Australia: hotel con palestra nella provincia di Territorio del Nord

Il Piatto il nostro ristorante preferito al ****** cibo grande vino selezione ok abibit costoso in generale rispetto ad altri ristoranti di fine cena in Darwin.

Per me, ci sono diversi fattori quando si tratta di valutare un hotel. In questo caso, la proprietà opera principalmente come pub e ristorante, con l'hotel come più di una caratteristica aggiuntiva. Posizione: 5 stelle, senza dubbio. È proprio nel CBD, rendendo super conveniente andare in giro e accedere ai luoghi vicini. Camera: Spazioso, pulito, ben attrezzato, e affrontare la piscinaso almeno c’è una bella vista. Tuttavia, ci sono alcuni disordini. Le camere non sono sonoreprodotte. Poiché ci sono performance live nel pub aperto a destra da circa 6–10pm, aspettate un po' di rumore. Anche dopo la musica finita, si può ancora sentire le persone chattare giù. E solo Fyi non c'è pasta dentale, e flip flop all'interno. Il servizio di Wi-Fi è stato il più grande problema.Anche se mi sono fermato nella stanza più vicina al router (come menzionato dal personale) e l'hotel ha due reti, una per gli ospiti del pub e una per gli ospiti dell'hotel, il segnale è scomparso una volta che sono entrato nella mia stanza. Il mio telefono non poteva connettersi a meno che non fossi andato fuori, e mentre il mio iPad poteva connettersi, la connessione si è mantenuta in calo ogni 15–20 minuti. Ho dovuto riconnettermi manualmente ogni volta. Non sono un esperto in TI, ma sembra che possano usare una rete a piccola scala o condivisa che combatte quando troppo molti utenti sono online. Inoltre, tutto il resto era buono, il personale era appoggiato, e sia l'ispezione che l'ispezione erano regolari, soprattutto l'ispezione, che era rapida e senza problemi.

La posizione è comoda e le strutture della stanza possono essere.

Situazione perfetta per le nostre esigenze, poiché è molto vicino all'aeroporto e al complesso sportivo Marrara (10-15 min passo) in cui si è svolta la nostra manifestazione. Ciò che amo più: molto pulita camera d'albergo, conveniente parcheggio in posizione di fronte al nostro unità a un costo aggiuntivo, grande piscina e qualche opzione di ristorante e caffè sul sito. La stanza che abbiamo prenotato era davvero spaziosa. Ci siamo trasferiti molto piacevolmente.

We checked in at Oaks Elan on 21 November 2025, the day before Cyclone Fina hit Darwin. My husband and I were impressed how the staff kept us informed of what was happening. During breakfast on 22 November, we were told by the manager that the restaurant will be closed until further notice because they have to let the staff go home to be with the family when cyclone hit. We were told to pack whatever food we want from the restaurant to last us for lunch, dinner and possibly breakfast for the next day. We were glad we didn’t go hungry when there was no where to get food when everything was closed. The manager who held the fort on the day and the next day did a very superb job! He rolled up the sleeve and did everything himself when he was obviously very short staff.

Forse perché siamo andati fuori stagione, il prezzo era ragionevole e la struttura era pulita! La colazione era cara, quindi non l'ho richiesta. Anche la posizione era ottima, vicino all'oceano, a un supermercato e alle principali attrazioni turistiche. Come ci si aspetta dall'Australia, la camera era spaziosa, il che è stato positivo.

Stayed for 8 nights in an Executive Apartment. Luckily got a room on the 14th floor so great. The facilities were superb. Having a restaurant and bar on site was very good . The choice of food was good and the staff were very attentive. The pool was awesome. Did not use the gym but looked very well equipped. Easy access to downtown but we took an uber to the waterfront.

Poor communication with the shuttle service. They failed to communicate the shuttle service would be an unmarked car and did not provide the driver with my phone number. This resulted in a long wait at the airport around midnight, plus several phone calls. The room we were given had hair in the bed and stained sheets. Thankfully, we were promptly given a new room, however, the person who gave me the new room key - passed the key to me and told me the room number and went to immediately leave. I had to ask him to show me the room and help move our bags. (I was travelling with my 8 year old child and by this time it was after 1am). It was a very disappointing and frustrating experience.

Upon first check in, the receptionist confirmed that we paid through Trip.com but after taking the bond payment he then straight away told us he hasn’t received any payment and asked us to show our proof of payments such as trip.com confirmation, bank transfer, & even statement of bank deduction. We showed confirmation, bank transfer, statements as he asked and then the receptionist refused and insisted we haven’t paid. He refused all the proofs and insisted us to make another payment with them. He refused us to talk to the supervisor because he said “they will say the same thing”. Unfortunately, we didn’t get his name, so we couldn’t specify who he was. Terrible services.
