La posizione dell'hotel è buona. Molto veloce e conveniente per controllare l'hotel. Tuttavia, la stanza era antiquata con vecchi tessuti. Il clima era molto vecchio e così alto.

For a 4 stars hotel, it was a bit of a disappointment. Marriot hotels are definitely better outside the UK. When we arrived, we had been travelling for over 5 hours, so we were tired and just wanted to collapse in the room. Instead, we were given an extended explanation at Reception on how a hotel 'works' and that we'd get complimentary wi-fi. Don't ALL hotels have free wi-fi these days??? Also, they wanted to charge us for parking without checking first whether we had a car (which we didn't). When we got to the room, we found it a bit dated. There had been an attempt to update by adding a USB extension on the bedside table - however, this extension had two very bright lights, which I had to cover with a towel to be able to get some sleep. The pillows were way too soft, and they'd also tried to make the mattress softer by placing a duvet (instead of a mattresses topper) under the bed sheet - this ended up making the mattress feel quite lumpy. There was a mini fridge in the room, but it was empty (you had to go downstairs to get snacks). Also, the coffee and tea tray was hidden and very basic. For a 4 stars hotel, the complimentary stuff was basic and when I went to ask about getting slippers or a bath robe, I was told that's only available to premium rooms. However, I have to say that even though the room didn't meet expectations, it was very clean. In terms of the restaurant, the breakfast was delicious. However, the food was placed in cast iron pots under heat lamps, and covered with lids. The lids got very hot under the lamps, so getting your food was a bit of an endurance challenge. As mentioned above, the room was very clean, but I can't say the same about the restaurant. We were sat by the window and there were some cobwebs and dead flies - since we were in the country, a few flies are to be expected, but when the fly cemetary looks the same two days in a row, that suggests nobody dusted there. Not great having your meal while waiting for a spider to climb up the web and join you. The gym was good and had free towels and very helpful staff. We didn't use the swimming pool, but it looked nice. Overall, some good things, but still a bit of a disappointment and never would've guessed that was a 4 star hotel. Not good value for money.

La posizione è buona. Il servizio è eccellente. Tuttavia, le camere e i servizi sono troppo vecchi, andrebbero riparati e rinnovati. Il lavandino del bagno è pieno di macchie e sembra troppo scomodo. Il bar non era affatto pulito.

Hotel is average for 1 night stay and value for money considering breakfast included in price and the location of the hotel from the high street. Lots of creaky noises in the room and hotel room like a maze with lots of entry /exit restrictions makes it an average stay inspite of the nice swimming pool and gym. Staff - very polite and helpful including the restaurant staff.

Nice place to stay over! Good food and services even we ordered 11 pm, got everything great as expected.

La camera è grande con due bagni di sopra, un letto confortevole, una doccia in suite, questa è una stanza migliorata da quella che ho prenotato, così è stata una bella sorpresa! Il colazione era fantastico, ingredienti di buona qualità e presentato molto bene, il servizio era attento e veloce! Il bagno era pulito con buone strutture, durante il nostro soggiorno erano stati fatti lavori sulla piscina esterna, così sarà un grande supplemento quando sarà finito. Il personale del desk front era fantastico, Sarah ci ha mostrato nella nostra stanza!  Adoro i piccoli tocchi! , il sacchetto di rinfrescamento che ci è stato dato per il nostro viaggio a casa quando abbiamo controllato, così come tutti gli altri tocchi fanno per un soggiorno molto piacevole. Vorrei poter stare più a lungo. Vorrei tornare.

Il receptionista di mattina era piacevole aveva le questioni in hotel doveva controllare in più tardi . Quando si accendeva più tardi il giorno dopo le 4:00, un ricevitore diverso ci ha dato 2 camere doppie, ma non era a conoscenza della zona né se la cena fosse dal menu o buffet, perché non lavorava in quel dipartimento ! Miserabile ragazza, l'ospitalità non è certamente la sua forte. La colazione inizia alle 8:00 ma il caldo colazione non è stato messo fuori fino alle 8:30 e perso il nostro treno a causa di questo come abbiamo dovuto sbrigare. Il nostro colazione imperativo è servito al momento indicato. Il personale era scusato, ma questo è successo prima.Hotel molto centrale e in generale molto piacevole soggiorno.

Molto bellissimo posto. Bella posizione per visitare Old Sarum, Stonehenge o anche solo Salisbury. Il personale è amichevole. Belle viste attraverso la finestra. Il letto è davvero comodo.

Abbiamo fatto un giro da Londra a Whatley Manor, la posizione è molto tranquilla, è un manor molto bello da 1929.Abbiamo prenotato una suite e aggiornato a un letto extra singolo per mio figlio e costa 150 sterline, che è considerato molto costoso. Abbiamo prenotato per 2 notti e ci costano 1.500 sterline, [ colazione inclusa ] a mio parere è molto costoso per questa posizione. Penso che i loro punti di vendita siano spa, sauna, camera termica, piscina idro, ma per l'Asia, è troppo comune per noi.I letti sono molto comodi, la camera è molto spaziosa e accogliente, forniscono buone strutture di qualità. Hanno un giardino molto bello per camminare e leggere libri.Oltre al prezzo, tutto è buono.

This hotel has got high standards on cleanliness and service consistently. On a bitterly cold weekend the room was warm throughout. In fact very comfortable bed and no need for extra blanket. 2 small issues. The pillows were a bit lumpy but fine and the restarant did not serve evening meals to our liking but overall outstanding !!! Cannot wait to return.
