Indonesia: hotel con palestra nella provincia di Giava Centrale

La stanza è OK, le strutture sono eccellenti, hanno una sauna, palestra e posti instagram. La piscina è grande per bambini con ambienza balena. Anche loro hanno un parco giochi. Il personale è amichevole e molto utile. Ma il ristorante a volte si scorre di piatti, bocche, forche, cucchiai e vetro. Le tavole non sono abbastanza veloci da essere pulite. Quindi non posso bere o mangiare, anche se il cibo è ancora disponibile. Continuano a servire gli ospiti, anche se il tempo di servizio è finito.

Durante il mio recente soggiorno all'hotel per un breve viaggio, sono stato davvero impressionato dall'ospitalità eccezionale e dall'attenzione ai dettagli. Il personale era incredibilmente amichevole, salutava sempre gli ospiti con un sorriso e andava fuori dal loro modo di aiutare con qualsiasi richiesta, rendendo l'esperienza calda e personale. L'intero hotel era senza spot e chiaramente ben mantenuto, che ha aggiunto al senso di conforto e relax. In particolare, il lobby ha lasciato un'impressione duratura, grande e decorata con gusto, creando una prima impressione di lusso, ma benvenuta. Mentre i pasti di buffet giornalieri sono diventati un po’ ripetuti nel tempo, ho apprezzato la varietà decente offerta e il buon gusto costante dei cibi. In generale, è stato un soggiorno molto piacevole che mi consiglierei felicemente agli altri.

We stayed during Ied Mubarak holiday for 4 days/3 nights in April 2025. We booked 2 connecting rooms for my family (4 persons). I chose this hotel because it has swimming pool and gym, we used to exercise daily. In fact, the gym was closed for long term maintenance. It should be declared and crossed out from the hotel facility so we noticed from beginning, not surprised on site. The rooms at a glance were ok but when we looked to the interior were lousy. The curtain, gordyn, and bed lamps, dirty and stained. My children room has no curtain, so direct sunshine and very hot during the day. The towel seemed already used for years. not soft, looks lousy and the color not pure white as normally hotel towel. Each room provided safety box but no function at all. if you see the direction on the safety box (see the photo), it supposed has red button inside the box but no button at all. The safety box used 4 battery. In my room has only 2 batteries out of 4 and already expired since March 2018. My children' room has 4 battery but also not functioned. the button numbers and keys cant be pressed so we cant keep important and valuable items inside it. The swimming pool were crowded and the water was dirty. the hotel supposed to overall cleaning to the pool due to holiday seasons but the water obviously dirty. The parking lot is low maintenance, dirty, and rubbish everwhere. the Horison Ultima was only 3 years old last December 2024 as I saw from the stickwerck at lobby. The hotel was Star Hotel and changed to Horison Ultima. The parking lot was narrow and limited. For location is ok, near Java Mall. good for morning walk. the hotel staffs were polite and fast response. the amenities for 4* hotel is good enough. the mini fridge in the room is ok as well as the Aircon. If I may advise the management, please take serious attention to the cleanliness and maintenance also room refurbishment to the lousy interior inside as top priority.

Very good hotel! I would come again. Great location, and great service. Morning breakfast offers varied options as well. Room was big with comfortable bed and pillows. However, it is not perfect. I suggest the hotel management to do deep and chemical washing of the toilets. My room toilet looks grimy and the grout was yellow and dirty. Better care need to be looked into. As for the location, it definitely in a good location. However, it is not a tall hotel with only 5 levels. Hence you will be able to hear the sounds from the road, as well as calls to prayers (as early as 4am). Also, the hotel is next to a big field, and hosted some events. At 6am, they were hosting some exercise group and their microphone was loud. It was not a good nights sleep. Suggestion for the hotel to upgrade and insulate the windows. All in all, I would come back again though. Hope to see many upgrades in the future.

L'hotel è buono, la camera è pulita, il personale è utile. Ma il loro parcheggio è no.1 il peggiore parcheggio al mondo. E 'molto piccolo e stretto. Non so cosa stava succedendo nella loro mente quando l'hanno costruito. Se hai un auto così grande, non pensare mai di portarlo dentro. Prova a parcheggiare fuori o altrove. Ma in generale non si recitano reclami sul servizio.

Non riuscivo a rivedere come mi è stato detto al check-in a Dafam Wondosobo che non ho effettuato alcuna prenotazione in questo hotel. Dopo un accurato esame della mia conferma di prenotazione, è stato scoperto che avevo prenotato inavvertitamente la Dafam Semarang invece di Dafam Wondosobo. Che delusione quando mi è stato detto a Dafam Wondosobo è stato completamente prenotato per la notte quando ho cercato di cambiare la mia prenotazione.

Un po' disgustoso coz il frigo non era freddo. Informò il personale, ma non ha ancora migliorato. Altrimenti, ha fatto un cattivo posto per rimanere

Perfetto per le famiglie la camera è spaziosa e pulita, ideale per portare un bambino. Il servizio è anche grande, anche quando abbiamo chiesto di pulire ulteriormente dopo il cibo complementare del nostro bambino (MPASI) è stato disturbato e gettato sul pavimento. Il prezzo è anche abbastanza soddisfacente.

I servizi, soprattutto il personale del ristorante dell'hotel, non sono così amichevoli e una sorta di meno del standard che si aspetta da un tale 4-star-hotel.

We requested for high floor and good view and we’re obliged. We were told it is the new wing, however it is still somewhat oldish looking, especially the toilet is rather simply furnished. Breakfast spread is alright and has a lot of guest every morning
