UUtente ospiteIl cortile e la decorazione del corridoio sembravano stanchi, ma sono stato piacevolmente sorpreso dalla stanza recentemente ristrutturata. Bella decorazione fresca, e nuovo tappeto, frigo, caffè Bosch, TV a schermo grande, ferro, tavolo da letto e biancheria da biancheria. Ci sono anche una piscina e un centro ricreativo, anche se non ho avuto tempo di controllare. Molto parcheggio anche. Non si aspetta di ottenere un accoppiamento, ma c'era un po' di rumore da persone nel corridoio dalle 6:30 circa con ospiti da feste di allenatore e lavoratori in piedi un personale di pulizia precoce e parlando al volume normale fuori dalla porta. Controlla anche prima delle 10:00.Vale la pena £45.56, però mi costa.

UUtente ospiteI recently had the pleasure of staying at the Leonardo Royal Hotel in Birmingham, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. This hotel is a true gem in the heart of the city, and I can’t recommend it highly enough for anyone visiting Birmingham.
From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the front desk team went out of their way to make me feel at home. I was thrilled to be upgraded to a deluxe room with a stunning view of Birmingham’s skyline, which added a special touch to my stay.
The room itself was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable – I slept like a dream every night! I loved the little touches, like the Nespresso machine, high-speed Wi-Fi, and the sleek bathroom with a powerful rain shower and luxurious toiletries. Everything felt well thought-out, making my stay both relaxing and enjoyable.
The hotel’s facilities were top-notch. The on-site restaurant was a highlight, offering a fantastic breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options, from fresh pastries and fruit to full English breakfast items. I also enjoyed a delicious dinner there one evening – the food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, and the service was impeccable. The bar area was a great spot to unwind with a cocktail after a day of exploring the city.
The location of the Leonardo Royal Hotel Birmingham is unbeatable, especially if you want to be in the heart of the action. It’s just a short walk from major attractions like the Bullring Shopping Centre, Birmingham New Street Station, and the vibrant Brindleyplace area, making it perfect for both leisure and business travelers. I also appreciated how easy it was to get around the city, with excellent transport links nearby.
What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the exceptional service. Every staff member I encountered was professional, friendly, and genuinely eager to help. When I needed recommendations for local restaurants and attractions, the concierge provided brilliant suggestions.
Overall, my stay at the Leonardo Royal Hotel Birmingham exceeded all expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. Whether you’re in Birmingham for a weekend getaway, a business trip, or a special occasion, this hotel is the perfect choice. I’m already looking forward to my next stay here – thank you to the entire team for making my visit so special!

Ma l'hotel ha bisogno di molti miglioramenti! Il buffet del colazione è lasciato aspettando che riempiano i prodotti alimentari, è necessario continuare a chiedere al personale dove sono le tazze per il tè come nessuno è stato sostituito c'erano cune a causa della posizione del tostapane, Siate attenti se chiedete che l'acqua venga sostituita in camera come mi è stato ordinato, ma poi ricevete un rimborso dopo avermi lamentato.. la sala dirigente era buona, ma so che le camere standard non sono grandi. Il personale era buono, ma c'è bisogno di una migliore organizzazione. La zona di piscina è data e non sembra che si stiano scelendo e scegliere le ore aperte in prossimità. Non rimarremmo ancora e certamente non 4 stelle 3 al massimo .. non può commentare i trattamenti spa come non ha usato, ma guardare il Spa I'm sure there are better ones around. Il campo da golf 9 buca in buono stato, ma all'esterno dell'hotel è necessario un po' screwy.

JJeanetteI enjoyed my stay :). The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable and the room temperature was cozy after putting on the air conditioner. Check in was prompt. The breakfast was very good 👍.
I would have given 5 stars for amenities but the swimming pool and sauna closes early on weekends (7pm) and the tea and coffee selection in the room was very basic.

MMike LutzA very pleasant stay in a clean room with decent amenities. The bed was comfy and I didn’t hear noise from other guests, it was good to have blackout blinds too. The location was perfect for my conference and walking distance to the city centre (about 15 mins). The breakfast is decent and there are snacks and drinks available as well.

Tuttavia, era confuso che l'hotel lasciava entrare chiunque utilizzasse il bar, dal corso di gara quando ci erano ampie bar nel campo di gara per chi non si trovava all'hotel. Dopo Madness ha finito l'unico bar aperto è il bar dell'hotel, perché il show è finito 10.00 tempo di casa e ti vogliono fuori se non ti fermi all'hotel, che è buono, ma se ti fermi all'hotel come molti di noi erano , il bar era pieno, sono stati colpiti così, naturalmente, la gente voleva sedersi fuori perché ci sono tavoli per l'hotel fuori ma la sicurezza era stata detto di non lasciare nessuno fuori con bere, quanto stupido è questo, capisco che vuoi chiudere il corso di gara, Quindi devi limitare le persone a usare l'hotel se non sono qui, e non essere invidioso e prendere i soldi delle persone sapendo che sarai 60 persone più in una zona di bar, piccola cosa come covdi accade qualche anno fa dovresti solo servire l'hotel E aiutare il povero bar staff, giovane ragazza da sola, blocca camminando con 3/4 pinti non pagano e lei non può cacciarli da sola. I Ps non si sono fermati per colazione troppo costoso, io andavo, ma anche se aveva aumentato un po' il prezzo, ma ricordato che era freddo l'ultima volta che ci siamo fermati.

UUtente ospitethe room is good enough for 3 persons, though the sofa beds are actually smaller than the photos. well equipped with 2 head cooking hobs, small fridge, dish washer, microwave with grill function and sufficient utensils, and also instant coffee were provided.
the water pressure of the shower is super good and water is hot enough but the toilet is a bit small, you have to hide just next to the toilet bowl then you have enough space to open the door.
The down side is the service of the reception & housekeeping team. After we got the room cards, we couldn't access to the room and needed to go down to ask the receptionist to fix the cards and come back to open the room. After entered the room, we found that the water in toilet sink didn't go, we asked the housekeeping staff who was just working at the next room to have a look at it but who said we needed to go to the receptionist (as there's no inter-room telephone, we have to go down again). Then the receptionist arranged another room which was downstairs for us.
We booked for 2 nights, when we came back to the hotel the next evening, the room cards didn't work, again. The receptionist claimed that it might be due to the cards being put together with the mobile phone that might damage the cards. However, we were sure the cards weren't put together with the phones!
It would be perfect if a small box of tissue could be provided.

The ceiling is quite low in the bathroom so when you’re standing in the bathtub, my head was quite close to the ceiling. I’m around 6 ft 2. The shower itself is quite good. There was a crack on the wall in the shower which needs to be fixed. Maybe installing a walk in shower would be better.
The room was otherwise clean and spacious.
They use two beds and stick it together to make one king size bed. Uncomfortable when sleeping as the beds tended to separate slightly when sleeping so you’re slightly sinking in the middle. They should have made this clearer. It would be much better if they have a proper king size bed.
The view was really nice from the room. Breakfast was extra and it was very good. It’s a buffet style breakfast.
Staff were friendly and accommodating.
Although I did t use it, the spa facilities were included in the price which is nice.
Lots of parking available and safe. The hotel close the gates at midnight but you can press the buzzer and they’ll let you in.
The hotel itself is a listed building so no lifts, but you can probably ask for help if with bags.
Hotel itself is beautiful. Would I visit again? Yes
