Forniamo il servizio di ritiro e riconsegna all'aeroporto Quando lasci la stazione, il personale ti accoglierà alla porta con un cartello e ti verranno dati frutta e snack quando salirai sull'autobus. Al momento del check-in nella hall, c'è zuppa di prugne acide appena preparata e asciugamani caldi. Puoi anche ordinare snack, bevande, frutta, prodotti per bambini e persino gnocchi e polpette di riso glutinoso. Ad ogni stanza viene offerto un Hanfu gratuito una volta al giorno. L'Hanfu è disponibile in vari stili, è pulito e igienico e non è qualcosa con cui ti occupi solo frettolosamente. Ci sono molti tipi di colazione. Durante questi pochi giorni a Luoyang, mi vergogno di dire che il miglior pasto che ho fatto è stata la colazione in hotel (forse non ho trovato il posto giusto, anche la colazione era davvero squisita). puoi ordinare cibo e l'ambiente è molto pulito. La posizione dell'hotel è ottima, vicino ai centri commerciali e ci vogliono circa 10 minuti per prendere un taxi per Yingtianmen e il Museo Luoyang. Al momento del check-out è stata consegnata anche una tazza. Nella hall c'è anche il piccolo squalo di nome Xiaobai, il preferito dei bambini. Attraverso questo record simile a un account, mi sento davvero molto soddisfatto. L'ambiente, i servizi igienico-sanitari e il servizio sono ottimi. Il mio piccolo suggerimento è che la velocità di Internet debba essere migliorata e che le tende del bagno dovrebbero essere cambiate in modo appropriato in modo che il sole possa splendere al mattino. Se hai la possibilità di venire di nuovo a Luoyang, questo hotel è la tua unica scelta. Inoltre, il giocattolo del bambino è stato lasciato nella stanza e il cameriere ha chiamato per confermare e lo ha consegnato gratuitamente a casa sua, il che è semplicemente invincibile. Non dico altro, date un’occhiata alla foto qui sopra!

Estremamente soddisfatto, complimenti per il servizio! Il personale è stato paziente, cordiale e accogliente. L'hotel si trova proprio nella zona panoramica; dopo aver visitato le grotte sul lato Xishan e poi il Giardino Baiyuan, è disponibile un bus navetta elettrico per il rientro in hotel dalla zona panoramica. È disponibile anche un servizio navetta per la stazione ferroviaria ad alta velocità. Tutto il personale è stato gentile, educato e disponibile. L'esperienza è stata eccellente, rendendo il viaggio ancora più piacevole. Anche la colazione è stata servita in camera. La receptionist è stata molto gentile e devo dire che i cuscini in piuma dell'hotel sono stati i più comodi che abbia mai usato durante il viaggio.

La camera era ok e anche l'arredamento era ok. Siamo arrivati dopo mezzanotte e il ragazzo alla reception, Karl (credo si chiamasse così), è stato molto gentile e ha risposto a tutte le nostre domande. Gli orari della colazione e i piani erano spiegati chiaramente. Forse la camera era un po' angusta, dato che era accanto al bagno. Al mattino si sentivano i rumori dei vicini. I servizi igienici necessitano davvero di miglioramenti. C'era un ingorgo di taxi e c'era spazzatura ovunque sul lungomare.

Questa sistemazione in famiglia è stata un'esperienza assolutamente perfetta! I proprietari sono stati incredibilmente cordiali e accoglienti. Ci hanno persino offerto trasferimenti gratuiti per le attrazioni vicine, rendendo le nostre visite turistiche davvero comode. La terrazza panoramica è semplicemente meravigliosa! La sera abbiamo ordinato la cena e ce l'hanno portata su, permettendoci di gustare un pasto delizioso ammirando la splendida vista, davvero il massimo del piacere in vacanza. In realtà ho prenotato questo posto solo per la terrazza panoramica e non mi ha deluso! Anche il prezzo è incredibile, non troverete un'offerta migliore. Rapporto qualità-prezzo eccezionale. Altamente raccomandato!

We had a very pleasant 4 night stay at the Banshan Siji Hotel in Luoyang. The resort is beautiful and secluded, away from all of the hustle and bustle of downtown Luoyang while remaining accessible. The location is very convenient to the high speed rail station, Longmen Grottoes, Guang Lin Temple and Peony Museum. It’s a bit further away to get to White Horse Temple, Lintang Gate and Luoyi Ancient City. However, the hotel offers a very convenient and comfortable private shuttle for train/airport transfer and a daily trips to or from town. Above all, I have to commend the team at this hotel for their excellent service and extremely friendly attitude. Everyone went out of their way to offer assistance for any of our needs and always with a smile. A huge bonus - they offered a complementary same-day laundry service which we used several times during our stay taking care of a major hassle on extended travels. From the reception, front desk, porters, drivers and housekeepers, we received top notch service rivalling hotels we’ve stayed at worldwide. The breakfast also deserves special mention. The selection was not as extensive as buffets at some major hotels but the quality was excellent and we found it to be more than enough to start each day before sightseeing. In addition to a small self serve area, you can order large bowls soup or noodles and they also provide a beautiful tray of delicacies. We very much enjoyed each day’s breakfast. Finally, the room we stayed in, with a private hot spring tub and private patio was spacious, clean, modern and beautiful. We enjoyed use the tub after full days of sightseeing to ease aching muscles and the bed was very comfortable. On our final night, we did experience a problem with a light switch not turn lights but the staff were quick to provide us another room so we could get to sleep. Another great example of their dedication to quality service. Overall, I was very pleased to have discovered this beautiful gem in Luoyang and it made our visit to this wonderful city that much more special and memorable.

Stayed for 6 nights. I do not usually give poor reviews as I know competition amongst hotels is tough but I do want to share my experience so that other customers can make an informed decision. Overall, my stay was alright but not outstanding (probably subpar for China’s hospitality standards). An aspect I enjoyed was the location. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from Yanzhuang metro station. As this hotel is located in residential area, food/lifestyle options are largely catered to locals - not too worry as they are mostly modern and suitable for the younger crowds too. For the negative aspects: 1. I felt that the service provided by hotel staffs were mediocre at best. The vibes I got was that they hated their job and being there. Basic things was not done on check-in day. For eg. introducing the hotel and its facilities, establishing communications, and informing me of my entitlements - free afternoon tea on day of check-in, check-out timing, daily coffee etc. When I returned to the hotel to rest, they would stare at me coldly which made me fairly uncomfortable. 2. Daily housekeeping was done properly and thoroughly, although there was an incident where housekeeping entered the room at 10.30am when I was still asleep. I do feel its quite inappropriate to enter the room that early, especially on a Saturday. The hotel should strongly consider fixing the housekeeping indicator or implementing a mechanism so that housekeeping knows when to enter the room. 3. Maintenance of the room could be improved. For example, the toilet flush was barely working (required multiple flushes after each use) and the water temperature fluctuates a lot when showering. The light switches were not intuitive to use and some were spoilt too. In summary, I was taken aback by the subpar standard as other branches from this hotel chain has been excellent. While I enjoy the convenient location, I will probably not stay here again the next time I visit Zhengzhou. Please feel free to contact me if you require further information. Thanks.

L'arredamento della camera è fantastico, molto grandioso e lussuoso, e anche la varietà e il gusto della colazione sono molto buoni, soprattutto la zuppa piccante👍 È comodo viaggiare. Ci sono le linee della metropolitana 1 e 10. C'è il Museo della scienza e della tecnologia di Zhengzhou e il vicino Museo della deviazione dell'acqua da sud a nord di Zhengzhou (l'interno è chiuso. Il museo è in fase di ristrutturazione fino al 30 novembre).

Always excited to try new hotels in Puyang! Passed by this place because there's an EV charging point at a petrol station. I've stayed in the business version of this Biway chain of hotels at Hualong District and it was not bad so I decided to take a chance. This hotel is the premium version of their business series and I'm glad to say that the interior is indeed premium. However it is considered small compared to other luxury premium level hotels in Puyang, but it is more convenient here so it is understandable. Staff is very friendly and well trained even though our check in was rather late. I'm a foreigner so it's a little tricky but all's well and they've upgraded us too. The room is smart so you can say ”Xiaodu Xiaomi” haha. The switches were intuitive so plus points to that! I love the hotel amenities like the hair dryer was pretty superb, heating system in the room is super toasty too. The beddings is really luxurious it's gotta be one of the best I've tried in China haha not an exaggeration. The pooping toilet is separate from the bathing toilet, I like that because my husband's 💩 is really smelly hahahha. Toilet seat is also heated and they provide a disposable toilet seat too. Note that this hotel has an EV charging point but only 1 parking spot so that's very few. Just a few suggestions to take it to the next level: 1. Toilet bowls could have a washing bidet. 2. There's veryyyyy slight hint of smoke smell but it is because my room isn't a non-smoking room. But I would suggest having differentiation of smoking and non-smoking rooms so sensitive folks like me would not smell it at all, or use a better ionic treatment. 3. The hotel should have more EV charging parking spots considering the large number of EVs in China. 4. TV apps are not paid so there's practically nothing much to watch. There are hotels with paid accounts so that's a bonus. Overall no complaints and I look forward to staying again!

Servizi: Nuovissimo ed eccellente, con piscina, centro fitness e ristorante. L'arredamento è elegante e autentico, una vera esperienza Marriott a cinque stelle. Ringrazio il personale della reception e del centralino per la loro ospitalità e disponibilità a soddisfare tutte le mie richieste e domande. Sarebbe ancora meglio se avessero un'area di asciugatura self-service.

A large shopping centre (Wanda Plaza) is next door with a huge array of Chinese franchised food outlets alongside KFC and Starbucks. A good spread of affordable to prestige clothing brands as well. Many empty shops, though, point to economic stresses in this market. The breakfast is standard Chinese hotel fare so if you're expecting a range of gourmet cereals and breads you'll be disappointed. Turning to the room itself. No room clock and a huge television screen that turns on every time you put your key in the slot are minor annoyances. The television screen has no apparent access to audio-visual inputs which seems a wasted opportunity to me. I want to watch my own media on the television screen. The room is a good size and quite quiet. The bed was firm but not hard. Blackout curtains work well and windows can be partially opened. I observed that any non-smoking regulation was not observed by all guests. Perhaps in the major markets that's more enforced. There is no laundry service as far as I could tell. The shower stall is my main concern and this might apply only to my room. The drain is VERY slow and the recess quickly fills with water. The floor is flat, so water does not naturally flow to the drain, leaving the shower recess always wet and a potential mould hazard. No complaints from me about the lack of staff who speak English. This is a new hotel catering mainly to Chinese travellers. While I have some concerns about the standard of building construction finish I can't fault the staff for their attentiveness and friendliness. If the location suits you the value is obvious. Note that guest rooms are on floors 18 and 19 so expect to spend some time waiting for the slow lift.
