helpful with nice hospitality.

Lovely hotel. Staff helpful but strict about early check in. Only issue is entrance road is dug up so cars struggling to get in.
