India: hotel con palestra nella provincia di Kerala

L'hotel Coast View si sentiva un po' datato, ma era in generale pulito. La TV non funzionava, ma era immediatamente riparata. Il buffet e il ristorante erano deliziosi, e il personale era molto utile. Purtroppo, non ho ricevuto una dichiarazione dettagliata del mio pagamento con carta di credito al checkout. Nonostante molte richieste di posta elettronica da quando sono tornato a casa, non ho ricevuto una dichiarazione dettagliata dell'importo totale, quindi sono confusa con ciò che è stato caricato nella mia stanza e quanto.Può mettere questo messaggio in una posta elettronica il più presto possibile?

Molto buon hotel, il servizio clienti è stato fatto molto bene, mi sono sentito molto soddisfatto con mia moglie. Grazie al Commissario per il servizio in camera per la nostra cura attenta, 10 punti intime!

OVerall a lovely hotel and super nice staff at reception. Rooms are very spacious and nice comfy beds. Slight communication error when we asked for a tuk tuk and he took us to somewhere we hadn't asked & good job I has my google maps to recognise we were headed to wrong place! Pool is lovely for a swim and nice to have complimentary drinks at 430pm too with a little snack, the games area upstairs was fun too but just very hot up there.

L'ospitalità era eccellente e il colazione era scontato. Forniscono cibi caldi e è stato il migliore. I diversi tipi di idy’s serviti erano solo fantastici. L'ufficio di fronte era curato e utile e ha fornito un ambiente molto accogliente. Controllo di mezzanotte è stato veloce ed efficiente . Le camere erano grandi e il letto e la cucina erano di alta qualità . Possiamo dormire entro 5 minuti. L'aria condizionata era pulita e fresca.

La stanza era senza spot e confortevole, e il servizio era eccellente. Il personale mi ha fatto sentire benvenuto per tutta la mia stanza. Il colazione era delizioso con molte opzioni da scegliere. Un posto per rilassarmi, sarei felice di tornare.

Location was really good , the roof top view was the showstopper of the property. As we were travelling with an infant we found the staff very helpful with preparing the meals for the baby. Arabian sea view room was excellent.

We booked a pool villa for 1 night and my family relally enjoyed the stay. The pool was well maintained and cleaned before our arrival The resort has enough activities to keep you engaged and explore Well recommended for a perfect relax and time to spend with your dear ones

During our stay, we found ourselves repeating requests multiple times—whether at the restaurant or with general hotel staff. The breakfast service was particularly entertaining in an unintended way: the staff exhibited what I'd call ”Brownian motion hospitality”—lots of energetic movement, but not always in productive directions. Items were frequently forgotten, and follow-ups became necessary more often than expected. The Concerning: We requested a late checkout until 1:00 PM. The front desk approved only a 30-minute extension, yet our bill reflected a 2-hour late checkout. This discrepancy requires immediate attention from management. Recommendations: The property would benefit from comprehensive staff retraining to align service quality with the excellent facilities. Additionally, rooms and common areas could use renovation to maintain the overall standard. Bottom Line: The facilities make this hotel worth considering, but the management team needs to invest in service training and operational consistency. With these improvements, O by Tamara could easily become a standout property. I remain hopeful that management will address these concerns promptly. Thats all!!
