🏨 Recensione della verità Rimanere a Artotel Leguna Magelang (3– 5 marzo 2026) Sono rimasto a Artotel Leguna Magelang dal 3 al 5 marzo del 2026 perché c'è stato un evento all'università di محمد Iyah Magelang il 3 e 4 marzo. La posizione è piuttosto strategica e mi rende facile muovermi al campus, Non è così stanco di tornare indietro e uscire. Inizialmente ordinai una stanza standard con 1 letto grande, compreso Sahar 2 Pax. ********** È possibile aggiornare gratuitamente alla camera superiore, quindi la camera si sente più sollevata e confortevole.La camera è pulita, temperata, e è buono riposare dopo un giorno di attività occupato.Il letto è morbido e ti fa dormire meglio. che mi piace di più,dalla stanza si può vedere la vista sulla montagna 🌄 l’atmosfera è tranquilla e fredda,specialmente nella mattina.È davvero buona a caricare l’energia prima di continuare le attività. Per quanto riguarda il servizio, penso che il team sia amichevole e responsabile: Domani, signora Risty e Mas Aga hanno aiutato. In pomeriggio, Mas Bangkit, Sheila e Nayra. Ma Fino ha aiutato la notte Tutto era utile e comunicativo, se avessi bisogno di qualcosa, la risposta era rapida e non complicata, e si sentiva bene servita, non solo formalità. Per la custodia, ero aiutato da Mas Dani, la stanza era sempre pulita e ben tenuta durante il mio soggiorno. Per Sahar è servito in buffet nel ristorante.Anche se non ci sono molte scelte,è sufficiente,il gusto è buono,è ben preparato e tempestivo.Quindi non c'è bisogno di preoccuparsi di rimanere durante il mese Puasa. In generale, ero soddisfatto e mi sentivo confortevole durante il mio soggiorno qui, adatto per chi ha attività a Magelang, sia eventi del campus, lavoro, e solo un soggiorno con un'atmosfera tranquilla e vista sulla montagna. Se vai a magelang di nuovo, non m'importa di rimanere qui di nuovo 👍

11/10 Servizio eccezionale da Relazioni Ospiti, Dita e Zhafira. La piscina era fantastica. Il buffet per colazione era divino. Benvenuto Gelato è stato un bonus. La stanza era perfetta. Il servizio di tutti i dipendenti è stato in generale impeccabile e innocente. La sorpresa extra per il nostro compleanno e il compleanno delle figlie è stata la più dolce!

Uno dei migliori hotel a Cilacap La posizione è anche grande causa non lontano dal minimarket, ristoranti, farmacia ecc. Ma bisogna capire che Cilacap è una piccola città in Indonesia, quindi il livello dell'hotel è diverso da quello delle grandi città.

The room is Okay, the facilities are excellent, they have a sauna, gym and instagram-able places. The pool is great for kids with balinese ambience. They have a playground too. The staff are friendly and quite helpful. But the restaurant sometimes runs out of plates, bowls, fork, spoon and glass. Tables are not fast enough to be cleaned. So I cannot drink or eat although the food is still available. They continue to serve the guests although the serving time is over. So I really appreciate it.

Quando vado a Brola, uso sempre questo hotel.C'e'un senso di pulizia e il servizio e'molto buono.Purtroppo, il cibo del ristorante non e' abbastanza buono, ma tutto il resto e' buono.

The staff's friendliness saved the day, for them, Everyone from security, front desk, wait staff - was warm and welcoming. Some even had the sincerest SMILE I have ever seen. 👍👍 Several areas of concerns are, however : - The Housekeeping staff who was in charge of my floor, had a seriiously BAD BODY ODOUR problem: ome that would stay and linger in the room and even in the corridor. - The food served during Breakfast was varied enough. However, the quality needs major improvement. For example, the CEREAL that I had was the most artificial tasting cereal ever! It was actually quite disgusting. And the service in the PADI Restaurant can be improved, for example: No one cared enough to EMPTY THE ASH TRAYS in the smoking area; also, quite a few times, NO STAFF was seen on the fooors, it seemed as if they were ”gathering” somewhere that would not be visible by the guests on purpose! - The Saftey Deposit Box was not working properly and needed fixing. Someone from ROOMS Dept or ENGINEERING Dept should regularly check every room periodically, without fail! - Last but not least, the pillow in my room smelled like something rotten / a dead rat. Here are the things considered extra servies which the guests have to pay to use: pool, cutleries to use in room when you don't order food from room service and hair dryer. That's just the things I thought to ask for, maybe tons of other things are also not free. Hospitality is awful, female crews were absolutely rude. Don't bother staying here if you're trying to have a half-decent vacation. Also, the bathroom stinks, the double bed is a fake (only 2 singles pushed together which created a hole im the middle), there are rats running around the pool area, the TV is not a Smart TV yet (old style cable only), in-house spa and massage prices were over the top.
