I am satisfied with this hotel from check in process till the check out. Everything went on smoothly. Most importantly, the bed is comfortable and clean. The wc is warmed for the winter season which is greatly appreciated. I had a chance to speak with Xiau Du and true enough she is very helpful. The staffs may need to learn from her as her standard can be quite high being an experienced manager. I had a few occasion when other guests are speaking a little too loud, but the staffs handled it very professionally. I respect that. And I do appreciate that they care about every guests. It takes about 5 min drive to the entrance of the National Park, which need to flag down a taxi and every time, need to haggle with their pricing. Standard is rmb15, but some will charge rmb20. The hotel is located right next to all the food restaurant and convenient stores. Overall, the stay is really good and glad to be able to find this hotel. Hope to come back again for even greater experience. All the best to the hotel. Maintain the cleanliness and provide more assistance to international guests would definitely be a great thing for the hotel to come out greater than the rest of the nearby hotels. I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation! The staff gave us a warm welcome and provided excellent service throughout our stay. As soon as I got off the car in front of the property, a staff member helped carry my luggage and escorted me to the accommodation. They thoroughly explained all the details about the property, which was very helpful. The staff spoke English fluently, so there’s no need to worry about communication, and they made every effort to understand our needs. I arrived in the afternoon, so I took some time to rest and recover from the travel fatigue. The room was clean and spacious. I chose a twin room, and the size was perfect for two people. The room was fully equipped with amenities such as drinking water, a hairdryer, and toiletries (the soap smelled amazing!). The bed was clean, soft, and very comfortable—it kept me warm and cozy even though it was around -4°C outside. The floor had a heater, and the staff made sure to explain everything clearly. There were extra blankets provided in the bedside cabinet and two types of indoor slippers available. The room also had a water heater, which worked perfectly. For meals, there’s a dining area downstairs. The food was delicious and served in generous portions. The hot tea was particularly delightful, and they also offered a variety of coffee and other drinks to choose from. I highly recommend trying the hotpot here—it was incredibly tasty! The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect and paid great attention to detail. One of the staff members, who might also be the owner, kindly arranged a taxi for us to visit Shuangqiaogou. They also helped us book transportation back to Chengdu, with an additional service fee of 10 yuan per person. They were so thoughtful and accommodating! I was genuinely happy with my choice to stay here, and there was nothing disappointing about the experience. It was worth every penny and exceeded my expectations in every way. I even met many Thai travelers during my stay, so it was lively and far from lonely! If you’re unsure about staying here, I highly recommend this place—you won’t regret it. We stayed one night here. The location is very good. Very near to the scenic area. The receptionist very nice and kind, especially Liu Yu (forgot to ask her name but I got her name from her colleague). Not sure whether she still remembers us, but we are the guest who check out on 27/11/24. Breakfast was good too.

Good location and about 10-15 mins walk to Jiuzhaigou park entrance. Was disappointed that the room booking did not come with the free transport as mentioned in Trip.com, but hotel staff was able to provide contact to do carpooling, which is about the same price as taking a bus. Amenities are good and clean. Lots of restaurants and there are also some supermarket around the area. There is also a shop within the hotel and the things are very affordable and have long opening hours, so there is no need to go out if you need to buy stuff (I bought a jacket as I did not prepare thicker jacket)

Walkable distance to Bipenggou ticket office. Nice and spacious room. They provided disposable towel. So bring your own if you prefer a fluffy fabric one. Dinner at the hotel was delicious. However, breakfast was Chinese breakfast style. So if you're vegetarian or at the age that prefers green than meat, then breakfast here is so perfect to you. Staff were nice and helpful. I was there from late Nov to early Dec. The weather was really cold. The floor heater in the room keeps stopping working. Staff came to fix it, but after that it stopped again and again.

The hotel is near the bus stop from huanglongjiuzhai station, the building behind KFC. Around the hotel , there are many restaurants and shops. We stayed here for 3 nights, and walked to jiuzhai valley national park, my parents liked there and this hotel very much . The view from my families room is superb!

La differenza di temperatura tra la mattina e la sera a Jiuzhaigou è enorme stufa in camera quando siamo entrati. La colazione era piuttosto abbondante. Non è lontano da Jiuzhaigou. È anche molto vicino all'ingresso, a 500 metri di distanza. Sono rimasto lì per 2 giorni e sono rimasto soddisfatto.

Servizio: ci sono venuti a prendere e ci hanno portati a Jiuzhaigou, hanno preso i nostri bagagli e ci hanno portato sull'autobus. Il servizio è stato davvero ottimo. Ambiente: nel complesso va bene. Non consiglio di ordinare il loro rifugio contro i tifoni per cena. Tutto il resto è piuttosto delizioso. È conveniente ordinare da asporto in hotel. Puoi bere un po' di Shanghai Auntie. La stanza è un po' mini, ma il prezzo è abbastanza buono. Anche la toilette intelligente nel bagno è intatta. La zuppa privata nella stanza ha una borsa usa e getta, che è più igienica

We stayed one night here. The location is very good. Very near to the scenic area. The receptionist very nice and kind, especially Liu Yu (forgot to ask her name but I got her name from her colleague). Not sure whether she still remembers us, but we are the guest who check out on 27/11/24. Breakfast was good too.

Good location and about 10-15 mins walk to Jiuzhaigou park entrance. Was disappointed that the room booking did not come with the free transport as mentioned in Trip.com, but hotel staff was able to provide contact to do carpooling, which is about the same price as taking a bus. Amenities are good and clean. Lots of restaurants and there are also some supermarket around the area. There is also a shop within the hotel and the things are very affordable and have long opening hours, so there is no need to go out if you need to buy stuff (I bought a jacket as I did not prepare thicker jacket)

The hotel is near the bus stop from huanglongjiuzhai station, the building behind KFC. Around the hotel , there are many restaurants and shops. We stayed here for 3 nights, and walked to jiuzhai valley national park, my parents liked there and this hotel very much . The view from my families room is superb!
