**Location and Accessibility:** The Hilton Quebec boasts a prime location just outside Old Town and near Place D'Youville, where many buses stop. However, the hotel is situated on a hill, so if you're not taking a bus or Uber, be prepared for a bit of an uphill walk to reach the entrance. **Room and View:** We paid extra for a room with an Old Quebec River view, and it was worth every penny. The window was clear, allowing us to take stunning photos of Old Town Quebec with Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac in the background. **WiFi:** The WiFi connection at Hilton Quebec was excellent—smooth and fast, perfect for staying connected or getting work done. **Amenities:** While the rooms do not come with bottled water, during the summer, the hotel provides water dispensers with ice water near the reception, which was convenient for filling our water bottles. Overall, Hilton Quebec offers a comfortable stay with fantastic views and excellent connectivity, though the uphill walk may be a consideration for some guests.

Un hotel con un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. C'è un centro commerciale al piano terra. Il parcheggio è comodo. Puoi scegliere il parcheggio custodito o parcheggiare da solo. Ci vogliono più di dieci minuti a piedi dall'hotel al centro storico di Montreal e alla Cattedrale.

La cameriera ha detto che era una riparazione di questa farina , ma i piani della stanza non erano molto puliti e mancavano divano . La camera da letto era vecchia e le sue piani erano anche ma i letti erano confortevoli e puliti, una bella vista e un bel ristorante nella sala e il personale era molto bello e utile.

L'hotel offre le nozioni di base. Niente di più, niente di meno. La colazione è stata delusa (per me). Non venivano servite proteine. Niente uova, niente prosciutto, niente formaggio. Niente di caldo. Avevano anguria e ananas, pane e un paio di cose da spalmare sopra. Succhi, yogurt e cereali. Se sei bravo con questi. Divertirsi. Un'altra delusione è il parcheggio. Hanno fatto pagare C$35 a notte, ma potete trovare opzioni molto più economiche (40% in meno) a un isolato o due da questo hotel.

Il Colom Hotel è molto buono, la camera è grande, è comodo andare ovunque nel centro della città e molto vicino a China Town. Il servizio dell'hotel è molto buono. Molte donne sono molto disponibili ad aiutare. Il parcheggio è su una strada dietro l'hotel e le indicazioni sono molto chiare. Vieni di nuovo la prossima volta.

Hotel ben posizionato, molto pulito, cucina nella camera sempre pratico, contro nessun servizio in camera, super bella soggiorni.

Molto soddisfatto della scelta, il BONAVENTURE di MONTREAL è un ottimo albergo per diversi motivi. Per prima cosa ottime le stanze (spaziose e comode), curate nel dettagli (ad esempio condizionatori non rumorosi e frigobar cosa da non dare per scontata) e presenza di doccia spaziosa (con doccino e soffione centrale) in luogo delle vasche con le poco igieniche tende trovate altrove, una struttura che merita 5 stelle anche per i servizi tra cui la piscina. Comodissimo l'accesso al parcheggio sotterraneo a pagamento. Ubicato nei pressi di una stazione della metro, vicino ad un comodo supermarket ed ad uno Starbucks caffè. Verrebbe da dire quasi praticamente perfetto se non fosse per una disattenzione che mi ha portato a trovare un extra-charge per un breakfast mai fatto. A parte l'errore ,che ci può stare, è stato irritante il disinteresse del servizio clienti fino a quanto, grazie all'interessamento del-lla Pre.ma sig./sig.ra Maude V, Directeur général, la problematica è stata risolta. Quindi struttura CONSIGLIATISSIMA per un rilassante soggiorno a Montreal, con possibilità di facili spostamenti. Unica attenzione per evitare problemi: quando si lascia l'Hotel è consigliabile chiedere il conto finale per fugare possibili errori.

We stayed at Hotel Zero 1 for the Just For Laughs Festival originally for 4 nights which turned into 5 when our flight was canceled. The hotel is located perfectly whether you are going shopping along St Catherine's, doing the JFL Festival or hitting the Old Port water front. All is in close walking distance. The hotel is very clean and seems to be recently renovated. We stayed in a loft room #1113. Everything is good however the shower could be a bit larger (felt like we were in Europe) with more water pressure. Contrary to other reviews there is no issue with hot water. The only negative I would say is the bed, it is supposed to be a queen (although the room is large and can accommodate a king bed) but it is smaller than a traditional 'north American' queen size bed. Feels more like a double which is more in line with a euro queen. The bed was not very comfortable but after the 4th night sleep we were finally getting used to it. The housekeeping and front desk staff are very nice. We will consider staying here again upon our next visit to Montreal mainly based on its location to everything .

Excellent location within easy walking distance to Montréal Old Town. Staff was helpful and friendly, and the room was comfortable. Parking is tight but secure. Only complaint was the property is a bit tired. Plus, it's a heavily used hotel, so a lot of people coming and going. Lobby was quite noisy at check in. All in all, good value for the money if one is willing to be a bit flexible on the quality of the experience.

Atmosphere/Accommodations 4.5 – very nice looking hotel, restaurant, and room. We were upgraded to the 11th top premium floor Corner Room which had a full kitchen even and a Keurig. Service 4.5 – hotel staff with whom we interacted were all very courteous Niggles – elevator makes the most awful, unnerving noise I’ve ever heard out of one, certainly doesn’t inspire any confidence at all but rather just the opposite; room ill-prepped – no shampoo or conditioner, nor cups for the Keurig; shower head only trickled on the regular setting but blasted like a jet engine on the only other setting that worked; bedroom could definitely use more light, just two dim nightlamps, which made for nice ambiance at times but when needed more light, it just wasn’t to be had. Food & Beverage – can’t comment much for while happy hour is always a welcome treat, we had to leave to early the next morning to enjoy breakfast there, which was a crying shame for that’s one of our favorite things about this brand

We landed late at night and needed a hotel near the airport. When we went to the breakfast, we were quickly told to be charged for every item we picked. So I told her that I had prepaid for it. She didn’t even apologize for the rude attitude she had toward us. For the price we paid, the breakfast was horrible. The food items we received were things you see in the first photo below. Only dry and cold items. The English muffins were so old and hard. Apples were so old, too. Coffee server was broken. Room is clean and well decorated but don’t expect anything more than that. Go elsewhere to stay. I do not recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel and room. The location is good in old Quebec but to get to other locations requires a walk down and up the steep hill. Amenities such as the gym is quite basic but does the job.

Overall a really good hotel, close enough to the old Quebec and close to the aquarium. The pool is nice and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing, loved the waffles machines. Great for work as well. Wifi worked well. Very clean hotel. Cons: • We didn’t like the mattresses in the rooms, they were way too soft and mushy, felt like we were sinking. • Also there was a door (locked) that connected to another room. Even though is locked, it didn’t feel as secure. • Also, felt like walls were paper thin. Ppl above us were extremely loud until late at night. • Hated the fact that the TV isn’t in front of the bed??? It was way on the side where the couch was. The arrangement could be better.

The hotel is located in a pleasant neighborhood with a few convenience stores and a large supermarket called Tradition nearby . The reception staff are very friendly and efficient. The rooms are spacious and quiet. You have to walk for a while to reach the old city , but it’s a beautiful walk in nice weather and there’s also an elevator right at the footstep of the hill bringing you up a few levels if you aren’t keen on climbing stairs . We will stay again if we ever return to Quebec City .

Iniziamo dal dire che avevo prenotato due notti tramite Booking ed il giorno prima mi arriva un sms testualmente recitante che la mia carta usata per la prenotazione era stata rifiutata e quindi avrei avuto due ore per aggiornare la carta sull'App. Ok, controllo la prenotazione ed il mio plafond copriva più del doppio delle notti prenotate più il deposito cauzionale. Al che quando ci siamo recati presso la struttura ho chiesto quanto avessero cercato di bloccare sulla carta ma hanno glissato preferendo cancellare gratuitamente la prenotazione e farne una nuova senza addirittura il deposito cauzionale. Ovviamente pagando con la stessa carta che il giorno prima era stata rifiutata. Ora passiamo alle dolenti note della struttura: tre piani di albergo senza ascensore e noi trovandoci all'ultimo, ci siamo fatti tutte le scale con le nostre tre valigie. Stanza anche se moderna, piccola, con bagno talmente microscopico che tra la tazza ed il lavandino non c'era spazio per infilare un braccio. Bisognava sedersi un po' di traverso per non sbattere costantemente il gomito ad ogni movimento. Vogliamo parlare della colazione ? Un sacchetto contenente una mela, un piccolo pezzo di formaggio, un muffin ed un succo di frutta in brick. Il tutto per 470 CAD. L'unica cosa comoda era il bus n. 1 per la Ville-Basse che in 15/20 minuti ti portava a destinazione e la fermata era a due passi. Per il resto, da dimenticare.

Everything was fantastic, including the friendly staff, no complaints overall. The room was huge, and had all the amenities we needed. We had a quick swim in the pool. Lots of fresh selection during breakfast.

Il capo e l'hotel hanno entrambi il senso dell'età e sono molto gentili, 😄, il letto è molto comodo e l'igiene è molto buona C'è un po' di odore quando entri per la prima volta nella stanza, ma si vede guardando il tempo laggiù piove da N giorni, quindi capisco: lunga vita, sono molto soddisfatto dell'ambiente generale, il personale di servizio è molto entusiasta, il capo è molto gentile e disponibile a spiegarti e ad aiutarti. ecc. È altamente raccomandato e prenoterò di nuovo la prossima volta. A proposito, nelle vicinanze c'è un supermercato e un negozio di accendini. Non lontano c'è un autobus per la città, il che è molto comodo.

I recently spent a couple nights at the Sheraton Montreal Airport (one night stays on each end of a trip) and while the stays were good overall, I would say there's a lot of opportunity for the hotel to improve. I've stayed here many times over the years, but I haven't been in a couple years. Returning this time, I felt it was a good hotel with a lot of potential. I just got the feeling there is a lack of attention to detail in a lot of areas. The first night I stayed, there was no explanation of the dining situation. The television stated the restaurant and room service was not available. When I went down to the lobby I noticed the restaurant is in fact running. I'm not sure if room service is also open and the information was outdated. The Club lounge was also closed. They do provide soft drinks and complementary sandwiches which is a decent compromise however. There is a beautiful new fitness centre, but it was initially difficult to locate. It would have been nice that its location was explained when checking in and better signage. After walking around I finally asked a cleaner for its location and eventually found it. The machines don't seem to have television or anything hooked up to them which would be a welcome addition if possible. Overall this is a good hotel with a lot of potential. It felt like things got shut down due to Covid and just never really restarted. While other hotels have made the move back to normalcy, this one still felt like it was in transition. The staff were friendly and the facilities are clean. Some of the furniture is probably due to be replaced, but again we are talking minor improvements. I would return to this hotel, I just hope to see more things back to normal and better communication. Not having room service is a big problem.

We like Hampton Inn Suites by Hilton Montreal-Dorval. The room is spacious and clean. We had a King size bed and a sofa bed for 4 people and it was good. The breakfast was great. This is a busy hotel so sometimes people were hard to find a table to sit and eat. But it was not a big deal.

Can’t beat the convenience of being able to check in at the hotel minutes after clearing passport control since it’s a relatively short walk away through the terminal. My husband and I stayed here two nights while in town to attend a memorial service in nearby Dorval. Figured it was the nicest hotel around without having to go all the way downtown. We had booked a room with a runway view but the room we were given was facing the other way. I didn’t notice it until we were in the room 10-15 minutes, then we went downstairs to be given the correct room type. They weren’t particularly apologetic about the error but OK. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Bathroom and shower were very nice. Spacious room with high ceilings and excellent, quiet climate control. There was a weird bald spot on the carpet about the size of a dinner plate on the floor near the bed. My husband and I joked about what horrendous stain must’ve been there previously. We appreciated the water bottles. Breakfast downstairs was interesting. The service was friendly but so slow it was almost humorous. We were there well over an hour. We weren’t in a rush so it wasn’t a big deal. The food was decent although kind of unnecessarily fancy. Thought there might be a buffet with yogurt, etc., since I’d seen pictures online, but there wasn’t (it was a Saturday). Checking out was a breeze and we were checking in for our flight home literally about two minutes after leaving the front desk. Would definitely stay there again if the circumstances arose.

Façade du côté autoroute très bruyant, à l'arrière sûrement moins. Base de lit en tôle ??(faut pas frappé dessus surtout si quelqu'un dort). Une seule machine à glace pour tout l'hôtel. Pas de lait ou crème dans le frigo pour le café. Quelques petits ajustements encore, hôtel neuf et propre.

The first night we were supposed to check in the system went down and we were not able to get into a room until later at night. By the night audit staff Khalil was amazingly accommodating. He found us an empty room to stow our luggage and rest and once it was up and running he got us into the room we booked for. The next day Angie did a phenomenal job managing the desk all by herself and solving the issue from night before. Would 11/10 come back to stay here.

We were surprised how quiet this Comfort Inn was, since it was so close to the airport. The rooms were clean, the desk person Melanie was very friendly and super-helpful, and though there’s no restaurant on site there are snacks available for purchase so you can get something to eat if you’re in a rush. We got a great night’s sleep and we would definitely stay again. Thank you!
