Colombia: hotel con palestra nella provincia di Bogotá

La posizione dell'hotel è ottima, abbastanza vicino all'aeroporto e proprio di fronte a una stazione di polizia. La zona circostante sembra essere un quartiere piuttosto esclusivo e sicuro, con un grande centro commerciale raggiungibile in poco più di 10 minuti a piedi. Anche la colazione è buona e si adatta bene ai gusti orientali, inoltre le porzioni dei pasti ordinati al ristorante sono molto abbondanti. L'unica pecca è che la pulizia potrebbe essere leggermente migliorabile: durante le notti del mio soggiorno, in due occasioni mi sono alzato a mezzanotte per andare in bagno e ho notato la presenza di scarafaggi.

Ma devo dire che il personale di servizio, che intendo le ragazze e le persone che si occupano del colazione, erano fantastiche, si riparavano meglio nella ricetta, sono così gentili e puliti, e si fa il rispetto per gli altri. La palestra è così basilare, ma utile, il colazione così deliziosa, la cortina nella stanza è stata rotta e nessuno ha fatto niente... l'ultima cosa che hanno fatto menzionare le mie sorelle, hanno promesso di consegnare nella stanza e non l'ha mai fatto, quindi dovremmo andare a rivendicare, Questo dettaglio del ricevitore, quella donna brutta e anche il manager inutile che ha detto che avrebbe esaminato la prenotazione e che ha anche detto che dobbiamo reclamare il viaggio sul sito web perché è stato un errore di viaggio

The Suites are very spacious and spotlessly clean. The large bed was comfortable and had quality sheets. Shower was good with plenty of hot water and large towels. WiFi was just adequate. Breakfast was nice with a good selection. The staff were friendly and very professional. We plan to return to the Tequendama to stay even longer when we return from a brief vist with friends outside of Bogota.

Il personale è molto utile e la camera è molto bella. Non sapere se è l'app, l'hotel o il sito di prenotazione, ma la comunicazione è orribile. Non potevo parlare con nessuno riguardo al password per la porta, grazie alla sicurezza mi ha lasciato entrare perché era tardi di notte, ma il servizio di messaggistica AI è completamente inutile. Non poteva messaggi hotel e numero di telefono non funzionavano.

The Habitel Hotel is conveniently situated close to the airport, with a reliable shuttle service that adds to its appeal. The hotel comprises two sections, ‘Prime’ and ‘Select,’ with the ‘Prime’ offering slightly superior accommodations. My stay was generally satisfactory; however, the A/C in my room was broken, making it uncomfortably cold. After multiple visits to reception, the staff kindly provided a heater. This issue should ideally be addressed before guest check-ins. It appears the hotel is undergoing construction on the 1st floor, which was where my room was located, resulting in some noise. Despite these inconveniences, the delicious breakfast made up for everything! I highly recommend the Caldo de Costilla. Based on the food alone, I would definitely consider staying here again.

fantastic breakfast, helpful staff as we were travelling with an infant. The surrounding area of the hotel is perfect for running or walking in the park. Close by shopping market within walking distance for food or basic staff. Quiet location respect the busy city and perfect for resting after a day out. Common areas inside the hotel were perfect for relaxing. Unfortunately the last floor with the gym was under renovation and we couldn't use it but we will come back as it has been an overall great staying.

Amazing new studio, with excellent design and quality minimalistic furniture. Has everything one could feel in comfort - including a kitchenette and a washing machine, which I didn't need for my short stay, but for a longer stay would be great. Nice minimalistic bathroom with all that matters (a big shower head and nice toiletries). Modern lighting and controls, more than enough plugs around the room, great wifi too. Super comfortable bed, everything is sparkling clean (and quite new). This area of Bogota is very nice, clean and close to a park, not too crowded either. The only thing I didn't like was the slow check in and the little extra bureaucracy there, but I guess it's the government that sets those rules and the owners just need to follow them.
