L'hotel è un buon hotel, l'hardware è ok, non eccezionale ma è una corona qualificata. La posizione è eccellente e c'è un bus navetta per la base dei panda. È la scelta migliore per portare i bambini. I gestori della reception e della hall sono entrambi bravi e hanno risolto attivamente qualsiasi spiacevolezza verificatasi. Il prossimo passo è rafforzare la formazione dei portieri. Le cose degli ospiti sono più costose di quanto ci si potrebbe aspettare, e gli ospiti che arrivano tardi in hotel sono anche ospiti con bambini e anziani, anche se si fermano solo per una notte, non sono inferiori agli ospiti che celebrano un matrimonio l'albergo. Devi ascoltare le richieste ragionevoli dei tuoi ospiti e non prendere le tue decisioni.

This resort is nothing short of amazing and I would definitely rate this resort 10/10! I have a young toddler aged 18MO & elderly parents above 70YO during this stay and we absolutely loved our stay here. Value-for-money (we stayed during off-peak season, weekday, about RMB1000/night for our original room type), relatively new, clean & big rooms. Some noteworthy details: - Service is top-notched. Staff were friendly & very helpful. We could see that they really put in their heart into the work they do. They even gave our little one a panda toy & she loves it - a really nice gesture by the resort. - The resort is located at Jintang, a hot spring precinct. With Trip.com, we booked the hotel bundle/package and it was fantastic. The key items in the package include: (a) A free strawberry picking experience at a nearby humble farm called 许姐草莓采摘. Each booking entitles you to 500g worth of strawberries (transport at own expense, only about RMB10 by Didi). The strawberries were big and juicy, we were lucky cos they are in season now! (b) 40-min Himalayan Salt Therapy/Bath for 1 pax/room (c) Outdoor hot spring experience for the whole family (my 18MO loves it too!). There are many pools to choose from & we could find one which was not too hot for our baby. This is otherwise chargeable from RMB228/pax to RMB468/family of 2A1C. (d) Bicycle rental, but we didn’t try it as it was too cold. - Resort looks amazing, both indoors & outdoors! There were a number of activities for children to enjoy too but our naughty one is too young to appreciate it. Older kids will love them. - We also loved the hotel’s concept of having complimentary bottles of distilled water etc. which is really important to us as we needed a lot of water for our baby’s food. This meant that that we did not have to go to the trouble of finding a supermarket, which is quite a distance away. - We managed to snag a free upgrade to a Spring 2-Bedroom Villa due to our Accor Gold membership & it’s low peak season. All villas come with private pool - ours was available both on L1 & L2. - Hotel uses quality furnishing & Toto toilet, definitely a plus. Water pressure is great too. - We had all our meals at L’Orange as there are no nearby eateries & our time is limited due to our baby. The steamboat set is pricey but highly recommended! The fish & lamb meat (can be changed to beef at diner’s request) were fresh & really good. We liked all the other meat dishes too except for the dumplings. If you have Accor Plus membership, the usual discounts are available too. The hotel breakfast is also at the same restaurant. Breakfast selection was good even though there were not many guests. Areas of improvement: - Resort was able to provide a baby cot for our 18MO. However, the mattress was a little hard & the cot was creaky, it kept our baby awake. - The air-con ventilation vents are directly above the baby cot and it became too cold for our baby in the middle of the night. Couldn’t adjust the temperature no matter what. The staff managed to made it warmer the following night but it resulted in some loud noises, probably issues with the damper. - Rooms can be a little cleaner (e.g we saw dust balls on the floor). Thank you Ocean Spring Resort Chengdu! We had a great stay here. Will definitely be back!

1) Subway station is 30 seconds right across the road. 2) Location is good because it is enveloped by a few famous narrow alleys selling handicraft, snacks, desserts, souvenirs, Chinese artwork etc, and have endless food stalls, coffee shops that surround the hotel, buzzing with activities all day till at least 11pm. 3) Hotel staff speak minimal English but they do understand it albeit not able to converse freely. Naturally using PTH is best. 4) Staff in the entire hotel are very friendly, courteous, pleasant and accommodating, trying to help in any way possible. 5) Bespectacled night manageress in a black suit was very welcoming and sweet. She offered to upgrade us when the room originally assigned for us was not as quiet as we had requested when we booked it. She led us to see the original one ( 2/F )and the other one ( the quieter one on 3/F ) and let us choose. 6) The upgraded room ( 3/F ) was a suite and it was really nice --- very quiet with courtyard view and tasteful lay out. 7) Cannot praise enough for the delightful suite -- spacious and elegant ; super clean ; smells nice , refreshing and just right not overwhelming ; white crispy bed linen ; daily turn down service; endless supply of fresh bottled water on daily basis ; spotless tumbler and fresh bottle of water by the bedside table every evening; everything you touch is spotless ; wooden flooring matching Chinese wooden furniture in simple design giving out this classy Chinese feel ; free to consume anything for the 1st time in the mini bar ; tea & coffee replenished daily ; kettle and coffee machine; free stationery like scissors, stapler, clips, pencil and pens etc; toiletries like vanity set, combs, toothbrush etc replenished daily ; spacious bathroom with double wash basins and clean white towels ; wash basins in rose gold but not tacky; shower drainage not smooth on 1st night but they fixed it and no prob thereafter ; water pressure from shower was good and plenty of marble top inside shower room for your own toiletries ; bathtub with fresh rose petals on 1st night and various types of bath salt ; big screen to watch telly while in tub ; separate toilet near living room; ample wardrobe space and power operated blinds and black out blinds. They provide steam iron on request but it would be better to have a proper flat iron if you want to press pants and other thicker harder material. Steam iron is only good for silk or plain cotton. Even linen is better with a flat iron. 8) This is a 100% Chinese ambience hotel from lobby to our suite but nothing is gaudy or ostentatious because everything is simple, no fuss, low-key, very clean, good architecture, functional and all colour combo is soothing to the eyes. 9) We ate at their restaurant the 1st night and food was ok -- dan dan noodles slightly overcooked so it was a bit mushy. Fried rice was a huge serving with fresh shrimps and nicely cooked. Tea could be hotter. Service was attentive, efficient and proper.

位置：在中查溝魯能小鎮，距離機場大概一個半小時，海拔也不高，機場過來途徑森林公園，一整個被震撼到！酒店陽台推開門的景色也真的很到位了！選址優秀！佈局也是一步一景，花草樹木相得益彰～ 衞生：很乾凈，打掃收拾也很及時 服務：人還沒到，前台的Jason就已經與我聯繫，諮詢入住需求，也幫忙預約了接機服務，非常貼心；入住當晚推門就看到夜床已經開好，房間温度也很合適，在還略有寒意的九寨溝，感受到了被關懷；在酒店裡每一天遇到的工作人員也都很好，服務都很到位 真的十分推薦這家酒店，可以洗去旅程中的所有疲憊～帶着媽媽來，她也特別滿意👍

Puoi scendere alla stazione Chunxi Road sulla linea 3 della metropolitana e camminare per circa 8 minuti per arrivarci. È proprio accanto a una delle strade più prospere. Ci sono i principali quartieri degli affari, aree di ristorazione, ecc. a 5-10 minuti a piedi dal check-in turistico di Taikoo Li, il Parco del Popolo e Kuanzhai Alley possono essere raggiunti anche a piedi . Non appena sono entrato, ho sentito un ottimo atteggiamento nei confronti del servizio ed ero molto entusiasta di chiedere se c'era qualcosa in cui potevo aiutare. L'arredamento interno dell'hotel è semplice ed elegante e le camere sono confortevoli e spaziose. Pieni voti per l'igiene

Vengo a Emeishan in media due o tre volte all'anno e ho soggiornato in molti hotel e B&B. Questo hotel merita una lode. Il personale che ho incontrato è molto, molto gentile. Ogni camera è piena di dettagli attenti, compresi i bambini kit dentistici e pantofole. È stato fantastico preparare il tè accanto al fuoco e anche la colazione era ottima. Mio padre ha detto che ho dormito meglio che a casa. Tutta la famiglia mi ha elogiato più volte. Posso davvero sentire le intenzioni del capo. C'è un senso di rallentamento e sembra calmo e per niente impetuoso. Mi piace davvero e tornerò la prossima volta❤️ Ci siamo divertiti moltissimo questo fine settimana, grazie. (Il tempo è molto bello oggi, ho visto la cima della montagna, sono felice)

The hotel name is rather deceiving. When I booked, I thought it was IHG's Holiday Inn, but it's actually not. The location is somewhere in the middle of a village near the airport, but luckily they provided free airport pick up service (For international tourists, it's best to get a local number to call the hotel). Due to construction works nearby, the distance to the airport took longer than expected. But, overall the stay is okay as the room is nice and comfy.

Ostello davvero carino! Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile e parla un inglese perfetto! Hanno eventi gratuiti che è stato divertente e un modo fantastico per incontrare altri viaggiatori con lo zaino! Abbiamo alloggiato in una stanza privata, il che era bello! La camera in sé era pulita, elegante e confortevole. Anche i bagni erano belli! Solo a volte senza acqua calda per la doccia notturna. Nel complesso un ostello davvero buono, ritornerei sicuramente! Oh, e molti buoni ristoranti e negozi convenienti nei dintorni.

We initially chose Pure Cloud Hotel for its proximity to Wuxiangang Bus Station and its recent opening. The drive up the narrow mountain road, full of sharp turns, was a bit unsettling for our city Didi driver, so we were secretly relieved (as was our driver) when we finally arrived. At first glance, the hotel seemed quite simple, and I wasn’t entirely sure I had made the right choice. However, any lingering doubts were quickly washed away by the warm welcome from Derek, the hotel manager, and the staff. When we got to our room, it was pure joy! The minimalist design is visually soothing, and the balcony with its expansive mountain views made us feel like just hanging around and doing nothing was more than enough. If you're the kind of traveler who feels guilty about not doing anything, rest assured that the hotel is in a beautiful section of the mountain. There's a lovely old temple and a sacred spring pond nearby—Zhongfeng Temple and Shenshui Pavilion, I believe. You’ll also enjoy the energy of hikers rushing up and down the mountain. There are enough people to make it lively but not overwhelmingly crowded like Leidongping or Jinding, where the crowds can be exhausting. A special mention goes to Derek, who exceeded all our expectations. His kindness and professionalism reminded me of the kind of service you expect from a six-star hotel, where every need is anticipated. Derek went above and beyond, making our journey to Golden Summit and onward to Leshan much smoother and more enjoyable. Since we speak minimal Chinese, he kindly helped us communicate with the next hotel, explaining how to get there. He even offered us a free ride to the bus station when we struggled to find a Didi in the area. Derek also helped arrange our transfer to Leshan. We were incredibly impressed and grateful for his assistance. If I had to suggest one area for improvement, I’d say the dinner options could use some enhancement to match the overall excellence of the stay. A small tip: If your goal is to catch the sunrise and sunset at Golden Summit, you'll need to stay at one of the mountaintop hotels near Jinding. Logistically, getting to these hotels involves taking a bus from Baoguosi or Wuxiangang Station to Leidongping, then a cable car to the upper platform, followed by a roughly one-hour hike with steep steps to Jinding. It's manageable with a backpack, but not ideal with large luggage. That’s why we chose Pure Cloud Hotel for its close proximity to Wuxiangang Bus Station, leaving our luggage there and heading up the mountain with just our backpacks.

Mia sorella ed io abbiamo davvero apprezzato il nostro meraviglioso soggiorno a Chengdu, in gran parte grazie alla meravigliosa esperienza di soggiorno in questo ostello. Chayenne e Zoey sono state incredibilmente gentili e disponibili. Basta chiedere loro qualche consiglio e saranno sicuri di darti dei consigli davvero carini, e direi che hanno trasmesso bene l'a**osfera dell'ostello. Oh sì, non dimenticare di provare l'opera del Sichuan, la migliore decisione di sempre. La camera è bella e ordinata, soggiorno piacevole. Abbiamo avuto alcuni problemi con la nostra prima camera e ci è stata assegnata immediatamente una nuova stanza. Oh sì, anche le zie delle pulizie sono molto gentili, prova a parlare con loro, sono davvero dolci. Provate anche il loro bar sul tetto, il caffè Aloha e il caffè Waikiki Beach sono i miei preferiti.
