Everything is good.However pls consider noodles for breakfast ,this is a great idea for East Asian clients. La posizione era buona per gli affari, ma il traffico di Dacca è il traffico di Dacca, quindi era una seccatura viaggiare ovunque tranne che in centro. Il personale era eccezionale. Niente era di troppo disturbo. Tutto era pulito e la nostra camera veniva pulita ogni giorno. L'unico problema che ho avuto è stato che il letto era troppo duro e non ho dormito bene la prima notte. L'ho detto alla donna delle pulizie e subito ha portato un materasso più morbido e 2 trapunte. Dopo questo, ho dormito bene. Sono un occidentale e sono abituato ai letti morbidi, il mio compagno di viaggio è bengalese e il letto andava bene per lei. Quindi questo non sarà un problema se sei abituato ai letti duri. Appena ho esposto il mio problema lo hanno risolto immediatamente. Così buona ospitalità. La piscina sul tetto era rinfrescante e pulita. La palestra era molto ben attrezzata, migliore di alcune palestre in cui sono stato.

L'hotel è nuovo, quindi i mobili sono in buona condizione. I camerieri del ristorante sono molto utili. Il cuoco ha accettato di cucinare cibo non spezie. Quando c'era una leggera confusione con l'ordine, abbiamo ricevuto un complimento dal cuoco. L'acqua nella piscina è pulita.

My second time staying here. This time my experience of staying here was better than the last time. Nice hotel staffs and professional frontdesk. Pick up service was great. Easy check in. Room was fine with a clean washroom. But they could place the shower-room ceiling parts a bit more properly to give a better feeling during taking shower. Restaurant foods were good.

We arrived early for our scheduled check-in time. Robin Edwards, the general manager, has given everyone instructions to take note of my two-day stay at the hotel. After receiving a welcome drink upon my arrival, the General Manager presented me with a unique gift. My check-in was finished in a matter of minutes. After I got in the room, a representative from three different hotels came to ask if I needed anything or if I wasn't satisfied with the space, there was another one available for me.
