La stanza era senza spot e confortevole, e il servizio era eccellente. Il personale mi ha fatto sentire benvenuto per tutta la mia stanza. Il colazione era delizioso con molte opzioni da scegliere. Un posto per rilassarmi, sarei felice di tornare.

Отличное расположение, первая линия океана! Люкс с балконом и видом на океан. Но номер давненько не видел ремонта или хотя бы генеральной уборки. Обивка мебели в пятнах, коврик у кровати грязный. На 5 заезд и даже на 4 совсем не тянет.

OVerall a lovely hotel and super nice staff at reception. Rooms are very spacious and nice comfy beds.
Slight communication error when we asked for a tuk tuk and he took us to somewhere we hadn't asked & good job I has my google maps to recognise we were headed to wrong place!
Pool is lovely for a swim and nice to have complimentary drinks at 430pm too with a little snack, the games area upstairs was fun too but just very hot up there.

The property was excellent and well maintained. The staff were very warm and attentive. Would like to book again. The only slight glitch was in the breakfast rates. We had made a booking without breakfast. As per trip.com offer breakfast rate was Rs 450 per person to be paid at the hotel. But the actual rates were Rs 750 plus tax. So double check the rates with the reception before availing.

Отель очень понравился, хорошее месторасположение, отель находится на возвышенности, через дорогу находится лестница по которой можно спуститься к центру города, где находится рынок, супермаркет, автостанция с которой можно доехать до Кочи, мы так и сделали, автобус отправляется с 7 утра каждые полчаса до 19 часов. В отеле чисто, постельное белье белоснежное, за 3 ночи пребывания его даже поменяли, хотя мы не просили, персонал очень доброжелательный, организовали на два дня экскурсионный трансфер по чайным плантациям, заповедник Эравикулам, водопад. Завтраки понравились, в отеле индийская еда, все понравилось, очень вежливый и доброжелательный персонал, особенно девушка по имени Angel на рассепшене.

The resort is beautiful, located on lake side, has clean amenities, great service and a good restaurant.
The only thing that could be improved is the size of the swimming pool as probably it's the smallest as compared to the other resorts in the area.
Overall I recommend it if you can get it for a nice price.

UUtente ospiteI was weary about booking as the website photos looked quite tired. All of the photos are really old - it was an amazing stay and so much better than I expected. I enjoyed the complementary pottery making and the tea cart in the afternoons. The food à la carte was absolutely delicious. I avoided the buffet a bit as I do in all hotels. The pool is clean and there is excellent service, with staff helping you with towels, umbrellas, and drinks. The rooms are really pretty. Good air con. The gym is good and has air con although the air con is not as powerful as in the bedrooms. The gym has two treadmills, a static bike, basic leg press, weight rack and bench, and some of the arm/shoulder machines too. There were only a few downsides. 1) The beach that it backs onto is actually quite gross (there was nappy in the sand and gunk that looked like sewage), but it’s easy to avoid this. 2) The beach has a real drop from the sand into sea so it’s not very safe to swim in unless you want to be smacked against the bank. These two things don’t matter though as the hotel is lovely and there is enough to do that you don’t need to go on the beach. 3) I booked 2 nights in one booking and 1 night in another booking. I asked when I booked the single, third night, whether I can keep the same room. They said they’d let me know at check in. They didn’t let me know at check in. They said they’d tell me on the second day in the day, but nothing. I kept asking at reception and I called them on the phone twice, and they kept saying they’d call me back. It was 9.30pm on the night before I’d have to move rooms before they told me I could stay. I’m not really sure why it took so long or they messed me around on this as 3 of my exact rooms were available on the website for those nights, so by that logic it would not have been a problem!

NNevrilFavoloso esperienza. Favoloso cibo e personale modesto e amichevole. Le camere e l'esterno della proprietà, anche se grandi, potrebbe essere molto meglio con un cappotto di pittura e problemi di piombo minori risolti oltre a rimuovere le tinture dalle cucine esterne. Sicuramente consigliere questo hotel. Grande posizione. Abbiamo anche assunto la barca, e questo è stato il punto di vista del nostro viaggio. La fornitura di cibo era adatto per un re e abbiamo avuto il nostro chef personale con altri tre che ci aspettavano!

RRaveendraThe hospitality was excellent and breakfast was sumptuous . They provided hot meals and it was the best. Different types of idly’s served was just awesome.
Front office was caring and helpful and provided a very welcoming environment. Check in past midnight was fast and efficient . Rooms were large and the bed and pillow was of high quality . We were able to sleep within 5 mins. Aircon was clean and fresh.

Il Flora Hotel Nedumbassery è l'epitomo della comodità aeroportuale, rendendola una scelta eccellente per i viaggiatori che utilizzano l'aeroporto internazionale di Cochin (COK), la sua più grande forza è la sua posizione invincibile, a pochi minuti a piedi dal terminale. Per coloro che hanno un bagaglio pesante, l'hotel offre un servizio di trasporto aereo senza saldatura e complimentare 24/7, che è un vantaggio significativo per le arrivi tardi di notte o le partenza mattina.
Le camere sono pulite, ben attrezzate e sorprendentemente tranquille nonostante la vicinanza alla pista, garantendo un riposo di notte. Il personale è costantemente professionale, cortese ed efficiente, rendendo il processo di check-in e check-out fluido e senza problemi.
Il ristorante sul posto serve una varietà di piatti commemorabili, con un buffet per colazione che offre una buona combinazione di opzioni locali e continentali. La piscina al tetto è un piacevole bonus, che offre uno spazio rilassante per rilassarsi prima o dopo un lungo volo.
Il hotel di transito è un hotel di alta comodità e di servizio, ma è un'opzione di alta qualità. Molto raccomandato per i viaggiatori di business e le famiglie.

UUtente ospiteШикарное расположение отеля, номер брали в главном корпусе. Красивая и ухоженная территория, персонал приветлив, всегда интересовались нашими пожеланиями. Бассейн небольшой, но у номеров с видом на сад и клубных есть свои бассейны, поэтому людей было мало, спокойно можно было разместиться на лежаках.
Не понравились навязчивые таксисты у въезда в отель. Вызвали убер, так они не дали водителю нас забрать! Пришлось подняться чуть выше (в сторону отеля Гоколам) и только там мы смогли сесть в машину. Очень неприятно, а для отеля такого класса не понятно почему разрешают стоянку такси, почувствовали себя не в безопасности! Имейте ввиду, если будете пользоваться убером, что на территорию отеля водитель заехать не сможет и даже к воротам, нужно пройти выше по дороге, только там можно будет сесть в машину, минуя эту мафию таксистов.

Il nostro soggiorno di 3 notti è stato il più bello di questo bellissimo resort del lago. Dalla nostra arrivo, il personale è andato sopra e oltre per farci sentire benvenuti, così amichevole, utile e genuino alloggio.
Il luogo è assolutamente respiro, e l'atmosfera intera del resort è tranquilla e rilassante. Un luogo perfetto per rilassarsi e rilassarsi.
Le camere erano bellissime, spaziose, senza spot e molto confortevoli, con tutto quello che ci serviva per una pausa perfetta. Il cibo era un'altra attenzione, ogni pasto era delizioso, bellissime e pieno di sapore. Una menzione speciale a Jeeva nel ristorante, che ha reso la nostra esperienza di cena ancora più memorabile con un servizio così attento e caldo, ma tutti i ristoranti erano eccellenti e ogni pasto è stato un piacere. Anju, che è così bello e ancora molto attento, ma devo dire che ogni membro del personale era così piacevole, che ha reso il nostro soggiorno eccezionale.
Non posso raccomandare questa gemma di un posto abbastanza, stiamo già pianificando la nostra prossima visita!
