Ho avuto un soggiorno assolutamente sorprendente! Tutto, dall’ospitalità alla pulizia e all’atmosfera, superava le mie aspettative. Il personale era incredibilmente caldo e attento, facendoci sentire a casa.
La cosa che ha reso l'esperienza inoltrabile è stata la concezione complimentare che avevano fatto per una festa di compleanno, dalle belle decorazioni alla torta sorprendente, ogni dettaglio è stato preso in considerazione con tale cura e sforzo. Ha aggiunto un tale contatto personale e memorabile al nostro viaggio.
Molto consigliato per chiunque cercasse un perfetto percorso con un servizio eccezionale e gesti pensieri.

Hotel vicino all’aeroporto, struttura un po’ datata ma che comunque mantiene un certo fascino.
Apprezzato particolarmente il livello di insonorizzazione della stanza, niente rumori molesti .
Servizio alla reception ottimo, arrivato per il check in tardissimo, nessuno problema.

Very big hotel, located close to the airport. Has a rooftop view, with restaurant and outdoor swimming pool. The planes landing and taking off can clearly be viewed from the rooftop.
T1 is on a walking distance, where there are multiple options for food. Note: outside food is not allowed in the hotel!
Rooms were nice and clean, a bit outdated in aesthetics, but nothing worn out or too old.

Huge spacious room, cabinets/mini bar area were slightly moist.. had the wet wooden smell. Breakfast was okish.
Good for a one night stay if you're heading to the airport the next day. Less than 5mins walking distance to T1. Buggy is avail / staff can help you with your luggage to the terminal. Multiple eateries at the airport too if you're not into proper sit down dining at the hotel.

馬哈拉施特拉邦盛行Sai老爹崇拜，他是一個聖徒，據説是無私助人所以在當地享有盛譽，也特別受企業主的歡迎，不知道是不是馬邦的財神爺。在舍地有一座重要的Sai老爹神廟，很多來這裏拜廟的人入住，因此服務水平很高，感興趣的話還可以去拜廟。
壞處也很明顯，對中國人來説，這個地區是嚴格的純素食，每天吃辣椒大料糊糊拌飯蘸餅實在太酸爽。這個酒店包括整個舍地還嚴格禁酒，啤酒也不行，酸爽加倍。對我這個出差的人來説最要命的是趕上崇拜Sai老爹的大集會，凌晨三四點開始高音喇叭放聖歌有點扛不住

Front desk has some issues when arranging rooms for us even we checked in after 16:00. Not a very happy check-in experience. There are some black dust on the toilet, don't know what that was. However, good location near the city and good Chinese restaurant inside.

The check-in process was efficient, and the staff maintained a high level of professionalism throughout my stay. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered an impressive city view. Housekeeping was consistent and attentive, ensuring everything was in order without needing to request anything.
Although I did not try the breakfast service, I did visit the bar on the 37th floor, which was a highlight of the stay. The night views from the top were outstanding, and the atmosphere was refined yet vibrant. The service team at the bar was attentive, and the overall experience made for an enjoyable evening.
Overall, The St. Regis Mumbai delivered a high-quality stay with strong service standards and a well-maintained property. I would highly recommend it for both business and leisure travel.

Con una posizione conveniente, alloggi confortevoli e strutture ben attrezzate, l'hotel offre un soggiorno produttivo e piacevole per i viaggiatori di business.
Il processo di check-in era efficiente e senza problemi, permettendomi di entrare rapidamente nella mia stanza, la stessa stanza era spaziosa e con pensiero, con un posto di lavoro dedicato che comprendeva un comodo ufficio e una sedia ergonomica.
La connessione Wi-Fi dell'hotel è stata affidabile e ad alta velocità, essenziale per le riunioni virtuali, l'accesso a documenti importanti e il collegamento con i colleghi e i clienti. The highlight for us was the pool and water park area, which is perfect for families and solo travelers alike. It was wonderful to see both kids and adults enjoying themselves in this thoughtfully designed space.

UUtente ospiteOur recent stay at JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu was marked by contrasts, but ultimately the positives outweighed any shortcomings.
Upon arrival, we encountered some hiccups with room allocations, which resulted in having to move between rooms multiple times within the first few days as we tried to get 2 rooms together. This was a bit disappointing as we had hoped for a smoother start to our stay. However, once settled into our proper rooms on day three, we found them to be comfortable, albeit starting to get a tad dated we felt. Although we had 2 Seaview rooms, due to the hotel layout and depending on where your rooms are located, you may only get a restricted partial sea view, which I must say was a bit of a let-down.
The true highlight of our stay undoubtedly was the breakfast experience at Lotus Cafe. It was nothing short of exceptional, with an array of options that left us spoilt for choice. The live stations where chefs prepare customized orders were excellent, ensuring each meal was tailored to our liking. The service during breakfast was exemplary, with attentive and friendly staff catering to our every need. Although, when it gets very busy, our orders were occasionally forgotten. However, the overall quality of the food and service co****sated for these minor lapses.
The hotel's location is a major plus point. It's just a short walk away from Juhu Chowpatty, which allowed us to explore the vibrant surroundings and indulge in some authentic street food. For movie fans, a visit to Amitabh Bachchan’s house (“Jalsa”) is also a short walk around the corner.
Final minor thing was we weren’t offered their special welcome drink which I believe is customary. I think this was because we arrived early in the morning, but it would have been nice to be offered this for this calibre of hotel irrespective of the time.
In summary, while there were initial challenges with room allocations and occasional lapses in service, the unparalleled breakfast experience and convenient location make JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu a standout choice for travellers seeking a memorable stay in Mumbai.

UUtente anonimoWe stayed at the Taj Mahal Palace for 5 days and 4 nights as a couple, and our experience was truly unforgettable. We were thrilled to receive a complimentary upgrade from the Tower to the Palace wing, which made our stay even more special. The welcoming ceremony set a beautiful tone, and the complimentary drinks and chocolates sent to our room were a thoughtful touch—especially the hot chocolate, which was honestly the best we’ve ever tasted.
The breakfast buffet had a good spread, and everything we tried was delicious. The à la carte portions were perfect as well. A special mention to Kiran, our waiter, who was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our stay.
Our room was always spotless thanks to Sachin, our housekeeper. His attention to detail truly impressed us—flower-petal art on the floor, towels neatly placed under our shoes, and beautifully arranged toiletries. These thoughtful touches made us feel genuinely cared for.
We also want to highlight Sapna from the front desk, who went above and beyond to arrange breakfast to be sent to our room on our last day since we had an early morning flight. Her efficiency and kindness made our departure smooth and stress-free.
K. Singh, the bell boy, was always welcoming with a pleasant smile and ensured we felt comfortable each time we entered or left the hotel.
The gym was well-equipped and enjoyable to use, rounding off a perfect stay.
Overall, our time at the Taj Mahal Palace was exceptional from start to finish. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment and will definitely return soon.

La camera, pur funzionale, mostrava chiari segni di invecchiamento, particolarmente notevoli nella camera da bagno, dove la condizionamento del bagno ha influenzato sia l’aspetto che la pulizia. Sebbene non insalubre, le strutture date hanno certamente colpito il comfort e il lusso complessivo che si aspetta da un soggiorno alberghiero.
Le strutture lasciano molto da desiderare, ma la palestra è sottodimensionata e dispone di attrezzature antiquate. Per quanto riguarda le opzioni di cena, il ristorante Latitude offre un servizio di buffet, anche se a 4000 RNI per due persone, si sente troppo costoso per l'esperienza complessiva.
Il nostro soggiorno è stato notevolmente colpito dal rumore di una celebrazione di compleanno che ha continuato fino alle 10 pm. Anche se comprendevo che gli hotel ospitano eventi, un migliore isolamento acustico o gestione eventi sarebbe stato apprezzato per mantenere il comfort degli ospiti.

KKusalka HerathIl mio soggiorno al Radisson Mumbai aveva i suoi alti e bassi, la stanza era comoda, ma la costruzione in corso era una questione importante. Il rumore era persistente, e un giorno la marcia era così forte, era proprio vicino alla mia stanza, rendendo impossibile riposare o dormire correttamente.
Una esperienza particolarmente frustrante è stata quella del ristorante GOMA, che ha ordinato un pasto di corso e ha chiesto in anticipo le dimensioni delle porzioni, dicendo che ogni porzione sarebbe adatta per una persona. Tuttavia, quando arrivarono i cibi, le porzioni erano abbastanza grandi per più di due persone. Dovremmo cancellare il corso principale e altri piatti perché non potevamo finire le prime. Tuttavia, ci sono stati imputati per l’intero corso. E' il dovere del ristorante informare accuratamente gli ospiti sulle dimensioni delle porzioni, e questa malcomunicazione ha portato a una sfortunata esperienza di mangiare.
Il personale di altre aree si trovava davvero in piedi, Shivam e Vijay, dal ristorante, erano incredibilmente attenti, ricordando sempre i miei ordinativi e assicurandomi che avessi il caffè in pacchetto quando mi sforzavo di lavorare. Jaytin dal Musafar Restaurant è stato un grande aiuto con pranzi confezionati, sempre ci offre deliziose cibi e prestare attenzione alle nostre preferenze. Arjun dal pranzo in camera è stato costantemente gentile e amichevole, rendendo ogni consegna di pasto una piacevole esperienza.
Mentre l'hotel aveva le sue sfide, gli sforzi di questi dipendenti hanno aiutato a migliorare il mio soggiorno.
