AArum Octaviani Hadi MulyonoFave is a solid choice for budget travelers. The hotel in Padjajaran, Bandung is clean, and the staff are super friendly. Breakfast has a good variety of Indonesian dishes, with a few Western options.
The location is great—Botani Mall is just around the corner.
A couple of things to note: there’s no fridge in the room, and the shower area isn’t separated from the toilet, so it can get wet. It’s manageable, but if that bothers you, consider paying a bit more for a different setup.

HhobistaycationFor the first time staycation disini. Awal check in sekitar jam 3 tanpa deposit, book non smoke tp adanya smoking , kalau non smoke harus nunggu lagi 30 menit dan semuanya readynya connecting door. Kamarnya lumayan bersih dan amenitiesnya lengkap. Fasilitasnya cukup lengkap dan kids friendly. Bf untuk hotel bintang 4 sorry to say biasa aja, menu dari tiap pilihan kaya western, tradisional, dessert sedikit. Coba nasi goreng juga sudah tidak fresh, seperti sudah dimasak dari malam.
Setelah bf mau balik ke kamar boom, ternyata ada acara lomba di lt 16 untuk ratusan peserta dari luar, alhasil ngantri lift lamaaaa bangett harus ngantri sama peserta acara. Sampe bbrp kali nyoba masuk gabisa karna over. Ga sampe situ aja, pas dari kamar mau co ke fo, kayanya bubaran acara juga atau masih rame untuk acara, alhasil nunggu di depan lift udah sekitar 25 menit selalu FULL dari atas yg mau ke ground floor dan lift yang bisa di pencet/akses CUMA SATU lainnya GABISA. Saking lamanya akhirnya coba cari lift untuk hk/service akhirnya pake LIFT KARYAWAN, dan itupun gabisa lgsg ke lt G, harus ke basement/lt 1 trus turun TANGGA. mau co aja berasa abis nge gym karna udah keringetan NUNGGU LIFT, NAIK LIFT KARYAWAN dan TURUN TANGGA trs jalan lumayan ke reseptionist depan.
Please untuk manajemen/sales hotel kalau mau ada acara, dari semua segi diperhatikan mulai dari tmpt, akses, jam acara, kapasitas tamu hotel dan lainnya. Karna di lift setelah acara pun tamu hotel banyak yang complain ke engineer yang ada didalem lift, masnya cuma bisa minta maaf dan menjalankan tugasnya tapi sayang didepan lift gaada dari pihak hotel yang mengatur penggunaan lift yang berimbas pada tamu hotel.
Semoga kedepannya lebih baik lagi, just want to share my experience.

UUtente ospiteOn the app, I already requested a higher-floor room and one that’s relatively quiet, but the front desk still gave me the 11th floor (even though the available options were from the 9th to the 20th floor). At first, I thought the 11th floor might be fine, but later at night I realized the pool was right below my room — you can imagine how noisy it was.
When I took a shower at night, I found that the conditioner bottle was completely empty. And around midnight, while I was sleeping, there were people talking loudly at the pool area, and the soundproofing was really poor. And the gym was basically entirely under maintenance.
Overall, the experience wasn’t great, although the staff were very friendly.

UUtente ospiteI'm not sure how this hotel is considered a 4 start hotel. Although the customer service was nice but overall I had a horrible experience. When I got to the room, the bathroom was not clean, and I wish I had taken photos. The AC was not working. We contacted reception to come and fix it. At 2 a.m., while I was sleeping, I woke up sweating from the heat even though I had the AC on. Turned out the electricity was turned off and again I had to contact reception again. They came and fixed it. Up until then, I hadn't even said anything. When I got back to the hotel room on the same day, the door keypad was not working. I went down to reception to get another keypad, which opened the door but was not working for the electricity. I contacted service again and they came and suggested we go to another room. In the second room, we also had several issues. Our bathroom door was locked unexpectedly, the phone was not working, and the bidet screw was broken. Unfortunately, that's such a disappointment. Will never go back there and definitely do not recommend it.

I complained about the entrance and coffee table lights that cant be switch off ...They came to loosened the bulb and said that was normal for the room to switch off by loosening the bulb...
For the taxi came in to pick you up . .hotel charged 3000rp..just to drive through the hotel

NNoor AufaInoltre: molto comodo, c'è acqua calda, stanza pulita, piscina pulita, per gli amanti dei gatti, ci sono molti gatti qui, l'area circostante non è rumorosa, c'è un tetto, WiFi veloce.
Meno: piccola camera privata, situata nel centro di un complesso di alloggio, quindi è difficile trovare vicino ristorante, i prezzi dei cibi all'hotel sono piuttosto costosi, la piscina è limitata a 17.00 così non è consentito nuotare alla notte, non è consentito un check-out tardivo senza spese, ho voluto verificare all'inizio alle 1 pm ma non è successo perché se si verifica tardi sarà prelevato il prezzo di 1 più spazio per Idr 200k

The hotel’s pictures in trip.com was the old one, actual quite different. One of room no refrigerator. The towel and door mate for 4rooms that we booked has not ready till 5pm (we requested for many times). Swimming pool also small and crowded. But the location if hotel is good. The Car parking is quite small But they offer free Valey parking

- Friendly staff, quickly replaced my sheets after mentioning the stained sheets.
- Daily water bottles.
- Good location (close to Botanical Gardens, Indomaret).
- Quiet.
- Comfortable mattress.
Could be better:
- The air conditioning works well, but it's very loud.
- The pillows take a few nights to get used to because they're very thick/high. Also they heat up very very fast, so I needed to cover it with a towel.
Bad:
- Lots of stains on the mattress cover and blankets. Also the towels could look fresher than they did.
- It takes ages to get hot water for a shower.
- Water pressure is highly irregular.

UUtente anonimoLocation: The hotel is located across exit 3 of Bogor Botanical Garden. It's a good place to rest after playing the whole day with your kid. There are 2 department stores within 1 km, lots of food stalls & cafes in the vicinity.
Service: Standard amenities were readily available when I entered the room, except towels and bathroom mat. I reported to the front office but they were delivered late, despite housekeeping staff working on my floor.
Food: Breakfast was great! However, the dinner I ordered through room service was tasteless. They have a cafe in the lobby. Drinks were under expectation, but the traditional snacks were marvelous!
